HEY, the coolest, >> the realest, the most professional, the most successful, >> the strongest, >> no fake ass subs, >> no [ __ ] disappearing. What else can you say, >> bro? The strongest, bro. >> Like, no [ __ ] No [ __ ] of loving the animals to be accepted by people. Like, get the [ __ ] out of here. Let's go. >> Who do these people think they're messing with, bro? >> I don't know. >> [laughter] >> Hey, coolest >> and the realest. >> Hey, the funnest. THIS IS THE FUNNEST PLACE, BRO. COME ON. AT THE END OF THE DAY, everything you just named, which was accurate, this is the most fun. No other reptile podcast has as much fun as we do. That's the obviously, bro. LOOK AT THESE [ __ ] CRASHING OUT. HOLY [ __ ] WE WE WE ARE NOT ON THAT TYPE OF TIME. We are a family. And it And it goes to our viewers, too, bro. We are a We are a [ __ ] tight-knit [ __ ] community. Everyone who watches this, >> we saw this [ __ ] coming, but not this fast. >> I saw I saw it coming for sure, but not Hey, notressive. >> Drive me a river, baby. >> Yeah, bro. >> Shut up. >> Drive me a river. >> Get the [ __ ] on already, dude. I Hey, listen. We have a lot to talk about tonight. Hey, so happy to be here. I I want to say these Monday nights, bro, they really start the week off. They really do. Um, because >> again, bro, passion is something you don't need to question with us. >> Yeah. People know, people know that's what we're packing, bro. We pack passion because we do this [ __ ] for reals, >> not for thrills, >> you feel me? We We make a living. Okay, when we talk about a living, when we talk about we could go vacations, we could see each other. We [ __ ] work for this, bro. So why do we [ __ ] take this serious? Because we [ __ ] make bread off of it. We eat off of this game. Do you?
>> Well, that that and is what makes me happy. I'm so happy. I'm so happy to be a part of this. >> I woke up this morning. The first thing I did was feed uh um Sangria. What a name. [laughter and gasps] Uh the the you know, the maniac I fed. That's the first thing I did when I woke up today, bro. I >> I mean, okay, let's get to that, man. Let's talk about the year you've had with the colubrates. Um, dude, you're you're you're like a new individual now, man. It's kind of weird, bro. your your vibe, Big E, when it comes to reptiles. I just don't see ball pythons anymore. I really don't. Like, I I see other [ __ ] going on in your goddamn [ __ ] world, which I love to be a part of because I sent you a condro. I sent you your very first condro, which that was an honor because I already know where I already know where that's going to lead you. Tell you that much. >> All right, we could get to it. But >> I love ball pythons. >> But how do you feel about your growth this year, bro? Like you're into the other projects. And then we're going to talk, trust me, tonight is primarily about ball pythons, but again, we have stuff that keeps us moving that are beyond ball pythons. And I want to talk about what your growth has been like with the colubrids. >> Um, it's it's been amazing. Um, you saw you I mean, you saw when I got that Texas indigo last year, you're like, "Yo, that's going to be your favorite snake." And you were right. And that that [ __ ] opened the whole new world to me. And uh ended [snorts and clears throat] up getting uh I ended up selling the Texas because I fell in love with the yellows and uh I got 1.3 yellows.
>> And that's smart, bro. Right. Like I mean because we know space is a factor. >> Yeah. 100%. If you're if you're not fully going to give everything to, you know, you can't have it all, right? So I ended up getting 1.3 yellows and 1.2 blacks, blacktail creos and yellowtail creos. Those are my favorite. Um, got the new room, uh, patching room/clubed room. I'm [ __ ] I'm loving life right now. Raising the animals, learning their behavior. Uh, now, you know, I'm breeding a pair. It's it's it's it's phenomenal. I love it. >> And again, like, how much does it juice up even your love for the ball pythons? Like, because you realize they're different and you get you get a mental break when you work with a colubrid such as like, you know, Dramacons, what we're talking about right now. And then you go back to a ball python, you know what I mean? Like you realize, man, there's levels to this as far as like what you should be aware of. And you know, we got to we got to give it to the ball pythons, man. That is the gatekeeper of getting people into this hobby where you don't have to be too intimidated because we know, man, I mean, the the type of clubber that you're working with as an adult, bro, >> king. Yeah. >> That's no walk in the park. You know what I mean? >> Um I' I've mainly wanted to learn their behaviors. um you know, take that with me, even learn a little bit more about ball pythons, MBKs. I wanna I want to be a better reptile keeper. So, uh it's been great. It's been great. Uh it's going great. Um I had a pair of yellows together for four days. >> Yeah. >> And uh I'm watching their behavior. It's it's it's Bro, it's amazing. It's fun. It's uh now I'm learning, you know, little things about the condrils, you know, so >> yeah, >> you know, and it it's it's again I'm having the best time I've ever had >> in reptiles, period. >> 20 years deep. And you're saying >> 20 years deep and and also, man, I'm loving the ball pythons as well. >> Yeah. >> You always got to do your thing with them as well and and and get better, you know, constantly pushing the needle and getting better, period.
>> So, let's get to this topic. Okay, Alio, cuz I know how much you are working towards specific projects. Um, you know, True Ghost, uh, being one of them, and, you know, a lot of other [ __ ] you're really passionate about. How far do you feel like you're out? And what I mean by that, like I'm talking like the year where you're like you're going to be losing sleep about the [ __ ] you're be producing, like, you know, because I know I know you're you're a brickby brick guy. You've been like this for a long time and I know you're building a bunch of [ __ ] but when do you feel like that house in a sense will be done? I mean, every year is there's something coming, >> right? >> And that should that should be the case technically, right? >> Every year I'm raising stuff. I mean, I'm not in a real big hurry. Um, I'm keeping really good stuff every year. And you know how it is. Every year you're going to have, you know, stuff coming that you're like, "Okay, that's really exciting." And that's that's how I do it. I uh I'm really really happy with where my projects are going. I'm just a couple steps behind a few, but that's okay for me, bro. I'm not I'm not in a hurry.
>> Can we talk about the project you were excited about the most this year that went your way? Um, is there anything that stands out to you that you want to kind of let people know? >> Uh, I didn't I didn't uh I didn't hit anything earth earthshattering. I hit more true ghosts. They sold right out of the egg. Uh, I kept some ingredients for some new things. Um, this was mainly a selling year for me. I kept a lot of foundational stuff for the future [clears throat] typically as I as as I do, but nothing earthshattering. I'm like, "Okay, look at this. This is new." Um, I have a a few chances at at that this year. Uh, but yeah, man. This year I was mainly focused on on uh, you know, making that bread.
>> So, what's what's what's earthshattering in your projects? What would be considered earthshattering? I mean, it would be great to to be in the top three of people hitting Sunset Exantic stuff, Sunset Dreamicle stuff that hasn't been done. Um, >> wait, are we are we Okay, we're at the end of 2025. Is there still no Exantic Sunset out? Are we still waiting? >> Yeah, we're still waiting. Yeah. >> Oh my god. >> I think Bob I think Bob maybe maybe you know Bob has a chance uh maybe this year. >> What are Okay, Big E, homie to homie. they have a shot depending on how these girls eat. >> I just hope if it is a banger, it comes from you. Okay. And I hope everyone else gets [ __ ] [laughter] >> I mean, hey, the whole world's first thing that's kind of porn to me, but to be in the in the ballpark of it is nice. Um, Sunset Dreamsicle probably I'm thinking Justin or Miguel probably hit that. Um, you know, and then down the road, my Exantic DG clown stuff with fire in it. But that's that's a little further down the road.
>> How important is Pi going to be to everything? Like, what's your what's your game with Pi? >> That's a good question. Uh, just with the the Sunset Dreamsicle stuff and and maybe the Sunset Exantic Pi stuff, it's always good for me to have Pi in there because the animals will last longer my collection. So, >> but okay. Am I wrong? Am I wrong to say that Pi is a difficult high-end gene to work with because of like the prices in a Pi aren't always the value that you should get? Because it's high wide or something. Like that's what scares me about Pi, bro. Like you hit a sunset and there's like one little mark on the head >> and it's like >> that's what I'm that's the thing only thing I concerned about. >> I I'm not worried about Pi because Pi is long lasting. Um, >> you know, I mean, you still got Justin producing a ton of pides, so you know, you got producing pides. I mean, pides are pides are a safe bet. >> U, if anything, we should be a little concerned with the amount of clowns that are out there, >> you know. [clears throat] >> Yeah. But but then again, but okay, clown is always going to be a part of what we do with Ball Piper. >> For sure. For sure. But >> but what I would tell people out there is, and I've said this before, you should not be producing a ton of [sighs and gasps] your your your clown production shouldn't be 80% of your of your production. >> 80%, not 100% is what you're saying. >> It should not be 80%. >> It should not be even 100. I mean, it should not even be 80%. >> But at the end of the day, dude, if you're making [ __ ] that you want to hold back and you like, that's great. Different, but when it comes to selling, you got to be careful. >> Yeah, 100%. Yeah. Everything you're seeing out there is is, you know, [snorts] massive saturation and and the same stuff with clown. If if you're working it, do something else with it, you know?
