It is not cute to be dumb. It is not attractive to be completely clueless. And if you thought that playing fair would get you ahead, congratulations. You already lost. Smart women do not play fair. And I'm going to teach you exactly how to win every single time.

Playing fair is a rule that was made up by the people that already have the advantage. Okay? It keeps you docile, predictable, and really easy to beat and control. If you're following rules that weren't made for you, you're not being good. You're being played. Okay? You're being played. In life, there are no referees. There's only the person that gets the outcome and the person that gets excuses. So, you can pick which one you want to be. Hello.

If you're new here, my name is Gracie Daskovich and my entire mission is to turn women into high value, untouchable, unbothered powerhouses that reach their full potential. I don't believe in the whole just be nice and hope for the best because it doesn't work. Okay? Life is a game. You need some game. You need some strategy if you want to win. And as a woman, you have the world at your fingertips in your hand, okay? You can get anything you want out of this world if you have the right mindset and you know what you're doing. So that's exactly what this video is for. We are going to upgrade you into the smartest version of yourself that you've ever been so you can start winning and cutting the losses. I've built my life by breaking those invisible rules that women are conditioned to follow. Those same rules that keep us quiet, that keep us overlooked, overworked, and underpaid. Let's be honest. And today I'm going to teach you how to actually stop playing fair to start getting exactly what you want. And this is what nobody's going to tell you, okay? Nobody's just going to come put you on game because they don't want you to know what they're doing to get what they want. And all of that in social media, oh, you know, girls this, girls girl that. That's all bull. We all know that people that say that aren't really girls girls. And that doesn't really get you anywhere. After you finish this video, you're going to be a completely different person with a whole new outlook on life.

Getting right into it. Section one, stop letting other people set the frame. Every single situation when you walk into a room, when you start talking to your friend, when you start talking to a new person that you just met, there is a behind the scenes going on of psychology and power. Okay? This is what we call the frame. Never answer the first question directly. Redirect it into something that benefits you. For example, if you're selling services and someone asks you, "Can you lower your rate?" You're not just going to say yes or no. You're going to say, "What's your budget for this project?" So, you control the negotiating starting point. It's the same thing when you're talking to friends, new partners, potential partners, your current partner, um, group settings, you know, whatever it is, it's the same thing.

Become comfortable with pauses. Silence always makes the other person reveal more than they're supposed to. And you know why? It's because most people are extremely uncomfortable with silence. And when it happens and everyone's sitting in awkward silence, usually they'll try to fill it by oversharing like something that they shouldn't be talking about about themselves or they'll slip up a little bit because silence makes a lot of people uncomfortable. You need to learn to become very comfortable with silence and actually be happy when it starts to be silent because that's when you start to see who people really truly are and you can start using it to your advantage. Another thing, don't play the defense immediately when you're attacked. Flip the question. example, why do you think that's appropriate to ask or make a joke or be passive aggressive back? You know, don't play the defense right off the bat. That is a big no no. That gives the power to the other person. And you want to keep the power in your hand, okay? You want to be smarter than them. You want to get what you want out of this, okay? You want to win. And you lose when you give the other person the power. So, you hold your power by not giving out and being so defensive. Playing the defense is a big no.

Getting into section two. Play the long game. Okay. Gather leverage before you ask anyone about something or for something. This sounds really evil. Build relationships. Collect information. Create alternatives so you're never negotiating from desperation. Okay. People can smell when you're desperate. It's kind of like if you've ever worked in sales, you know what I'm talking about. They always teach you and you learn that customers can smell desperation off of you. You never want to come off too desperate. And if you're good at sales, you're most likely good with people and psychology and you understand that kind of life is a big sales game, okay? And you're selling yourself. So in order to keep yourself looking like a high ticket product, even though we're not products, in the eyes of other people, we are. Whether you like it or not, you have to know how to position yourself to come off as that high ticket value. Are you getting it? I don't know. It kind of sounds confusing. Never ever ever show your full hand. Okay. The girls out here need help. I am seeing everyone doing everything wrong and that's what inspired me to make this video. So many of you guys are lost. Okay, please listen to my words. Okay, do not show your full hand. Share just enough to get a buy in, you know, like share just enough to get people invested in you, but not everything. Not everything. We're not telling everyone everything. We're not oversharing, okay? We're not doing We're not doing any of that. Keep the details to yourself until the deal is in writing. Be impossible to corner. Don't let people corner you. Always have two to three outs. Always, always, always have a backup plan or two or three. Okay, that is being a smart woman. You always have a backup plan. You always have a if, but or when. Okay, you always have multiple outs. Whether that's dating, whether it's for your career or money, you always have multiple backup plans.

