How I'd Make $20K/Month With AI in 2026 (Full Playbook)

You've probably watched 10 different videos showing you 10 different paths around how to make money with AI. Could have been vibe coding, could have been building an AI agency, it could have been building digital products with AI. I can go on and on talking about the different paths.

And after having spent this past week speaking with a lot of AI agency owners who've been looking to get customers, who've been looking to figure out how to fulfill, and also countless of other operators or founders, entrepreneurs who are vibe coding all day, every day, building solutions that they don't even know if the market is willing to pay for. I've realized that the market is completely confused. Everyone has essentially fallen into this trap that I call the competence fallacy. Just because you can do something doesn't make it valuable. The only time a market ever pays you is when you're solving their problems. That means that by default the opportunity is not AI. The opportunity is in finding problems of the market then building solutions once you have acquired customers.

If you do not have clients, stop everything you're doing. Over the last 18 months, I've built in less than six months for our partners six companies that went from zero to 50k per month to 100k per month to $200,000 a month. And we followed one specific playbook, which was let's go into the market. Let's find problems. Let's find niches that are already paying other agencies, other operators, other vendors for something that we can replicate and solve with AI. Then we put together the offer. Then we put together ads or we put together cold outreach campaigns to go sell something that is already proven.

This understanding of starting with a problem has made me over 15 million in the last three and a half years. And today I want to help you acquire the same skill and show you the entire playbook that we're leveraging to build six figure and seven figure AI agencies, AI consulting businesses. I want you to commit the next 60 minutes to acquiring depth. Once you understand the opportunity, once you understand the playbook, then stop everything you're doing. I would even suggest you stop watching YouTube videos, tutorials of a million different things that are distracting you from the real thing, which is go find strangers, solve their problems, and get paid to solve problems. AI will not pay you. Strangers will. You owe it to yourself to change your life. Take care.

Today, I want to break down how to go from 0 to $20,000 a month with an AI growth firm in less than in 90 days or less. Okay. Um, if I had to start start from scratch and leave my multiple seven-figure company, my brand, my personal brand, and all the resources, what playbook would I follow to scale past 20 grand a month in 90 days and eventually pass 200 grand, multiple six figures a month in a year or less? Uh, just for context, I've been doing growth consulting for the last 5 years. We've generated over $15 million with our own brand. uh but if I had to start from scratch uh like lose everything, what do I do? That's the that's the perspective from which I want to talk and share insights with you guys today.

Okay. Um this is a question that I'm going to be answering, but the way that I'm actually going to be answering it is modeling after a real case study of an agency that we took from zero to $200,000 a month. in less than 12 months. We did it last year, right? So, we started working together uh right after the end of 2024 and we put together an offer. We launched ads for him in the first month or two, started acquiring clients for $500. Each client was worth $7,500, which means that for every client, for every $500 that he would spend, he would get a 15x return on his money. Anyone who runs ads for a living, you guys know that this is almost um unsustainable. But we were able to do that and scale past 30 grand in cash collected and 40 grand uh in revenue in a single week. Um February he had closed um you know 27 clients by then. Uh about $200,000 in cash collected but the return on ad spend or the return on marketing dim dipped a little bit to six uh and a half. And by September, he was doing $160,000 a month in revenue. Okay. What I'd like to share with you guys is what is the thought process we went through to create this success. Okay.

Um and go to markets and allow them and get businesses to pay us $7500 $8,000 uh which is 50% of a $15,000 offer. Because uh for this client after a year or after 6 months he actually ended up taking his price point from 7500 to $15,000 while maintaining a 20% closing rate. Right. Uh we built validated and scaled countless agencies uh and consulting businesses in the last 18 months. So we've done it in you know almost 50 plus niches. Um we're in every market you can think of. We're in the French Quebec market. We're in the UK market selling to franchises. Uh we're selling to insurance firms. We're in the Spanish market booking 586 sales calls in a single month.

Um but unfortunately or fortunately, every industry has become more sophisticated and the AI technology has made so much more progress. I would say that since um we started launching a lot of these AI agencies and businesses, I would say that it has been the fastest um evolution and when it comes to the technology, I would say that the leverage we have today compared to where we were at the beginning of 2025 is night and day. Today you can do things that uh that a team of like 30 people couldn't do as one person. Okay. So that's why I wanted to also revamp the playbook so that uh you guys can see it from the lens of this new world. Okay. So today I'm going to be sharing the playbook, the 2026 playbook uh to building an AI growth firm, how we're picking markets, who we uh you know that we sell to, how we're choosing what to sell, like what is the actual AI offers that we're selling, how we are covering clients and maintaining a 10x rorowaz return on ad spend, and how we're leveraging agents to fulfill as a oneperson agency. I'll go through every step by step and provide you with everything you need to launch and scale past 20 grand a month. And at the end of this presentation, I have a cool bonus that gives you the opportunity to acquire all of our playbooks and systems to implement in your business, which is something that we've never done before. Uh, as most of you guys know, we're an implementation company. Uh, you pay us 10 grand, 15 grand, 25 grand for us to come in and implement systems in your business. But today, for the first time ever, we're opening up the opportunity for anyone to actually just acquire everything that we've uh built. So check this out. Let's get started.

How do we find the demand? Okay. How do we find the right market to sell to? Um many people have this um fallacy around starting a business by focusing on what you're going to sell, right? So, let's say you're on YouTube and you see this cool agentic workflow or you see this cool chatbot or someone shows you websites that AI can build and then you start putting it in your mind and you're like, you know what, I can sell websites to businesses. Oh, I can sell this chatbot to business. Oh, I can sell content to businesses. And you start with the mechanism or the feature. And then when it comes time to go sell it, you realize that nobody cares about about well first of all about you and what you like and secondly no one cares about your chatbot. Nobody cares about your website. Nobody cares about anything AI related.