>> Well, it's like you mentioned, right? Like, so I'm I'm finally making visual clown stuff after stacking all my projects for the last three years that have, you know, I have the pavement OD clown head hypo, right? And I'm [ __ ] thrilled over that snake. I even made a stranger clown that's pet hypo that [ __ ] looks awesome. But I want all these snakes. I'm holding them back. Um because I don't have enough visual clowns that have these genetics in them. Um, but again, like that's more because I'm keeping them. I'm not selling them. Um, and what's crazy is like I don't know, man. What's what people need to realize is like you're not helping the market by [ __ ] acting desperate and just selling [ __ ] that you could get pennies for. I mean, but again, I don't know everyone's circumstances. Can we talk about that, man? Like how many people were in some rough circumstances this year? Um, and like and and I don't know, man. I know you've been in a rough spot. I've been in a rough spot in this game for sure. Um, but like I never could imagine it putting me to the point where I had to leave or sell my [ __ ] >> Before we go there, let me say that I'm not [ __ ] on clown. What I'm saying is that you should be producing clowns that are for your collection for your foundational stuff that you want for the future. But if you're mainly producing clowns to massively sell a bunch of clowns, I mean, you you should probably go go do some real uh you should go watch what's going on out there. Go look. >> It's on Netflix. What's going on out there? [laughter] >> Go look at what's what's going on out there. That's all I'm saying. >> I felt like you got guilty conscience right now because nobody said >> No, because people hear that and they're going to get pissed. >> I get it. But nobody said you [ __ ] hate clown. Just so you know. Oh, I love Clown. I But it's like I don't know. >> Oh, you're just hearing the people in the back. I get it. Like you're just like, "Oh, shit." >> Like I have It's like 15% of my collection. >> Just like how you and Brock were [ __ ] the anti-Pastel [ __ ] clan. [laughter] >> I mean, but we were right about it. >> Yeah. I mean, topic-wise, you were correct. Yeah. Saturation was everything >> and it's just to protect people like chill, you know, do something different. So, >> yeah, I agree. >> But yeah, people are struggling out there, bro. I mean, um, [clears throat] people giving stuff away at shows, people going on auctions without starting bids and and I mean, you're you're seeing stuff take get5 $10 zero zero dollars. I mean, I don't know, man. People Yeah, we need we need we need to adjust. Well, I here's what we need to talk about first and foremost because this year honestly, not only did it show people who were making changes in their life with this hobby, but like you saw people who were openly saying, "I'm not going to vend as much anymore. I'm going to chill out on vending." That wasn't the case for you. I mean, it it wasn't it wasn't because now you're may not be vending as many shows, but you're traveling and you're putting more effort into getting yourself out there. And let's talk about how that's changing things for you. Yeah, we got rid of a bunch of one day shows for next season and uh next year. We got rid of some week shows and we're we're adding national shows. Um I'm privileged to be able to do those shows. I I worked my way into them and those shows are amazing. They're amazing and uh I'm very happy. So, yeah, we're gonna be, you know, we did Oklahoma City two weeks ago. Uh, we did Houston. Um, we're gonna do Utah. We're gonna do Pomona. >> Cali. >> Yeah. We're gonna we're gonna do so many shows like San Antonio. We're going to do a bunch of shows. We're going to do Bob show. Uh, we're going to do Daytona this year. >> Hey, I'm so Listen, Pomona. Yeah. That and the number one in my heart. But I'm so happy you're gonna do Bob show because [ __ ] like you, not only because you represent the trap in the Vunit, but you should be at that show all day. You belong in that with those people with the type of people that are on the lineup there. Um, you you definitely should be a part of that. >> Yeah. So, so what I'm saying is that we graduated to the next level. So, it goes into what we're talking about like people need to work their way up the ladder slowly. Okay.
>> You can't you can't get a full building. >> Let's say let's let's talk ro you know let's let's do the rodent thing for a second because I had this conversation with someone today. >> Sure. >> How can you set up 40 rodent racks without customers? >> I mean depends on the collection you have too, right? >> Yeah. Well, with a small snake collection. Tell me how someone can set up >> 40 rodent racks >> without customers. >> So that's what a lot of snake people are doing out there. You're you're going it ham, right? You're you're you're getting two 300 animals, 400 animals, and you don't have a base, a basis for your business. You don't know business. You don't have a customer base. You don't have the logistics. You don't know the knowh how. You don't know anything. So what people need to do is slow down. Slow down and learn. >> Yeah. >> And slowly graduate and go up the ladder. >> I mean that's the problem we have out there. >> Well, yeah. I mean because everyone's in a rush it seems like, right? I mean it's kind of like people pushing narratives that they are a certain like keeper breeder in the game because they developed a podcast. But if you kind of dig deep a little bit, you're like two years. The [ __ ] Like what are you >> what do you know? What are you posting on your page? And that's what's crazy is like, god damn it. Like, I would not have a podcast if I wasn't breeding. If I if I had if I had no work to like to share my excitement about, the [ __ ] am I doing here? Like, it's a reptile podcast. Like, I my life is working with reptiles. Your life is working with reptiles. Everybody we bring on, it's about reptiles. It's not about [ __ ] your your your horoscope or your [ __ ] whatever the [ __ ] Like we're learning how to grow the reptile hobby. I don't need friends. I love friends, but that's not what this is about. This is about learning, dude. Like grow this. But you can't >> valuable. It's going fast. >> And what's crazy is, bro, the learning you learn in this hobby is like how much you need to adjust. How much you [ __ ] shouldn't have done this, this, or that. This whole hobby is about adjusting. Okay? And the thing about ball pythons is like there are a [ __ ] there's formulas out there that you could copy to a tea and it it it's pretty easy. But is it is it sustainable? Like I felt like we saw so many people buy cool [ __ ] breed cool [ __ ] sell cool [ __ ] Nope. They can't. They're having problems selling the cool [ __ ] And that's not how the formula should work. Miguel broke it down a long time ago. You know what I mean? Um and again, dude, biting off way more than people can chew, bro. That's that's the result to a lot of the things we saw in 2025. Not only not only with animals, bro, cuz we saw people crashing out with collections. Now there's people crashing out because they had a podcast and something happened. Like what the [ __ ] are we even what are you crashing out about? You know what I mean? So again, bro, we're in a real fragile time right now in this not only in this space, this hobby, but in in the world, bro. Like there's some mentally unstable people out there right now. Like >> life is hard, man. Life is hard. and and uh the time that you have, you have to make it productive, >> dude. Exactly. >> If you are just if you're just hanging out and talking [ __ ] with a bunch of friends, bro, you could be making money doing that. Why are we >> What I'm saying is that you you that time could be spent making money, making your life better, so you have less to [ __ ] about. Like I don't I don't know, man. I was taught different, bro. I was taught to hustle, hustle, hustle, hustle hard, >> make my life better, make myself happy, make my family happy. >> I just do not understand how people just waste time, >> right? >> Time is the most valuable thing we have.
>> All right, any bottom feeder listening right now? We're successful. Us two, we're successful. Alio, what makes us successful in this hobby? What do you think it is? >> Hard [ __ ] work, but it is hard. >> It is going to work. Okay. hard, realism, realism, [ __ ] knowing, having self-awareness. >> You can't >> Why don't you go watch yourself and see how what you sound like? >> Look into the mirror is a real tough thing for people, bro. >> If if you have if you have zero self-awareness, if you are not your toughest critic, you're you're not going anywhere. >> I feel like if people looked in the mirror, they wouldn't be doing a podcast. I really do. If they were [ __ ] looking themselves in the mirror, holy [ __ ] who are you even talking [ __ ] about anybody? Go work on yourself. >> Yeah, >> go work on yourself, dude. Why are you >> But yeah, how do you get better? How do you become better? >> You selfanalyze. You're on top of things. You're You're honest with yourself. >> Yeah. >> You have to be honest with yourself. I have this. If I don't do this, I'm not going to get better. If I don't do this, I'm not going to be able to buy my house. If I don't do this, I'm I'm I'm gonna be unfucking happy. >> Yeah. >> I'm gonna be in the same place. >> Want to know what I did? I surrounded myself people better than me. That's it. I want I don't want to be the best one in the room. I don't want people to [ __ ] or I don't want to I I just put myself in a position every time to learn something, dude. Um and that's what this game that's what putting your [ __ ] head in the right place in this hobby, you will learn so much. like stuff that will actually benefit your life, not [ __ ] make your life worse. If you do right by the animals and the hobby and the people who come by with it, bro, you're rewarded. Like, you get rewarded through the [ __ ] whatever universe or whatever the [ __ ] whatever karma is out there. You just get rewarded by doing right in this hobby, okay? But it takes time and you have to [ __ ] put in work, bro. And again, kind of going, why are people in a rush? Some of these people are realizing there ain't no rush. I just have to [ __ ] wait it out. I got to I see a lot of people now, man. I see people putting comments like, "You know what? I'm just keeping my head down and I'm [ __ ] putting in work." And that's what you got to do, dude. Put your [ __ ] head down and put in the work, dude. And that post the work. Show your work because your work speaks for you. That's what's crazy about the reptile hobby. And that's what shuts a lot of my [ __ ] haters up. GO LOOK AT MY PAGE, IDIOT. Go to Go to Trap Talk619 and see what I post and then come talk to me. >> Yeah. >> Thank you. Thank you.