Moving on to section three. Control perception. Be the one to define yourself first. You need to control how others are perceiving you. Yes, this is a big game there. There's a lot of things out there, you know, trying to convince you. Don't give what other people think. Um, who cares if what they think about you? That's true to an extent on the inside, but on the outside, you want to play your hand to the best of your ability, and you kind of cut off opportunities for yourself when you're outwardly careless too much. Do you get what I'm saying? Like if you show people that you've never met that you don't care about what they think, that's going to end up biting you in the butt in the long run because you could have got something out of them. You know, maybe they would have given you a good opportunity or something like that, but you gave them the impression that you don't care what they think. So, they're turned off by you and they don't want to be around you, you know? So, you kind of do have to care to an extent. People that screwed you over and people that have nothing to benefit you. Yeah. Who cares? Who cares what they think? Who cares what they think? This is not about them, okay? This is about people that you have not met yet or people that you do know that might be able to give you something that you want. And this isn't like a video on how to use people, okay? No, this is the law of life. This is what everybody's doing consciously or subconsciously. This is what they're all doing. And you are behind if you don't know any of this yet. So, don't go out and be like a nasty user. obviously be good to people, but you need to know, you need to know in order to be a smart woman that these games are happening on the back end, whether you recognize it or not. So, the sooner you realize all this, the better off you'll be.

People repeat what they hear, so give them the narrative you want to spread. You hear that? People repeat what they hear, so give them the narrative you want to spread. You can use this to your advantage, whether it's true or false. Another thing, strategic mystery. Don't share everything you're working on. I know it's exciting. Oh, you're starting that company. Oh, you have this idea to start a company. Don't go telling everybody that you have this idea to start a company. I know. I know it's really, really, really, really tempting. You want to let the world know, hey, look, I'm working on this. I have this cool project. Don't share it until it's polished and it's basically done. Okay? People can't destroy what they don't know. And if you give someone the power of knowing your idea before it's come to fruition, they could jump on it before you. They could start watching you really really closely and try to steal that from you or they could try to twist it. You don't want to give people the power and the knowledge. Okay? This is where mystery becomes extremely extremely extremely important. All all people that are successful know this one thing. You have to keep those things private until they're finished. Until they're finished.

You have to appear unbothered even when you're not. I know it's really, really difficult. Even me to this day, I struggle with this a lot. Um, but it's the truth. Emotional control is, I think, one of the most important things for every single human being on this earth, specifically women, cuz we are very emotional beings. We love to be emotional, and there's nothing wrong with that. But emotional control, controlling your emotions is extremely, extremely hard. But you have to do it. You have to learn how to do it. Emotional control will always make you look way, way, way more powerful than the person trying to provoke you. You will always prevail. You will always be ahead of them and better than them if you know how to control your emotions. And it's definitely easier said than done. Smart women understand that.

Moving into section four. Rewire how you ask for things. Do not ask for permission. Okay? State what you're doing. not can I take next Friday off, but instead I can't be here next Friday, but I will have X done before then. You know, I know this won't work for every single job position, yada yada, but that's just an example. When you ask people for permission, you give them the power to say no or ruin your plans. Like, you're you're completely just giving them the power. Like, you're giving them the power to decide what you do. You don't want to do that. Smart women don't do that. We keep the power to ourselves. Okay.