Um we learned that that I mean I learned that the hard lesson. I spent three years um in from 2017 to like 2020 trying to build an agency online. And the reason why I was stuck is because all the courses I went through, all they taught me was how to run ads or how to, you know, do sales. It never taught me around how do you actually go find where money is already flowing. So today we start with who first and then we focus on what are we going to sell them much later or how are we going to even get their attention right um before I share what market we're doubling down on I need to help you avoid two markets that will kill you the first one is trying to compete with anthropic okay I know you guys can vibe code you guys have probably seen million videos on how to vibe code apps in a second.

Um, and you probably have two thoughts. You're going to create an AI uh B2B app and you're going to sell it to businesses and then you're going to suddenly create a million dollar a year 100 grand MR uh software and you're going to just, you know, experience bliss. No, no, no, no, no. You're not going to do that. Okay? because these uh companies that is anthropic cloud code or chat GPT are are going coming for it all. They're not just coming for the fact that you can just vibe code. They're coming for every single application that exists. And it's the reason why they're raising hundreds of billions of dollars going from think about look at this growth rate. 2024 they were in an $87 million a year run rate. 2025 they were doing a billion dollars a year. They ended the 2025 at $9 billion run rate. By February they were at $14 billion run rate. By April they were on a $30 billion run rate. By May they were on a $47 billion run rate. And just for those just to put things into perspective, when you go from $9 billion run rate a year to 47 billion, it means you're adding billions of dollars a month in revenue. Not 10k a month, not 50k per month, not a hund00 million a month, billions. Where do you think that money is coming from? Enterprise businesses are renting intelligence from anthropic and consumers are renting AI feasibilities from Chad PT. So the consumer market is taken over by Chad GBT which is also a trillion about to be a trillion dollar company. Enthropic became a trillion dollar company in like a year or two from going after enterprise or selling intelligence to businesses. Okay, you do not want to be a AI app builder. Trust me, I'm someone who's spent a lot of time thinking and learning about this and even I am scared. Even I am scared with Cook AI, I'm like my god, what what what are we getting ourselves into? Okay, so understanding that all labs are focusing on the largest TAM which is you know either consumer or the one where you make the most amount of money enterprises. We're going where they won't go because it simply doesn't give them a return on hundreds of billions of dollars that have been raised. So you have to understand that when you raise money from venture capitalist, you cannot just pursue your passion. You have to pursue the opportunity that may allow you to give a return to your investors. So they have no choice but to go sell to consumers, billions of people, or to go sell to enterprises who are going to pay them millions uh of dollars uh per year. Right now, Enthropic has 500 customers paying them over a million dollars a year, just to put things into perspective. But for us, we're right focusing where they're not.

But what's cool about SMBs and smallmediumsiz businesses is the following. The world's GDP is currently at $126 trillion a year. So there is $126 trillion of value that gets created every year. And the funny thing is small medium-sized businesses represent 50% of it. 60 trillion out of the hundred trillion dollars that gets created a year is done through small medium-sized businesses. The fact that big labs aren't competing in these markets isn't the only reason we're doubling down on this market, though. The main reason is actually that they have urgency. They feel the pain from a lot of different problems that they can solve themselves all day, every day. Why is that important? Well, it's like trying to sell food to someone who's just ate. How how much money do you think they're going to give you? Not much. You want to go where pain is so is so deep and present that you don't have to sell. You just ask this person, "Are you tired of dealing with this problem?" And they're like, "Yes, please, please, please. Just how much does it cost?" And, "Hey, I can't afford it. Can I please finance paying you cuz I want your help?" That's the type of customer you want. Willing to willing to to sell their car to get your solution. The second thing we care about is buying power. They already making money. Therefore, they can afford to pay for a solution. You don't want to sell to people who have to finance everything, right? You want to go to a business that's making half a million dollars a year in profit, $5 million in revenue, uh, $10 million in revenue, um, and just sell them something that they can afford all day, every day. Third thing, existing demand. They're already buying the thing you want to sell them. You do not want to sell in a blue ocean. I don't care how magnificent that book was. the blue ocean strategy and avoid red ocean comp competition and avoid saturation. But the thing I always tell to people launching a business is that the reason why there is uh the ocean is red is because there is blood in the ocean and there's blood because people are eating, right? Sharks don't go where blood isn't. Why do they go where the blood is? Because there is a correlation between the blood and the and the meat. You want to also learn to go where the competition is. Because it doesn't take much. You don't need to win a billion dollar market to change your life. You can change your life at five grand a month that comes from your own efforts. You can change your life at 10 grand a month. You don't need a a billion dollars a month to change your life. So never worry so much so about competition from the perspective that oh it's saturated therefore I can't make money. No, what you need to make to change your life is not that much. So take just.1% of 1% and you're good. The fourth thing is they need to be reachable. You do not sell to people that you cannot reach. If you sit down today and you have a business and you're trying to like cold call people and you're wondering like, "Okay, but I can't reach these people." Stop going after them. Find the people they can easily reach. Can you reach a hundred people today? A thousand. The fifth thing is repeatability and speed of to value. Can the thing that you actually are going to use to deliver solve their problems and is it already proven? We do not sell things that don't or aren't already proven to deliver value for the market. Okay.

And what is the problem that we sol focus on? They're already spending two trillion to4 trillion dollars a year to solve this painoint. What is this painoint? It's definitely not AI workflows. It's definitely not a automations. It's customer acquisition, the ability to generate leads, book appointments, get more qualified buyers, and have a way to predictably get more revenue. The number one pain point of all these small medium-sized businesses, besides, of course, the fact that they need employees, but we're going to talk about that later because humans are also getting cooked with AI. The biggest bottleneck all of them wake up thinking about is how do I get more customers? How do I get more appointments? How do I get more leads? They do not wake up asking themselves what is the latest AI chai GPT trick? What is claude code? Right? The only people who care about cla code, the only people caring about chip are the people who are unemployed.