>> All you have to do is know this. >> This is the game. >> It has to be played. It's not going back to when it was easy. >> No, it's not. It's gonna get >> hard, >> bro. It's >> You gota You got to make it happen. You got to be smart. You got to do the right things. You have to, you know, again, you have to [ __ ] analyze the game and and do what makes you happy, but also be smart about it because you have to understand you might be producing stuff that has no value. If if you're not on top of it and you and you need help, you need to join a Patreon. You need to join the trap fam. You need to join the Vunit. You need to join a Patreon out there that's going to teach you. That way, you're not full of 200 animals before you even produced a single clutch. And you don't even have space for your holdbacks. Like, think about that. people out there are not leaving themselves space for their holdbacks, for their future, for what they have to make to make the their level of amazing animals. Like, I don't know, man. It's it's rough. It's rough out there. I mean, people are giving away collections. People are giving racks away. Uh people need to be aware that it's really really hard out there. >> And it's only hard it's only hard if you do too much. Okay? Okay. If you stop making this a hobby and you make this into a business cuz you want to do this full-time cuz you saw a Barek video, dude. No. Like, no. Like, Barek is cut from a cloth that is from it's like historical. It's like the dinosaur era. Like, people don't come into the hobby the way Barek did in the 80s. Okay? Mind you, Barek was the front of the line with YouTube. He is a pioneer. Cabela, if you're coming in think you're going to be Cabela, you're tripping. years >> tripping, dude. Get your [ __ ] Get your head out of the [ __ ] clouds, okay? And get real with yourself. I'm dead serious, dude. Okay? >> All you have to do is go back 20 Go back into his YouTube and find the old videos. See where he came from to be where he is today. That was not overnight. >> Okay? It's it it's so much work. >> Are you ready to do the work? >> Right. But you know what's crazy, dude? We tap into any of us. Go deep as you can and you will find that there has been a connection to these animals for for our whole lives. We love the reptiles. We will go through hell just to keep the [ __ ] reptiles. People sometimes forget the life Justin had before he [ __ ] blew up, okay? Living in a smaller home, okay, with three children. Um, it wasn't an easy time at a certain point for Justin. People think Justin was just rolling rolling in Ferraris and Porsches [ __ ] his whole life. No, dude. Like, he hit a [ __ ] He had low points in his life, like we all do. But he [ __ ] loves it. When you love something, it won't stop you from doing it. And dude, here's the thing, too, right? You could be new in this, but you cannot be taught the passion. And you cannot be the love cannot be bought. You cannot buy the love for this [ __ ] You either got it or you don't. And it and and it will show. Oh, the [ __ ] the as my dad used to say back in the time back in the day when I used to get in trouble all the time and we used to he used to tell me like dude this [ __ ] that you're holding is going to come out in the wash. It always comes out and sure enough it always did. So I'm just saying dude 2025 is over. Let's be realistic in 2026 man. Like let's have fun. Like like go like again we were talking about Amelio's colubrids. I'm talking about my emeralds and my condrs. We have fun.
>> Find if you're not having fun and you have a bunch of reptiles >> that's a problem. Why you have reptiles? What What is it about your reptile collection that isn't making this fun? And I can't answer that for you. You got to answer that. That's That's some [ __ ] soularching type [ __ ] you need to figure out. >> Yeah. And then And then have fun with your pairings, okay? With ball pyth Look, don't look. I decided I'm not going to make >> I'm not going to make anything with clowns unless I'm going to keep part of it >> and I'm going to test the other stuff. I'm gonna I'm gonna load other genes in these animals that make them more valuable. Even if I have to pay to test, I am not going to make regular clown stuff that is saturated out there. I'm not I'm not doing it. I'm just not doing it. So, I decided to go through all my pairings and I'm going to get monsoon stuff into certain things and and uh sunset into certain things and I'm I'm gonna I'm gonna I'm gonna have to test, but I don't care. I know I know I'm not going to have to, you know, uh I'm not going to have a ton of clown stuff.
>> And listen, you don't have to do what Amelio is doing. News flash, just because you just heard what Amelio's doing, you don't need to go look at your collection and say, "Oh my god, I need Dude, do what the [ __ ] you want to do with your animals." Okay? If Amelio says, "Tomorrow, [ __ ] Exantic." Okay, that's him, dude. Let let him do him. And that but I I'm saying for I'm just making you an example. I'm not maybe I never said that. Just saying. But dude, who cares what people do with their stuff? Do what you do with your stuff. It's your art. >> Just be prepared for all ramifications. >> Be prepared. Period. Like again, don't do too much. It's It's that easy, dude. Stop doing more than you than you could handle. >> If it takes six months to sell, it took six months to sell. I mean, it's it's better than giving it away. There's a lot of little things that that that I've been seeing where I'm like, man, if an animal doesn't sell in a week, big deal. If it takes two months, three months, four months. At least you get what you wanted for it, you know? >> Yeah. >> Um, we had a lot of chain of events this this year, dude. We really did. I think if we could kind of go back to the beginning of the year, what kicks it off was more market shipping. Holy [ __ ] Right. Uh but now look, okay, let's kind of talk about where things were in January to now. What have you heard lately about more market? Like let's just let's hear it from you, Alio. Let's >> people are pretty happy with the shipping. I mean it's >> everybody's happy. >> Yeah. I mean we saw we saw this coming. Uh some people other people weren't flexible. Uh, I mean that's what happens, you know, >> and then it this is overall a one-stop shop. It's better. I mean, what what else what else can you say, >> you know?
>> Now, as far as savings goes, um, I guess overall as a hobby, do millions has been saved over shipping. Um, >> you have you would have to think that has something to do with keeping people in. >> Sure. I mean, everyone wants to save money. Anyone that says they just want to pad someone else's bank accounts, they're that's a [ __ ] lie. That's why when we came on with Darien, I said, I don't know what the big conversation's about. It's the same service. Like, yeah. >> And it's and and you're on the same screen. It's on Morph Market. Everything's there. It's It's an amazing feature. I mean, I I don't know. That's why I took over. >> I mean, it's it's simple to me, bro. >> Yeah. And and it and it was going to be as simple as just letting it play out like like okay whoever's whoever is making a fuss >> and again if we were to go down the lineup at people making a fuss, okay, which we don't need to do, but if we were to look at all these people at the end of the day, >> here we go again. Here we go again, dude. You know what I mean? >> Either either they compete or they don't. And that's they didn't. So it's not happening. I mean, we're going to hear more about that stuff next year. Trust me, for sure.
>> And you know, again, bro, this is the time of year where [ __ ] usually starts to pop off. I mean, it kind of already is in certain areas. Like there was a balling pythons thing that was going on earlier today. Had some other condro [ __ ] go down. And I'm like, I'm prepared cuz I, you know, based off my [ __ ] three years ago what I went through. I just felt like it's always this time of year. It's always like Christmas holidays is when people who are having the roughest time in life crash out, dude. It's they can't handle it. You know, being either really, really broke or depressed or whatever during the holidays is the worst because it's the holidays. You should be happy, but not everyone's happy. And so, you don't know what you're going to get sometimes, man. And so, people, I would say, you know, get your popcorn ready. You just you just don't know what's going to come out. And I'm I'm I'm feeling something in the air. I really am. >> Everyone out there is responsible for their happiness. No one else is. >> And that is so true, dude. Oh my god. >> Happy. I mean, I'm happy. I'm I'm blessed, bro. I'm super happy going into Christmas, but you know what? I busted my ass. >> I was tired, but I'm super happy. And that's what it's all about. >> You got to think, man, you got some people who like, let's say whatever they're upset about was going their way, they'll probably still be upset. You just got some people who just want to be upset. You know what I mean? No matter what you do for them, no matter what you say, no matter what the circumstance is, some people just want to be pissed off. And that goes to just you can't do nothing about that. Um, but I pray, honestly, I I legit pray for all those people, man. Like, I >> I don't want that. I don't want that energy around me, bro. >> Yeah, man. 2026, dude. I I am praying for anyone out there who's caught in a rut. They can't mentally get the [ __ ] out of their funk. I've been there before, dude. I don't want to talk like this. Like, I don't have the experience. I do, man. I have mentally been in some dark places uh before, even while in this hobby, and I know what it's like, and I don't want anyone to have that kind of energy next year. So again, man, I really encourage people to figure out whatever it is that they got to do. And I'm going to say right now, man, if it's if you're not active, if you're not doing stuff to make like straight UP, IF YOU'RE NOT WORKING OUT, try it. Just try it. I really encourage you to try it and and and and take it serious where you're looking to better yourself because at the end of the day, dude, if you're not focusing on you yourself, you're not trying to get better, then what the [ __ ] are we doing here, Alio? Alio, how do you take care how do you take care of everything if you're not taking care of Alio? If >> part of being productive and and being healthy and I mean, >> dude, Alio, no gym. You don't watch what you eat. You've been there before. It's terrible. It's not good. >> You become you become lazy and you get lazier and lazier and lazier and that's why you see >> your head. >> Obesity is a pandemic, >> dude. Your head. Okay. What what I'm talking about, guys, if you are not watching what you're eating, it [ __ ] with you mentally and you do not feel good. And I'm not trying to be a [ __ ] fitness coach, dude. I'm just letting you know, man. Yeah, I have experience in the fitness industry. So does my wife. But I'm talking from experience. My life has gotten so much better since I get my ass in the gym, dude. And it's always been the case. I've had injuries and that's kind of why I've been in some [ __ ] up places because, you know, I've had I've had four knee surgeries like I've been in positions where I can't work out sometimes and I start to drink and and and I get in a [ __ ] up headsp space, dude. So, a lot a lot of times, especially when you see the regular people going off, dude, these people are stuck in a [ __ ] up headsp space and they can't get out. So, what do I say, dude? God bless and good luck. I I hope I hope you figured it out like I did. >> It wasn't easy. It wasn't easy, too, man. My wife helped me. I saw [ __ ] counseling, dude. I made it an effort to get better. People need to make an effort to get better and stop [ __ ] blaming the whole world. Trap talk. Blaming trap talk. What the [ __ ] Get out of here, dude. It's your life. Go look in the mirror. Get your [ __ ] together. That's it.
