How many of you, you know, I had a stroke a year a year and a half ago? Yeah. And uh it's actually been two and a half years since I left Cross. Been just a few minutes. It seems like, you know, you get older and as time goes quicker. I don't know if it just speeds up or what the Lord just makes it that way. You get older and before you know it, the kids are big and you're like, "What happened to my time?" You know, I used to be 45 when I started Mission 24 and Pastor Lupin remembers. Now I'm 65. I'm like, "Wow, time is going." But we thank God for everything. Amen. Amen.

Also want to make mention that uh I want to tell brother Ragu and Star, God bless you. I'm sorry I wasn't able to do the ministry for your son and your daughter or your daughter's wedding, but I I couldn't even walk after I had this stroke. They had to pick me up in the ambulance and I was in two weeks at uh Vallejo at a hospital for rehab. Then I was going through rehab at home then rehab in the hospital. We just thank God for everything. Amen. That He brought us through.

Want to recognize my cousin James. He did a good job. You know, James and I, we started the ministry back in '83. He started going to church first and I didn't know what to do so I went to church too and uh he's been a blessing. I'm glad that he stayed with the cross and he's ministering to the Lord. It's good to see that. Yeah. Come on. You know James and I've been through a lot. And he's been through a lot. You know, we were youth pastors together. We were youth presidents together. We were working in the sector together. And then we were ordained right after each other. and uh he got me going the juvenile hall and the men's home and we are ministering outside the four walls and I thank God for all you ministers that are here to minister outside the four walls all for cross and for those that are working for the Lord. Amen. Amen.

I want to talk about the Lord Jesus Christ first. And I already said He is risen. But we can never forget the importance that Christ raised from the dead and destroyed the works of the devil. We get tempted. We go through many things, but I want to talk to you today about grace. Today's the fifth and it's a number of grace because Jesus had they had wounded his feet, his hands and his side or the five. So five is the number of grace. One is the number of God. Two is the number of witnesses. Three is the number of unity. Four is the number of the earth. Five is the number of grace. Six is the number of man. Seven is number of gifts. 10 is a number of law order responsibility. 11 is a number of disintegration. And 12 is a number of government. 13 is a number of backsliding and double portion. 14 is a number of deliverance.

And if you know you go on to 24, you'll find out it's a number of governmental perfection. But today I want to talk about Jesus Christ retaining the scars after resurrection as eternal physical and testament sacrifice validating His identity to the disciples proving His victory over death. They serve as a lasting symbol of His humanity, the depth of His love, and the price paid for redemption. Now, when Jesus rose from the dead, He presented Himself alive to the disciples. They saw the holes in His feet, the holes in His hands, and the piercing on His side. He told doubting Thomas, "Don't be disbelieving, but believe."

Now, I've always wondered why Christ kept the five wounds after His resurrection. He could have just wiped them away, but He wore them as a badge of authority. Key reasons for their scars remaining include proof of the resurrection. The wounds on His hands and feet, side to the disciples that He was not a spirit but the same body and was crucified. Number two, evidence of sacrifice. The scars are permanent receipt or trophy of His victory over sin and death, testifying the suffering He endured for humanity. I want you to think about that. We go through suffering and probably some scars, but up in heaven, God's going to wipe away all tears. Amen. There going to be no more tears in heaven. No more pain, no more sorrow, no more unforgiveness, no more taxes. Hallelujah. And no more Jenny Craig. Hallelujah. Amen. You know, fat is where it's at. Thin may be in, but fat is where it's at. Amen. Faithful, available, and teachable. Amen. Faithful, available, and teachable.

So, the scars are a permanent receipt or trophy of His victory over sin and death, testifying to the suffering He endured humanity. You know, when we get over there, we're going to be receive crowns over there. Soul winner's crown and other crowns. Amen. The next one is sign of love and empathy. They demonstrate God's deep love and willingness to suffer alongside humanity, proving He understands human pain. How many know that Jesus had empathy on us? He walked in this world tempted by the devil, tempted by all sorts, but yet without sin. That's why His blood is so powerful today. Cuz in the economy of God, He's only been gone maybe what, two days? Cuz a thousand years is like one day to the Lord. So really, that blood is just as precious when He shed it.

