The craziest ancient discoveries ever found.
First up, some reindeer hunters out in the mountains of Norway randomly found an ancient Viking sword way up in the snow. Experts think it belonged to a Viking warrior who got lost and died there over 1,100 years ago. The freezing weather basically kept it preserved the whole time.
Second, back in 2011, two miners in Canada made a wild discovery after accidentally uncovering a mummified dinosaur that was around 110 million years old. It was so well preserved you could still see parts of the skin and armor. And no, it wasn't a T-Rex. It was an Otisaur.
Third, archaeologists digging around Pompeii found what looked like an ancient Roman fast food spot. Inside the food containers, they found leftovers like pork, fish, snails, and even tiny rodents. Basically proof that people back then were grabbing quick meals just like us.
Fourth, a giant Megalodon tooth was discovered near the coast of North Carolina. That area is actually one of the most famous places in the world for finding fossils from these massive prehistoric sharks. And some of those teeth are bigger than a human hand.