Okay. How come they still haven't solved this problem when there are hundreds of thousands of agencies out there? Why has this not been solved? How come there are marketing agencies, there are advertising agencies, there are SEO agencies, there are sales teams, there are like a bunch of consulting firms. Why has this problem still not been solved? You have to understand the following. In the current landscape of agency land, all these agencies focus on one thing. They're either building websites or they're either running your ads or they're either doing your content or they're either helping you with your sales or they're either helping you integrate a CRM. Okay. What happens when the market is fragmented like this and it's a bunch of fragmented services is that when I run let's say a dental practice and I get an agency selling me ads. Okay, perfect. They can run ads for me on Meta. But what happens when these leads opt in? Then what? Oh, my receptionist at the front desk is going to call all these leads and book them on appointment. I I have this dental practice that keeps calling me to book an appointment. I'm like, you guys cannot call me every 6 months and expect me to book up to book an appointment. You guys need to hammer me and the only mechanism you guys reach out to me is through a phone. Why don't you guys text me? Why don't you guys just text me a link to book a call? Why don't you guys give me an offer? Right? So what happens is yes they already have these services being offered to them but they don't have an infrastructure everything is disconnected. They don't have any one person owning the full path. So literally it's a no one everyone is selling them things but no one is actually responsible for the actual outcome. And the third piece is they're spending a trillion dollars a year on advertising and all the demand they bought gets lost in their CRM. Wasted leads, no shows, weak follow-ups. So the reason why all these businesses have never had the ability to have predictable growth is because no one has been able to fully bridge this gap for them. Our entire thesis behind all the AI firms, agencies, consulting companies we build and the success we've been able to create is around bridging this gap. We go in Dubai, we sell them to real estate firms in Dubai, we sell them 30K offers, 15 35k builds, and we help them have predictability. Or we're in the um Australian market with Billy. He just hit his first 10K per month and he's uh going spent $500 on ads, booked 10 sales calls, closed three clients. Uh he's also going into the real estate market in that uh in that um Australian market, right? Another Billy going also um to an a real estate agency uh in uh Dubai, right?

It has never been about AI. And anyone who's solely focusing on the technology ends up here. you end up being like this guy who's struggling to hit 3K per month with an AI automation business. Like even listen even about that name AI automation business. You are an automation business. You're not an actual you don't solve a real problem for businesses. You're literally just selling, hey, I'll automate a proven process. These businesses don't have any process to be automated in the first place. Most of them have a founder who's running left and right trying to manage a million different hats. They he doesn't he's never mapped out a process. So you're going to come in and sell them what he does. He has to put he has to pay rent. He has to put payroll. They don't have time to sit down and say, "Okay, so here's how we onboard a client. Oh, so here's how we No, no, no. That doesn't work." Right? So all these people focusing on selling websites are struggling to even do 3K per month. You also have this senior software engineer who's like, "Hey, the most challenging part is to actually build a valuable solution." engineers don't know what real businesses marketing sales actually is like. So they can't even use AI to actually solve this problem or the people focusing on building the Nadian workflows and the the custom chatbots become super commoditized because the you videos on YouTube are you know getting millions of views from people all over the world. So now you're competing with someone in Nigeria who doesn't mind charging $21 for a solution. Okay, for us we do not care about AI. We care about where is money already flowing? What is the niche? Okay, and what is the number one problem that we can solve for them? And here's how we put together the offer.

What would make a small medium-siz business that's been scammed by 50 plus agencies trust you with $16,000 upfront? We had this client last year um during from Quebec. They closed um their first client for $16,000. I was shocked personally cuz I know that, you know, Quebec market is one of the French Quebec market, any French industry, by the way, whether that be friends in, you know, France or here in Quebec. It's the most you're not going to get anyone paying this kind of money. And I say this because I have another client, a good friend of mine from high school who's currently selling to contractors in Quebec. And they're all like, "Hey, can I pay you a,000 bucks to get started?" So, how were we able to help this client charge $16,000 up front? The answer isn't better features, more services, or a new acquisition channel, a new acquisition strategy that we're selling to these businesses. It's simply positioning.

In case you didn't know, there's something called levels of sophistication in markets, level one is a market that is problem unaware. Literally, they don't even know that they need to grow, right? They don't know that they they don't even know how to get clients. That would be like a unaware market. They don't even know what they don't know, right? Level two is problem aare. They're like, "Hey, I have a business. I don't know how to get customers." Level three is I have a business. I need customers and I know that I can do it through ads, right? Level four is I know I I have a business. I know I need I'm struggling to get customers. I know ads exist. Oh, I know this agency can help me do this or I know this software can help me do this. Level five, it's I have all the problems. I've tried solving it with the the my products and services that already exist and they have all failed me. Level five is a market that's so sophisticated that the way you sell to them is completely changing the frame, right? You you cannot come at it by saying like, "Oh, we'll help you get more leads. We'll help you get more customers, right? Or hey, we'll we'll come in and implement an AI voice agent." Try to sell AI voice agents today. try to sell a receptionist today on ads or through outreach or try to sell a website or try to sell get more leads with ads. they've already tried those things and in their mind they've created a mental like model or a belief that I've already tried that it does not work so stop wasting my time and simply said um we come to them and say we stop saying all these things and instead we come from this approach you've been trying to solve the wrong problem this entire time you do not have a lead genen problem. You do not have an appointment setting problem. You don't even have a sales problem. You have an infrastructure problem. An infrastructure that takes care of consistently generating your leads, nurturing those leads and converting them into qualified appointments that show up on your calendar or in your chair or if you want jobs that turn into jobs. Check this out. We literally put this message for these markets here. We put it in a VSSL, which is a video sales letter, a 12minute video sales letter. And you look at how we position it. Get the outcome you want, which is the 50 100 patients per month. This was going out for a clinic, the dental market without a marketing agency. Okay. Why do we say that is because when we can throw stones at the at a common enemy, they almost think they they then become they they then feel like, "Oh, wow. I've never seen this angle before. This is the first marketing firm that saying that I don't need them. Whoa, that's pretty interesting." Okay. And the outcome of this, you get practices willing to pay 50% of a $15,000 deal upfront in the most sophisticated market that has ever existed. And it's super competitive, too. Okay? And all of this, by the way, is because it's not a different it's it's not like the things in the actual infrastructure are different. That is not the point. It's not about, oh, you have to find this amazing new tactic, strategy, funnel or ads or website or AI chatbot to sell. No, no, no, no, no. It is simply about how you position what you sell. Positioning is the single greatest lever to pull in sophisticated markets. This is why whenever you spend too much time trying to figure out like what is it that you're going to sell, you're actually wasting your time. what you sell doesn't change. How you frame it, how you position it to the client changes everything.