>> Yeah. I mean, saying that the whole reptile industry is a piece of [ __ ] >> Yeah. that when these people at the end of the day that that talk like that, they got into something where they wanted people to accept them and just >> Yep. >> I don't know. They they don't care. They probably don't even give a [ __ ] about the animals. Are they really passionate about the animals? For you to say the whole reptile industry is trash. I mean, >> yeah. >> What's your contribution to the animal? What are you doing? >> Yeah. What are you doing? Like, >> let's see it. Let's see it. Okay. Let's see it. But then then again, 2026, man, I'm looking forward to it. Um, >> having having to get rid of an animal because you no longer like the breeder is the dumbest [ __ ] [ __ ] I've ever heard in my life. Did you give a [ __ ] about the animal? >> That's That's >> some [ __ ] emotional >> That's some odd behavior. >> That's emotional [ __ ] [ __ ] right there. Like Like, bro, what's going on? Did you ever care about the >> Put that on the list of odd behavior. [ __ ] >> bro. What the [ __ ] is that? >> But to each their own, right? Um, >> hey, to each. That's not what I want to [ __ ] with. How about that? [laughter] >> Yeah. >> But again, dude, okay, 2026, man. Um, it's not going to get easier. This is where I want to get at real quick. Okay. Cuz it's not like uh I don't know, man. I don't know what the year is going to be where this like where we hit like a switch and we're like oh my god sales are booming. I know it's going to happen again at some point never going to boom the way it was at COVID and I think that's fine but I don't know. I think uh do you think 2026 will be the last like hurl up that mountain where we could at least like catch a breath and you know what I mean? Like you and I don't know I want I want to get your take on what next year is going to be like in your eyes. Well, here here let me address something. The rookies, a lot of them need to learn and they need to put up or shut up, right? And then the dinosaurs, okay, the dinosaurs, they need to evolve. They need to try different things. They need to hustle harder. The old days of them selling easy are over. So, we need to all get our bootstraps on and we need to go out there, work, and make the the market bigger. So, that means doing the hard work, doing the shows, uh going to places where you might not go, um going harder, period. That's it.
>> We need to we need to make this game bigger and that's the only way we're going to do it. So, with that being said, like what do you feel like people should be doing production-wise? Um, if they're unsure and and meaning should they go 100%, should they go 50%? Like how full send should people go in the ball python game? >> Um, damn. I I mean that that that's a that answer is different for many people. Um, if I mean it's hard for me to answer. Um, if your pairings, you should be keeping part of your pairings, they should be for holdbacks. Um, if there's stuff that you know will sell, then do it, right? But you have to know this. Um, if not, you're going to be sitting on animals for a long time. If you're not willing to auction them, you're going to be sitting on animals for a long time. Stuff is selling kind of slow right now. So, what do you mean by that as far as like um Okay, because dude, not even people again, some people can't even sell their [ __ ] on auctions, bro. Um and again, like like you can't even rely on that in a sense if you're not doing enough work, right? >> But but but here's the thing, right? Like right now auctions are way down because of the winter, because of holidays, right? >> Right. >> Um [sighs] maybe you should sell more locally. Um, maybe you should wait till springtime when income tax, you know, when it warms up and we have income tax returns. I mean, are you willing to wait? Are you willing to feed those animals three or four months more? >> Yeah, >> those are the things you have
To ask yourself. These are things us seasoned breeders, we know, right? We know winter's coming. We know that there's a deadline. We know, uh, you know, that's why there was very little auctions the last two weeks because we know we're not going to just burn an auction when most of you, you might not be a, you might not be able to ship anyway, right? So, um, are you willing to keep an animal for more months to then sell it to make money off of it because you didn't dump it now? Those are the questions you have to ask yourself.
Yeah. But when it comes down to like holding on to stuff for too long, like where does the line cross when it comes to that for you and E? Like, when should, when should someone look at something where they know like, "Okay, probably not going to keep this, but they should put it on the calendar to make sure it's on Morph Market or something?" Like, what do you, what do you, how do you recommend when it comes to stuff like that?
Well, when it comes to my, my, my pairings for me, I'm trying, unless the ratios are, are really bad, the sex ratios are really bad, like, I don't mind keeping the stuff that, that I hit. Um, if I have to move something, I'mma price it aggressively, but I'm not going to give it away. Period.
Yeah.
That, that's it. I'm not, I'm not going to do a zero, a no starting bid on, on an auction and get hammered. I'm not doing that.
So, let me ask you this. Was there anything this year that you had to remove off Morph Market because you just didn't like the price that people were selling it at, or you were just like, "You know what, if it's not selling at this point, [ __ ] it. I'm going to take it down."
Uh, yeah, there was an animal I put up there. I put up to see if it would sell and it didn't. I kept it. So, that's pretty much what I'm talking about. If, uh, I put it up there, if it sold, I'd take the money, but if it didn't, I'd keep it. That, that's the type of mentality you want to have with your production on the higher tier, you know, and the mid-tier. That's what you want to, that's what you want to be doing.
But, okay, we could definitely agree that one of the hardest things that newer people deal with is putting a price they think is the right price. It doesn't sell, and they panic. So, what's the best way for a newer person who's listing their stuff out there not to panic over their price? Like, how does somebody get a piece of mind that, "Dude, I got the right price. Leave it alone and just let it be."
Pricing is the biggest, the biggest hurdle for a lot of people, right? Even, even the older generation, they don't adjust to lower pricing, and then some people are, are giving it away, right? So, there's that happy medium of where we should be. Um, I, I think pricing is, is super important. I mean, do, do your research, go on Morph Market, see what's sold, see what the animals are priced at. If you're the only one with an animal, you're damn right it should be expensive. It should be, it should be on the higher end. If, if, if there's only two or three or four or five of an animal that you produced, hell yeah, you should be holding on that price.
Yeah. Right.
That, that is simple to me. Well, I kind of want to go back to, uh, you know, we were talking vending a little bit, and someone had a question, and I want to make sure, because it's a good question. You know what I mean? Like, for someone new starting out, um, how many national shows is necessary? Like, at one point should you branch out of your local states and start really putting in the work elsewhere? Um, is it too soon to do that, you think, or what, what do you have to say to that?
It's not too soon. It's just, it's harder to get into those, those national shows. So, what I would advocate for is for you to do your local shows first, right? Get a feel for that. That's going to cost you a lot less. Um, you're going to get a real good feel for what this is, and then you start doing maybe around the state, and, uh, just keep working like that and getting your experience down. That's, that's what I would say. And then hopefully, you could get into something that's, uh, a little bit more time consuming and expensive. You know, it's, it's riskier.
Yeah. And, and another thing I, I wanted to ask you too, um, and we talked about this a little bit, um, outside the podcast, but like, how are you determining what's worth flying to versus driving? Um, you know, sometimes I feel like it's smarter to drive versus flying or vice versa. So, how are you determining that?
Well, depending on the schedule, like the back-to-back shows, we flew to one and drove to one. Uh, we ended up not wanting to drive to both. Um, if it's, uh, 20 hours, it could be driven. If it's over 20, it can't. So, over 20 for sure, it's, everything's got to be flown out.
Over 20. And then, you know, one of the things that always like freaks me out is the whole idea of shipping out so many animals or having to, you know, transport them to the show. Um, what have you learned this year that's worked out as far as moving animals in and and from what I understand, you do ship them when you are leaving the state, right?
Yeah. Well, we use a big, a big box. You can put some heat packs in there. Uh, the flight's pretty fast. Um, in the car or in the, in the vans or whatever we use for, for moving, um, you know, on the road.
Yeah.
I can even connect my, my, my boxes and give them heat. So, it's not a big deal at all. Um, depending if I'm, if I'm going to use displays or, or delis. Um, yeah, the displays, man, I just connect them and they, they got their heat. So, it's all good. And then when they get to the hotel room, they got their heat as well. So, I mean, it's, it's pretty damn good. And if I didn't have those cases, again, you could use heat, heat packs in and, in, in the boxes, you know, it's not a big deal at all.
