These people made $20,000 to $100,000 last month with 2,000 to 10,000 followers.
Hey, this is Adi, and today we are going to talk about why you don't need 100,000 followers or a huge follower account to make $30,000 to $100,000 per month as a coach or a personal brand. Small audiences will give you a lot more returns than you expect.
Let's see how secretly a lot of coaches are transitioning into a hyper-niche system, quietly making $30,000 to $50,000 to even $100,000 per month without even going viral.
What is a hyper-niche system? A hyper-niche system is basically small YouTube channels or small pages on Instagram, or wherever—mostly on YouTube—that doesn't have a lot of followers; doesn't have a huge follow count, as you can see: 4K, 10K, 2K, 8K—depends on what. So 2,000 to 10,000 followers is more than enough for you to make $100,000 per month. We'll discuss the schematics later in the video. So 500 average views for every video will make you $12,000 per month, and all your one-on-one sessions will also be sold out. Small audiences will make you big. Businesses will give you a lot more returns.
Why is this transition happening? Let's seek out the exact problem with the existing system. The old coaching playbook, or the existing coaching playbook, where coaches are out of context of what they are actually doing. They chase followers, post flashy content, rent Lambos, Bali vibes, "fake it till you make it." This isn't working. The stupidity worked in 2017, but not in 2025. The audience is very, very mature right now. And people no longer fall for the flex. They want real solutions to real problems. They care about clarity, trust, and results. People want a problem solver rather than a fake coach.
This is the audience journey: People have a problem. They search for your video, or your video comes up on their feed. It provides genuine value. It builds trust, and then it moves forward to a purchase. If you are giving or selling exactly what the person wants, otherwise there is no transaction. Like Carson Reed does—he has a page; he gets 1K, 2K, 9K, depending upon that. We have Sad Bellyad who gets 300, 600, 500 views, and these people are making more than $20,000 to $100,000 per month just from their one-on-one sessions or communities, etc.
The core idea is simple: Trust is the only funnel you'll ever need, and hyper-niches help you solidify that trust with pure value. Hyper-niches help you build trust faster, create authority naturally. You stand out without shouting, "I did this, I made this much," etc., etc., with no outstanding results. Attract better clients and focus on value, trust, and attracting a more high-ticket community, right?
So you create a hyper-niche page like this. You start providing value in each and every video—pure, just pure value. This creates trust, and this brings a huge amount of high-ticket buyers and increases your overall revenue. This is the exact hyper-niche advantage that these creators are using. You don't talk to everyone. You talk to one person with one huge problem. You own one corner of the internet, but you own that deeply. So you discuss a very specific problem for a very specific person, which converges into a hyper-niche power zone that you are trying to fill.
Let's break down the modern coach system: Hyper-niche clarity. Whatever niche you choose should be very, very clear, very, very simple for your audience to understand. For example, Sadier sells sales systems. So all his videos are about those: How to $100,000 per month systems, cold email systems, inbound systems, outbound systems. So everything about his is sales systems. You need to have a very clear value proposition like that.
Next, you want to push content that builds trust like he does. He pushes content every single day, no matter what—30 minutes, 40 minutes—providing exact value, showing his life and exactly saying what people need to do to accomplish this, accomplish that, whatever he's trying to sell, right? And then a very transparent offer design. He has a school community. He has a one-on-one session, and he makes money with that. A simple text hack, no stupid funnel hacks. And most importantly, consistency is more important than complexity. Check out these videos. Very simple, very simple to shoot. He screen records himself and is just posting consistently every single day, showing the exact problems that he's facing in his own journey, trying to solve it, trying to show how he has made money. Doesn't matter if one video has the same content as the other video. Every day, if people are seeing his content, they are learning something new.
Now let's move beyond the theoretical and break down a simple funnel that you can use. The most important thing is posting high-value content on YouTube while teaching on a whiteboard with little to no editing, like I'm doing right now. People watch your video, get to book calls, and then you sell them your one-on-one high-ticket coaching, community, whatever you want. It's very simple: YouTube video—no only value. Lot of these creators are doing that. They are posting content that only has value. They are talking about their stats: How are they making money? How are they exactly closing deals, you know, doing stuff and, you know, increasing their revenue overall. They talk about each and everything that is happening with their own journey, good or bad. Now they all have a CTA to book a call. So now, for example, if I open a Carson Reed video—so, for example, if I open a Carson Reed video, he has an exact demo with a CTA link. CTA link is this. You click on the CTA link; it opens a form where people book calls with him and, you know, move ahead. Exactly what this looks like, and it genuinely works for him. He has made more than $100,000 doing this every month. You close high-ticket; he has more than $3,000 of high-ticket coaching services from $1,000, $3,000, moving up to $10,000, $15,000, or even $20,000. So you close a high-ticket using this.
Why these videos work: These videos provide straight-up value. No BS. It builds trust. Viewers learn something real that they can truly implement. 1,000 targeted views is very, very important—more important than 10,000 random views. 1,000 views equals 1,000 potential leads. The most important thing that you need to understand is getting viral isn't the goal, but solving a point should be your number one priority. All of these people are exactly doing this. They don't have a lot of average views. They pull 100% value-driven content, no matter how technical it can get. And they are using it to build their customer base with value, their potential, and everything that they are using.
What you should exactly do: Firstly, take inspiration from already viral videos. You can go to a very simple example. Let's take Alex Hormosi as an example. Pick any video that you want that has, you know, gained a lot of views, right? And you can steal their thumbnail, their video structure, and whatever resonates with your own system. Try to replicate that and tweak it in your own. You post three times a week. It hardly takes two to three hours per video. And here's the simple funnel math: You get 500 to 3,000 views every video. You close one to three people easily out of that. And each pays $3,000 per, depending upon your offers. So 500 to 3,000 views, three to 15 calls booked, one to three closes makes you $9,000 approximately.
Now, why does this work? Why it works? Why the whole system works? Each video, each of these videos acts as a training VSSL. They have already watched your long-ass video. They exactly know who you are. They know what they are buying. So you don't need to overcomplicate your funnel. And in the end, only one thing matters. As we discussed earlier, trust is the only funnel you will ever need. Solidify that. Use this to your advantage. This wave of hyper-niches will make you a lot more money than all the other waves earlier combined.
