Hey everyone, come on in, get comfortable. I'm going to give it just a moment for the, um, attendees list to populate here. Let some folks in. I am recording this, so hello to anybody watching this on the replay. And if you are here live and you have to jump off, don't worry, we're definitely recording it. We always record a webinar 100% of the time. You don't even have to ask anymore, they're always getting recorded. We will always send around the link or post the link for you somewhere.
Um, welcome. We're going to talk today about Primal Pro. So, let me just say hi to you. I'm Aaron Power, I'm your Coaching Curriculum Director, and, um, one of sort of the, the PHCI faculty that brought you Primal Pro. And, uh, we were really excited to do that a few years ago and we kicked it off. And as you might know, we don't stop. We don't stop with just delivering the thing. We always want to make sure it's the best it can be so that our students can have the best possible educational experience. But also, as practicing health coaches, we want to support you because it's really just important to us that you are not only, um, getting through the course curriculum and certifying as a health coach, but you're actually going out there into the world and health coaching and helping people. There's a lot of people who need our help, right? So I'm excited to take you through some Primal Pro updates today. Um, this will be pretty light touch. I'm going to just kind of guide you through these four new programs that we just released into Primal Pro. I know people here, some of you are Primal Pro users, some of you watching this maybe aren't yet, you're just kind of kicking the tires on it. Uh, I, what I want to try to explain to you in this session is what we created and how you can use it in your business. I think that'll be really useful.
Okay, so what I'm going to do is I'm just going to spend the first little while talking. And I can see folks saying hello in the chat, which I love to see. We want to be friendly in the chat because we're all pals here. So definitely type up in the chat anything that you want to say or ask. What I'll probably do is I'll probably just teach, uh, talk, tell for the first little bit, and then periodically come back in and check out the questions. Okay? So we're going to try to keep it organized. If that sounds good, if that sounds good to you guys? Okay, cool. Hello, hello. We got people from all over the world. Everyone, I love this. You know what I really love? I'm seeing in the chat here is that we're also conditioned to pop in and say hi and say where we're from. So it's great. Love to see it.
Okay, so crew, first things first, let's generally speak about Primal Pro, why Primal Pro is just so incredible and amazing, and, um, why you need something like Primal Pro. So you've probably heard me say this before. I'm really, really happy to reiterate. I think reiteration is, um, a superpower. If we can reiterate and hear things a few different ways, we pick up on it a little better, right? So to reiterate, when you want to go to business, I'm using a lot of scare quotes, to business as a health coach, you want to kick off your health coaching practice. Okay? Now, generally, I'd be talking here about probably a private practice. You know, you're going into practice for yourself. You're not going and getting a job at a medical clinic or working with some other health and wellness company. You're doing this on your own, which, um, we still think most of our students in grad are doing. Although the job market is growing, as you all know, we created a course for that too. So we've got a course that helps you learn how to land a job as a health coach. But generally speaking, if you're going to, uh, to start a practice as a health coach, you need some kind of product to sell. Okay? I'm going to use very simple language here. You need a product to sell because we want to get clients. We want people to find us. We want them to find us, believe that we have the solution for the specific health struggle that they're solving, and then we have to have that solution. We have to actually have it.
So whenever I talk to folks about, like, business and determining your niche and things like that, the way I like to structure that conversation is around your expertise. What is your area of expertise inside the giant, multi-d dozens of trillions of dollars health and wellness industry? Because we can't just say health and wellness. We have to try to zero in on something specific. Now, everybody watching this is a little bit Primal. You're Primal, you're keto, you're carnivore, you're ancestral. You are in that realm, right? So we're all kind of delivering a primal health solution. But we want to think about the problem we solve in terms of problems that the problems your client is struggling with. So a problem isn't like longevity. A problem isn't gut microbiome health. It's a problem is fatigue, bloating, weight gain, um, you know, hormone disruptions, disregulation, things like that. The feeling that the client is walking around with, that's the problem we solve. Okay? So just a quick little, quick light touch on business stuff for you. I know you already know that stuff, but really good to reiterate.
So you're going to practice, you're going to business for yourself. People have to know that there's somebody out there that has the solution to the specific thing that they're struggling with. They find you eventually, okay, through the luck of the algorithm or all that consistent messaging that you're putting out there into the world. They find you. They say, "Oh my gosh, this coach has the solution for me. I'm going to book a discovery call with them." So ideally, you have some simple way of getting them onto your calendar, right, to book a discovery call. Now, running the discovery call is a consultation. It's like a sales and enrollment call. That's a whole very specific set of skills that we won't cover in this call per se, but that might be a really good one for a future webinar, teaching the, the sales and enrollment process. Okay?
So we, we fast forward. Now the person has said yes. They said, "I think you're the coach for me. How does this work? How do we work together?" So your client, prospective client, wants to know they're going to get the outcomes they want, and they're going to have a high-value experience working with you. Now, this is where a product or a program, words I'm going to use interchangeably, product and program, kind of the same thing. This is where this comes into play. Now, in the health and wellness world, we generally use the word program, right? We're programming. Anybody who came from a personal training background, you would spend some time programming. Anybody who came from a nutritionist background, meal plans, programming, that kind of stuff, right? But we need some kind of a program for our clients to follow. And I use the word product to describe that because it's the thing they're buying, in a manner of speaking. In a manner speaking, the tangible thing they're getting, the tangible thing they're getting when they sign up with you is access to this product, this program. What they're actually getting is the transformation.