Um, it just dawned on me how bad I wanted to bring up this topic because it, it also shocks me that this is even an issue. Um, because Morph Market got some pushback about them saying you should not ship, uh, weekend of Thanksgiving or week of Thanksgiving, but even like, maybe even the following week. And yet some people that were literally contacting Darien personally upset. Um, why do you think it's such a big deal for these people to have to ship during such [ __ ] shady conditions? Um, like Darien even said to everyone, "We have 50 packages being held up right now currently this week and [ __ ] still want to ship." What's, I don't understand that. What am I missing, bro? Like, why, why can't the seller, which we have the control when we want to ship, why can't we just say, "I need to hold off?" I, I don't, I don't get that. What do you think goes on in your head when you think of that? And, and, and is that, what do you think of that period for someone giving Morph Market pushback about being able to ship during this time?
Two things. Um, I don't think we should ship after Black Friday for the most part. Um, it's super busy, bunch of delays, it's cold as [ __ ]. Uh, but you also get to the point where you're worried about the customer dinging you or giving you a bad review. So, that's something we should probably look at. Uh, you know, first off, we should tell the, the customer, there is a chance the animal's not going to be shipped. Period. You have, we have to tell people. We have to hold people's hand. We need to warn people ahead of time, right? Because people pay for an animal and they want it shipped no matter what. That, a lot of times people don't give a [ __ ] about the animal. They get [ __ ] pissed off.
They start ripping you and then you're worried, "Oh man, is this person gonna ding me?" You know, do I send them a, a refund? Like, what do I do here? Because people, you, at the end of the day, you don't want to pay, uh, with your reputation for someone's stupidity, right?
Yeah.
So, um,
I try not to sell animal, sell animals online during this time of year.
You know, if, and if I do, it's on payment plan where the, where the, where the customer knows that, "Hey, shipping it might happen. It might happen in a few weeks or it might happen in a few months. Are you, are you okay with that?"
Yeah.
You have to be willing to lose a sale. I mean, period.
And I couldn't agree more, man. And I want to say, you know, biggest year I've ever had with the condros. Sold a lot, and I'm so thankful that nobody was even kind of like that with me this year. Um, not that I ever had, but goddamn, dude. Like, if you're going to tell me I need to ship you a [ __ ] animal that you just paid $3,000, $4,000, $5,000 for during a time where it's not safe, I'm not, I'm not shipping it. Like, no. I'm going to tell you, "No, you're going to wait." Cuz why the [ __ ] would you want to risk it? And again, I come from a policy where if I ship you the animal, and mind you, the conditions are fine. And I will only ship if the conditions are fine. But if I ship the animal, something happens during shipping, I cover it. I'm going to have to cover it. So, if I'm willing to take responsibility of how this animal's received by you, why the [ __ ] am I going to ship it during a goddamn, you know, Black Friday? You know what I mean? And again, I'm going to tell you no. And if you don't like it, we'll, [ __ ] here's your money and I'm keeping your deposit. Simple as that. Don't waste my time.
Don't ever waste my time.
Aside from the monetary value,
we [ __ ] care about the animal. We, we
No. Yeah. Exactly.
We fed this animal. We hatched this animal. We got this animal ready for it, for its new home. We got this, man. We took pride in every shed, every meal, every look of like, um, the animal gaining, uh, um, you know, gaining, uh, what's the word I'm looking for?
Action.
Gaining, gaining, uh, you know, courage. Not that's not the word I'm looking for, but whatever. Um, it graduating up the scale to, to, to get ready for its new place. Dog, all that matters to us. We really [ __ ] care. It's not about the money, okay? It's about making that customer happy and building their passion with our animals. Period.
But, you know, again, the seller has the power, you know what I mean? Um, as far as like when it's safe, when it's not safe, and it's also the seller's responsibility to explain this to the customer. And sometimes, sometimes we have customers that you have to explain things thoroughly. You almost have to write it down for them because, because they just don't, they don't get it. You know what I mean? Sometimes, sometimes.
So, what I was saying earlier is that we're watching an animal gain confidence. You know, gain confidence. Uh, go from live to pre-kill to frozen thaw. Um, you know, that confidence of you opening the tub and then saying, "Hey, I want to eat." Like, bro, like, like you are with the condros. Like, you get them from, you know, waking them up to eat to coming out that tub attacking the food. That's what I'm talking about. How does someone think we're going to ship an animal that we did all this with to, you know, shipping into death?
Yeah.
It's not happening.
Okay. I, I haven't lost an animal in shipping,
in 10 years.
Okay. 10 to 12 years. Why? Because I follow the parameters.
Yeah.
Period. Yeah, you know,
same here. I mean, that's, and again, there's nothing against anyone who has, uh, DOAs like that. It, it happens, but I am so adamant about that not happening. Like, I do not want a DOA on my resume. I don't.
Yeah. Also, we shouldn't honestly, we should be shipping animals at 100 grams and above. 100 grams and above. That helps a lot.
Yeah. Period. I mean, dude, there was kind of even, again, we're not going to say names, but we could connect dots, but even, even getting a little bit of pushback on why people maintenance feed. How, like, like, where where is it okay to [ __ ] starve out an animal at any point?
Let me ask you, let me ask you something, bro. Why would you produce clutches
if you don't have the food to feed them? And okay, and again, why would you put yourself in a position where you don't have the time, the manpower, whatever your excuse was? And I talked to some of these people face to face, and I, I heard them. I'm like, "What? What's your excuse?" "I don't have the manpower, MJ." "I don't." So, why YOU PRODUCE IT, BRO? What the [ __ ] bro? It looks so bad. Like, okay, the, the price of rodents are up. The price of snakes are down. Okay. If you can't afford or find the rodents, maybe you should produce less snakes. Hello.
Yeah.
Like, it goes back to what we were talking about earlier. Even guys that have been doing this a long time. Like, adjust, guys. Adjust.
That's what. Dude, what that is a, what? As crazy as it sounds, you got people who were able to hack it out for the first 10 years, but now we're at a huge point where you got to adjust in certain areas. Shed test, whatever the [ __ ]. There's a list of things you should be doing now. And you're not doing it,
and you're falling behind the curve of being [ __ ] modern. You're not a modern breeder. And if you're not a modern breeder in the ball python game in 2025, dude, pack it up, pal. I'm telling you right now, it ain't gonna work out.
It's not.
No, it's, it's. It's stuff people have to hear. Like, right now, I bet you there's a, there's a segment of people that think we're just [ __ ] [ __ ]. But this is stuff people have to hear. People need to hear the truth. People need to hear, "Hey,"
You mean, you mean, you mean the people who can't look in the mirror? I don't give a [ __ ] about those people.
No, it's just people don't want to hear this stuff. People don't want to hear it. People want all the,
You don't want the truth.
People want all the nice, fake positivity [ __ ]. Like,
Bro,
you can't, you can't lie to yourself when you're looking yourself in the mirror. The truth comes out. I'm telling you right now, bro,
go look yourself in the mirror, dude. Don't be mad at the trap. Sorry. And, and guess what? It's not talking [ __ ] if it's the truth. Okay? Anyone out there who's like, "Oh, crap talk." Well, guess what, [ __ ]. These are facts. Okay? And the facts isn't [ __ ]. Okay? The whole reason by sh. Okay, let's think about. I broke this out before, but if someone is saying you're talking [ __ ], [ __ ] is short for [ __ ]. [ __ ] means you're lying. So, in a sense, you're talking [ __ ] if you're lying. Where's the lie? Where are we lying? Show me. Show me where we're lying at. Anyone in the chats, if you think we're lying, if you think, "Oh, god, these ass." Tell me where we're wrong.
No, we'll debate it.
They can't. No, first and foremost, anyone who has a [ __ ] problem with any of. They won't come on this show. [ __ ] [ __ ] BRO. IT'S NOT HAPPENING. They never want to come one-on-one and explain this. They love doing it in the chat. So, MJ's not about that time. If he's, dude, COME ON MY SHOW, PLEASE, and tell me where we're wrong. I would love to see it. Guess what? I ain't going to hold my breath. Cuz I ain't trying to [ __ ] pass out. I'll tell you that much. But again, bro, I'll tell you what, man. Me and Amelia will stand on everything we talk about, man.
Whatever, whatever you're weak at, get, whatever you're weak at, get better at. Focus on that.
Yeah. Posted something on my story and I loved it. It's a Japanese thing, right? The weak, you know, the weak are meat that the others will eat.
Yeah.
And bro,
I've been, I've been listen. I've been listen. Dude, it's crazy. I'm glad you brought that up because I've been going on this. I think as you started with the whole history [ __ ] I've been watching some history [ __ ] on Japan. The cannibalism at one point over there, bro. It was [ __ ]. Either eat the meat or you are the meat, dude. Like it was no joke. [ __ ] Hey, hey, listen. If, if you go back into history, which I love,
all. Yeah, we should. Some of you guys,
the weaklings, the weaklings, bro, they got beat.
Yeah, man. And what's crazy is like, weaklings in 2025 are thriving right now because how much is the world like catering to them and [ __ ] Oh my god. And I feel like, trust me, it's over. Trust me, that whole mindset, that little game, that mindset's over, bro. People over, bro. Life is hard. You better go. You better go get it, bro. Life is hard, man.
Yep. Nobody gives a [ __ ] about your problems because we all got problems. We all got problems. You're not alone. Okay. And that's what people need to realize is you got to learn how to deal with these problems that are going to continue to come. Even me, man, as happy as I am, I still got [ __ ] [ __ ] I deal with. Alio, you got [ __ ] that you deal with. It's all about how you deal with it.
