I think that it would actually help a better communication path because that's also one of the things that during it all you learn how to communicate not only with others but also with yourself. You need to first look at yourself and then also look at what the other is trying to convey. And to be honest in current state of employers etc one of the things that most of the times missing is communication.

>> Well, it's pretty much a data transfer. Let's be honest. If your data if your codes and everything are not up to speed, then it's not going to get there in time. If you want to actually encourage a team, if it means the whole team or one person, communication for us humans is key. Yeah.