So that's just something for you to reconcile in your heads when you're on discovery calls. We, we can get a little bit into the weeds of describing to these prospective clients what they get when they work with us. "You get access to a curriculum, you get two Zoom calls a week, you get, you know, me voice messaging through Telegram app." We're, we're going into sort of the deliverables. Don't forget that what they're ultimately getting is a transformation that they were unable to achieve on their own. That is an intangible, almost money-can't-buy type of outcome, and you're helping them with that through the coaching relationship. Coaching is still the most powerful tool we have to help people change their health and change their life. Is our ability to coach and guide and nurture and support people through the ups and downs and the dips and valleys and peaks of, of difficult lifelong change. So anybody out there watching who's done the advanced coaching expert course, the master coach track, I see a lot of familiar names actually, a lot of you have done it. You know the power of the coaching conversation and how it's client-led and very transformative.
So it all comes together, right? So years ago, we were talking amongst ourselves, PHCI faculty, and we, we were always thinking like, "How can we help our students get out there, put themselves out there sooner, more confidently?" And one of the ways we decided was, "Well, what if we gave them a program? A program that they can just plug into so they can go to business immediately and say, 'Yeah, I've got a program.'" So Primal Pro, the main Primal Pro curriculum, which many of you have engaged with for a long time, the main Primal Pro curriculum, which is a 12-week program. We painstakingly wrote this. This sort, I call it kind of like an indoctrination into Primal eating, moving, and living. And the way Primal Pro works is we deliver one lesson every day for the duration of 12 weeks in the main Primal Pro curriculum. That's interesting, right? So the client is learning something new every day. Then they connect with you, the coach, for their coaching call to help them problem-solve, to help them, you know, pattern this new way of eating, moving, and living into their life. Because Primal Pro curriculum is information. You know, it's information that's widely available out there. It's in Mark's book, you know, it's Primal, paleo, ancestral stuff. We deliver it in an app so that the client can engage with it in a way that's meaningful for a client. So they're learning it brand new. And this is me pretending to clutch my phone. I'll actually clutch my real phone. The client is engaging with this in an app. They're learning every day, and they're messaging with you and booking calls in your calendar to get the coaching they need.
We need it all. We need a curriculum and we need a coaching relationship. Those two things must exist in a private practice health coaching business, shall we say. You have to have a curriculum, you have to have the coaching. We can't have one without the other. Okay? If you just have curriculum, then you're just giving people information, and that's fine to a certain point, but we already know there's enough information, too much information out there. It's not really helping people. If you give them coaching without any information, then they don't really know what it is they're supposed to be implementing. They know they're supposed to show up for the coaching call, but they don't have any sort of, people like a framework, they like an action plan. What am I doing? What am I following? So we want to have both. In fact, there's actually technically three C's. Three C's to an effective health coaching program: curriculum, coaching, and community would be the third, just in case you're keeping track. The third C is community. If you can build some kind of a community, maybe on a Discord server or a Facebook group or a Mighty Networks, whatever, or a Circle or a Telegram or insert your favorite app here to create community. Those are the three C's of coaching. Okay?
Okay, okay. That was a good little review. I think we're up to speed. Okay, so Primal Pro delivers one of the C's, which is curriculum. That's one of the C's. We have to have a curriculum. We have to have a program. Here's where I think a program comes in handy for you because I already explained how it comes in handy for the client. The client has now a roadmap to follow. They know what they're supposed to be doing. They're learning, and they're inside the Primal Pro curriculum. There's action items, right? "Do this today. Here's your action item. You know, go clean out your pantry. Try to take a hundred, you know, thousand extra steps today." Whatever the thing is. Have an evening wind-down and go to bed. We have these action items that they're doing, but they're also learning why. So I think, I think from the client perspective, that's really powerful.
Now, from your perspective, why is this useful to you? Well, it gives you one of the three C's that enables you to go to business, right? So you work on your coaching skills, you build a little community somewhere on Facebook, and we gave you the curriculum. We gave you the other C. So you're ready to go from a marketing perspective. Something I talk about a lot with you folks, putting yourself out there so clients can find you, it's easier to talk about yourself when you actually have a solution that you know you can enroll somebody in. And there's something about that psychologically. "I have a program. It's exists. I'm ready when you are." So if somebody starts to express interest, and I always talk about this with my business students, what if somebody showed up in your calendar tomorrow? "Oh my gosh, I have a discovery call booked tomorrow. Do you have something to enroll a per, a client in on the off chance that they say yes to working with you?" Which is what we want. We want people in our calendar. We want them to say yes to working with us. When they say yes, what happens? You have to have something to enroll them in. And I just literally before this call, I had two discovery calls, and at the end of every discovery call, it was my turn. I said, "Would it be appropriate for me to talk to you about how I work with my clients?" They say, "Yes, please, I'd love to hear more." And I'll say, "Well, I work with my clients for six months, and one of the first things you're going to get access to is my curriculum, the program that I wrote that solves the problem that you have. You're going to get access to the curriculum, you're going to have coaching calls with me, and we have a beautiful community of like-minded people free to hang out with and get some on-the-fly support and camaraderie." The three C's. So I can, the way I can have that conversation, I can have a confident discovery call because I know I have something to enroll a client in. So we wanted to give you that. That's the origin story of Primal Pro.
And we, as you know, we built it out for you on two different technology platforms. And we did a lot of research on this, gang. We looked at every platform that exists for coaching, and we settled on Coach Catalyst. We like that one the best. Simple, nimble platform, great customer service from those guys. And then we went with Practice Better as well, which is a more robust practice management software that a lot of you already use. So since a lot of you are already using it, we just built Primal Pro over there too. When you sign up for Primal Pro, you get to decide which tech platform you want to use, but the curriculum's the same. Okay, there we go. There's the Primal Pro backstory. Let's talk about what's next.
