This briefing presents a launch plan for even reality street in Singapore with a focus on market opportunity, positioning, and strategy.

As AI moves beyond phones and laptops into hands-free devices, the smart glasses industry is becoming increasingly competitive. However, adoption remains challenging because many users are still concerned about privacy, bulky designs, high prices, and whether smart glasses are truly profile for everyday use. These barriers create a clear positioning opportunity for even G2.

Unlike camera light smart glasses or entertainment oriented AR devices, G2 is built around discrete display- based assistance. Its no camera design reduces concerns about being recorded, making it more suitable for settings such as classrooms, meetings, and presentations. With features such as AI prompts, translation, and teleprompting delivered through a subtle heads-up display. G2 supports professionals and learners who require real-time information, helping them stay prepared, confident, and focused.

The most attractive target segment for EVG2 is professionals, students, and presenters who need real-time assistance without looking distracted or intrusive. This segment is likely to value privacy, professional appearance, and practical productivity benefits more than camera or entertainment features. Therefore, even G2's targeting strategy should be selective rather than mass market. It should target users who are willing to pay a premium for discrete productivity focused AI assistance.

Rayon Meta is one of the strongest mainstream competitors because it combines a familiar eyeway brand with AI, camera and audio features. However, it is more suited to lifestyle and content creation than professional productivity. Meta Rayban display is a closer competitor to even G2 because it includes a display, but it also includes camera features and is positioned at a higher price point. Solos and Rocket compete more aggressively on AI, utility, translation, camera, and price. Brilliant labs hello is more attractive to developers and early adopters while XR1 Pro is more focused on immersive display entertainment and virtual screen productivity.

I will share more about the position of even G2 against our competitors product in this perceptual map. Most competitors are positioned either in the lifestyle or entertainment space. For example, Meta Rayban key strengths is in content creation, camera usage and social sharing. There is also a premium series which is priced up to USD 799 but is still positioned more towards entertainment and lifestyle. Similarly, XR 1 Pro is more lifestyle and entertainment driven because it focus on virtual display, media, and immersive screen experience. On the affordable side, Solo Ego and Brilliant Labs offer some AI utility at lower price point. However, they are either more lifestyle focused or more experimental and developer orientated rather than being clearly positioned as professional productivity tools. Rokit is more Rokit AI glasses is closer to the productivity side because of features such as AI assistance and translation. However, it is still not as clearly differentiated as the professional niche compared to even G2.

This bring us to even realities G2 which is positioned at the premium end and differentiated towards productivity and professional use category. More importantly, even G2 does not rely on an outwards facing camera. This makes it more suitable for professional environments. Even G2 occupy a potential blue ocean niche with no direct competitor in a niche space. Therefore, the implication for its further strategic growth is that even G2 can partner with other premium eyeware glasses such as Gentle Monster to leverage on their branding and access to a larger market share while maintaining its position as a professional AI assistant eyeear targeted at user who value productivity, discretion and privacy.

>> So, our recommended positioning statement is for professionals, students, presenters and the business users who want to create realtime assistance. Even reality G2 is a privacy first smart glasses yet provides practical AI support designed for productivity, professionalism and everyday discretion.

This bottle's five forces analysis shows that even G2 operates in a high growth but highly competitive market. The threat of new entrance is moderate to high while supply power is moderate due to specialized components. Buyer power is high because consumers have many alternatives and the threat of substitutes is also high from devices like smartphones and smart watches. Competitive rivalry is intense with competitors such as Meta, Rayban and XRI. The key takeaway is that even G2 should differentiate through privacy, productivity and discrete real-time AI assistance for professionals.

Our four key marketing strategy positions even G2 as a privacy first professional AI productivity tool. The product focuses on practical features like presentations, meetings, translation, and navigation. Supported by a trusted no camera design. Pricing is valued, based, and targets professionals who benefit from greater productivity and convenience. Distribution combines online sales with hands-on demonstrations through optical and technology retail partners. Promotion focuses on real world use cases and professional credibility, reinforcing even G2 as a discrete AI assistant that helps users stay informed while staying present.

Based on our analysis, we recommend three priorities for even G2. First, strengthen its professional positioning by owning the category of privacy first AI productivity glasses. Second, educate customers through practical use cases such as meetings, presentations, translation, and navigation to clearly demonstrate value. Third, build corporate and education partnerships to drive adoption among professionals and learners.
