I request all of you, with folded hands, that all the YouTube creators, oh brother, stand with them. Hello friends, God has blessed you endlessly. Shwetang and who else? The entire super, currently the matter rests here, why did Prakhar, of Prakhar ke Pravachan, file a defamation case of 2 crore on Sandeep Maheshwari, Sutaap, and Peepool? Now the entire YouTube community is with Sandeep Maheshwari and Pratap, and on YouTube, #StrikeWithPratap and #PratapGangWar are also trending. Brother, as I myself am trying to understand this issue, I haven't found any one source that explains this entire issue in detail with complete confirmation, not just half confirmation, but complete information with context, the exact wording of events, and the desires. We will not go there. So, before checking, guys, look at this carefully because here we have detailedly analyzed all the original words and extracted all the facts and presented them before you. It so happened that on April 24, 2022, Sandeep Maheshwari, as he does every day, was guiding his students on his show. And during that discussion, a question was asked. A student asked that I am confused whether I should make a career in chest or in philosophy. After this, such a discussion easily goes on a tangent in the guidance section, and in this way, the topic shifted from chest to Indian philosophy, culture, and beliefs. Now, Sandeep ji explained Indian philosophy and beliefs from a very logical perspective. But in some places, he compared the fundamental unit of Hindu religious beliefs, polytheism, with the fundamentals of other monotheistic religions. This might have been a turn-off for some people, and it was completely unintentional, but some people interpreted the sentences in a completely different way. After this comes April 28th, when Shwetang of Sutaap on Gangster Tips, like his other live sessions, was giving his intellectual suggestions and guidance to his viewers. And within a short time, two of his viewers commented and asked him to report Sandeep ji's video on the power of Indian culture. And then he found that video and reviewed it. Initially, Pratap also supported Sandeep in many places, and the conversation was happening from a logical perspective. But then the video started leaning slightly towards a reaction video. Like, the reason for this is not that India or any Indian has a monopoly, that's why this 2 crore case has been filed. In this video, I feel a bit of ego there, and there, "You see, it's more about logic." Sandeep Maheshwari is like a host, he says, "Do those who believe in crores of gods fight among themselves?" He says, "There is God in the world, whatever name you give it." Some people might find this thing rude, or arrogant, or some people might find it plain and simple blunt. But of course, it's not like that. Nothing was said that could be a violation of freedom of speech. And then comes April 29th. On this day, Sandeep made a community post reacting to this video of Pratap, and after that, Pratap started receiving a lot of negative backlash. So, here things got a little heated, but then suddenly the next day, Pratap deleted the reaction video and posted a community post in which he stated that both of them have resolved this issue peacefully and privately, and all this was nothing but a silly misunderstanding. So, this Sandeep vs. Pratap matter ends here for both of them. But then Prakhar, of Prakhar ke Pravachan, enters the picture. Prakhar Gupta, a good friend of Sutaap, made his own reaction video to this interesting video of Pratap. Here too, he analyzed both the creators from a logical perspective. And in some places, in the heat of the moment, he made some statements that reignited the controversy. Statements like, "We can't control flames, we are not brainwashing anyone to believe in this fight." "We all are stars, football players, but we don't play." And "This statement is a bit political." And "Don't worry, you'll live, your face is fully visible on camera." "I am saying this, you said it, now believe it." Due to Prakhar's mistake, not only his friendship with Pratap was ruined, but his image was also damaged. Because to reach this stage of becoming a popular personality, your values and personality matter a lot, which of course you can improve by focusing on self-improvement. But along with this, there are qualities that are important, about which people don't talk much. That is looks. People who look good, by default, have more confidence than an average person. Plus, it has been observed that Google Chrome, especially Bradman, indicates trust, and in his generosity and personality, at this time, pollution is special. The problem is that many people cannot get a full beard, and for that, there is Man Matter. Its patented formula stimulates and nourishes your beard follicles, starting new hair growth in place of your bald patches. Also, it contains Minoxidil, a clinically proven ingredient that boosts blood flow to your beard follicles and speeds up the development of your facial hair. And with this, within just three to six months, the density of your beard starts increasing, and you start looking smarter. But the biggest specialty of this product is that it has zero side effects, is paraben and alcohol-free, and is not tested on animals. And Man Matter doesn't just make products, but also provides free consultation with doctors for common man problems. So, if you want to book, the link is in the description box. 971 products. Meanwhile, on May 12, 2022, Pause channel also made its own reaction video to Prakhar's reaction video. In this, he gave his opinions on Avdhesh Pratap and especially Prakhar. He said, "If you are so responsible for the videos, then you should not have made them." "Thank you, really need to win this series." Sunrise, a lot of food inflation, YouTube, and apps. All those points. This was the last resort. And you were still here, so everything was going fine. But the real controversy was yet to begin. On May 20, Prakhar released a revelation video on his channel titled "Hello A Great Sandeep Maheshwari," which is still available on his channel today. In this video, Prakhar