So in Q1 of this year, we launched four new programs inside Primal Pro. Hopefully, you've all seen them. Let's see what you're saying in the chat before I move on. Lots of hellos. Cool. Okay, so we released four new programs inside Primal Pro. If you're familiar with these programs, let me just take you through them. We have three 30-day kind of reset programs. So in addition to your 12, you have the 12-week Primal Health Coaching Program that's built in. You have a 21-day Primal Reset. That's a good little challenge. We're adding these 30-day bonus programs. We'll talk about how you're going to use these. However you want to call them, bonus programs, resets, whatever you want to call them, there's, there's so many ways to use these things. I'm going to share with you. I want to take you through what they are first, high-level, just explanation of the three, the three new 30-day courses and the one 10-day that we built in there. And I really want to take you through how I think you could use these. Okay, okay.
So first thing, we have a 30-day Keto Adaptation Course. We have a 30-day Building Stress Resilience Course, and a 30-day Sleep Optimization Course. So three really good ones that are going to add on. Now, keto, keto adaptation, 30 days. In 30 days, if you take a client from almost any eating paradigm and they, you want to move them toward a ketogenic paradigm, well, you're going to have to give it a good month to get them into the different way of eating and living and moving and sleeping and stressing and approaching food and approaching food and movement to get them really, um, you know, used to eating in a ketogenic pattern and to get their bodies actually keto-adapted. So there's a lot of exploration and learning. It's not just, "Slash carbs. There you go. You're keto." We want to get our clients keto-adapted and understand what it feels like when your body's creating ketones and using ketones, this amazing, reliable fuel that we have in infinite resource available inside of our bodies. We love ketones.
What, what I love about the keto adaptation program is that when we wrote it, by the way, we, I want to just shout out to Ashley Van Houten, who is our curriculum manager, and she really spearheaded this. And just shout out to Ashley, who just had a baby, um, two days ago. She had a baby. So this is exciting. If you're watching this, um, I think she had a baby two days ago. That's exciting. But she, she really spearheaded this. And as she and I were working on it, we thought, "Well, we want the client," just so you know, we write these programs from the client perspective. What is the client experience? I think that's important for you to know. We're writing these programs from the client experience. What is the client going to go through here? Will they have some observable changes? Will they have some quick wins that will keep them motivated? Does this program deliver this learning in a way that, um, encourages their self-efficacy? The client self-efficacy. Hopefully, you know what that means. I'll, I'll explain it if you don't. We wrote the curriculum and programmed it based on what we wanted the client outcome to be at the end of 30 days. We wanted the client to understand what a ketogenic diet is, what ketosis is, what ketones are, why they're so useful, and how to get your body using them. What it feels like to go into that transition, you know, keto flu, what it feels like when you come out of the transition and you're now utilizing this amazing, reliable fuel. Um, so there's a great deal of education at the client's level. That's really important for you all to know that this is a client-facing curriculum. So we have to speak of it in client sort of oriented language.
Now, you tell me, you can put this in the chat if you want. I'm of the opinion that your clients don't necessarily come to you or me or any of us wanting keto. Generally speaking. Generally speaking, they want weight loss, or they want mental clarity, or they want to look better in their swimsuit, or whatever they want. They want the outcomes of the ketogenic diet. They don't necessarily know they want keto. Now, I'm getting some agreements in the chat. That's great. I'm glad that you're agreeing with me. I will say parenthetically, because the ketogenic diet is so popular, there are some health consumers that are like, "I want to go keto. I'm looking for a keto coach. Where's my keto coach at?" I just spoke with a woman who worked with a keto coach. She literally worked with a keto coach. Interesting. And there's keto coaches here, right? I know some of you are keto coaches, so you market yourself as a keto coach, in which case you're attracting people who already know they want to go keto. That's cool. That's fine. But my perspective is that even if they want to go keto or don't, they don't know anything about keto. So we have to teach it to them at this client-facing level, which is what, how we wrote this program.
So we took a lot of cues from our, um, our keto course, our keto diet course, which is written by Chris Irvin. But that course, inside, inside the Primal Health Coach Course curriculum catalog, that course is coach-facing. That is for you to learn about the biochemistry of ketogenic diets and ketogenesis, keto adaptation. That's for us to learn at a higher level. We deliver the curriculum to our client at a client-facing level. They don't need to know it quite to the depth that we do. I will say, if I may, this is one of the benefits to us creating Primal Pro programs for you because I ran into this when I was creating my own curriculum years ago. I went way into the weeds on the science too far. I, I alienated and confused and bewildered my prospective clients by just trying to teach them at a level they didn't really want to learn at. They don't really want to learn at that level. We wish they did, but they don't. They want to learn it at like an executable level. So when we are creating Primal Pro programs, we're doing that for you. We're doing that translation for you. Really important. You're, you're basically, you're on the shoulders of, of experienced health coaches. Between Ashley and myself, we've worked with a lot of clients over the years, so we know what clients, what they do well with, what they don't do well with. So if you haven't got a lot of client experience, you can lean on our experience because we build these programs knowing what clients need to know. 30-day keto adaptation. I think we like this. We're loving it. Lots of keto folks out there. All right.