And just to help you guys understand how I learned this uh because this changed my life, I I want to show you guys this. So, I was uh well, this is responsible for me having my first million dollars in the bank in less than 12 months in 2023. Okay. Um, I was running an appointment setting agency, okay? I was doing $21,000 a month, $28,000 a month, charging the typical, you know, 1,200 bucks a month, 1,100 bucks a month. But the problem with these monthly retainers is that your clients churn after month two. So, you don't really ever you don't really ever there there is this misconception that when you get retainer clients, they just stick around and stay forever. That is what you tell yourself. But in reality, in the real world, vendors get cancelled every single month. I give you 30 days to deliver. If you cannot deliver in 30 days, I'm not going to pay your retainer. This is why most agency businesses, they don't actually scale. They don't you have you anyone here knows an agency owner who's like free and abundant? I've personally never seen any. The business eats you from the inside out, right? Because you're commoditized, you charge low fees, and because you you're charging like 1,500 bucks a month, you cannot afford to hire someone. What? You're going to have to get 10 clients to afford a CMO, a a a head of sales, a great You can't afford anyone who's smarter than you. So what ends up happening is even if you can get the customers, the customers churn because you cannot deliver. You cannot hire people that are smarter than you to handle all of the clients. So the bigger you get, the shittier your client results get and they churn after month one, month two, and then you're back in this flywheel of just getting new customers month after month.

For me, I decided to switch that. I started changing my positioning. I'm like, "Hey, I'm not going to do appointment setting for you, but I'm going to give you the infrastructure that can do it in your business. Would you be open for that?" And something interesting happens. The same businesses that are struggling to pay me 1,200 bucks a month, pay me 12 grand upfront, pay me 10K up front, pay me 12 grand upfront, pay me 15 grand upfront, pay me 8K up front. When you start collecting 10, 20, 30, 40 of these payments per month, magic happens. You start doing, not just doing, you start collecting a million dollars every 90 days. And this is the thing that you have to understand like this. The greatest skill about business is not understanding how to work hard. It's understanding how to get leverage. How do you do more in less time? And there is nothing that is as leveraged as having something expensive to sell and having it be paid upfront. Understanding this and applying it will change your life as it allows you to collapse time and enter a model of business where you don't get paid for your time. You can guys you cannot sell your life. You cannot sell enough hours and get rich. You you I mean you can try. I mean, I'm sure all of us have probably tried before. Before my business, I was, you know, working a 9-5. I was making two grand a month. I tried the 40 hours a week, right? We all try.

Um, but the bills compound faster. Life life expenses compound faster than your paycheck, right? You can try to diminish all expenses, be frugal, and not have any expenses, not buy the bottle of wine, buy the glass of wine. But yeah, so what? You're you're you're still paying $15. I was uh getting a glass of wine last night. You're still paying $16 a glass. You can get water, but you still have to pay to move. You still have to pay for gas. Gas is not getting any cheaper, right? I'm joking. Uh but anyway, check this out.

Um, how do you how do you make sense though of charging 15 grand? Cuz you can't just go to someone and say, "Oh, it's 15 grand. Pay me 10K. You're insane." You have to be able to have an equation that allows you to charge that kind of money. So, how do we how do we make it make sense for the person on the other side? This is how we do it. We ask the business owner, "Hey, how many um what's your current business size?" And they'll tell us. They'll say, "Hey, we're currently doing, I don't know, a million dollars a year." Okay. And what we want to know is, well, how many appointments do you need to make that million dollars a year? Okay. How many appointments need to show up to make that million dollars? Perfect. How many leads do you need to get this many appointments? Okay. Once we understand what creates their million-doll business, then we ask them, perfect. Uh, how many leads don't end up turning into appointments? and how many of those leads end up not being qualified. Once we understand what they're leaving on the table or what they're missing out on, then we're like, "Hey, perfect. What if we could implement an infrastructure, a system that will qualify and turn the leads without even spending more money on ads, the leads you already have. What if we could turn them into more appointments?" And then once we've turned them into more appointments, what if we also started helping you get more of them, but have more of them be qualified and have more of them be showing up into appointments? Could we potentially add an extra 250k a year to your business? And the likelihood of this is let's say we can't necessarily guarantee that we're going to add an extra quarter of a million dollars a year, right? But let's say there is a 50% probability of that outcome. Okay? So the system that we implement has a potential of adding a quart of a million dollars to a business let's say for the year. And then there's a 50% probability of that happening. Then that means that if you multiply the potential which is 250k a year multiply by the pro 50% chance of it happening you end up with 125k. Okay. Potential multiplied by probability. We only want 10% of this potential outcome. Hence why we end up framing our offer as 12.5K. We do not price our value. We do not price our worth based on the amount of hours we're going to work. We do not even price based on the cost of the thing we deliver. That is super important. I don't care if a chatbot uh cost, you know, $50 an hour, $50 to implement. I don't care. I don't care if it cost me uh 50 50 cents to build you a funnel. I don't care. And also, that's none of your concerns because what you care about is for me to add an extra quart of a million dollars a year. Not for you don't care about how I did it. You don't care that I'm going to re-engage um all your leads for you, do you? You don't care that I'm going to create content, better content that makes them uh more warm for your business so they can buy sooner. Do you care how much they cost me? No. Okay, perfect. That is the whole point. You do not charge based on the cost to fulfill. You also do not charge based on the time to fulfill. Anybody who does that are the small business owners who never who never make any money. Okay, this is the whole pricing model we have.

