This is how you can find supply and demand zones that actually work. Let's just keep it simple.
The first step, all we need is a break of structure. Now, this part is key. What is the area responsible for breaking this structure? Here we can see we had this consolidation here before we broke structure. So, this tells you where the demand is. This is why I choose to draw my demand zone here, and when price enters it, I can expect a strong reaction to the upside. And just like magic, that's exactly what we get.