The second one I wanted to mention as I'm just rattling off here is the 30-day Building Stress Resilience Program. Okay, stress. Huge, huge. We already know stress is a major factor getting in the way of so many people's health and wellness. It's so fun, isn't it, to be a Primal Health Coach because we've been speaking this for decades since Mark came out with it. You know, the idea of play and sort of, um, you know, removing chronic cardio from our lives and the effect of chronic stress. He was really, Mark was really ahead of the game on all the stuff that's now very mainstream. Very, very mainstream. It's very mainstream. It's actually unlike keto. I do get clients coming into my calendar saying, "I need help with stress management." Also, by the way, spoiler alert, sleep is another thing that clients, health consumers, know they need help with. So a client might come to you and say, "I do need help with weight loss, and also my stress levels are like off the charts." And they'll know a little bit about that. There's a, there's an aptitude in the health consumer about stress being a major setback for health. For health. So we really needed to create a stress resilience program. I love this one on a personal level because, I mean, it's, it's just managing the sort of nervous system state. Balancing out our nervous system state is is such a massive health move. Massive. It gets us, it gets the health consumer out of their own way so they can achieve health outcomes. I really think about stress management in that way. We have to get out of the way. We're in the way. We're too stressed. The pressure is too much. This modern human experience, which is such a mismatch from our ancient DNA. We got to kind of return back home to the ancestral wisdom of the body, right? We all know that. I can say that to you. That doesn't sound kooky when I say it to Primal Health Coaches, but it's true. I mean, this is what we know.
So we have the stress resilience program. Same thing. We want to give our clients bite-size actions they can put into place that also give them quick wins so they start to notice maybe a quieter mental state, or more energy, or more clarity, or happier feelings. It just to circle back on this, it's really important, unfortunately or fortunately, however you want to look at it. And again, we know this because we've worked with tons of clients. A client does want a quick win. They want to see results. That's what motivates them. So we had to give some of the big stuff upfront. That's just a little programming note for you. Um, and I do this in my health coaching practice too. I give them the big wins upfront, like I know this one particular behavior is going to make them feel instantly better. I want them them to do this one first so they can feel motivated by those outcomes. So these 30-day programs don't drag. They're 30 days long, and we put some of the biggest, most effective tactics upfront so your clients can start to feel some momentum building. And as I touched on earlier, the long-tail effect of these programs is that your client develops skills, knowledge, and resources to do it on their own. That's the self-efficacy piece, right? So self-efficacy is what we want to graduate our clients to. They can do it on their own.
Our third program is 30-day Sleep Optimization. Very cool because to me, well, I'm a sleep nerd. Who also is a sleep nerd? Any other big sleep nerds out there? We already know. Again, we're, we're in the know here. Clients are desperate for better sleep. Desperate for better sleep. I hear this every day. "I'd like to lose weight, and I really need to sleep better." It's like they just go together. Now, and obviously, this, this health and wellness industry is so noisy. It's full of supplements, it's full of hacks, it's full of cheat codes. And all of this overwhelm is actually getting in the way of people getting good sleep. They're now overwhelmed by all the options they have to try to get sleep working for them. So we brought it back to very simple Primal brass tacks. Like, let's create this evening wind-down. Let's do things throughout our day that encourage the natural production of melatonin. That's the gift that keeps on giving, right? So the sleep program, I'm, I think it's amazing. It's one of my favorites of the three, if I had to pick a fave, because it is intentional, actionable steps to help people get a better night's sleep as soon as possible. So imagine somebody signs up for your 30-day sleep optimization. We're going to talk about how you could use this. And by day three, they're like, "Oh my gosh, I had a, I finally slept through the night for the first time in 10 years." Imagine how good they're going to feel. That is a life-changing outcome. Anybody who's ever been short on sleep knows, right?
All right, so those 30-day programs. Okay. Now, is 30 days enough time to make really big lifestyle change? Possibly. Some people can be really good at getting big change in 30 days. But here's how I see these 30-day programs. Here's how I see you using them. Okay? So first of all, the bundle, right? So you can bundle, um, sleep and stress. Maybe the sleep and stress bundle. You can put all three of them together if you want. But to me, like the sleep and stress bundle, it's like, "Sign up with me today, and you'll get access to my sleep and stress bundle at no additional charge." Right? So this is somebody who's maybe coming into your calendar, they want to work with you for 12 weeks in a health coaching relationship, and you can sweeten the pot. It's like, called price anchoring, where it's like, "You're going to get my 12-week hands-on, high-touch coaching program, and I'm going to also enroll you in my sleep and stress bundle because I really think, Sally, you need a lot of help with sleep and stress. It's going to help you achieve your goals. So I'm going to enroll that in you into that free of charge as a bonus for joining my health coaching program. What do you say? Should we get you signed up?" So this is you selling your high-ticket, main flagship health coaching program and bundling some of these 30-day programs in. Price anchoring, saying, "You know, these are, you know, this is like a $700 value. I'm giving it to you for free," or however you want to price anchor it. Really, price anchoring means I'm giving you all of this. This is like a, this is like a $8,000 value for all this stuff. You only have to pay $2,500. And that's a really interesting way of demonstrating value so people can say, "Wow, I can't afford not to do this." So I, I think bundling is a neat way of doing it.
Some of you that I think on this call are, if I'm just going to scroll the list of you, are in the Launch Your Coaching Business course with me, and I've talked to you about this. Like, if you have a recipe guide, if you have a, um, a workout plan or something that you've added to your Primal Pro, because once you sign up for Primal Pro, you can use our programs and you can also create your own programs, right? So let's say you have like an elaborate cookbook recipe guide thing. People and students have asked me, "Where in my curriculum should I put the recipe guide?" And I'll say, "You should make the recipe guide a separate little mini-course, and then you can use these mini-courses in lots of different ways. You can bundle it with your big coaching program, or you can sell it by itself." So here's the other thing. These 30-day programs can be standalone programs that you open enrollment to a few times a year. "Countdown to my next 30-day Keto Adaptation Challenge. 30-day Keto Adaptation Challenge. Put your name on the waitlist." And you can run people, small groups, people through through a 30-day keto adaptation challenge through the app. Through the app. How easy is that? It's done for you. All you have to do is put yourself out there. The marketing, the hard part, right? But you could sell these things standalone. "Buy my sleep course. Buy my stress course." Right? 30-day program would have a smaller price tag.