Now, what is it that we're actually selling? To solve the predictability of any business, you need to solve three things. The first one is help them sell to better customers. You would not understand how many businesses sell to the wrong segment of the market, sell them something that is cheap because they're already targeting the wrong customer and they don't have the right messaging. So, as much as the number one pillar around building a successful business is around selecting the right market and having the right offer for your ideal client too, you have to do the same thing. You have to tell to them and say, "Hey, you've been getting these people paying $50 per session. Do you know that like some businesses are making $600 per client? Would you need help with that? Let's help you sol sell more to better customers." That's problem number one. Problem number two is around demand generation. How do you get them more leads? How do you get them more attention? Through content, through ads, through whatever. Step number three is how do you convert that attention into money? How do you convert it into booked calls, sales conversation, and and customers? These three pillars is what we solve for every single business that we work with. Right? The cool thing about today is that all of this can be done with AI. So, not only are we able to charge a lot of money from having a better positioning, but we're also able to have leverage and fulfillment by having AI do most of the delivery. Let me show you how we do that. For this we had to build an AI operating system because um you cannot simply use chat GPT cla to uh have five 10 clients 20 clients that you're managing and be able to do it as one person. You need a way for AI to um to give you leverage. Before I show you guys the actual AI system, the first thing you would need to solve if you need to ful if you had to fulfill today is you need truth. What's already working for your for businesses in your client's niche, right? Why is this important? Well, if you don't have experience, how are you going to know what to fulfill? How are you going to know how to solve these three problems? You won't. And it's not necessarily even though these are like three simple things, they actually require depth. They actually require great expertise. Okay. So for us, we understood that like we don't know everything about every market. So is there a way for us to leverage AI to find the truth? And the reason why I call it truth is because truth is this thing where it's like whether you like it or not, it's objective. It's business is making more money than my client. What are they doing? What are their offers? Who are they selling to? What are their funnels? What are their ads? I need to be able to find these things before I even have to sell anyone. Okay. Once you have the truth, you need to be able to replicate the truth and implement it for your client. And this is literally the fulfillment model. It's you find the truth for the market and then with AI and then you replicate it with AI.

So here is what we um what we built. So um it starts here. Okay. Um we built the first system we call it the truth engine. Um, it's designed to help you find the truth around um around what's going on in your client's market. Anybody has a niche they would like the truth from? Anybody want to put in the chat what niche they're think they're interested in? Roofing, um, construction, um, vet clinics. Oo, vet clinics. Hey, I'd be interested in going after vet clinics, but I wouldn't necessarily know how to help them grow. Can you please find me all the, you know, vet clinics in California. Show me what they're advertising. Show me the offers. Show me the funnels. Show me everything that I would need to replicate for them to be able to sell essentially the same infrastructure to another vet clinic uh for $10,000, $15,000. and um be able to fulfill and help them grow. Thank you. So you just ask it um give it context and then it will it will ask you uh find all vet clinks and scraping their ads and the right approach. That's a data collection exercise not a business strategy. what vet clinks are actually buying and willing to who's already selling to them what's the real pain points are whether 10k is even the right price point for what you're describing what specific infrastructure service you're selling them I want to sell solve marketing lead generation system appointment and booking scheduling system uh anything related to growth essentially and turning attention or generating attention and turning that attention into

The way we designed um this system was modeling after how we do um how we do research, how we find what works. and we just created a bunch of agents um essentially a swarm of agents that are going into every single market uh to understand what's currently working for them. Okay? And this allows us to skip the guessing and skip the not knowing. You know how one of the greatest bottleneck that you have when you're starting out, especially in business, is that hey, I don't know what to sell or I don't know how to get customers to trust that I'm the right person to sell them. Well, when you start with truth, you're able to have the ability to sell the truth. You don't have to rely on your experience. You don't have to rely on anything other than find what's already working.

So, I did this as an example. Hey, I'm curious about scaling a dental practice in New York City. Are you able to help me find practices in that state and help me see how they're advertising, what they're leading with, what funnels they're using? And by the way, can you infinitely ask a better question and go ahead and answer it? Uh, I said, "Hey, I'm a marketing business consultant. I'm um I want to expand existing practices and the service type uh let's focus on cosmetic dentistry." Okay. And what it did is it essentially pulled up what patients actually worry about. So what is the mindset of patients going to a dental practice? Okay, so this is not okay, I want to sell to dental practice. Tell me what I should sell them. You can do that, right? I'm going to show you guys that you can also use that for this engine. But it tells you what the landscape is in the world of running a dental practice, right? So people who are going to the dentist are struggling are worried about cost, uncertainty, financing options, fear of choosing the wrong dentist, unrealistic expectations, anxiety about the procedure and itself and pain. Okay. And it goes ahead and kind of like breaks down uh you know specialist cosmetic dentist Dr. Alex in New York City uh positions themselves as top rated full service practices smile makeover specialist uh and then they show you kind of like their ads. Okay. And um you can essentially go deeper. Hey, are you able to go deeper on Dr. Alex uh and show me his entire uh business? Show me everything that he's doing to be successful, find everything you can about his practice, and don't stop until you get it all. and um it will just go focus on a specific competitor, right? And it will just pull everything about them. Okay, but let's say you wanted to um to kind of like go into a completely different uh market. Okay, so we have vet vet people. So, it kind of like does the same thing for the for for the vet uh clinic, but you can do this for every single uh market you can think of. HVAC, hardscaping, I was doing this for heartscaping. Uh we have clients in the um in LA that were selling to heartscapers and and charging really well. Uh AI receptionist, you can validate if people uh who's currently, you know, pushing that, what are they selling? You can see all of their ads. you can see their funnels, uh you can see their assets. Uh you can essentially get the truth about whatever you want to find. And this truth allows you to know what's working in the market before you have to sell anything, right? Medv, they scale to like right now they scale to $400 million in their first year. uh if you want to go compete with them and help other GLP1 products or uh clinics get customers, you can just look it up, right? Um you want to break down a specific competitor or you want to, you know, understand someone like Hermosi, how is he selling? What are all the the funnels that he has, you can you you can ask it, right? Um and we the the value of this is we want to you want to have all the knowledge all the truth before you have to do anything.

