Yo, by the end of this video, you're going to know how to achieve anything in life by just lying to yourself. It's quite ironic, but hey, you're young, you're ambitious. A lot of goals, right? Fitness goals, relationship goals, uh academic goals, or even finance goals where you want to earn money online or whatever goal you have, it's going to help you throughout the process. It's only going to take like 10 minutes every single day. But this is the secret to staying consistent. Most people they set goals, they just give up after two, three days of progress and taking the action of working out or studying, they just give up entirely because they are not used to it.

I'm going to take you to a deeper section of this video right now. It'll really help you stay consistent and also achieve anything that you set out to do. Welcome to the deeper section of this video, which not many people make it. But here we go.

How to achieve anything by lying to yourself. By anything, I mean the things that you expect that you consciously know about. Let me take you some few years back. I was starting my YouTube, right? I was just a, uh, you know, young teenager starting YouTube on self-improvement, reaching out to many, many people, thousands of people through my YouTube channel. And for me to do that, I needed to improve myself, right? I need to become almost like a different persona. I needed to become better in speaking, to have more confidence and more conviction in what I say, and I needed to take my self-improvement to the next level. And that means that I had to become a person. I had to like shift my self-image, uh, into this persona that I needed to become. And I did that through something called affirmation. And I know you always heard about affirmation. But yo, let me share you this thing. Uh, because what's really surprised me is that I went about a year or so, one year or so, like really affirming to myself that, yeah, I am a leader of young men. I am really good in self-improvement. I am disciplined. I help a lot of young men on their self-improvement journey. And I was affirming a lot of this stuff to myself, right?

And after one year, at our school, at school, we were the senior most, right? So we were given this post of being the leaders of the school, of like house captains or like the highest post to being school captain, and this was the post that everyone wanted, right? Every student targeted for this. Uh, the guys who were, uh, coming up were only coming out for school captain. This was like the highest post, and there will be a boy school captain and a girl school captain, and I also applied for the school captain as, um, I was the highest or the senior most person, right? And my batch, we did also apply to this post. And what really surprised me, and this is not to brag, but I achieved this just like that. Yeah, sure, I had to go through the process of like giving my speech in front of the teachers, and the teachers had to grade each one of us to see who is the, like, fit for this post, right? Who is the best fit for this post as a school captain? So, all this progress, I was just like surprised that I got into this, but it was all this progress. I looked back and then like, yeah, one year ago, bro, I started affirming to myself that I'm a leader. So even if I was surprised that I would ever end up in this school captain post, bro, I did. And that's what affirmation got me into, because it made me this persona already, and that was best fitted for the school captain.

So, what I'm saying is, affirmation can take you into your goal, right? Whatever goal you have. Let me just break it down. You have this type of people who, who will just like, uh, try to like increase their self-image, right? But without taking action. So, you must take action. Action plus affirmation. So, action plus affirmation. This is your recipe for achieving any goal that you want. Because most people, like, they just believe in law of attraction. They're trying to like raise their frequencies to achieve the things that they want, manifest reality, right? But without action, how can you do it? Even me, even if I, you know, made a lot of affirmation of being a leader, I had to be, I had to become someone who like does the action, which means I had to give out the speech. I had to take out this, uh, post. I had to be the candidate for this post, right? So I had to do all of that.

The fundamental of achieving any goal is like, you go from point A to point B through this process. And to do this process, this arrow mark from going from, suppose, skinny to jacked, you need to go through this process, which is like lifting heavy weights, sleeping right, eating right. To do that, you must become an identity that already achieved it. Suppose number one identity at point A, you're like skinny. At number two, number point B, you're like jacked, right? You're having all this muscle. And this is just a typical example of a fitness progress, but you become this jacked guy with a high testosterone, and you're just like bulky and jacked and aesthetic physique. But here you are, skinny. But I want you to, even if you are as a skinny person, I want you to imagine as if you're already this person. Because even if you are not, you're just skinny out there, imagining yourself as this guy, it builds up a self-image. Okay, this self-image of this person, this jacked person gets into your self-image, which means that you are the type of person who is this person. Which means now you know that this guy is a person who like works out five, six, seven times a week. Now you will start to work out five to seven times a week, even if you're skinny, and go through this process. And it's just a matter of time that you achieve this goal. This is the power of affirmation, bro. And I don't just want you to take affirmation for it. You still need to put in the action. I don't want you to like, oh, bro, I, I did affirmation for one year, but it never worked. Yuck, you didn't take the action, bro. You just did the affirmation.

Before I go into the actionable steps, bro, let me just share with you my subscriber goal this year, or this month to be specific. I will not, uh, go onto the year goal right now, but for this month, taking one step at a time, my goal is 1,500 this month. And currently, we have 1,190 out of 1,500 men. And these are some highlights of our community members. And so I would suggest you to join the movement by subscribing because we are helping young students become the leaders of their life by ingraining the principles and values of personal leadership in their day-to-day life.