Does it ever stop me from doing a show? Nope. Does it ever stop me from producing snakes? Nope. Does it ever stop me from making [ __ ] money? Nope.
[ __ ] Open up.
Making it happen.
Making it [ __ ] happen. And I want to say shout out to anyone out there who's making it happen in anything in life, dude. Man, I am, I am so proud of my circle of friends. You're one of them. Alio, Christa, um, Mark Bailey, Gary Scavino, Marshall Mand. Well, Marshall just, he's Marshall. I love him. People who just [ __ ] make things happen in their life, dude. That's what it's all about.
Yeah. Nothing, nothing's gonna stop us.
No, man.
If something's in the way, we go around it or we go through that [ __ ].
Oh, [ __ ] it, dude. I'm got [ __ ] all through.
I'm Marshall lynching that [ __ ] bro. I'm chewing that [ __ ] up for breakfast. People know. Stay the [ __ ] out of my way, bro. I'm a steamroller and so are you. So is this pot. This whole Monday night thing we do is a steamrolling episode. All we, bro, all we do is inspire people who want to [ __ ] grow in this game. Okay? And that's the truth. I don't share all the [ __ ] screenshots that I can share. I just ain't got that time. But you know how many times amo get, we get messages from people from all over the world too, mind you, not just in this country, all over the [ __ ] world. We're helping people.
But getting back to, let's say the ball python game. But guys, get, let's get back to what makes this what it is, right? Let's make beautiful animals, okay?
Thank you.
Let's focus on certain pallet or a certain combo or three or four combos in your collection. If you're going through it right now, you know, Morph Market made a post, Darien made a post where he said, "Maybe you should, maybe you should, uh, produce less this year. Focus on the important aspects of, of your breeding program." Guys, get, let's get back to what got you in in the first place, okay? Like for me, I'm, I'm going to share this with you guys. When I produce my D, my DJ Exantic Clown with Fire or whatnot, or other genes, it's not going to be worth 30K. Guys, do you think I care?
No.
Do you think I care? It's going to be my line of stuff. It's going to be bred by me. It's going to be homegrown. It might be better. It might not. But it's my stuff. And if it's worth $5,000, $2,000, $6,000, $10,000, I'm happy. It's not all about the money for me. Okay? This is what I [ __ ] love, guys. We need to get back to that. What got you in here? You know what? You know MJ, when you see him with his condros, that's what this shit's about. Guys went on a rant earlier about, you know, how we feel about life. That's life, but we need to talk about this game. What makes us happy? Get back to that.
You know.
Dude, just get back to making cool [ __ ] man. Or just, you know, just do something where it's about the snake. Like, let's talk about the snakes.
That's why, like, you know, my, my attention span is so [ __ ] thin and short. If you're not going to talk to me about, you know, either something that you enjoyed on the podcast or a guest you want me to have on, or a snake I produced or a snake you produced, bro. Like, I, when people send me, "MJ, look what I made." I [ __ ] heart that [ __ ] all day. And I'm like, "Dude, [ __ ] yeah." I encourage stuff like that all day. I'm not going to sit there and talk to you about your [ __ ] day and what you had for lunch, but I'm going to be like, "Dude, that's amazing." I'm going to encourage that. Other [ __ ], I ain't got time for it, dude. I really don't. I really don't. Maybe I should have a personal page, which I'll never have, but dude, I'm so strictly about the animals. I really, me, you know my energy, dude. I just,
Yeah.
I don't have time for anything else if it ain't about the [ __ ] reptiles, dude. And look, guys, if you set up your collection to produce the stuff you like and to make some money, and you feel like that option isn't working right right now and could maybe potentially later, breed less animals or move on from certain animals you feel that aren't working for you anymore. But
Yeah.
There's no need to leave.
Just control your cost. Control your, your, your work, the, the amount of work you have to do.
Yeah.
You know, time is money, right? I get that.
Right.
But don't give up on your projects. I, I, I really don't. I, I can't understand that. I can't be without my projects. I cannot be without working my projects.
Yeah.
MJ can't be without working his designers.
Or, I mean, just what I, period, just what I love. Like, dude, I, I work with what I love and I can't, I can't have enough of it. I'm not. Bro, the addiction's so real. You know what I mean? Um, and again, dude, I'm so glad I came from, even though I wish I would have came in at the time with a lot of money, which I didn't have. I'm so glad I didn't because I always kept it realistic. Like, in my head, I knew a $10,000 snake, oh my god. Like, that must be nuts. But just to make a $300 snake, like, you're telling me I can make a snake and get $300 for a [ __ ] snake? That is still just as crazy to me today. Okay. So, going back to Amelio saying, "You're trying to shoot for a 30 [ __ ] K snake." "Oh, it has fire in it or something." "NOW IT'S $7,000." WHO GIVES A [ __ ] IT'S $7,000. THAT IS SO MUCH [ __ ] MONEY.
YEAH.
BRO. How, how do people? How did I? It just, it amazes me how people can't adjust on that.
Also, something I feel, I feel like something that needs to be addressed. Uh, I don't think we're in a market anymore where we can go for the cheapest option.
What do you mean by that? Break that. What do you mean by that? Go for the cheapest option.
What I mean by that is that I think you should go for the, the higher tier animal that will protect you in the long run instead of. I see a lot of people going for the, the lower end animal. Yeah, you're going to get lower results.
Thinking, "Oh, they got a deal," and whatnot, right?
Like a homie of mine, he just messaged me. Oh, and this is an example, okay?
Oh, man. And this goes with your game as well, MJ. Oh, I'm going to get a long-term captive. And he, he has no experience with with KBOs. I'm like, "Bro, no, don't do that, man. Do not do that. You want to get a baby CB, CBB animal that you're going to grow with and you're going to learn with. Do not get yourself a long-term captive. That makes no sense. Save your money, please." So, that's an example of what people do with a ball python game, right? They'll get something that's on the discount rack and hope to build off of that. I mean, come on, guys. I, I think we can't do that anymore. We can't do that going into '26.
I mean, okay. You just, if you do that, don't have high expectations. You, you went cheap.
If you go cheap, you're going to get cheap results.
Oh, yeah.
That's. And this whole like, "I could get lucky." Okay, cool. You can.
But if you don't, don't get mad. Don't, you, you went the cheaper option.
Yeah. Um, and, and you're right, maybe it's better to hold off a few more months so you can save up some more coin and get whatever better animal, but goddamn it, like, especially if it's like, "Oh man, it's missing that one key gene that I really want, but I'm going to get it anyways." Why? Like, just wait. Wait until it gives you everything that you want. If we're talking about something like an investment animal, and then just wait it out. Because here's another thing, too. I know there's a certain point with the triple quads, it's all about numbers, but depending on how you buy some of this [ __ ], it doesn't have to be crazy numbers all the time. You know what I mean? If you're, if you actually save up for something that's a little bit more expensive because it's a visual, well, dude, your chances of making more visual [ __ ] just went through the roof.
Yeah. 100%. Yeah.
You know what I mean?
Yeah. You got to take all, you know, get on Genetic Wizards and, and know your odds before you buy an animal, before you go crazy. Um,
Yeah, man. Uh, look, I know not everyone's in the same,
you know, economic position, but
there's no hurry, man. I, I don't know, man. I always say this, right? There's no hurry. Like, save, save, save money and get the animal you really want, the one that's going to give you better, better odds, better, you know, better odds success, you know, more happiness, man. Because if you start hitting a bunch of posets or something with genes you don't want, bro, what are the odds of you continuing to do this?
Yeah. I got a question.
If you, if you, before you go there, if you get a, if you get a condro, a wild caught condro with a bunch of parasites and it never eats for you, like, bro, what are the odds of you staying in it, bro? You know, what are the odds of that, MJ? I mean, tell me, bro. Like,
Well, I mean, it depends what your knowledge is in, right? Like if
in the beginning, you don't know [ __ ].
Yeah. I mean, you don't. But then again, it's kind of like, that's what you get for not [ __ ] doing the homework and just buying [ __ ] out of [ __ ] thin air. Um,
I always, you know, I learned. I, I raised my condro collection off of [ __ ] uh imports. But again, I have crazy stories of all the [ __ ] that didn't make it. I, I, dude, I, I feel like
You had some help.
I've had a lot of help.
You had real help, right?
Yeah, because I had the. Dude, I, because of Forest, rest in peace.
Yeah. He tapped me in with the importer who would actually, like, he, I was one of the only guys where if something bad came in, he would replace it for me because we were boys. Other people, they were getting [ __ ]. Like, if you, and that's what I found out after a while. I was like, "Dude, like, he's not taking care of other people." And, and, and some, a lot of people were my Patreon members, and I'm like, "So, I had to stop [ __ ] with them because I'm like, dude, you're, this is a history that you don't, that's not good." You know what I mean? But I was, I was able to at least establish a lot of those [ __ ] snakes that I have today. And I got lucky, dude. But then again, I learned a lot. Um, and I don't know, man. That's why I feel hypocritical sometimes because I was in a rush in the beginning, but dude, I learned a crazy lesson. Um, but I, I rolled with the punches. Like, I, I went with my losses. I [ __ ] learned things the hard way, but I wanted it so bad, it wasn't enough to ever get me out. And mind you, dude, it's all who you hang around with. WE TALK ABOUT THIS ALL THE TIME. IT'S ALL ABOUT WHO YOU SURROUND YOURSELF WITH. I had Forest Fanning as one of my best friends. He was a [ __ ] gangster in this hobby, bro. Anyone out there who knows Forest Fanning or knew Forest Fanning knew the kind of impact this one guy had on the entire hobby because of the crazy [ __ ] he had. And that was my boy. So, dude, you need to [ __ ] partner up with the right people in this hobby. Okay? It, it's all who you hang around with. You hang around with trash, you are [ __ ] trash. Mark my words, dude. All right.