Once you have this truth you have to replicate it right and this is how it goes. So let's say I wanted to scale uh a pet shop, right? So I was trying to work on this offer because um pet pet I was watching this podcast from this guy who built a $2 billion or exited his company for $3 billion in the pet niche and I was really curious about how that market looks like. So, the way that this agent works is that we've essentially put together every single step of how to actually take the truth and replicating it all the way to launching ads. Okay. What this agent does or a bunch of different agents is that they go find the truth about the market. They tell you what pet owners are frustrated with. They don't want to hassle transporting a stressed pet. They forget to book until the pet is overdue. They want a groomer they trust, not a random last minute.

Um, what they actually want, a reliable groomer, a calmer, safer experience for their pet, a more convenient. So, it tells you what is the best thing to focus on. It, you know, focus on increasing lifetime value, stabilizes, you know, revenue, all that good stuff. And then it goes and finds, okay, what are the specific pain points to focus on when building a better offer for a pet a pet grooming business. Okay, it shows you what people are currently saying. How much does a US mobile dog grooming cost, pros and cons, and whether it's worth the price, severely mattered dog, what to do, and what your groomer wants you to know. Uh blah blah blah blah blah. finds pain points and then it puts together the actual offer for you for the vet. This is from the perspective of an actual vet pet like a pet shop. Um it then goes ahead and says, "Hey, you should probably pick a better customer profile. Here are the top three. Uh Ashley, who's an anxious dog mom, she makes on average a 90K a year. She has one or two dogs, Golden Doodle and a Cavapoo. What is a cavoo? I don't know what a cavoo is. I'm not a dog guy, but I can be a dog guy if that makes you guys like me more. Uh, language patterns, where they hang out, what they like, what they dislike. Uh, Jason, the practical dog owner, he's 38, uh, owns a lab in German Shepherd. He makes around 75K a year. What he likes. Karen, so I think I chose Karen as a as a as a customer, as a ICP. Uh and then it also finds what people looking for, you know, pet grooming kind of like uh businesses. Cancelled on me last minute for the second time. I work during the week. I can't just rearrange my schedule. Never going back. Oh, this is good. Right. So, why is this truth good to find is because when you're know nothing about pet grooming, you need to be able to speak the language of people who leverage these services or on behalf of um of the pet grooming shop, right? Once it's done, it goes ahead and finds competitors. Who are people already selling pet grooming services? What are their funnels looking like, right? Um what are they selling? Okay. Uh and the idea here is you want to find people already selling to this market. Uh and find their funnel architecture and all of that good stuff. Okay. Um and then you can go deeper into Okay, cool. go ahead and design the offer. Everything that this these agents are finding gets saved, allowing all future agents to have the context of the business that you're working on for each workspace. So you can have one client on one workspace and have all the context about their business in one contact in one workspace and you can have as

many as you want and have agents be able to work on everything on your behalf. What this will do all the way is once it's essentially put together the offer that you should probably sell on behalf of your client, it will go ahead and put together the assets. Uh find ads that are being run by your competition in that market. So you can model and not you can model after, but so when you're creating ads, you can actually use the truth that you found. It will find the content that's currently working in your market. So it already knows the content that works. It will generate the ads. It will generate the landing page. It will generate uh the the pre-all VSSL if you need if you need to record a VSSL. It will record it will build the nurture sequences for uh for when leads come into the business funnel when they opt in whether that be emails, whether that be um SMS. So that um let's say the practice that doesn't have any SMS nurturing sequence. Well, you don't have to build that. Just find the truth about what their competitors are doing using agents and go ahead and replicate it. It goes ahead and builds everything end to end and then goes ahead and helps you launch the advertising campaign. You connect to their CRM and by the way has like all these steps. So you have like the assets you the the pre-all and all that good stuff. You go through selecting the pixel. You can run lead form ads from without ever leaving here. And then it goes ahead and picks all the assets that were built, the business context, creates the campaign on meta, searchs the targeting, creates uh uploads the images, picks the the the the adsets, picks the the budget. Of course, you can approve it and then comes back to you and says, "Hey, here's the Facebook pixel that I chose. Uh, here's the campaign name. Here's the targeting. Here is the um here's the niche we're going after. Here's the age group. And we are at 25 bucks a day. Do you want to approve it? And if I wanted to manage the ads, uh, you just go here and all of the ads that are currently running, you can see them from here.

Why is this important? Um, this is important because why is this ads management kind of like system valuable is because in a world where you don't know how to advertise, you okay, cool. Go hire a contractor from uh from Upwork, from Fiverr. they're going to charge you money. The likelihood that they can actually fulfill is really low. So they might not they might actually just be lying to you and not actually be able to fulfill. So instead we realize that okay well are we not actually able to just fulfill fully with AI and you know generate leads for a business without ever having to touch a thing. Well, yeah, you can right just have agents be able to connect to your ad account Meta and say hey can you update me today? Are we running any ads? And from the ads that we've run in the last 30 days, uh how many leads have we generated? And what can we do to get them to um to either be, you know, to improve the click-through rate or the uh the cost per lead or the um the engagement rate and the quality of our ads. You just speak to the agent. It has access to your ad account context fully and you essentially now become an advertising agency but fully with AI. It will get the campaign list. It will get the insights for you and it will tell you, hey, this is what has happened over the last 30 days or based on the question that I asked. Here's what to improve. Here's a click-through rate. Here's whatever. And then whenever it give you an update of what to do, you can just tell it, okay, perfect. Go ahead and execute for me. Why do I have to do anything? Okay. And then we'll just ask a pretty, you know, last last three questions.