leaked all the private chats sent by Sandeep to Pratap, in which Sandeep was asking Pratap to delete his videos and posts, along with all the proof and screenshots. He also revealed all the emails and chats sent by Sandeep Maheshwari to him, in which Sandeep was demanding that he delete the reaction video and was also threatening him. But the major twist in this video came when Prakhar also said that he made this reaction video against Sandeep Maheshwari at the behest of Shweta Aap, for which he also showed proof, and also said that Sandeep had indirectly threatened him through Shweta Aap. "But Shweta's threats reached me, and only then did I realize that this is going to be a big problem." This was the moment when all the controversy erupted together. In fact, he even said in the video that Sandeep tried to cyberbully him. "Brother, this is cyberbullying, because of which my public image has been tarnished. My emails were laughed at." And at that point, the matter started getting a bit intense. Because on May 24, in response to Prakhar's entire revelation video, Pratap made a video titled "My All," in which he first talked about the ongoing paid campaign in his life and said that he was very hurt by Prakhar's behavior. He said, "This is the third scene of private messages, because of all this, his reputation in front of his audience has been greatly damaged." He also said that he hasn't spoken to Prakhar for the last five months. "I was with him for 5 minutes, but after that, he also said that I sent those videos to Prakhar so that nothing could be misrepresented." "I don't want to leak the entire chat because no one's privacy should be disturbed." "Okay, watch this video, there are screenshots." And "This is a leaked video, how much do you want, brother?" "This is a violation of the constitution, not a moral violation." "People's screenshots, my screenshots, and many other things." Basically, he debunked all of Prakhar's opinions and gave quite negative opinions about him. And here, he didn't use any charts or slides to present his points. After Pratap's video, Prakhar replied with some trolling videos against Shweta, but those videos are no longer available, they have been deleted. Then came May 26th, when Shweta, in response to Prakhar's last related videos, once again made a reply video. In "Prakhar ke Pravachan," she brought this entire matter to light. She said that Prakhar had video-called her and recorded all their conversations, and in the end, he blackmailed her by saying that he would reveal all these things in front of everyone. "I have recorded everything, I will use it. Your entire video." "You are on Zoom, this is recorded without your consent, without your permission." "You know that I was already getting a lot of legal notices." After this, I think Prakhar started feeling that there was no point in fighting on YouTube anymore. The majority of the issues were leaning towards them. So, instead of a YouTube court, he had to file a complaint in the real court to get justice on this issue. Because all these allegations were against him. What is true and what is not, YouTube cannot decide, but the court will decide. And after that, he filed a defamation case of 2 crore against Sandeep Maheshwari, Shweta Aap, and Teepool. The entire game basically changed. But then recently, on September 15, Pratap made another video in his defense, in which he sought help from the entire YouTube community. He said that Prakhar, his friend, is not understanding his dire condition, and he is attacking him even in such a situation. He is making memes on him at a time when he is filing court cases. Pratap is at his lowest point in his life. And in today's roasting culture, if people start filing court cases, then the entire Indian YouTube roasting and trolling community will be in danger, and freedom of speech and expression on YouTube in general will be in danger. So, now everyone has to unite and save Indian YouTube. This was basically a negative campaign, #StrikeWithPratap, #PratapGangWar. After this video, #StrikeWithPratap, #PratapGangWar, and #YouTubeIndia started trending on YouTube. After this, recently, Sandeep Maheshwari invited Shweta Aap to his podcast to talk about this issue. In this, Pratap clearly said that Prakhar used to be his friend like a brother. When Prakhar's channel had only 500 subscribers, Shweta Aap promoted him and boosted his channel. And despite having clean intentions and doing so much, what Prakhar did to them, showed insensitivity during his bad times, was a wrong step. Now, this argument was slightly in Prakhar's favor, and that's why Sandeep Maheshwari finally gave Prakhar a solution. He said that they could compromise and settle this issue and make everything normal again. "We are ready to remove our posts, but you also have to remove all your posts." "You also, brother, remove all your videos and other posts, withdraw this." "Then, in the future, Sandeep Maheshwari can invite Prakhar to his channel and have a healthy conversation." "Otherwise, nothing will happen before that." "After that, if you do your work well, maybe in the future our team will invite you here." So, basically, he wanted him to forget this and move on. But then, on November 9, 2022, Prakhar made a very big revelation from his previous revelations. He said that he was forced to do this in his defense because he was being targeted by others. Because he filed a civil suit to save himself from a criminal suit. Sandeep Maheshwari was interested in filing a criminal suit against him, and he had hired India's best lawyer, Hussain Mian. But while sending legal notices, like other YouTube personalities, Sandeep Maheshwari was sending him messages apologizing, while on the other hand, for the "Hello A Great Sandeep Maheshwari" video, he was being sent criminal case legal notices from India's top lawyer, Satish Maneshinde, who fought Sanjay Dutt's case. And he also said that Shweta Aap was well aware of this legal notice because she herself was a witness. Here, Prakhar's argument was that Shweta Aap did not raise her voice on YouTube about this notice, but when he filed a case, she started