The next one is perpetual perpetual intercession. As a high priest, His wounds represent His ongoing meditation for mercy. The scars signify that Christ is not ashamed of His suffering and they remain a glorified testament to His love. Now, the reason I'm talking about race today, today is the 5th of April, and it's all about God's grace. And one thing I've taught Pastor Lupe over the years is grace is important to have grace upon one another and not to see things as they are, but as they're going to be. And to have faith that God will work it out.

Now I don't want to talk about the five smooth stones of David but one. Did you know they talk about why he picked five was that Goliath had four brothers that was his faith that he take them all out but he only needed one. Amen. Amen. Hallelujah. Amen.

Now I'm going to talk to the those that want to be in the ministry. Only Jehovah Himself can invest a man or woman with privilege of any office in the service. No man takes his honor to himself but he is called of God. All consecration of the priest under the Old Testament Exodus 29:20 in the in the act was done. Amen. They did five things. One, the tip of the ear was blood placed upon the slain, signifying the Holy Spirit would cause them to hear the word of God and separating their five senses for God. Now, in order to be a minister or a priest back in the Old Testament, you had to have put blood on your right ear so you could hear the word of God. Next on the tip of the right hand or the right ear I'm sorry on the thumb of the right hand signifying that what to do and act for God. So the priests were given blood and anointing oil to signify on the right hand and the right ear on the great on the great toe of the right foot signifying their personal walk was to be conformed to God's will that anointed was added to the five. So it would put blood and anointing oil on your right ear, your right hand, and your right thumb. So you will be sanctified in the Old Testament. How might you know that we're covered by the blood of Jesus today? Amen.

And I have tried to teach pastor Lupe about grace and sometimes people want to act crazy. I told Pastor Lupe that grace is important because it will show the love of God. Grace is important because I'm going to talk about there was this vo that wanted to be a VP but he was from Mars and Pastor Lupa told me I don't want to use this guy no more. He wants to be a VP. I told pastor, well, go ahead and let him because in the end, we'll see what is in really in his heart, but give him grace to see what he'll do if you make him a VP. Pastor said, "Okay." So, they made him a VP and he made a big mess. And Pastor Lupe just cut him loose. But I think he learned that sometimes we got to give people an opportunity to mess up. Amen. And give them grace anyway. Even though they don't deserve it. See, we don't deserve grace. How many are under the grace of the Lord Jesus? You don't deserve it. But we're saved by grace and not by works. It's not by what you do. It's who you are. It's by Jesus shed His blood. When He shed His blood, He covered us. Amen.

So, I have here that, you know, there's a lot of people that want to do a lot of things. How many VPs do I have here today? Okay, now this is a side note, but when you're a VP, you complain about something or something happens, you have to go to P brother Lewis. Now where's brother Lewis right there? Amen. Brother Lewis peace. Are you under brother Lewis? So sometimes you want to complain you want to and people will tell people under them. But see, you don't complain down, you have to complain up. If you have a problem, you go to the brother Lewis. Amen. Be peace. Cuz there was a preacher that said 2+2 is three. And then the Lord spoke to him and said 2+2 is five. And he said, "What does that mean?" And the Lord told him 2+2 is three because we take a point away from people cuz we don't know them. And then 2+2 is five is because we add a point to people cuz we know them. We give them a break. But we got to learn to know who we're talking with. And sometimes people will repeat problems and then pastor Lupe has to deal with it. Amen. Pastor Lupe will have to go and put people in their places. But as long as the VPs know their position and they know not to add like talking to low-level operators, that means don't share things with people that are underneath you, but share them with people that are above you. So things are done what? In decently and in order. Somebody say amen. Amen.

Now we have the five-fold ministry. Notice five. God gave you five senses and God gave you five fingers on each hand. Then He gave us the five-fold. He Himself gave us to be some apostles, prophets, evangelists, and some pastors and some teachers. And I will tell you, I believe that God needs the five-fold today more than ever. We need pastors. We need teachers. We need evangelists. We need those that are willing to teach others. We need people of God. Amen. We need them to serve the Lord and lead the way. There's a lot of people that don't know Jesus and they have to find out who Jesus is. Cuz Jesus first said, "For God so loved the world." He didn't say, "So, I love the church." It says, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whoever should believe in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." Amen. Amen.