Here's something for you that I, I hope this doesn't get into the weeds, but there's a growing body of research as like online coaching, digital sort of digital CEO stuff like we're doing here. As this continues to grow as an industry, what we're learning is that people are, people are more inclined to buy something expensive from you if they've already bought something inexpensive from you. Okay? So there's a lot of psychology to this. So if we have a $75 program, I'm just throwing random numbers out here. So let's just say, for example, you're going to run a 30-day keto adaptation challenge, and it's $75. People will put $75 on their credit card. You know, that's a little, they'll do that. They've been following you for a while, they like you, they're like, "Oh, they've got this inexpensive thing." Once they've bought a $75 thing from you and engaged with you, and they got results from you, and they like you, they like your style, they love being coached by you, they've never been coached before, they're more inclined to make a bigger purchase. This is sort of like, um, we call this a lifetime value of a customer. Getting them in the door, getting them into your sort of commerce orbit. Uh, you have a higher likelihood of selling them into into higher ticket programming. So running the 30-day programs as standalone programs, putting a little price tag on them, like small to medium ticket price tag. I think these 30-day programs, you could, you could charge anywhere up to $300 confidently or more, depending on how much coaching you're doing. I mean, you can be as hands-on or hands-off as you want to be in Primal Pro. So, for example, you could say, "It's a 30-day, 30-day challenge for $75. Here's what you get. You're going to get access to my 30 days of curriculum and in-app messaging." So you might say, "The only coaching you're going to get is messaging through the app." And both Primal, both Practice Better and Coach Catalyst make it very easy for you to message in-app. So that's easy. Or that's $75. Or you could say, "For $325, you're going to get my, my really bespoke, personalized, guided 30-day keto adaptation program, where you will get in-app messaging support, plus I'm going to do three live coaching calls a week," or you're going to get one-on-one coaching, or however you want to do the coaching, right? The price point goes up or down based on how much of you is involved. That's how I would say you price this, right? So you can decide, and you can use these little, these little short programs as a high-touch transformation or a low-touch challenge or anything in between. It's pretty, they're pretty, um, versatile in that way. These little shorter programs, little specific, right? Um, sort of adjacent to that, I want to discuss the concept of lead magnets because this is going to come up in play into play, especially when when I talk about the next one, which is the 10-day Sugar Detox, Sugar Cravings Reset. A lead magnet, just so we're up to speed, is a thing that gets leads into your orbit. So a lead is somebody who's just doing their thing on the internet, and they stumble across your stuff, and they decide to follow you or subscribe to your email list or something. They're now following you somehow. They're in your audience. That's a lead. Um, you want to convert as many leads as you can into clients. So sometimes we need a thing that's going to get more leads into our orbit. And sometimes running a short duration challenge like this is just what you need because the people who are already following you are following you, but somebody who comes across a post for a 30-day challenge might say, "Oh, I'm in the market for that. I don't know who this coach is, but I'll, I'll pay $75 for that." So lead magnet, we can use a low-ticket or inexpensive programs to get people into our orbit who weren't in it already. So this is expanding your audience, getting more eyeballs on your stuff. Okay? So lots of ways to use a 30-day challenge. Um, bundle it, sell it as, sell them as packages, sell them as standalone courses, use them as short duration challenges to get more leads into your audience, that kind of thing. Okay, pretty cool.
I'm just going to jump into the chat to make sure I'm not missing anything, and then I'm going to get to the, the final program, which is the 10-day program, because this is a different thing by itself. While we're students in the, in the coaching program, do we have access to the sleep program for ourselves to use? Um, no, these live inside Primal Pro only. So you have to be a Primal Pro customer to have access to these. We don't offer these programs outside of Primal Pro. That's for you. Eileen H says, "If promote to sell these 30 days as a standalone, what would be an appropriate price?" So I gave you some pricing. Pricing is such a moving target. Like, you, there's no, you could charge a thousand bucks for a 30-day program if it was high-touch enough, like depending what else you're putting into it, right? I, I think that's pretty interesting. I, for example, in my, I have a 21-day program I use in my, in my, um, practice, and I charge $179 for it because it's not that much work for me, quite honestly. And I like to get lots of people into it. Like the more the merrier, come on in. It's cheap. Let's go. But because that price tag is low, I make sure I'm not busting my butt. I mean, I'm doing, I'm doing $179 worth of work, right? For that program, in a manner of speaking. I could make that a $1,079 program if I wanted to work hard and give maybe more personalized coaching. So the transformation you offer really dictates the price tag. And generally speaking, if you're doing kind of a broad group program, it's not going to be as personalized or transformative as a personalized, bespoke coaching relationship. That's just generally speaking. What, forever it's worth, I've had clients do my 21-day program who were just very self-motivated people, and they got amazing results. They didn't need coaching. But those are the outliers. Most people really do need coaching. So the level of coaching in the program is what helps you determine the price. But for a 30-day program, like I said, I'd go anywhere from, you could go anywhere from $79 bucks to, you know, $500 bucks, as far as I'm concerned. I mean, imagine if somebody is dying to sleep. They just like, they haven't slept, and you have a coaching program that's zeroed in on sleep. If we've, anybody who's ever been short on sleep chronically knows that you will do anything. You'll do anything. I always use the analogy of my sore neck. When I had a sore neck, I tried every possible, um, uh, every possible type of practice or methodology to get my neck to feel better. I was opening my wallet to anybody selling a neck solution out of the trunk of their car. I just needed it gone, right? So if somebody's really desperate for sleep, and you say, "I've got this $500, 30-day sleep program that's guaranteed to get you, you know, 50% better sleep," you can spin that however you want. And you want to really lean in and get them lots of great sleep coaching. Maybe that's your area of expertise. You can charge tons of money for it because it's not the duration of time that they're paying for. They're paying for the transformation. The transformation comes from how, um, transformative your program is. And I think that really comes through the coaching relationship piece. But the coaching relationship must live on top of a curriculum. So Primal Pro is the curriculum, and then you decide how much coaching you want to put in, and that's going to help inform your pricing, or how you use the stuff.
