I truly want to wish there was a video like this, justify me. Yeah, welcome back. If we can see Nicole and yeah, I am so excited to share the tips and tricks I learned from waist training because I truly want to wish there was a video like this or something, you know, or if I did more research before I started weight training. Before you even get started, make sure that you like, comment, and subscribe down below and join the gang. And yeah, alright y'all.
So if you saw my waist training video about a month ago, I did a 30-day waist trainer video to see if the waist trainer really works. And if you've seen in my video, yes ma'am, yes sir, yes, okay, it does work. So I decided that I need to do a video like following up on my waist trainer journey, where I am now, and the things I learned from our very first time because I said it multiple times in the last video, y'all, and that was my very first time. And yes, before we even get into this video a little more, okay, I just wanted to close y'all. I'm not a medical expert, um, not a nutrition, nutritionist, dietician, none of that. You are. I'm just a regular human.
First question, um, what is waist training? Waist training is not a surgical procedure or any of that. So of course, you know, it comes with that. If you don't wear it for a little period of time, depending on your body. But for my body personally, when I didn't wear it for, I want to say two, it had to be three weeks, it was like two, two and a half weeks, yeah, my body started reverting back, okay. I was like, you know what, girl, I worked too hard for this. Let me get snatched again. And that's where I found this waist trainer that I am currently using right now. And the company is named The So Me Ex. And when I tell you this is the most comfortable, it improves my posture, makes a girl feel like a baddie, you know what I'm saying? This is the waist trainer right here. The waist trainer comes like folded up like this. And I wish I had the packaging, but my room is a hot mess right now. Yeah. But yeah, so this is the waist trainer. And this is the brand, The So Me. And the inside is purple, super cute, super comfortable. Like, I don't know the material they used, but this material, I had no problems with at all, like at all. In my last waist trainer, I forgot to mention, but I didn't get like a weird rash. And I tried to look it up and see if anybody else got a weird rash from wearing a waist trainer. But I have yet to ever get a rash in this waist trainer. I've had in this waist trainer for over two months now, and I haven't got any rashes. This waist trainer is so comfortable, y'all. Like, sometimes I honestly truly forget that I'm wearing it. And I didn't assist that, girl. I don't feel that slight bit of discomfort. And I'm gonna talk about that in a second. But I definitely love this waist trainer. Um, made the package. It came with a little tape measure. If I find it later on after this video, I will include a video of it like right here. But for those of you who told me like in my last video, oh, it's too big. This end of the third. Like I said, it was my first time. I was really going based off of their measurements on my line. Um, but your girl made it down to a 25 after 30 days of waist training. So I knew it was time to size down because that waist trainer, we went to a 25. So I was like, yeah, I'm trying to be a little bit more snatched than that. And luckily, I found this amazing brand. Like their customer service is beyond wonderful. Make sure that you check them out. I'll leave a link down below. Y'all, this is the extra small, by the way. I finally made it to extra small officially. And I am on the second notch right now. So we are making progress. And I can do a video about, you know, after I'll finish with this one and I'm going to the next size. I can show y'all see if I, you know, get there because sometimes you're gonna be feeling inconsistent. But I'm trying to stay consistent because I want to be.
Let's overview of my results from my previous video. I did lose a whole inch off my waist in that 30 days. But I also wanted to let y'all know that I was working out consistently. Personally, I can say working out and waist training does work. Definitely works, y'all saw it in my video. I know y'all didn't see me working out, but I let y'all know that I was working out still. Um, I wanted to stay consistent because I do always work out. But I also wanted to try waist training just to help me get like that much more like BAM, okay. But, um, it definitely worked. I can't speak for someone who wants to waist train and doesn't necessarily work out as much. I would love to hear someone's story if that's kind of more of their lifestyle. But personally for me, I was working out. I was doing abs. I was lifting weights, all that. And your girl still lost and it's off her waist.
Another important thing people asked me about is my diet when I was waist training. If you know me, I have always had an interesting metabolism. Sometimes I feel like my metabolism is s and sometimes I feel like it is slow. Like I never know what kind of day it's gonna be. I tend to eat very balanced meals. I will say that my meals are always healthy, but I do try to eat balanced meals on regular. Personally for me, um, I'm in a point in my life where I'm trying to maintain my body. Also, I still want to get my waist a little bit smaller, but I do want to maintain the weight I've put on and continue to tell my legs, my body, like that. So I, that's why I also do those other videos. Make sure you check about it. Definitely works for me. Um, since we're already talking about this, some of the advantages I had after our waist trained with improved posture. Yeah, I can't tell you grow nothing. I said up straight all the time. I am attentive, okay? My posture has increased significantly. People don't go in and be like, I want to waist training to get my pasta good, okay? But it's gonna be a plus anyway, sweetie. Like if you start waist training, you're gonna have good posture because it's kind of like the way it kind of forces your body to stay up straight. And I feel like it does help your spine. And that's what helps your posture. So yes.
Another advantage I had was reduced bloating in the morning. Typically, and sometimes I thought I eat starting stuff, but when I wore my waist trainer, I definitely noticed my bloating decrease like significantly. And I don't know the science behind that. You can't ask your girl. I have no idea. Overall, like advantages, I definitely feel like I'm a little bit more self-confident. Very happy about that. So if you are questioning about starting your joining us waist training, stop questioning, girls.
Some disadvantages that I had, I didn't really mention in my last video because they weren't like significant. They wouldn't stop me from waist training. If I could do it again, I would. Um, but I did experience a little bit of discomfort sometimes. Sometimes after taking it off, just from my stomach, but it would usually go away by the morning. Um, I never slept on my wish hand, just by the way. I've never slept in my waist trainer. I thought about trying it because I seen people have like overnight results. I don't know. We'll see. Maybe in a future video. Um, also my last waist trainer, y'all, I had a discomfort underneath the breast area. And that's one thing I love about my waist trainer from The So Me Ex. They have it, kind of have a breast cutouts. Smartest thing ever. Like if you weigh straight, you know exactly what I'm talking about. Like you need those breast cutouts because it will definitely like irritate you and get on your nerves a little bit. And you definitely did for me. But now I wearing this, I do not feel any discomfort. It's amazing. Like it's truly amazing.
Okay, lastly, y'all, I'm gonna leave y'all with some tips that I feel like will be beneficial if you do decide to weigh strain. And first, I just want to say, bye, started by wearing it the bare minimum number of hours that you would like to wear it at first. Work your body into it. You can't just throw it on, wear the trainer for like hours and hours on in. So I would suggest probably around four hours first. See how your body feels and just increase it as you go. Another tip, if you're trying to lose that weight off your waist, make sure that you're doing cardio, increasing your heart rate. You throw your waist trainer after you do your cardio immediately. And I feel like that helped me a lot. Also, throw it on right when I woke up for my body to even like think about wanting to, you know, swell up or anything. That's another tip. Onto your body, if you feel like you're ready to move down to the next level, if you're feeling like it's easy, easy to put it on to the level that you are at, tribal council next level. Start all over again. Start at the bare minimum number of hours and then just move it up from there. It's just of your body because just of how your body is reacting, how you're feeling when your waist training. Everyone's results will be different. And I always stay consistent. That's one thing I can say, stay consistent because as soon as you get that snatch, that snaps will get you right back, okay? If you think that way, turn off for too long.
So to wrap it up, I tried waist training and loved this. So if you are ready to get snatched and lose some inches off your waist, cuz y'all, I lost one inch in 30 days. It's imagine what you're gonna can do in six months, like, or four months, or three months, you know, however long you want to do it. Just definitely check out the link down below.
