If you're looking for a simple way for AI to level up your life, you are watching the right video because today I'm going to run you through five AI tricks which have literally 10xed my productivity. I actually ran the math on my life before AI versus my life now. And now I save 28 hours every single week. I have 3 and 1/2 times the content output across all of my channels. And I have 87% less busy work. And that is thanks to the five tricks that I use AI for in my daily life that I'm going to be explaining with you today.

Even if you just pick one or two and implement it into your daily life, I think you're going to see massive results. And honestly, some of these have been a gamechanger, which are resulting in me being a lot more productive, which is obviously resulting with higher income, lower levels of stress, thus more mental bandwidth, and more capacity to take on new tasks. So, without further ado, let's get straight into it. And I do want to remind you that if you want to use AI to get the edge on leveling up your life, make sure to subscribe to the channel and click that post notification bell. We're uploading videos every single week for you to level up your life using AI. I've gone deep down the rabbit hole over the last couple of years and it's something that I now use every single day and my team, we keep experimenting with it and I'm bringing these videos to you to help teach you what I have learned and level up your life through these videos as well.

Let's get into the first trick. This video is in no particular order. In fact, the very last trick number five is something that I recently started implementing this week and I think it might be the highest leverage thing that I have ever done using AI. So, make sure you stick around for that.

The first trick which has leveled up my knowledge base and my speed of research is using Glasp to summarize YouTube videos and using Chat GPT or Gemini to give you full reports on those videos. For example, the other day I was watching a podcast from one of my favorite macro analysts, Jordi Alexander. Now, the podcast was 90 minutes long. Sometimes I don't have time to watch the podcast or I want to work out whether it's worth committing to the podcast. So what I'll do is I'll run it through Glasp to get an audio transcript. I'll put it through Chat GPT. Gemini is also good for this and I'll ask it to give me the key things that I can do today to implement these things into my daily life. And it's actually really cool because now I can compare what some of the smartest people in the world are thinking with what I'm actually doing in terms of my output every single day. So you can essentially turn a 40-minute, 1 hour, 1 and a half hour podcast or a video summarizing markets that might be 30 minutes into a 2-minute exercise. You can scan it and if you like the information, yeah, you can go and watch more and take in the information even deeper. But this has been a really high leverage thing.

Trick number two is building your own expert GPT profiles. This is something that I've done. Every single one of my YouTube channels has a dedicated Chat GPT chat. My AI channel, my investing channel, my vlog channel. All of these have their own chats with its own data and its own ideation process. I also have my own chat to be my executive personal assistant. I'm going to touch on how I use that later in the video in one of the steps. I also have my own chat to be my own health assistant. I'll leave a link in the description below to another video where I broke down some of my favorite personal expert GPT profiles. But I highly recommend doing this because instead of having one big chat for everything where memory gets lost, the chat becomes slow, you segment things up into different niches and you can put it under one project folder so it's all in one place. And you can even have a folder for health and well-being where you have your fitness coach and your personal trainer and your mental health log. Then you can have your business where you have your multiple companies or multiple income streams. You know, one could be a finance tracker, one could be an expense tracker. And you break it down into folders so it's easy to work out where the information is.

Trick number three, you're actually watching it right now. This is using Claude for interactive scripts. Now, this is more niche because I think it's more for content creators, but it's also great for presentations. If you want to take an idea and pitch a company report or you want to go to someone with a plan, even if you want to go to your partner and propose like a holiday and like different options or you know, you're buying a house and you want to put different options and different scenarios down. All of this stuff can be way more easily presented by creating a Claude script. You just feed in the data to Claude. The Opus model is absolutely fantastic and it will create these interactive scripts. So all the data and all my preparation that I do for these videos and my other videos when I'm using Claude, I feed it into the LLM and then I get these handy notes that I can use when I'm filming and which I think is highly impactful and allows you to have a simplistic layout whilst having more complex data hidden underneath.

We're in the last two, but probably the two highest leverage things that I have started doing recently, especially the last one. Number four is your executive assistant on Chat GPT. So before I spoke about having different profiles, this is your main profile. So your executive assistant is your day-to-day assistant that you use for your productivity and your life. This chat is your go-to for everything important throughout the day. Logging tasks, prioritizing tasks. For example, what I do in the morning is I actually screenshot my ClickUp. It's a similar application to Notion with my to-do list and I send it to Chat and I ask it out of this whole list what are the three highest leverage things that I need to do today to make it a successful day and what are the low-leverage things that I should do in my afternoon block because basically I front-end my morning with all the really important tasks and then towards the end of the day I do still somewhat important but less important high-leverage tasks and it saves me a lot of time because it can be so stressful and I'm sure you've been in this scenario where you're looking at your to-do list and there's like hundreds of things and you can't work out what the right thing to do at this very moment is. Chat, especially if it's trained to learn your behaviors and habits and propensities over time, is actually much better and much faster at working out what's the signal and what's the noise. Steve Jobs famously said this, his days were focused on doing the highest leverage tasks in the signal category and everything in the noise category he would just delegate or pass to other people. And if you want help finding the signal because it's not always easy in life, you might have different priorities in your mind to what actually objectively matters than using GPT as your executive assistant will be so important.

This leads me on to number five and this is going to help you implement that system. This is the task logging system that I've recently started doing over the past week. So, I had a problem. I was using my time a bit inefficiently. Now, I consider myself a fairly productive person, but I recognized that I could go to the next level. But for me to go to the next level, I actually have to build that awareness of what I'm actually currently doing. I don't know exactly, I know ballpark, but not exactly to the minute what I'm doing throughout the day in order to make tweaks to my day. So, what I started doing last week was actually inputting. I use a timer and then I have a dedicated iPad on my desk next to me every single time I start a task and every single time I end a task. And what I realized is that my day was full of all this wasted time, that 5 minutes of, you know, when you're scrolling a little bit or, you know, when you get distracted and you start going through X or YouTube, like when you're supposed to be doing another task. I realized all of that stuff. And because now I have all the data logged, I'm making a concerted effort to cut that clutter out. And over the past few days, I've had some of my most productive, highest leverage days in weeks just because of the awareness that I've built. This is just like tracking calories. You don't want to do this forever, but by doing it for a little period in time, you can develop that awareness, and you can develop those habits that make you better in the future. That's why I believe everyone should log their tasks for one to two weeks to understand what you're actually doing on a day-to-day basis. And if you do it in the same chat as your executive assistant, you're essentially going to have this master chat that understands exactly what you do, where you waste time, and how you can make yourself more efficient.

So to summarize the video, these are five things that you can implement today. And even if you can't implement them all at once, just pick one or two things from this video. Even one of these tips, I think, could really help your lives. And all of them have helped my research and my daily life. But these are five high-leverage things that you can do today that don't take that much time that I think are going to get you some huge results in terms of your productivity and have certainly helped me. Subscribe to the channel to level up your life with AI and I will see you in the next video. Peace out.