Will there be a coaching manual for these new programs? There, there are. Yes, they're a coaching manual. One second. Let me just see. Um, give me one second. Oh, coaches manual. We don't have a coaches manual. You're right. Just because these programs are so short, um, we, we decided not to do a coaching manual because you can just click through the curriculum and get the gist of it, right? So it's 30 days. So just click through the 30 days of curriculum, and you'll figure out kind of the trajectory that we've put together here. But there are no coaching manuals for these little short, quickie programs, just for the big programs. We've done coaching manuals.

What's the difference between the regular Primal Pro and the new one that includes the new 30 days? Well, there's no difference. So Primal Pro is Primal Pro. We, we just keep adding stuff to it. So we just added these things. So if you're a Primal Pro user, you now have access to these programs inside your Primal Pro. In now, there's, there's a Primal Pro course. So those of you who are Primal Pro users, you have a Primal Pro course in your student dashboard. Let me just quickly show this to you because this is important, just to refresh your memory on this. This course here, um, Primal Pro Course, inside Thinkific, and it teaches it under "Additional Coaching Programs." It's going to talk you through how to download and use these programs. Okay? So anybody who's already been a Primal Pro user, you have access to this inside your Primal Pro course. We just kind of quietly sort of soft-launched it, and we're going to do that for a lot of other things, by the way. Once Ashley's back from maternity leave, we have lots of other plans of things we're going to put into Primal Pro. Basically, what we do is we work behind the scenes, we perfect it, make it perfect, then we load it up inside Primal Pro, and then we just say to you, "Hey, there's a new program in here. You have access to go and knock yourself out and, you know, and have at her." So it's in there.
Jen, just, holy cow, I didn't realize these were all in there. Is this just recent? Even the Daily Moments one? Oh yeah, it's all pretty recent. The Daily Moments one, since Jen brought it up in the chat, there's, um, somebody had asked for this. Uh, I can't remember who it was, one of you beautiful students asked for this, something that went beyond the 12 weeks. Okay? So in the 12-week Primal Health Coaching Program, beautiful 12-week transformation, it's awesome. 12 weeks is a great amount of time to get somebody some amazing results and outcomes. But we had thought internally, "What if somebody wanted to just, in a manner of speaking, kind of continue to check the accountability box?" Like after 12 weeks, your clients have gotten used to opening this app every day and looking at their daily lesson, and then sort of like, it sort of abruptly ends at 12 weeks. So we created this extension called The Daily Moments, and it takes you from basically day 85, 84, so 12 weeks to day 119. I can't remember why. I think that's what is that? Is that two more months or three more months? And it's just a little two-minute audio lesson, kind of like a little pep talk, sort of reorienting into some of the principles they learned in their 12 weeks. And, you know, it gets delivered once a day, and they can open the app and listen to the pep talk, listen to the audio file. It's really beautiful, actually. Um, those are in my voice. So I tried my best to make it sound good. Now, you, and this is inside your course curriculum, you can record these yourself. We gave you the whole script. So if you wanted to open up a recording, um, tool on your computer and record your own self doing the audio, so it's in your voice. It's a great idea, and we have some, uh, instructions on how to do that in the course. But yeah, lots of stuff. So to your point, Jen, to everybody's point, we will be adding to Primal Pro, um, all the time. So you want to make sure you're in there checking it out and refreshing it. We want you to be successful. We know that, uh, you know, you want to have a multifaceted business, build a big business, you want to get more eyeballs on your stuff. So sometimes these little smaller courses, these little bundle things that we can do, are really great business generation tools, like lead generation.
Um, I'm almost ready to sign up for Primal Pro. Can you explain a bit on what's included and for how long? Okay, so I can, I can generally explain that you have to pay annually for your subscription to Primal Pro to us. So you're going to pay us an annual subscription fee. Then you also have to pay the subscription for whichever technology platform you decide to go with. So either you're going to go with Coach Catalyst or Practice Better, and they have pricing because their pricing is generally pro-rated based on how many clients you have. So you're going to pay us the licensing fee to use our programming and all the new programs we create, and then you're going to pay Coach Catalyst or Practice Better their pertinent monthly charges. The more clients you have, the more expensive those programs are. But for somebody starting out, it's pretty inexpensive. So that's how you'll do it. I just want to also mention that we do have, um, we have a special promo offer, um, which will be included in the replay email. So I'm not going to drop that here because I do want this to kind of be evergreen, but you'll be getting an email with this replay. It will have a promo offer in it for you. So if you're on the fence and looking to join Primal Pro and check it out, that promo offer is coming. Okay, okay.
Um, Elena feels supported and spoiled by all the work we've done. Yeah, well, I'm glad to hear that, Elena, because we, um, again, we, we're, we're for health coaches. We are health coaches, and we understand what it's like to be out there coaching, and, you know, this stuff is all informed by those of us on faculty who have coaching businesses as well, and what we, what we see clients needing, and what we know coaches need. So I'm, I'm, we're grateful to spoil you. How to add the extra days to the 12-week program at the end? So if you're going to add the Daily Moments script, I think we actually teach that in the course. We teach you how to, how to, how to, uh, load it up, if I'm not mistaken. Um, how to record? Yeah. So basically, what you'll do is you'll go into whichever of the tools you're using and just create subsequent days of lessons, and then you're plugging in your audio file.
or it can be a text file or video file. Plug it in. It's very, very easy once you get into creating new lessons, but you'll have to manually add that to yours if you want to.
