Have you ever been close to getting married? No, absolutely not. I have always been against marriage from the beginning because it means reducing your freedom. Being legally bound to a woman or a man, not freedom. For me, freedom is the highest value. Nothing is higher than freedom. It was difficult because from the beginning I was fighting. My parents were in a difficult situation. My family was in a difficult situation. But I told them very clearly that I would not get married. Of course, they would have been extremely happy if I had become a celibate ascetic. But I refused. I will not be that celibate ascetic either. That was their problem. If I had become a celibate ascetic, they would have been happy. In fact, they would have been proud that their son had become a great monk. I refused both. It is a trench. I will walk in the middle, on the edge of the blade. And I have enjoyed this behavior greatly.
So, what do you say to all the married people in the world now? Should every husband and wife get divorced? Everyone must get divorced, without any exception. People should meet and love each other from time to time, whenever the opportunity arises. It should not be a terrible situation. When a wife has to make love with a man she no longer loves, but she has to perform her marital duty, and the husband also performs his marital duty towards her, while he is making love to a woman, perhaps he is thinking of another woman. She might be thinking of another man. What kind of bigoted society have we created? If you do not love each other, at least be human and say it honestly. It was beautiful to be together, but now everything is over. Separate peacefully. I wish marriage would disappear completely from this world. With marriage, divorce will disappear. With marriage, prostitution will disappear. With marriage, most of the work of priests will end. With marriage, almost 99% of the work of psychoanalysts and therapists, psychiatrists, will disappear. It is marriage that creates all kinds of psychological deviations, repression, and guilt. It is simply human: you see a beautiful woman, you wish you could spend some time with her. This does not require any permission from your God. Even your God sexually assaulted the Virgin Mary without her consent. Do you believe this story? I only believe this story because it proves that your God is a rapist. Otherwise, I would not believe this story. Jesus Christ must be a bastard. He certainly was not Joseph's son. And to cover up all this, that great story was invented. He brought God to do it! They say God is the Holy Trinity: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit did it. But it is part of God. It is just like my hand is part of me, and your genitals are part of you. The Holy Spirit is part of God, perhaps it is his genitals. Otherwise, how could he turn a virgin girl into a pregnant woman?
What about family duties, the responsibilities of couples towards children? The responsibility for children should fall on the surrounding society, not on the family. It is the family that creates many problems in the minds of children. It gives them all its diseases, as well as all its superstitions, all its stupid ideas, its theological beliefs, religion, and political parties. It imposes them on the child. The child must be freed from his family. If you want a new human being, then the family is the ugly founding institution, its time has passed. It must be replaced by society, and then it will be very easy. Society takes care of all the children. There will be the father, the mother: they can meet the child, the child can come to them. But essentially, it is the responsibility of the commune (the private community) to take care of the children. Children will have many uncles and aunts, and they will have the opportunity for human connection with different kinds of people. They will be greatly enriched. Our children are very impoverished. They only know one man and one woman, and they know the constant quarrels between them. The woman is always complaining about the man. The man hits the woman, and this is what they train their children on. Your son will repeat you, he will be your carbon copy, knowingly or unknowingly. Your daughter will repeat her mother, knowingly or unknowingly. For this reason, a son cannot forgive his father, or a daughter forgive her mother. They have ruined their children's lives. This is an absolutely proven psychological phenomenon. But if society takes care of raising children, then they will have experience with many types of people. It is my experience that every person is unique, and that the more knowledge, intimate friendships, and love stories you have, the richer you will be.
