Let me show you how to turn this off on your phone. Go to the settings on your phone and open the app section in this list. Find the camera app. Go into it and here you need to change a few settings.
The first setting is in the mobile data section. The thing is the camera uses your internet traffic and sends everything to the developers. That's why there's a setting here called allow background data usage. Turn it off.
Go back and open battery and select restricted. Go back and choose appear on top and turn off this setting. Go back again and open change system settings and also deny permission to change system settings.