Ask me something. I don't know. Don't you know me? I'm already [ __ ] my ED is way through the roof right now.
For me, it wasn't an option to ever get a, a wild condro or a wild caught, uh, KBO. That's not how I wanted to learn.
Because we know now, you know, like, okay, now we're in 2025. How many goddamn on the tree episodes have been out where we tell you, "Don't [ __ ] get." Wow. There's so much United States Captain Born and Bred. And those prices are adjusting, man. You can get a really nice [ __ ] condro, UC, USCBB for $800 bucks. A yellow neonate. That's [ __ ] crazy. I mean, that, and that's awesome because, dude, yellows is how I started in the condro game. Um, so there's, there's ways, man. And again, going back to being patient. And like, you want to know. Okay, let's talk the truth. This is, this is why I have such a [ __ ] popcorn ready situation with the ball python breeders getting into condos. Cuz you want to know what some of these ball python people tried this year? They tried taking shipments from Indo of a bunch of condos. Yeah. And they asked me, "MJ, what do you suggest?" I told them, "You better have a [ __ ] quarantine room dedicated to just these snakes." And I only found out out of one out of the three that told me they were doing this. I don't know what happened to the other two. I can only imagine. But what do you think happened to this one person? I'll tell you. I'll tell you. They got 26 condos in. Guess, guess how many have Naido?
All of them.
Every single one of them, [ __ ]. So, there you go. Okay. Holy [ __ ]. Imagine taking in 26 condros, all nidtoid positive.
You're now a nido guy.
You are now, you are now a [ __ ] biologist, chemist on nido. Congratulations. You better figure it out. And guess what? If you got other reptiles in the same vicinity as all these [ __ ] snakes. Holy [ __ ]. God bless.
They must feel kind of, they must feel some type of way, bro.
But again, dude, learn. You learn. This is what it's about. Um, this one individual I'm talking about, I'm helping him. I'm guiding him. And, and, and again, like, he knows. I told him, "Be prepared for this." And he knew. He knew what he was getting himself into. And it happened. But guess what? He ain't out. We're figuring it out. We're going to, [ __ ], we find a solution. And he knows, you know what to never do again, you know. Um, so again, bro, there's some things that are really hard to recover from mistake-wise in this hobby. So, do yourself a favor. Slow down. Like, like Big E said, and really, dude, like invest into the right Patreon or, or, or group, whatever. I'm telling you, man, the right advice will take you so far in this game. And that's where I, dude, I, I could say I'm at where I'm at because of the advice and the circle I have. And obviously, I put the work in. But, dude, I would not be where I'm at without my people, bro. Dude, I pride myself on the fact that I try my best for my people to make it.
Yeah.
And where, wherever I, whenever I go somewhere, they're going to go with me behind my table.
Yes. I've done that the last few shows. Have you seen? I know you take care of your trappers, bro. It honestly, it's a goal of mine to make sure that these people are here with us five, six, seven years from now. It's what I want. And all I want from them is for them to make the game bigger as well. That's what we have to do. We have to do that type of work, you know.
You've been to a Trapfest, bro. What are those about?
Beautiful.
What, what, what's a feeling after a Trapfest weekend?
It's, it's exhilarating. It's family.
It's the [ __ ] best. It's what reminds me why we do what we do.
Yeah. We're, you know, we're, we're going to be vending Pomona, right? And, and we're, we're going to be next to the Morph Market booth. And then we got homeboy Serpent Smith right behind us.
Dennis Smith.
Yeah, man. That's the homie, bro. That's one of the nicest guys, bro. Producing amazing puzzle stuff. So, bro, I'm already like, "Holy [ __ ], bro. This is going to be so [ __ ] badass." We got the homie right behind us. Like, it's [ __ ] great, you know?
Again, it's because we're, it's what we are, a community, bro. And we are like-minded individuals who support each other.
Yeah.
And like-minded people with this hobby support each other. I will say that good or bad. Even the, the like-minded [ __ ] bottom feeders, they all support each other. Good. Good. I mean, not, not good, but fair. Like, support each other. We got our own.
Stay on that side. Stay on that side. Keep our, keep our name out your [ __ ] mouth.
Yeah, bro. Again, or, or listen, if you really want to break more views than you've ever had, just put MJ in the title. That's all you got to do.
Just put MJ in the title. Yeah. Put MJ in the title and you'll get the most views you've ever had. Congratulations.
Um, but anyways, yeah, dude.
Yo, I, I take pride in the fact that our, our, our branches
so thick, bro. Bro,
like, bro, realistically, look at the things that your people have done and some of my people have done. It's
our people.
Our people combined.
Our people.
Yeah. I mean,
I, I [ __ ] I [ __ ] with so many people in the VUN, you know what I mean? And same with Trappers who, who all [ __ ] with each other because we're all here to grow, you know what I mean? We
I take so much, uh, I, I take so much pride and, and happiness out of, out of seeing like, like what's happening out there, man, with, with some of our, our, our, our Patreons and our, you know, it's, I'm, I'm really happy. I'm really, really happy.
And, and you've known this, but how important is it that you are a part of my Monday nights? Like, I told you strategically, like, how much you keep me excited to stay tapped into the ball python game. You bring a sense of excitement that not even I could bring to the ball python game, which is why it is [ __ ] I'm so proud of that. You think I'm not proud of having Big E on my Monday nights, Marshall and Bill Tuesday nights, Stephen Kush Wednesday nights, David Leon and JMG Friday, and then dude, [ __ ] Ari Flagle Friday, okay? Mike Stefani Saturdays, Christa Sundays, BRO. WHO THE [ __ ] [ __ ] WITH THAT LINEUP, DUDE?
I'm, I'm really proud to be part of it. I'm really proud to be brothers with all these guys with you.
It's an honor.
Me and you are like [ __ ] super, super close. We're brothers.
Yeah, man.
Uh, I'm, I'm proud. I'm proud. I made that post, uh, Thanksgiving three years ago. You asked me on the show and that, that, that like put a seed into all this and,
Yeah, I could tell people out there is that, man, when you hit the, hit the road running or,
bro, we've gone so fast in the last three years and we've done so many things that, bro, those three years ago look like 10 years ago. Like,
Bro, when you do so much and you, you break so many ceilings together and you're both growing. I, bro, I don't know. I don't know what else to say. It, it's,
Hey, let's keep going. [laughter]
Best.
I'm so happy.
Going, dude. This is good.
I'm super happy. And, and we're a real team,
you know? All of us. Marshall. Marshall, man. Me and Marshall are super close. Bill's super cool. Stephen Kush,
one of the best young men out there.
Hands down. Hands down.
You know, and, you know, Dave's great. Junior's great. Junior is [ __ ] the, the Justin of the [ __ ] hog noose game. I mean,
Gangster [ __ ].
Ari listening about, you know, talk, listen to him talk about ball pythons, bro. Like,
dude, what do you want? I mean, you got me watching. It's [ __ ] great, you know?
Again, again, just all related to the reptiles. I just, I can't stress that enough, man. Trap talk is reptiles, man. It's everything reptiles. It's everything about where we could learn more about reptiles globally, locally, native species, whatever, man. And I gotta say, everything we've been doing has been working. You want, want to know why? Because it's growing. We are growing, Alio. Not only this network, but the [ __ ] hobby. And that's what it's about. What, what more do you want?
Yeah. For me, you know, I, I will say on my stories, we are nationwide, Papa. And, and, and we're going nationwide. We're meeting people all over the country, gaining customers all over the country. Where we're, where we're, we're, you know, next thing you know, you're gonna see me and MJ in Europe. You know, in Japan.
Korea.
Korea.
You know, that's what we're, that's, that's what's next on the agenda, bro. Tell you guys.
What we're already talking to people about it.
Tell you something, bro. When we say something, we do something.
Been around the world. And yeah, yeah.
You know, so, I mean, again, it's, it's all about the game. All about the game. All about the game.
And it's all about attracting the ones who are excited to be a part of this because this, this is an exciting place, guys. Can we just please remember how fun this is, dude? Fun. [ __ ] a great time. All because of the people we stick, we stick around when it comes.
You know, you know what's really fun?
Putting new holdbacks into clutch.
That's sick.
Okay. Putting locks into clutch.
Yeah.
I'm not. Hey, guys. I got 20 years in the game. I ain't a [ __ ] dinosaur. Okay. I'm 45 years old and I'm learning new [ __ ] every day. Trying new [ __ ] every day.