So, it's going to pull multiple stuff. So, we can come back here. Uh, the next thing is be able to create assets and content, right? in a in a leveraged way. You need to have the ability to speak with an agent right here and create the content for your client or for yourself if you wanted to. Okay, I'll see if I can show you guys examples because content today has become ads especi uh ads specifically uh all AI creatives are getting so good when it comes to um creating content with with AI and we believe that there's a likelihood that 6 months from now all content will be AI generated. If you know how to cook with AI content, the the world like everything is just is unreal today. Let me actually show you guys something. All right, so this is like an example of like so we wanted to one of the best performing ads that we've had or um any organic content that ends up performing is when you have the whoever you're selling to show up in the actual creative themselves. So something like this where let's say you want to sell to dental practices, you better show up as in the creative as someone that they can essentially see as a reflection of themselves, right? So check this out. Stop. If you have been coded $40,000 for implants and you are terrified it is going to hurt, listen. I have placed about 2,000 implants. I'm going to tell you what actually happens. The surgical part, the part everyone is scared of, is 45 minutes. The wisdom tooth your dentist pulled when you were 19, that was an hour. The bone healing afterwards is what takes the time and you do not. We will show you exactly what your bone looks like. >> Something like this or we find uh assets are currently performing online organically. I wanted to see if we can sell like um to roofers uh and create content for them that essentially gets homeowners to almost like be interested in um cuz you don't want to sell. Organic content doesn't work when you're selling. It works when you're educating them about something that might potentially happen. >> Most homeowners have no idea this is even possible, but you can lose your home insurance over the age of your roof. No leak, no claim, nothing wrong inside. These days, your roof can be judged from above. Aerial and satellite photos get scanned for age, stains, or wear, and a computer makes the call. If it looks old from the sky, a non-renewal letter can land in your mailbox. No leak, no claim, nothing wrong inside. Just a photo that got flagged. And here's the part that stings. The way these roof claims get paid has quietly changed. Even this even this letter was AI added, which was really sick. Um, so we're we're getting to the point where the the the point where AI content is about to just go insane when it comes to businesses. And if you guys know anything about the power of content, you know, it's where all attention is currently flowing. So if you have the ability to just create assets at scale, then you're just able to uh capture attention for free. So you have the ability to see what's currently working uh in all of the the markets and all of the niches in ads. You know, you have Daniel Ilas right now who's going crazy selling a million views uh online. I think they're doing like $35 million a month. uh you can schedule the content if you wanted to.

Okay, so the idea here is have every single system you would need to find the truth, replicate the truth for any business. Okay? And what this allows you to do is allows you to be able to just vibe, cook, and deliver in a way that allows you to be leveraged and have all the margins. Cuz traditionally the only way you would have to scale an agency was uh hire contractors um for every five you know five to 10 clients you get and then you know your margins your margins and your s sanity disappear and you just repeat repeat repeat until until you're done. Okay. So for us, what we wanted to do is can we build an operating system that allows us to find the opportunity in markets and that allows us to replicate it for businesses that will never do it for themselves, but instead of just being commoditized, we actually um offer them the ability to deliver everything. Okay. And the second thing that I didn't necessarily show here is that we also have an entire kind of like GHL snapshot which is essentially a snapshot that comes with uh because most businesses might also not have a proper CRM and we implement essentially a voice agent a setter agent that nurtures all of their leads. So not only do we create the marketing assets to help them get leads, get appointments, but we also implement a CRM infrastructure that allows them to which is a plug-and-play system like you it's a snapshot. So you build it once and you can plug and play it in every uh client's business um that you acquire without having to rebuild it from scratch. Okay, this is how we solve fulfillment.

Client acquisition, there's currently three channels around client acquisition. The first one is uh the best performing one right now to be honest or the one that has like the cost is becoming ridiculously cheap is just have a profile on Instagram that talks about your customer painoint something like this and put a little bit of let the algorithm find you the customers right literally talk find the right messaging and then let them give you all the views you want without ever having to spend money on ads organically. And all you have to do is just find content that's already working in any niche. The truth is any market you're going after, someone is already getting their attention. So, we leverage agents to find the right hooks, the right formats, the right everything that someone else is using to actually capture people's attention, and you just replicate it and get the views for free. Get the followers. Okay? I think on this relay, I I got like 2,000 new followers organically. Then reach out to all of them. Literally DM every follower and ask them few questions and qualify them. Get them on a call. We have a client who uh is doing this in the insurance market and he spent just $1,000 on ads and got $16,000 in cash collected upfront. Uh the reason why he he got this many clients is because he's only charging $2,500 for the setup or the infrastructure that he's selling to insurance agents. But look at this performance. $1,000. 360 new followers. 300 conversation. 29 sales calls booked in a month. 19 of them showed up. 15 of them were given an offer and 12 of them were closed. And this client was an full-time engineer in November. December last uh December he quit his job after closing his first uh two clients. And um he leveraged the truth engine um to go find what's working infinitely better for for insurance um people um insurance agents and then found the infrastructure that's currently working better for him and then now just literally creates a 60second reel 30 second reel on Instagram talks about it amplifies it with $30 a day gets followers reaches out to them books them on a call 2.5K here on uh at 11 11 PM and a 2.5K client here at 11:30 p.m. on the same day. The following day, another $2,500 collected. Uh three days later, another $2,500 collected. Right? He um in May, his scale passed his first um 10K in 5 days and he ended the month at 25K in cash collected. Right? All of this because he's just selling the truth. He's just making content talking about, hey, you're legion. Uh stop buying from lead vendors. Own your own infrastructure that gets you the leads. Stop cold calling people. Stop following up with the same leads that have been bought by 50 other people that have been burned that are not answering. Own your own infrastructure. Own your own lead genen system and then the rest is history, right?

