And the truth is, the efficiency that the Syrian government possesses, the reception that took place for Zelensky was a very grand reception, and the hospitality was tremendous and very great. We are not surprised by it because we know very well and are very sure of its reasons. The truth is, at the beginning, the Syrian government must know that the Syrian people are lost and groaning under the weight of hunger, oppression, and illness, with details of misery and tragedies that a Syrian person never expected to live through one day. Therefore, you must, at the beginning, provide these tremendous efforts and extraordinary displays to meet the basic needs of the Syrian person. Because even the simple people, and you know that there is a segment in Syria, the segment of the simple people, who unfortunately, are those who live day by day. They were forced to demonstrate recently in front of the governorate in Damascus and outside Damascus. Their slogan was: "We are a simple people, we want to live." So, the Syrian person has come to admit that he has turned into a state of simplicity and has also admitted that he wants to live, even if it's the simplest thing available to a person, but he is content with it, on the condition that he lives. So, even the simple people, who were a very wide segment in Syria and could at least manage themselves in Syria, have started demonstrating in Syria. Meanwhile, at the same time, we find the Syrian government receiving Zelensky with a reception that can at best be described as very grand, with extensive and unprecedented hospitality that we have not seen in the past. Even when many European leaders visited Zelensky, the reception was very simple because Zelensky knows very well that Ukraine is a country in crisis, and now is not the time for displays. Syria is also a country in crisis, and its crisis is much larger and much deeper than the Ukrainian crisis. Nevertheless, we strongly emphasize the issue of "saving face," as they say, when a guest comes to us. I focus well on the fact that we must receive him. In my opinion, provide this efficiency to contain the Syrian person and give him at least his requirements that are sufficient for him to live, nothing more, just as the simple people said, "We are simple people and we want to live." In any case, I return to the recent visit of Zelensky and Hakan Fidan to Damascus. First, I was monitoring the matter and saw that it was not a big issue and not a very important issue. But when I was exposed to some questions and some friends asked me about this matter, I told them I would answer this matter very briefly in a video, and this video will be on my main channel. In any case, Zelensky is originally working for America and for Israel. And Ahmed Al-Shar' and his government, whether we like it or not, I don't want to say they are working for America and Israel, but they cannot go against the will of America and Israel, even if there are international and regional conflicts and disputes. The truth is, they cannot go beyond their will, or they cannot act neutrally as they wish. But the matter, I believe, is as follows: Zelensky, in short, is a delegate of the Israelis, in short. Why did Zelensky come to Syria now as a delegate of the Israelis? And why not Israel directly? Israel does not want any direct connection or real interaction between it and the Syrian government because it does not harbor good intentions towards the Syrian government, even if this situation has appeared at times in the form of negotiations, meetings, and so on. But I want to remind you in the distant past, perhaps the very distant past, when we used to say that Israel is the one obstructing any agreement between it and the Syrian government because it does not see that this Syrian government and this new Syrian situation are guaranteed for the future. Israel wants long-term future guarantees, and the Syrian government cannot fulfill this. Therefore, when Israel wants to move the Syrian government, it moves it through one of the parties that can offer something at the present time. What can Zelensky offer now at the present time? The Israeli government and America also want the Syrian government to intervene in the Iranian crisis, in short. That is, we have at least two fronts: the Lebanese front and the Iraqi front. Of course, the Iraqi front is not 100% certain, but it may happen. As for the Lebanese front, it is almost certain. We are involved in this crisis, whether we like it or not. The Israelis and Americans want the Syrian government to be ready and prepared to engage at any time it may become possible, but it may become necessary. Of course, the Syrian government is hesitant because there are international parties that do not want it to intervene in the Iranian crisis. But nevertheless, the contradiction between the international files and the international point of view, this and that, puts the Syrian government in a state of great confusion. The important thing here, if we want to discuss the matter, is to discuss it from the perspective of the Americans and Israelis. Zelensky has nothing to offer Syria. Of course, necessarily. Now, when we see Zelensky coming, it's not like the Gulf countries when they come and say they want to give billions or investments or sign huge contracts. This man is from a country in crisis, a country experiencing a major war, the fiercest war in the world at the present time, and a major international crisis. And he has absolutely nothing to offer except military offers. That is, Zelensky is coming to Ahmed Al-Shar' to tell him, in short, "Look, I'll tell you, if you want to fight Hezbollah and you want to fight the Iranians, you must know that you are militarily supported. I will give you weapons. I have nothing but weapons." [Clears throat] And the weapons I have are weapons that you can use and that might benefit you, such as drones, light weapons, anything of the types of weapons and military support you want in order to fight this war. You will find it available from his side. And in this case, the Israelis and Americans would not be directly supporting the Syrian government because they do not wish to support it directly. The Israelis and Americans have not supported the Syrian government with anything so far except empty words that are of no use. Of course, this stance by Zelensky is to encourage the Syrian President, Ahmed Al-Shar', to engage in the crisis and remove the obstacle of armament. That is, you don't have weapons, you say you don't have