Next thing, anchor up high when you ask for things. If you're asking for $100, start with $150. So, the compromise still benefits you. Again, this is something that you learn in sales. Like, we all know this, but you should be doing the exact same thing even when it doesn't come to money. Even when you're asking for regular things in life, you shouldn't just be starting at the 100 and asking for that because then you'll have to for real compromise if it's not a no. But over ask, anchor high. Always ask for more. Okay. Closed mouths don't get fed. Closed mouths don't get fed. Anchor high. Make the ask about them. Frame things so that what you want solves their problem. If you can make it feel like it was their idea, you are golden. You are golden. That is the hack. If you can make someone else feel like it was their idea to give you what you want, you did it. You deserve it. Smart women know that.

Section five, protect your time and energy like it's money. You need to have a default no for anything that doesn't align with your goals. There is nothing wrong with saying no. Actually, I love to say it all the time. I will say no if I don't want to do it. No. No. Sorry. Sorry. No. No. No. No. We all have free will. Get used to saying it. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. I don't want to do that. No, I'm not going there. No, no. Get used to saying it, okay? There's nothing wrong with saying no. Don't ever feel bad about saying no. You don't owe anybody anything. You don't. You don't. We're all human beings. We can say yes, no. That is why the word no exists. For you to say it, say no. Don't overexlain your boundaries. Your boundaries are boundaries. And you need to have boundaries for protecting your boundaries. You need to have layers of boundaries. Okay? Don't be explaining why you don't feel comfortable with someone doing something like who are they? God. You don't have to tell them why they need to respect your boundaries or why you don't want to do something. No. No. Don't over explain to anybody your boundaries and why you're not comfortable with A, B, and C. Don't do it. That's unneeded. And you give them the power like you're succumbing to your master when you tell them my boundaries are like this because it no you don't have to do that. You don't have to do that. Stop doing that.

Charge people in some way for your time. It's not money. It's access favors or information in return. And yes, hearing this for the first time might sound like, oh wow, like that is so narcissistic and so selfish and crazy. like I don't need to charge people for being around me. Wait until you find out that that is literally every single human interaction that anybody's ever had on this earth. Okay. When you hang out with your friends, what is it what is it for? Do they talk down to you the whole time? Are they ruining your life when you're hanging out with them? Are they not providing anything for you? No. No. There's always an exchange happening whether you want to admit it or not. When you have a friend, even if you're sitting in the room together just hanging out and no one's giving each other money, maybe you're not giving each other information, but you're giving each other access. Like, what do you mean? That is a charge in itself. Like access to each other, there's a benefit. There's a benefit. Every single interaction on this earth that goes well has a benefit for mutual sides. You need to think about this. You should be charging someone for your time. They're not going to realize it. No, you're not going to go up and say, "Okay, uh you have to tell me something now cuz I'm with No, no. You can make it your job every single time that you're with people and um whatever. You need to find a way to make it beneficial. Everything you do needs to align with your goals. Okay? You need to have a reason. And you need to have a purpose be behind every single thing that you do if you want to win. If you want to have a great life fulfilled with everything you want, you have to know how to win. And that starts with every single thing you do being beneficial towards you. Obviously, you can have family and maybe people don't always benefit you. That's life. But for the most part, you need to be aware of this. Okay? The smart girls are.

To wrap things up, playing fair is how you don't get things in life that you want. It's how people disrespect you. It's how people use you, walk all over you. It's how you lose. Okay? Smart women know the game. We're stacking the odds completely in our favor. We're not taking no for an answer. Stop waiting for someone to hand you the power or to hand you the life that you want and completely disregarding that the fact that you need to have strategy and way of actually getting these things. Take these tips I just gave you, use them, and watch how fast your life actually changes. Cuz that's why you're here, right? If you're here, you want a change. You want to start winning, right? If you want that, you have to take and apply. you hear that you have to listen and then you have to actually apply this information to your life. Let me know how it goes for you. Leave in the comments if you have any questions, anything else specifically that you would like me to touch on and I will definitely get back to you.