So we see here that the five-fold is important. I told Pastor Lupe when we first started with him, the importance of the five-fold and it created a big division in our ranks. A lot of pastors left because he recognized the five-fold. He believed in the five-fold and a lot of pastors didn't believe. So I went to his uh his board then and most of them wanted to take over is uh took over cross ministry cuz he was going to be a pastor because the apostles that we were hanging with called him to be a pastor. He said after he became a pastor, I think his bike almost went down and he was going through a lot and uh his board was against him. But the thing is that we do need pastors, evangelists, teachers, prophets, apostles. You should recognize them. Now, some of you don't go to churches or you go to churches to believe and don't believe. Most people, I would say, don't believe in apostles and prophets. But in these last days, we need the men of God to stand up and be counted. We don't have time to be playing around. How many know we're in a war? We're in a battle. Come on now. We're in a fight for our lives. We're fighting against not flesh and blood, but against the principalities, the rulers of darkness. Amen.

And I want you to know that I believe that Jesus Christ is still Lord. He's still saves. He's still looking out for you. He's still watching you. He's still walking with you. He knows where you're at today. Amen. I forgot to mention, but when David faced this giant, all of us have giants we have to face. How many have giants? I know you all do. There's usually one thing the devil tries to tempt you with. I don't know what it was. if it's pride or against or unforgiveness or if it's something else. But we all have to keep fighting the fight against the giants. We have to know that greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world. If God be for you, who could be against you? The Lord Jesus Christ is greater than all the works of the devil.

I don't care what you say. I was invited one time to my pastor's house at Friday 12:00 at night because he had a devil on his couch. I went there on a Saturday night knowing that the devil I had to get up early for Sunday. He was causing trouble on the Saturday night. So I went over there and as I walked in the door, he told me, "She only speaks Spanish." And I said, "That's all right." I went in and all of a sudden she knew how to cuss me out in English. She started calling me the f word and everything. She learned English real quick. I didn't care. I started rebuking the devil and it was a witchcraft devil. We started rebuking it for about 15, 20 minutes and then she stopped and said, "Wait, you want me to tell you who you are in the spiritual realm? I could tell you who you are." And I go, shut up and come out of her in Jesus name. That's all you got to say in Jesus name. And greater is He that is in me than he is in the world. And in 15, 20 minutes that devil came out because greater is He that is in you. And there's nothing impossible for you. There's no devil that can take you out if you don't let him. You have to trust the Lord with all your heart and believe every day in Jesus Christ. And I know when you get on that bike, you pray for grace and mercy, but we too pray for grace and mercy. Amen. Amen.

So the Bible is important and one of my favorite uh verses here is Amen. for the equipping of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ is katismas. The the word for equipping of the saints is katismas. It's to render, to fit, to complete, to amend what has been broken, to repair, to complete, to fill out, equip, put in order, adjust, to fit a frame oneself eth uh ethically, to strengthen, perfect, complete, make one ought to be. So the job of pastors, of evangelists and prophets is Katism. We're here to bring restoration to people's lives. People need somebody to tell them about Jesus. Hallelujah. And that Jesus Christ is Lord. Amen.

I don't care what anybody says. Jesus Christ is still the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. He's the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, who is, which is to come. He's the lily of the valley, the lily of the valley. He's the bright and morning star. His name is wonderful counselor, the mighty God and everlasting father. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. He doesn't change. He's the same yesterday, today, and forever. Amen. Come on now. He's the same. He's wonderful. He's been good to us. Let me tell you, I'm glad today that my sons are here. Glad today that my wife is here and that we're still serving the Lord. Even through this trial, the Lord has been with us. The Lord has supplied. The Lord has delivered. The Lord has helped us. Lord has saved us. And I want you to know He's the same. He's faithful and true. How many know that He's faithful and true? Amen. Come on. He is what everybody says.

You know, um there's one more verse I'm going to share. Therefore, judge nothing before the time until the Lord comes, who will both bring to light the hidden things in the darkness and remove the reveal the counsel of the hearts that each one will have his praise from God. Don't prejudge things. Sometimes we're quick to judge things. We want to judge people. We want to judge situations. We want to judge this. We want to judge that. You go around, you could be a professional judge. I guess to yourself, look in the mirror and you could say, "I judge this. I judge that." But the Bible says, "Judge nothing till the Lord shows up." Until the Lord says, until the Lord makes a way. Cuz sometimes we want to prejudge things, but God hasn't given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. Amen. Hallelujah. How many you know the word of God is living and powerful and the sharper than a twin sword? Amen. He's the same. Amen. Hallelujah.