Um, we also do direct response ads. We have access to a library of all the performing kind of like campaigns funnels in every single niche you can think of. put together this funnel, add the per top performing ads that we already have access to and literally replicate what someone else is already doing. You do not have to you do not have to guess your way into anything because someone is already acquiring the attention of the people you want to sell to or is selling them the same thing you want to sell to. Replicate everything. Replicate the funnel that's working. And if you do not have capital for ads or you don't even want to get in front of a camera, okay, perfect. Then leverage agents to scrape Facebook groups and find you your ideal client. Right now there are almost two billion users in Facebook groups. I don't know anybody here use Facebook groups for outreach yet. Let me know in the chat. Anybody has used Facebook group or pirates? Perfect. I love it. If you know, if you are a, you know, smart uh marketer, if you've been in the game for a while, you know that Facebook groups are a gold mine. Why are they a gold mine? Because all of these boring businesses, the small and mediumsiz businesses, they all gather in Facebook groups talking about their pain points. And one thing they also do talk about is hey any recommendations on a marketing company that had success with water damaged leads we are on our third company with little results. Reach out to them. You have a Facebook profile. Send them a quick ad at least the way that we do it. We find people are in there engaging. We send them a friend request or even without it. We just send them a message say hey we believe uh you know you're running this business. We can help you solve this problem. Would you like to see a video that breaks down the infrastructure that has been able to solve it for your other uh competitors? Most, you know, let's say 10% reply. Half of them say yes to the free video because it's free value. You're not trying to sell. You're just trying to give value. And those that come back to you, they say yes to getting on a call because they're actually curious to learn more. They already know the system. And you get them on a call and you actually sell them. This is the thing that got me to my first $28,000 a month. I did not spend money on ads. I did not um cold call anyone. I hate cold calling. Um I would rather just, you know, go back to get a job instead of cold calling. Um all I did was I quit my job. I had to quit my job. You you're not going to most people just think they can just do 50/50, but the universe has its way of rewarding commitment. So, I was like, you know, it's been three years of me trying to make this work, and it hasn't worked. I've acquired so much knowledge. I've spent three years learning, going through every single course you can think of. I've watched all the YouTube videos, but I'm still I'm still in the same position as if I had not learned anything. So, all this time, it was either wasted or I have to do something about it. I quit. And I got up every morning at 9:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m. And I would open my laptop. I would go into Facebook groups. I would I would send a message. I would wait for them to get back to me. I would send them a quick loom. It was a seven minute video and I would book like two or three calls a day and I would and I started clients closing clients like like nothing ever before.

Right here's when I shut down because I was tired of selling retainer services. I was just uh burning out with 23 25 new clients that I had to manage myself. It was insane, right? uh we figure out a way to get an agent to uh go into the groups, find the comments, find the pro uh the group members, and find who's qualified um who's a qualified business owner. Then it gets it goes ahead and enriches that profile. Um, anyway, so we figure out a way to get the agents to essentially enrich the lead, create the messaging, and then you just have to send it, right? It goes ahead and does this. So let's say if you're going after cleaning businesses, it will use Facebook groups to find a 100 leads, give you their phone number, give you their email, but you still of course message them on Facebook, but you can message them on other places, right? Or the last one, agentic cold email. We're at a point where you can now leverage AI agents uh that can source, research, write personalized email campaigns on autopilot. Um, and this is, you know, for other clients, they prefer doing this at scale and send 500 um, emails a day and send those value videos a day and book calls and close a $2,000 a month client for for 6 months, which is a $12,000 deal. And then you can take this budget and put it in ads. This is the three suggested acquisition channels. One is content free to do. We'll get you the clients. The algorithm are good enough. Amplify with ads if you want to. The second one is direct response to a via cell funnel. And the fourth, the third one is just outbound. Do outbound yourself or do outbound with agents or do outbound with cold email or you can even get a VA to actually do it. That's how we at least um focus on doing it. Okay.

Um, this has been our number one focus for everything and um we have a few ways we uh we've been working with um with our clients. Okay. The first one is we act as a growth consulting implementation company. That's how we've been operating for the last um you know 3 five years. Um, and what we solve, it's it's more important to understand that what we solve is not necessarily just the AI like we're not an AI software company because we don't believe that giving someone a software is going to necessarily get them results. What we do is we start start by uh getting alignment and clarity in your market in your business and in the growth road map that you want to have. Okay. So what does this look like? We dial your market. We make sure that you're selling something that's profitable. So we actually use uh would normally, you know, use agents to actually go find the truth. what's working, what's not working, and then we go work on your client acquisition engine. So, how are we going to actually get you more leads, more appointments, and then we also help you solve your fulfillment problems um with Cook. Okay, so we give you Cook AI as almost like an as an infrastructure, as an engine that you can use to fulfill if you want to essentially start helping other businesses solve these problems. But we solve all of these through um consulting one-on-one. We build all of these for you. I hope you enjoyed this breakdown and I hope it gave you the clarity that you needed to know what is the only valuable AI opportunity that exists, which is solving problems that have existed since the beginning of time for businesses. And just to help you guys understand how grounded in truth this is. My best friend from high school just closed his first client and $8,000 deal and got 50% of it paid upfront, which is funny enough is the same amount that I collected from my first client in 2020. It's been 5 6 years since that date. So he's a bit late, but now AI has leveled the playing field, making it a bit easier than when I started when it comes to launching an agency and actually being able to scale. If you want help from my team, whether that be implementing this entire infrastructure to help you validate your offer, to help you validate your acquisition system, and to also help you fulfill, whether we implement it for you or we give you all the systems and we essentially train you, coach you, mentor you into doing it yourself, then we'd be happy to help. Click the link below, apply, and speak with an adviser on my team or myself. We'd be happy to onboard you and get to cooking. Take care.