weapons. We will give you weapons. Because recently, when the Iranian-American-Israeli crisis erupted, Syria clearly stated, as you recall, that it did not possess them, and Ahmed Al-Shar' requested armament as a condition from the Americans and Israelis to be ready for confrontation or engagement. But neither the Americans nor the Israelis responded. So what did they do? They sent Zelensky. So, will Ahmed Al-Shar' agree or not? The matter is very big because, frankly, there are very strong international parties telling Ahmed Al-Shar' that it is not in your interest at the present time to engage in this crisis. The most important of these parties at the present time is Turkey, and also the United Kingdom, Britain. Britain, in truth, does not want Syria to engage in this crisis, despite the disagreement between me and some friends who say the opposite. But I see that Britain does not want Syria to engage in this crisis for considerations that concern Britain and no one else. But we must also not forget the Turkish side. The Turkish side also does not want Syria to engage in this crisis currently because it does not want to provide free services to Israel at the present time. The Turkish-Israeli conflict on Syrian soil has not ended yet, and necessarily, any victory in favor of Israel is a weakening of the Turkish position. Just as Israel, meaning, will appear to be in complete control of Syria, and it is indeed like that. But they are still trying to maintain some dignity or always try to evade some files that are as clear as daylight. And this explains the arrival of Hakan Fidan, or as some say, Hakan Fidan, the Turkish Foreign Minister, to Syria at the same time. Zelensky is coming to provide unlimited military support, which is all he can do, even though it would be better for Zelensky to save his weapons, his warships, and his planes for himself because you need them more. But the truth is, we cannot deny that Ukraine is also a manufacturing country, it manufactures these things. In any case, Hakan Fidan's presence is to ward off this specter, the specter of Syria's involvement in this crisis, and therefore, it will necessarily become in great danger, and the threat will increase to Turkey and to many files that it does not want to be resolved at the present time. So, Zelensky is coming to support, and Hakan Fidan is coming to disrupt, in short. Will this impossible mission succeed? I believe it will not succeed. At the present time, I believe that the Turkish role, although it must be admitted that during the past period, the most influential man in Syria in this world is Hakan Fidan, this is the truth. But the Syrians' fears are also great. The issue is a matter of "to be or not to be," that is the question, as William Shakespeare says, "To be or not to be, that is the question." Okay, always when anything happens, Turkey proposes it, and immediately the Syrians tell them, "Well, how can you guarantee us the results, that there will be no negative and very dangerous existential consequences for us?" That is, we might perish. So Turkey is unable to give these promises. Therefore, the Turkish position in this case is a very weak position. Zelensky is offering weapons and military support only. Syria accepts and will welcome this. The matter remains with the Israelis specifically. When the Israelis decide that Syria must be present in a military confrontation, Syria will be in a military confrontation, and no one in this world will care about any other opinion, frankly, because the matter has become very big and very difficult to resolve. Therefore, the players in Syria are now almost complete. Even if you saw in the past period that, for example, the Al-Masnaa crossing was hit, that is the beginning of tensions on the border. You know that when a border area is hit, it means that chaos will be present in that place, and necessarily, the justifications for action will be launched. After the strike or after a place is hit, and it may not be the last place to be hit or bombed, more tensions, sometimes intended and sometimes unintended, will occur. Many things we did not account for will happen, so the justification for tension will arise again. Of course, Iran still poses its threat to this moment. If Syria intervenes in the crisis, it will bomb very sensitive and very important sites from which the country is managed or through which it is managed at this moment. But until now, things remain relatively calm, but they will not remain calm for a long period of time, my dear friends. In short, if you want me to summarize everything I have talked about in simple sentences, I would say: Zelensky came as a delegate of Israel because Israel does not want to speak with the Syrian government directly. All that Zelensky can do is provide military support in any form, whether it is planning or providing weapons, that is, complete military support. Turkey, always, and as happened in other situations, when Syria is in a worrying place, Turkey is present to monitor the situation and to prevent, as much as possible, the Syrian government from committing foolishness that harms Turkey or the Turkish position or the measures that Turkey plans to take in the future. That is, it may harm a future Turkish plan. So Turkey is present, and this explains the reason for the presence of Hakan Fidan, the Turkish Foreign Minister, on Syrian soil at the present time. What I expect is that all this talk is useless, frankly. When Israel decides that Syria will be involved in the war, things will proceed automatically. At the present time, Israel does not see a real necessity for Syria to engage in the war. That is, at the present time, it is a maneuver in injury time. I don't know if the expression "injury time" is correct or not, but it is injury time at the present time. Until now, as the Israelis see it, there is no direct necessity. But when they reach that stage, all these plans, all this nonsense, visits, comings and goings, receptions, and farewells, and these stories that we love, will be of no use. While the Syrian person is still dreaming of reassurance that a loaf of bread is available at the moment he wants it, but the loaf of bread remains the biggest dream for Syrians. While the Syrian government spends on the receptions of Zelensky and others, while I am sure that Zelensky, even if the US President himself visited, would receive him in the manner of a country in crisis because it is always a message to the guest and to the world to express the country's situation.