I just thank God. And uh again I want to tell you that we're in a fight for we do not wrestle against flesh and blood but against principalities, powers, and the rulers of darkness this age against spiritual weakness in heavenly places. You know, I had a dream one time that one of when I was a youth pastor that one of the youth was getting pumbled and beat. We were in a fight out in the wilderness and going through trees and there was one young man there that was getting tumbled and beat and he had his hands down and the devil was just whailing on him. Some of the guys that we were fighting and later they told me he was going through a lot. So I told him what I saw and what it was was he was a Christian but he didn't know how to fight. And there's one thing I tell you. Life is not like a box of chocolates. I've been looking through this year the Bible for over 40 years. I never found for this gum to be true. Well, you never know what you get. That's not true. You know what you get. You get to go to heaven because the Bible says you are. You're sons and daughters of God. And so I'm going to tell you life is not about the chocolate. It's a fight. Paul said, "I have fought a good fight. I've kept the faith." And that's what I want to say as I come to a close that there's one thing I I've heard a preacher say that when we get older and we think, "Oh, we just should stay home now. We should quit now. I'm old enough. I've done a lot already. I've baptized. I've done this. I've done that. I've cast out devils. I've been traveling throughout United States. We've been up to the Pyute, the Black Feet Nation. Been up to the Tall Tan, which is 1,000 miles above US border." But this one preacher said, "No, you don't get to retire in God. There is no retirement for you. You get older, you be example to the younger. You could y'all tell them of all the victories Christ has given you. It's no time to shrink back but burn into the future." See, I'm only have 10 years left, but I want to give them to the Lord. I told my cousin James, we gave most our 20s, our 30s, our 40s, our 50s to the Lord, now our 60s. And see, the Lord showed me when I was in the 50s a ball of fire like this, like big big as a basketball. It was an orb. And He said, "80%." I said, "What does that mean, Lord?" And He told me after, "You've done 80% of what I called you to do, but you still have 100% to go, but you're only at 80%." Cuz He said, "Most Christians live at 10%. Most Christians live at 10%, but I've called you to go on to the 100. So, I haven't received my 100 yet. Well, there's one thing I've been praying is that I want my 100%. I don't want to get to heaven. And the Lord told me, "Ah, you only made it to 80. You only made it to 70 or 60." No, I want my 100%. I want to do all God's will. For I didn't come to this earth to do my will but the will of the Father. Amen. Jesus said I didn't come to do my will but His will. So how many of you are willing to do God's will even in your olden age? Amen. We don't get to retire. We don't get to take days off and time off. No, we have to keep in the fight. Be an example of the believers and conduct in your motives and your intentions. Be example to those around you. There's no time to fool around and get involved with stuff that you shouldn't be involved with. You should be involved with the Lord and His business. Like when He was 12 years old, they said, "Didn't you didn't you know I'll be about my father's business?" What business are you in? No response. We're in God's business, Pastor Lupus said. Amen.

So, today is a day of grace. Every time you look at your hand, see five fingers, remember five is the number of grace. Amen. Because God kept you and given you grace, unmerited favor. You don't deserve it, but you get it. Amen. Nobody here is without sin. Cuz if we say we have no sin, then we make God a liar. We all sin and come short of His glory. How many know that when you sin, it really means missing the mark? It's like you take an arrow, you shoot at a target, it falls short. But our target is the Lord Jesus Christ in His glory. We have to be more like Jesus. Come on, somebody. We have to be more like Jesus and be example especially to our old age so that when we leave this earth we'll be laughing. Everybody will be crying but those that believe will know where they're going. For my father's house are many mansions. I go to prepare a place for you that where I am you may be also. I want my mansion. I want my 100%. I want to make it till the end. And my goal is to be up on the wall with the other bikers. And you can remember and see me all the time up on the wall. Hallelujah. We made it. Amen. All right. God bless you. AMEN. I know. Come on, let's do it together. And I'm fighting. All right. Come on. Let's hear for pastor. That's a good message. Amen. Amen.