What you could do is you could create, um, a daily moments program. Let me just double-check. We already have that. We didn't create. Okay, so yeah, you have to add it to your existing programming, or you could just do a daily moments. You could create a whole separate daily moments program because you have, you all have carte blanche. You can create any program you want. What you can buy Primal Pro and you can also create your own programs inside Coach Catalyst and Practice Better. So if you wanted to use the daily moments extension, you want to create a whole new course that factors in those, those daily lessons. And we've got Onelli in the chat, who's the Practice Better guru. So if you have any questions about Practice Better, Onelli's got you. And Onelli says that actually Practice Better pricing remains the same, no matter how many clients you have. So some, some programs price differently.
Okay, let me wrap up here with the 10-day challenge. 10-day sugar Cravings Reset. 10 days is a short period of time, but with something like sugar Cravings. Okay, this has been my experience. I'd love to hear what you all think. Tell me what you think. I find that sugar cravings, um, can resolve really quickly through a primal eating paradigm. A low-carb, low-sugar, animal-forward eating paradigm obliterates sugar cravings in a matter of days, days, days. I've had a client who said after one day, one day on my Primal program, she's like, "Oh, I wasn't craving sugar today." That's the first time in recorded memory. When people are well-nourished and well-satiated by amazing, robust, nourishing food, their sugar cravings go away, generally speaking. So we created this 10-day sugar reset because, quite frankly, if they play their cards right, they can get it handled in 10 days, or at least have some meaningful improvement in their experience of sugar cravings. And anybody who's battled sugar cravings knows that it feels like a, it feels like a dragon. Well, this, the Whole30 always referred to as the sugar dragon. It feels like a dragon that's just kind of following you around and tormenting you. People feel very bothered by their sugar cravings. So imagine now you say, "Oh, well, I've got a 10-day sugar Cravings Reset." They're thinking, "10 days? That's nothing." Oh, I can do it for 10 days. Because what's really hard for people when they're trying to change their health is that it's going to take such a long time to change my health. And, you know what, it does. But a quick win. I'm all about these quick wins. In 10 days, we have your sugar cravings reduced by 75%. You can, you can throw numbers like that out. I would feel very confident saying, "Reduce your sugar cravings by 75% in 10 days." Or you can say 100%, or you can say whatever, whatever off-the-wall number you want to say. I mean, it's not untrue that sugar cravings can be really well managed when you're eating better. So, 10-day sugar, um, Cravings Reset. Very compelling to a skeptical health consumer. And for better or worse, okay, for better or worse, health consumers are a little quick-fix oriented. That's fine. They think they want a quick fix. They're hoping for the quickest possible fix. Now, we all know better that this has to become a lifestyle change. But for somebody who's like at a stage of change where they're like, contemplation stage of change, you're like, "I probably need to get a handle on my health." You put a 10-day sugar reset in front of them, they're in. They're like, "Okay, I'll try that." They don't have to be at a particularly ready stage of change to jump into a 10-day challenge. So really good lead gen opportunities with a 10-day challenge. You could, you could put this on your social feed. You could blast this out to your email list. "Hey, I'm doing a free 10-day sugar reset challenge. Sugar Cravings Reset. Free." You could do it for free. You could do it for free two or three times a year. People love free stuff. 10-day challenge. They get their sugar cravings knocked down in 10 days. They're going to wonder what's next for them. What's next for somebody whose sugar cravings are gone? Well, now they can try a keto diet. Now they can try to become fat-adapted. Now they can actually lose weight, feel better, reduce the inflammation in their bodies. Like, once we get sugar out of the way, it's people are feeling very motivated by noticing that change in just a short amount of time. So the 10-day sugar, uh, I keep forgetting the name, sugar Cravings Reset. I love it as a free challenge. I do, or very inexpensive. You could go eight bucks, seven bucks, something. They're just going to put on their credit card and say, "Yeah, I'll do the $7." And you could have this rolling evergreen, by the way. So evergreen would be, you could have, let's say, for example, I'm just going to use this as an example. Maybe you have at the bottom of your email signature, "P.S. Join my sugar Cravings Reset. Just seven bucks." And you could have ongoing evergreen enrollment. People can enroll in that 10-day sugar reset anytime they want, right? That's green, which means it's always open for enrollment. When you're using an app, that's totally easy to do. You can bring on somebody every day. Every day you can make $7 right from somebody. Or you could launch it. "Hey, my 10-day sugar Cravings Reset kicks off Monday, March 17th. Get on the waiting list. It's only, it's only eight bucks or whatever." Or it's free, right? I think using these little short, impactful challenges as lead generation. So free or very inexpensive to get people in your orbit and feeling better. Because that's the thing. They're going to get the quick wins. They're going to feel hopeful. And a hopeful person, now we've evolved into the next stage of change. Somebody who's kind of on the fence, like, "I think I need to change." As soon as they feel themselves improving, now they're all in on change. We've all had that experience. We were once skeptical, uh, health consumers ourselves. Then we tried a crazy thing and it worked so well that we couldn't stop talking about it. That's what we want to try to foster in folks, right? So I like it for that reason. I like it as a free or very inexpensive lead magnet, getting kind of skeptical people just to come into your orbit and meet you and work with you. It's also great as a bundle. You know, or let's imagine this. Let's say you've got people going through your 12-week, your 12-week program. So you got some clients in the 12-week program. You might blast a message out to your whole client roster and say, "Hey, first name, April 1st, no fooling. We're all doing a 10-day sugar reset challenge. No fooling, April." I don't know. Please, you can borrow that marketing, that that amazing achievement in copywriting. You can borrow that one. But you might say, "We're all starting a 10-day sugar reset, Cravings Reset on April 1st. It's already loaded up inside your client dashboard. We kick off on April 1st. Get ready." And you could bring all your clients through a little 10-day sugar reset inside your 12-week program. So, like, I love the idea of bundling it. That's that's a delight factor. Like, "Oh, I signed up with this coach for 12 weeks and they give us this bonus sugar Cravings Reset thing. It was amazing. I knocked my sugar Cravings down immediately." Very cool delight factor with something small like this.