Now, your action plan, right? If you, if you guys are loving this video, bro, just give a thumbs up. You know, it doesn't hurt. But hey, it only takes 10 to 20 minutes. Your action plan, take only 10 to 20 minutes. Okay, let me just tell you, 10 to 20 minutes, and it's over.

First, find your target. I always start my video with like finding your target. What is your target? Because even if you have the best weapon to shoot, if you don't have the target to shoot at, it's pointless. No matter how good the ammo, magazine, statistic, lightweight, hand grip, foregrip, foresight, whatever the weapon has, if there is no target, there is no gun. Find your target. Your goal, essentially, the goal you want to achieve. Money goal, studies goal, maybe you want to ace that exam with A+. It could be, maybe you want to make a million dollars by five years or two, three years. Maybe you want to start a YouTube channel. Maybe you want to get a fitter physique, lose fat, build muscle, etc., etc. Find that target.

Now, when you find the target, I want you to write this goal. This one is very important here. Write your vision and affirmation. Vision as in, how would it be like if you have already achieved that goal? So, suppose if it was like fitness, you want to write your vision like, oh yeah, point number one, I have achieved my goal of being fit, right? And you write down, oh yeah, I am a person with high testosterone. I look at my pumped arm, it's huge, and the veins are flowing down. You know, I'm just looking at my arms and trying to visualize as you should when you write down your vision and affirmation, which you'll only take like five to 10 minutes to do. So, just write down everything like follow this formula. Okay? V E triple P.

So, one by one, your affirmation and your vision. The what, the one you write down, it should be visual. So you should write like, oh yeah, I can see the veins popping up, right? It should create like a visual image, not just like, yeah, uh, I'm making a lot of money. I'm making a lot of gains. Like, look at the gains or the sweat is pumping in my muscles is pumping, you know, all of this random visual stuff that you can add on to your goal. And the second E is to be emotional, which means that like, yeah, oh yeah, my muscles are big, it's visual, and I'm feeling really confident, right? It should create an emotion, confidence, or like happiness, or like, uh, what do you say, abundance, whatever it is. Third one is to be positive. Your affirmation should not be negative, like, oh yeah, I'm feeling sick, I'm feeling like tired. It should be like positive and really lively. I, I am feeling big. I'm feeling abundant. I am getting richer. I'm getting fitter. I'm getting wiser. I'm getting more intelligent, right? Something that is positive, aligned with your goal. All of this should be aligned with your goal, by the way. And the second P is to be personal. It's not he is getting fit. It's not he is getting fit, she is getting fit. It's you. I am getting fit. You write down, I am getting fit. I'm getting fit. My muscles are big. I can see the veins popping up, and it's making me very happy to be of high testosterone. First, second, third P. The third P is like being present. Present tense. Okay. It should not be like, I will be fit, and it will make me really happy. No, it's not I will. It is I am.

Okay, now record that. Record whatever you have written down. Say it with your voice. You can have an AI do this, but it's more personal if you just record with your own voice for two to five minutes. It may, you may make some mistake here and there, but it's okay. You just record it, right? It doesn't have to be perfect. Even when you're writing down your vision and your goal, you might not know what you want yet. So, you keep on modifying it day in and day out as you listen to it during your free time, when you are going to the gym, or when you're traveling, when you're taking a [ __ ], when you're just passing time in the barber shop waiting for others to finish your haircut. All of that. Whenever you're in public places, walking or working out.

Okay, now the fifth one is to listen during theta state. Theta state is a state of your brain where your brain faces something called the theta wave. Theta wave. And this is the moments when you're like just woken up, right? Just you just woke up, or you're going to sleep when you're feeling drowsy and sleepy. This is why people say to visualize your goal and look at your goal and study when you have just woken up because your brain is in like theta wave, which means that it is essentially receptive to the outside environment information, whether it is the truth or whether it is a lie. Which is why in the beginning, I've said you can achieve anything by lying to yourself because your brain does not know the difference between the reality and the one that you imagine in your brain. So you can just like almost like lie, even if it's not like literally lie, but almost like lie to yourself, which is positive, by the way, because like, we would want the best case scenario, right? People will say, oh yeah, but that's not ethical, that's lying to yourself. But okay, if you were to jump off a river, would you rather stand there and look at the other end like you're going to stay, say to yourself like, yeah, I'm not going to make it past the river. I'm going to jump, but I'm just going to fall down in the river. Would you say that because that is a lie? Or would you just rather like, oh yeah, I'm going to make it past this river bank. I'm going to jump across this river without falling down into the water? Both are, both are a lie, okay? But still, you have to visualize the best consequence, right? You have to look at a vision. That's what humans are for, like we have the ability to look at a vision above the present moment, transcend our present survival needs to create a goal for ourselves. That's what it is.

So, I'm empowering you to use this action plan. You can screenshot it. However long it takes, usually 10 to 20 minutes, but just finish this like action plan after watching this video. Thumbs up. Improve your life one step at a time. All the.