I got a I got a good word from uh Pastor Mook. He says, "Christians, especially you guys are on motorcycles. Those Christians don't have a reverse. They go forward." Amen. I love that about the transmission don't have a reverse. Except uh where are you at? You got to reverse my bro. But praise the Lord. That's what God does for us, you know. He always wants us to look forward. He always wants us to go as as fast as we can towards Him. Amen. We never want to give up anything that or leave anything behind. Like pastor said, I want to give 100%. And that's what we want to do today. Amen. And pastor, he's just been a he's been a a great mentor to me for many years. And I know he had to leave before he even got sick. He decided to dedicated himself to like the American Indians. And that was awesome. You know, that's what he does. Amen. But at this time he it's time for him to come back home to the cross ministries. Amen. I I remember when we took the old picture with a model Johnny Garcia a bunch of old guys that were there and uh pastor was uh oh he looked really like he was part of us already. I was one of your pictures the first picture we ever took with him but he looked like he was part of us. Amen. It's all standing all like you know. Yeah. But it's been a blessing to have him here today and and to see him and his family cuz most important is that he wanted to welcome you welcome you back home. Amen. And you and my sister. Amen.

So first we're going to go ahead and give uh sister going to give her her patches back. Amen. Amen. Praise the Lord. Amen. Yeah. Amen. Praise the Lord. God is good. Amen. And then we're going to give pastor we're going to give him his passage back. Amen. Amen. Lord. Amen. It says San Francisco, but we're going to change that cuz now you're going to belong to Coco County, which is Contraasa County. And we're going to have uh brother the VP of that that county going to give you uh that's what's going to go on. Yeah. It says Coco, not cuckoo. How are you? Amen. So, we're going to get your your rocker and and and change all that off. Okay, pastor. Also, you're going to get an international tent, which my sister already has it on. So, you're going to I know you guys do a lot of international you guys. That's kind of where we want you guys to do. Me and Lewis talked about that. We come in agreement Sunday. That's what we should do. Amen. So, we're going to put you in the international charter and we want everybody to extend your hands out a little bit and we're going to pray for them. You all stand up in the in the audience, too, and just kind of just put your hands up for pastor. Amen. Praise the Lord. Amen. Thank you, Lord. We just thank you for my for my pastor, Father, for my for my mentor, for my brother. He's been uh just a blessing in my life. I thank you and I praise you. I thank you for bringing back home to the ministry. Father, we know that he was with us for many years. Almost one of the originals. He missed it by a couple years. Father, I consider him an original father because he always was there for me. We thank you. We praise you. We know that what he did for for this ministry in the years past that he's done nothing but great things and great advice. Lord, you always poured into him to give us the advice that we needed to look forward on what we needed to do, Father. And even when I was struggling, I would come to him and he would put me straight, Father. And we just thank you. We praise you. We honor you and we thank you and we welcome you back, pastor, in Jesus name. Amen. Amen. Amen. Thank you for welcoming us back. And you know, Pastor Lupe kept calling me. How many know you get called from Pastor Lupe? Well, he kept calling me and giving me little jobs to do. And uh I thought it was out. I wasn't planning on coming back, but somehow Pastor Dup kept calling me and said, "Go talk to this pastor in Arizona. Talked to pastor in Washington. Then when he went to the Philippines, he asked me for prayer. And then Sister Yolanda called me prayer one time that somebody was trying to get her in a cult. And I was, "No, no, don't do that. That's not Jesus. It's a cult." But we thank God. He kept calling me and giving me responsibilities. And uh before you know it, he asked me if I wanted my colors back. I'd go and I said, would pray about it and said, "Yes, we do want to come back." Amen. We thank God for his diligence and using Pastor Luke to not give up on me, but kept calling me and asking prayer, asking me different questions. And we thank God for that because it brought us back here today. Amen. So we thank you, Pastor Rupe, for calling me. Yeah. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen.

So, we're going to go ahead and uh we're going to pray for the food. Everything should be ready. And then right after we finish eating, then we're going to do the baptism. And then we're going to do the Easter egg. Okay. Then we'll do the baptism. We'll get the baptism. You want to do the Easter egg? first. Yeah. Huh? Okay. All right. What sa makes for them? All right. Praise the Lord. We're going to pray for the the baptism then. You want to pray for that, pastor? We're going to have uh brother Neil is going to get baptized today. Then we have his two sons, Noah and And Luke, where's where's Luke at? There you are. Come on up here, guys. We're going to have you pray. Pastor going to pray for you guys. And I'm going to do the dunking. Amen. Dunkin donuts. Why you say gather scatter? your voice. Just pray for this family. Father, we present this to you, Father, right now in Jesus name. Lord, bless them. Lord, keep them. The Lord help them. Lord, guide them to his death. will receive you as the offer of the one true God, the only savior of all the world, the lamb of God today in Jesus name. Bless bless the father that we a good example to them and guide them. We ask father's family and counsel the lord and men keep them safe and help us. God delivered them. God help them.
