Stop being so insecure. You're doing 10 times better than anyone ever expected. You already lived through hard times that would have killed the average person. This insecurity thing is, is a big deal. You want to make money? Get your confidence back.

Sometimes you got to fake it till you make it. Sometimes you got to fake some confidence. Some people will make fun of you for that, but at the end of the day, they, they just don't know that's how the game works. What comes first, the chicken or the egg? The confidence or the success? The confidence or the money? The confidence or the wealth? Does the wealth come first, then you become confident? I don't think that's true.

I'll tell you this, I've been studying high performers most of my life. Um, you look at pro athletes. You might have seen on my social media, a lot of you know Chris Paul, pro athlete. You look at AB, was just here, Antonio Brown. These people were crazy confident before they won the rings, before they made the money. So causation, correlation, probably having high levels of confidence early before you succeed and being able to, in a way, be delusional, is the number one or number two or number three, uh, most predicted personality trait you can have in doing something big. And when I say big, it doesn't have to be money. Whatever it is, you, whatever your version of big is.

But I'll tell you this, get your confidence back because without it, all the IQ, all the skills, even all the money won't do you any good. I've got a private mentor program. Have a guy in there, he's making a million a week net after tax, and yet he struggles with confidence. You know, and sure, he's done well, but I told him, you want to be a billionaire? Because that's one of his goals. I said, this confidence game has to be fixed. This self-esteem game has to be fixed.

I said, let's just do the math. If you do the math, 10,000 generations of humans. First off, if you're a man and you're alive, you come from the 40%. 60% of your ancestors, the men, or not your an, 60% of the men who lived before you never had children that succeeded into the current generation. They could tell that with once the 1970s came and they could decode DNA. You can look at the XY chromosome studies. You can see that only 40% of men had all the children that now exist on this planet. And I guarantee you, those were the men that were a little delusional at times, a little bit of delusion.

So this self-esteem thing, don't, don't kid yourself. Go, well, you know, it's unique to me. There's something called the Dunning-Kruger effect. Two scientists, Dunning and Krueger. And Bowski is the famous guy who talked about that. And he said the problem in the world is smart people doubt themselves and dumb, dumb people don't. So if anything, the fact that you've doubted yourself is actually probably a good sign. You're well-calibrated. But I need you to get a little less calibrated, a little more delusional, a little more delusional.

I think Steve Jobs had that famous, one of the greatest marketing campaigns in the 1980s, you know, and he had like Albert Einstein and Gandhi, and it's like, here's to the dreamers and all this. But he also like, here's kind of the delusional crazy ones. Now, I do think you can take this too far. Don't get me wrong. I've met people and I'm like, listen, your overconfidence, your overly inflated sense of self-esteem is holding you back. But in general, that's only 20% of the world, especially when it comes to making money.

A lot of people follow my channel because I talk about entrepreneurship, making money. And so when it comes to making money, I find in my own life, even though I've been pretty confident, looking back, I'm like, everybody was lost. The reason that you're often not confident when it comes to business and making money, and I can tell you this, almost everybody's winging it. So don't be low self-esteem. You might say, oh, I'm not scaling my company well. A lot of that is a self-esteem issue. You're not hiring the right people because you don't project enough confidence in what you're trying to sell. You're not acquiring the customers at a low enough CAC, customer acquisition cost, CPA. You're not acquiring those customers because they can read through your marketing that you don't really believe in what you do.

I tell people, I call this the, the midnight test. If sometimes you don't wake up in the middle of the night at midnight with an idea about your business, about your product, about your brand, like you're not confident enough. What would you do if you knew you couldn't lose? This is a great, you know, they call Elon Musk calls this arguing from first principles. If you argued from first principles for a second, just try it. Sit yourself in a chair. I like to use a massage chair because you put your hands in it and you can't use your phone. People ain't, people ain't, uh, without a phone long enough to think deeply in the day. But if you do this deep thinking session, and one of the first principles is, what would my decision be today if I knew whatever I decided to do would win? It wouldn't fail. If I had high self-esteem and high self-confidence, what would I do? And what you often find is you would make chess moves that you're not making. And that's the deadly part.