So, speaking of lead magnets, you know, when you, you've probably, when you go to a website, when you have a website, you want to collect email addresses, right? You need to collect email addresses because your email list is really where we really believe the bulk of our sales come from. Our email list. So you might have on your website, um, "Click here to download my my free 10-day sugar Cravings Challenge." And you can have that set up. I'm not going to talk you through the technology of this, but you could get somebody to help you setting up automatic enrollment from a popup or a link on your website to automatically enroll somebody in your free 10-day sugar Cravings Reset inside Coach Catalyst or Practice Better. That could be your freebie that lives on your website. You collect their email address. Now you've got their email address. They're going to go do their 10-day sugar reset by themselves, but you got their email address. So you could take this course and, you know, with some help with your website helper-outer, whoever that is in your life, build out this as your free lead magnet on your website. It's pretty cool. And actually, to be honest with you, I think my personal opinion is this is kind of what health consumers are looking for when they come across a website or even like a social feed. Like, "Click the link in my bio to sign up for my free 10-day sugar reset, sugar Cravings Reset." And then you're collecting their email address. Once they sign up, and now they're a lead in your, in, in your email list, and you can sell them other things. You got to get those leads in your inbox. This is a great way to do it. So I love this 10-day thing. I'd like us to do actually a few more of these really short duration, um, free or very low ticket offers. It's just a really useful business tool, actually.
Okay, let's just go through the chat here. Um, "How do I get the program information if I don't have Coach Catalyst or Practice Better?" Well, you, you have to be a Primal Pro customer. You have to have to have Primal Pro. And if you do, um, then you would have one of those two platforms. If you can give me more detail on that, Jen, that would be great. Um, just one second. Um, just clicking through here. We have the handouts inside the online course, but the curriculum itself lives inside our course platforms, Coach Catalyst and Practice Better. So you'll have to have one of those two platforms to get access to these courses. Yep. "Maybe use 10-day lead magnet." Very nice. "I'm launching the 10-day sugar Cravings Reset next month for $27 with chat support." Love it. Okay. And Ellie, nice. Make sure you tell us how that goes. I love that. That's great. What a great deal. Oh my, my gosh, $27, chat support. She can, these people are going to have their sugar cravings knocked down in less than 10 days for $27. What a great deal for somebody who's battling sugar cravings. Insane good deal. "Thinking of using this as a sign-up bonus for my Patreon." Amazing idea, Roxana. Yes, sign-up bonus. That's a great idea. You have a podcast? You know, maybe you put a vanity URL in your podcast outro. "Hey, you know, thanks for listening. If you made it to the end of this podcast, make sure you go to mycoolwebsite.com/sugar and get yourself into my free 10-day sugar Cravings Reset." Or make it inexpensive, right? You can tie a price tag to it. $6, $3, $7, something that it's like a no-brainer.
Okay, so Jen, you have Primal Pro. What you'd have to do if you're using a different platform, here's what you'll have to do. You'll have to log in to, I don't know how we're going to do this, Jen. You have to send that to the help desk. Help at Primal Health Coach dot com. Okay? Because I don't think we're, we're really not able to give this curriculum to anybody who's not currently. You should be able to get it because you're paying for Primal. I'm going to find out. So I don't want to hijack this whole thing. So Jen, if you're still watching, Help at Primal Health Coach dot com. We'll get that sorted up for you, okay?
"What about charging a little bit as a lead magnet for emails?" 100%. I mean, right, I have a thing in market right now. It's a, it's a $27 e-course that I created. And I, this is getting into the weeds of marketing a little bit, but I, I put a little bit of ad spend behind it. I wouldn't recommend anybody doing that out the gate, but once you get to a certain point, spending a little money on ads can go a long way. So I spend, if I spend $27 on ads and one person buys the thing, I've just paid, you know, they pay for $27. It just paid for itself. I just got a new lead. So you have to be kind of a little bold wanting to do that. But you could, uh, you could. So you could, you could have the, the 10-day, one of these programs for, for example, you could have it on your website to purchase. So you have to have some kind of payment link through your Coach Catalyst to Practice Better payment link. And you can, you can use a paid lead magnet. Generally, they're free, but if it was a low enough price point, five or $7, it that could work. To an inexpensive lead magnet would be useful.
Okay, well, I think I've got the questions all dealt with. Um, really excited that you're all so excited. So for those of you that are already Primal Pro users, get on in there and check it out. Uh, really good idea to duplicate a program. Just automatically duplicate it in your dashboard so you have an untouched copy and then you can play around with the duplicated copy as much as you want. Um, if you're not a Primal Pro user, there will be an email following up that has a really nice promotional discount for you. So keep your eyes peeled on your box for that. And I hope you have fun and lots of success using these little new smaller, shorter duration programs. There's a, there's these things are gold mines from the perspective of getting more eyeballs on what you do as a health coach, right? So we want to have these like entry points where people can come in and work with you. Um, tiptoe into your world and be just wowed by the kinds of transformations they get from you so they want to keep working with you. So that's why we created these for you, gang. All right, you've been such a great, awesome, attentive audience and we'll see you soon. All right, have a good night. Thanks for joining.
