Hey, what's going on guys? Welcome back to the channel. Happy New Year, Merry Christmas, all of those different things. I'm sorry that I haven't been able to produce any content. It's been absolutely diabolical here behind the scenes.
When everybody else decided to spend time with their families at Christmas, I actually was offered the opportunity to go to the United States to become a man on the ground to go over with all of this evidence, the data, and everything we've really harvested over the course of the past few months with the SEC. And I spoke during the court hearing and there were a lot of different entities that contacted me and not just the SEC. I had independent legal firms contacting me asking if I would like to come to the United States, if I would like to chase up all of these funds. So that's exactly what I've been doing.
And what I want to say to everybody is when you're actually doing stuff for the blockchain, you really don't have time for anything else. You don't have time to create content or sit there and break down hours and hours of data and go through to produce videos. You either could do one or the other in my world. And all of these people that are sat on X touting nonsense are literally doing nothing for our blockchain. Another month has passed, right? And nothing's really changed, has it? None of these validators have really done anything groundbreaking. You're currently left with an active set, right? Where you've got these top 10 validators and there's very few to none doing absolutely anything. Whereas, you look at the bottom end of the active set. Well, all of those validators are working hard. They're working diligently because they want to rise up the ranks. They want to become a validator like all nodes, like Kcoin, like all of these other nonsensical validators that have somehow gained substantial amounts of voting power. It's absolutely insane.
Now, things might sound a little bit different. Things might look a little bit different as well. There's no microphone visualizer running on this laptop. It's a completely new system and it's an Apple Mac as well. So, I know it has uh dedicated technology specific to my microphone. So things really should sound a lot better. I should sound a lot clearer. And like I said, I'm on the ground. I'm in the United States. So if you're in the UK, it's probably coming up around 8:00. It's like the middle of a day here in the United States. So everything that I'm going to be doing for the next few months is really going to be based around US time. So do bear that in mind.
So I have got a document up here and I think this is one of the most important documents that shows exactly what we've been doing behind the scenes and the cause and effect. As we knew from the overall court hearing, the final judgment, the civil case, the criminal case, the liquidation, the entire thing being done and dusted should have happened on the 26th of December 2025. That was when the deadline was run to. And what they're actually doing is extending that deadline by another year. And this is directly because of the work that we've been doing behind the scenes because there are a lot more assets that have not been dealt with and TfL has tried to pull a fast one on the SEC on creditors and debittors across board. We need to understand Chris Armani was paid a substantial amount of money, I think around $3 million to handle the windown of the bankruptcy case when it came to the civil proceedings. And yes, they should have dealt with this $26 million worth of assets that are lying around in Terraclassic native assets. This is a substantial thing.
So, like I said, I'm not going to bore you with the ins and outs of this letter here being exhibit A, as they've stated. Instead, I'll just leave a link to it in the descriptions. In short, this document points to the moving of that deadline to the 26th of December, 2026. This is really good for us because it gives us as an ecosystem, as a blockchain, a lot more time to deal with all of these assets that are going to be put up. So, what you're going to need to be doing is paying attention really to the uh docket system. I'll leave a link to the docket system in the description below for those of you who want to get access to this and want to really keep yourselves up to date and not wait for the horse's mouth, if you will.
You have to be very careful going into 2026. And I really I want to point this out. It's been irritating me for a significant amount of time. And what you're looking at here is a tweet that I put out. And if I scroll up to the top, we've got people like Mr. Diamond Hands who are suddenly right burn active. They're suddenly wanting to see the proactive burning of all of these assets, right? And they're using and harnessing something that we've put a lot of hard work into and not even giving us a shout out, not pointing people to the evidence and allowing people to make their own decision. Instead, they're just demanding. Day six, we're calling out Terramoney Liquidator to follow the court orders and burn the remaining TfL, LUNC, and USC. But when we go right and we actually look at the proposal I put up to deal with the final eight remaining TFL wallets that we can go in and proactively burn. Well, people like Mr. Diamond Hands shut that proposal down along with people like Jesus's Lord along with people like Lunk Goblins.
So again, I have to point these things out to everybody. You are delegating with validators that are saying one thing on X. They're touting Burns. They're saying they want to see all of these assets burned. Yet, they've shut down, not just right, a proposal to burn the final remaining TfL wallets, but they've also shut down proposals to begin a public inquiry into the assets that are remaining on Binance. So, Lunk Live wants to see all of these assets burn, yet they shut down two proposals previously that would have seen some kind of movement of the the burning, if you will. It's it's irritating to say the least, but you've got to be really careful. There are so many people that are out there delegating with Lunklive, yet Lunklive is the one that shut down the public inquiry into Binance. They're the ones that are shutting down the final burn of remaining TfL wallets. We're talking about $26 million worth of assets at this point. It's not a small amount by any means that was missed by TfL, the SEC, and Chris Armani, and even Du Kan at this stage. You have all been shafted, right, by TfL, by the civil case. You're now being shafted by validators that are touting burns, yet they shut them down when it comes to actual work, actual movement. Yeah, you got to be really, really careful.
So, what I'm doing at the moment is I'm gathering all of the data together in regards to the assets that are remaining. And what we're doing is providing evidential proof that can be verified by the SEC teams that are going to be dealing with this over the course of 2026 because essentially I reach my endpoint with this. Once I cough up the remaining data, it then falls on the SEC to go out there and chase those funds down. Something a lot of people don't understand is TFL aren't coming back. Ducoin isn't coming back. Chris Armani isn't coming back. And it's not because they don't want to personally come back. It's because they've been barred as per the civil and criminal proceedings. Something that a lot of people fail to understand. And I think this really just boils down to delegating with validators like Lunklife and then going off the nonsense that they tout where they don't even share the evidence, the data, the people that have really been going out and doing the work that none of these validators are doing. It's irritating to say the least. But I'm going to be getting back on the ball. I'm breaking down a few different videos at the moment. I really just want to uh show you guys what I've been doing. Let me know what you guys think. I hope you had a nice Christmas. Like I said, I didn't get to spend my Christmas with my family because it was either I went to America at this stage, met with these legal bodies, or it wasn't going to happen.
Now, there's a lot of people who are wondering why it was imperative that I traveled during that time, and why couldn't I just spend Christmas with my family? Because the entire thing was supposed to be done and dusted at the end of 2025. We needed to have that extended. That was the goal. And that's exactly what has happened. We've seen an extension all the way to the end of 2026, giving us a year to not only help people get their money back, but for the chain to also start clawing back all of these TFL related assets. Now, they're going to be discussing this on January 16th, 2026 at 400 p.m. There'll also be a hearing further down the line around January 2026. Uh on the 26th as well, as you can see, at 2:30 p.m. I'll try to find some kind of coverage or I will summarize everything and really get you guys up to date. But just bear with me. I'm going to be doing a recap to get everybody up to speed that may not understand how important the work that we're doing right now is. and it's likely going to lead to some of the biggest burns that you'll ever see in the history of Teral Luna Classic when it comes down to USC because that's primarily what has been left behind.
So, just to summarize really for you guys and what is really so important about these two hearings is they're going to either secure this extended deadline or we're going to be left in the dirt. We're going to get uh shifted, if you will. We're going to get shafted and it's not going to be good. We need this extension more than anybody and TFL are banking on that extension not being granted. I believe it's going to be granted but only the courts will decide. We've done everything we can at this point and like I said, we set out to achieve those goals. We've achieved them. It's now down to the courts in the District of Delaware to decide whether that extension will be granted. But look guys, stay safe, stay humble, stay aware, and as always, I'mma catch you in the next.