raising her voice. "How unfaithful is this?" "When Sandeep was sending me notice after notice, where were you?" "Then you made more videos and complicated my life." He also said that he got scared of the threats and had to go to court himself for his defense. And if he hadn't gone to court, he might have had to fight this battle from jail. And as for dragging Shweta Aap into this case, he had to do it because Shweta Aap always received legal notices with criminal charges after his videos. She did not tell him that Sandeep Maheshwari had already sent him legal notices. But still, she supported Prakhar and motivated him to make the video, for which he said in his last video that she is completely responsible. She wanted him to get support from her side. Finally, she also offered a solution from her side to Prakhar: that whatever the truth is, she should come forward publicly, apologize to Prakhar, and get out of the case. And in his words, "You just come forward and tell the truth. For the public, where you accused me of blackmail, etc., for the public, you apologize for your accusations, and you are free." "So, going to court is a defensive move, not an offensive one." So far, this is a recent milestone in this entire issue. The story is yet to unfold. What will happen next, we cannot predict at all, because we are just trying to analyze based on the information that has happened between the revelations. It is also possible that someone here is telling the truth and someone here is lying. Only time will tell what will happen. And if you believe in YouTube-related court cases, then definitely my belief is that justice is delayed, but not denied. And if it comes to court cases, if it comes to defamation, then the court can provide the best justice. But what happens on YouTube? On YouTube, simply a game of power is played. The creator who has more power, the creator who has more followers, can dominate smaller YouTubers. Because they see that everyone else is following them and listening to them. So, you can never get justice on YouTube if something wrong is happening to you. But the CBI is also here. So, I believe that you viewers should be a little more rational and logical. Don't just blindly follow anyone. You can find out for yourself what is right and what is wrong. And definitely, if someone is right and someone is wrong here, it becomes a big deal for those who are involved in the case, who are fighting, not for the people. So please, don't be so emotional. Now, if I have to give my opinion, then in my opinion, it is very important to understand the fans of Mix carefully. Because the first thing is that the legal action taken by Sandeep Maheshwari ji, I think there was nothing in those reaction videos that would damage Sandeep Maheshwari's image. And YouTube is a platform where many people make videos about you. If I talk about myself, then I have to tolerate that. You have to tolerate that. You cannot go for legal action for someone who is specializing in you. I think that's wrong. And often on YouTube, creators and companies overstep their reputation management. They have legal systems, and in such a situation, it becomes a legal department. So, they start filing cases. In this case, did Sandeep Maheshwari himself file the case, or did his legal team file it? That is also a question. Because frankly speaking, I think conflict is necessary. Because your ideas are different from everyone else's ideas, and somewhere there will be differences. And we should counter those differences on a logical basis, not by filing court cases like this. And here, in any case, there was no violation of freedom of speech. And the second thing that I notice in this case is that with great power comes great responsibility. My personal belief is that if you are very powerful, you should not use this power to silence others, but you should give a platform to others so that diverse opinions can also come on your channel. And I think it is extremely foolish to avoid conflict. Every person thinks they are right, but how will they know if they are wrong or if someone else has a better idea than theirs, unless there is conflict? And the third observation I have regarding this entire issue is that the YouTube ecosystem and any such ecosystem in general are too complicated. Because in any system, it always happens that the person in a position of power gets everyone's support, and the person not in a position of power gets no support, even though people know they are right. Why, you may ask? I think it's because of networking and mutual benefit. Two big creators are connected to other big creators, they are not concerned about small creators. So, they will either suppress the truth or clearly show their partiality. And if all the major influencers show diluted opinions, or a neutral opinion, or support one side, then the rest of the audience will think that one person is right and the other is wrong. So, you see, the YouTube ecosystem and the social media influencer ecosystem can be very partial and one-sided. As a big creator, it is negatively possible for a small creator. Here, justice is delivered based on how many people support whom. If someone has more followers and more reach, they will get more support, and truth and rightness get diluted. The one with fewer followers, like no one is watching them, who will support them? And lastly, luck plays a big role here. The person on the press side, how much their feelings are hurt, their career can be affected. They can lose their sources of income and all. And a restaurant is what gives them. In such cases, small YouTubers have only two options. One is that they experience all the loss, all the fear, all the uncertainty, and fight for the truth. Or the second option is that they just accept that they were wrong, or they did wrong, and take the blame on themselves, and bring themselves out of that stage. When they have to be, my posture looks so nice. You are in a position of power, please do not use it. Especially when the other person has not taken any action that goes against freedom of speech and expression. Friends, this was my personal opinion.