Now, once again, you know, you could say you could take this too far. I truly believe in the new 67 steps. Um, I kind of have this framework, which is thesis, antithesis, synthesis. Don't be too far extreme this way. Don't be too far extreme this way. Find the synthesis in the middle. So there is a possibility where you just can take this too far. And you go, well, if I knew I couldn't fail, you know, tomorrow I'd, I'd bet a billion dollars on one hand at blackjack at Vegas. That would be too extreme. Of course, humans have constraints. What I'm saying, I'm making this video knowing that the odds are, if I'm a betting man, that you don't think that way enough. Very few people think that way too much. I have met one or or two people that were just literally, they usually have mental illness. So they have like some level schizophrenia or something like that, where they're just always going, I can never lose. I can run across the street. And you know, that those genes have been purged off the earth for over like insane levels of self-esteem. Okay.

And of course, social media, as you scroll through reels, you'll see the few insane ones. But I'm a betting man, you are a little bit too low on self-esteem. You're a little too high on doubting yourself, and you'd be making different decisions financially. Now, if you argued from first principles, what would be my financial decision? What would be the business I would work in? What would be the job? Like a lot of people quit their job right away. If you had a million dollars, you won a lottery, would you keep what you're doing now? That's a great litmus test. If you had a million dollars right now, or take 10 million, or take a hundred million, would you keep doing what you do now? And if the answer is no, then you go, well, I have my answer. I need to change what I do now.

Someone might say, but I don't have any money. I still got to pay the bills. Yeah, we don't have to change instantly overnight. Now you have your game plan for the next 18 months. Think in 18-month cycles. Peter Drucker said, you know, 12 months is not a, it's just a man-made calendar. Ancient, I mean, Rome had a different empire, Persian Empire had a different empire, Mayans had a different empire. You don't do a 12-month. I think 12 months is pretty unrealistic for change. But if you argue from first principles, what would I do if I was more confident, higher self-esteem? Then make those moves over 18 months. That goes fast. Unless you're 5 years old and have no patience, 18 months goes by really fast. So think hard.

Now, one of the things I'll just do on a practical basis, and I don't want to shamelessly plug something that I sell, but my 67 steps that I launched in 2014 is fascinating. I got a testimonial yesterday. Guy said, Ty, check my email, you'll see. I bought your 67 steps in 2014 when you first launched it. I've gone on since then. He got his confidence up by changing his mindset. It's fascinating. I just posted it off here on my Instagram story. And he said, I started a mining company. Now 10 years later, we're doing an IPO for $2 billion. Now, he's not the only owner. My guess is he's like 20, 30% owner. He said he's the co-founder. So 30% of 2 billion, that ain't bad to have 600 million.

So my 67 steps program, I have the new version out. I'm going to put a link below, or you can just, I have a, I have my business phone that you can just, I keep two phones. You can text me and my team, my assistant manages it. I check it sometimes. I keep it with me at all times. But, um, you can text me and I'll put the phone number below to text me, or you can just click, go see the new 67 steps. It's all about how to have well-calibrated confidence, and that you can move forward, especially financially. You want to make money? You better be confident. I've been in business with three guys on the Forbes list. They were confident, and they were confident before they got the money. So you're dealing, if you don't have any confidence, okay, um, or not enough, it, it ain't going to work. It doesn't work.

Let me pull up my number here. I forget which one my damn thing is, but I, I'll put a link below too. It's, uh, 315080816. And you can WhatsApp me too. My team will send you the link to the new 67 steps. Watch, it's a free presentation. It's free. Then you can decide if you want to buy. 3108816. Or I'll put a link below. Take you to the, go to the new version. It's been 10 years since I launched the first one. I've learned a thing or two. Out of the 67 steps, like a 25% of on the mindset, how to not be too confident or too low of self-esteem. Both are deadly. That perfect synthesis in the middle. Okay.

So anyway, see you in the new 67 steps. If not, leave me a confident, uh, leave me a comment below. One to 10, how confident are you in yourself? It would be interesting. Are you really a 10? Are you an eight? Are you average five? Leave it below.