Shameless plug for Clutch. Okay. Shout out to the sponsor. But what has, okay, I want to talk about someone like yourself, Amelia, who's been in the game as long as you have. Your decision to switch over to Clutch. Um, overall, because it was this year you did it, right? Wasn't it this year? So,
Yeah. Oh, this year. Yeah.
Let's talk about what has changed for you so far. Like, what, what, now that you did everything in the clutch, now, what, what is it like?
It's great. All my pairings are in there. I get to put in, uh, data. I don't have to be writing on tubs and [ __ ]. Uh, I could write follicular growth, you know, locks, all types of stuff. I could go in there and see, okay, this was the last time this animal, you know, this, this male locked this girl. All right, I need to, you know, I, I don't need to worry about going through and scanning the tubs and looking at, "Oh, where do I have to go here? Where do I have to go?" You know, I'm a real busy guy. Yeah.
So, I could just put a, a simple lock or a follicular measurement on Clutch through my [ __ ] phone.
Dude. And on top of that, I don't need this, but some people might need it. You know, you put in a pairing and it grades your pairing for you. It lets you know, hey, is, you know, in, in the system's view, is this a good pairing or not?
Yeah.
You know, is it, the other male better for the market? You know, simple thing, you know, things like that that could potentially help someone, you know. So,
Yeah. And again, man, I feel like, you know, how exciting is it to kind of log into Clutch and see everything, you know, like, just like,
Bro, a breakdown, a breakdown of percentages of what you have in your collection. I, I feel like people really need that right now. [laughter]
You know, again, I've been saying it, you know, so [clears throat and laughter] people need a lot right now, man. Um,
Okay, I'm glad you brought that up. Actually, hold on. Let's go to commercial break real quick, okay? Because I haven't gone to commercial break. Guys, do me a favor. Hit the like button, okay? Got to cut to commercial real quick and then we'll be right back. Got some more amazing topics. But, uh, hit that like button. Let's go. Sorry for the interruption, folks, but a quick word from our sponsors. Excited to hear what Clutch has to bring in the near future.
All right, we're back at it. Going to turn the heat up a bit. God. All right. So, a few uh, a few situations when it comes to uh, morphs this year. I think one of the biggest things that stands out with that Ahans that maneuver that he pulled, which not sure what the outcome is with that. When we had Force Scrambler, which was a huge [ __ ] topic majority of the year, which I [ __ ] loved every one of those episodes. I'm not going to lie. Um, but then we have one that is the the the um, might be the one of the year, dude. Uh, there's a little bit of uh, back and forth talk with Cosmos right now. And again, done a little bit of homework, talked to some important people who have a lot of money in Cosmos. I don't know, man. What, what, what do we? Here's the thing. Without getting somebody's feelings hurt, how do we break this down to people that maybe this gene that we think it is, just isn't what it is? And again, we're maybe talking to someone who just dropped thousands, and we're not trying to, again, maybe I'm not going to say we're not trying, but again, we're we're just trying to say what it is. But what's the best way to lay this out? Anyone in the chats want to answer this as well? Please give us. This is an open format on this topic. But how do we break this down to someone that, guys, there's some information out there that we should maybe consider, and you might not like it. I mean, I, I don't know enough about Cosmos. But what I can tell you is that is this another situation where it was a combo being sold? I mean, that's that's the question, right? Um, I don't know. Um, the animals are badass. Uh, maybe they're hitting on a lower uh, you know, a lower average.
>> Yeah.
>> For odds. Who knows? It could be a combo, or it could be that the hot [ __ ] is hitting at a lower percentage. I mean, look, I'd be speculating. Uh, but, um, I don't know, man. Uh, it's concerning, right?
>> Well, it's it's kind of like this, right? Like I spend thousands on a super gravel. Like, let's say they just came out, right? And I buy a super gravel, and you're telling me, breed that to that super gravel, you make super gravels. You do that, you don't see any super gravels.
>> Yeah.
>> You know what I'm saying? And if, and if you spent thousands of dollars on this project, how does this become right? Like, how do we correct this? And the thing is, dude, whoever the root of this project is, if that person doesn't want to make it right, you're [ __ ].
>> At this point, you just got to work. If you have the animals already, you just got to, you just got to grind and figure it out.
>> What are you grinding for? You could be grinding for something you don't have. You think you have it, but you don't.
>> Yeah. Well, that's crazy.
>> That's wild, man. I hope that I hope that's not the case for where we're, you know, invested in them.
>> Anybody, period. But like again, there's multiple examples for we're not just talking one gene here. We're talking across the board, multiple situations like this.
>> It's concerning. So what I would tell you is, u [ __ ]. I down the road, I, I guess I'd focus on Tornado and and Bambino. Bambino is [ __ ] amazing.
>> Bambino. Yes. Hey, shout out to Justin. [ __ ] the great Bambino, right? I saw I saw, let me tell you, I saw a Bambino in Oklahoma City, a combo.
>> Fire.
>> And bro, that thing is is legit. Um, it ain't [ __ ] around. That thing's badass.
>> And you know, that's, man, I get excited for a project like that because what I see like,
>> I'm not looking at something be like, "Huh?"
>> Ouch. And again, nothing personal, but there's a lot of projects out there where you're scratching your head and like, I just don't see it. I don't. And again, there's time that it's proven to what it needs to be, but it's not always that easy. It's not always that quick. Bambino, I think you're on to something. I really do. I'm excited about Bambino. Tornado. Holy [ __ ]. Okay, you saw. I don't have that. I'm not sure if Derek wanted us to share that snake, so I'm not going to share it. But Dstacks shared something in the Vunit and the Trap Patreon fam chats that tornado, and he told me that was just a tornado. I'm calling cap, bro. There's no [ __ ] way that is just a tornado.
>> I mean, yeah. I mean, who knows? I mean, it could be some type of a head
>> influence,
>> some he influence. Um, I [snorts] can tell you I saw I saw one that was past clown and it and it looked different at Justin's place. Um, dude, I love the project. I want to see I can't wait to see a tornado puzzle.
>> Um,
>> that's gonna be interesting.
>> That's what I want to see. Uh, it's uh that type of stuff excites me. It's there's nothing like it, you know. So that's that's that's what makes me excited about, you know, Ball Python, seeing something that's definitively different and you can't call it the same.
>> No. No.
>> Something else.
>> Right. And that's why that's why again, dude, it's it's not easy as you know for every morph, but when you got a morph where it's like clear as day, like what the [ __ ] is that? There you go. That's something to rally behind.
>> Yeah.
>> Okay. And
>> I mean, it's out of my price range, but eventually it won't be, you know,
>> now.
>> Yeah.
>> Everything's out of your price wage at a certain point and then it, you know, that changes. So, for sure, day by day.
>> Um, okay, on the topic of newer morphs talked about this year, let's let's rank top three. Um,
>> I would have to say Tornado. I would have to say um, Bambino. And then the third one I'm gonna have to say, damn, I don't know if there is a third one.
>> For me, I'm still going to put Cosmos on that on that top three.
>> You're tripping. You're tripping.
>> I mean, we we got to see what's up with it.
>> After everything I just said, you're still going to put that on the top three and do that?
>> I mean, I mean, because we have to see what happens with it, bro. We have to see what we have to figure out why. What? When?
>> I'll take no responsibility for that. You guys, Billino Reptiles on IG, DM him. Okay, that's [laughter]
>> We, hey, we still have to figure out what's going on with it, bro. The big guys are still working it. I mean, I'm not gonna completely say
>> my third one. I'm sorry, Gorilla. Excuse me.
>> Okay, Gorilla. Okay.
>> Shout out to my man Antoine. Hey, Antoine.
>> I still I still put I still put uh Cosmos ahead of that [ __ ] trip.
>> Yeah.
>> With all the blemishes and all the confusion right now, like what? Dude, you're you're wild. Alio. Now I Now I'm really hoping Cosmos flips the script and it's not what what we all think it is. But dude, evidence, evidence is already out there, dude. It's not looking good. It's not.
>> Maybe there's ugly ones and good ones.
>> Yeah. Okay, here's here's the thing. Question for anyone out there.
>> Hey, I'm gonna say it again. There's some ugly monsoons out there.
>> Yeah, that's all but that's mainly because there's one gene [ __ ] it up. So
>> you got to just take it out. I will tell you, man. I am [ __ ] I am really bought into Monsoon as far as the potential and what's going to come with it. Um, yeah, monsoon is going to be nuts. Um, it already is.
>> Yeah.
>> It's going to say something else I [ __ ] forgot. Oh, okay. How important is it that we do deep dives on these topics? And I'm talking about like if there's a popular morph for a while, turns out to be something that, wait a minute, what is this? Isn't it kind of our job to kind of tackle this and do a deep dive on what the truth is behind these? And don't you think it's necessary? Alio,
>> you just reminded me of um what we did with Scrambler. You know, you bringing up Cosmos and us talking about it is what we do. It's fairness. It's showing [ __ ] out there that this [ __ ] ain't personal, okay?
>> That you ain't going to beat up nobody. You ain't going to hurt nobody. Okay? Simply put, this is what we do. We address concerns and we bring them out in the open. And if you don't like it, tough cookies. I mean, if that's even the way to say it.
>> You just said tough cookie, right? [laughter] The [ __ ] the villain right now is acting like a very nice villain. He said tough cookie. [laughter]
>> Yeah. I mean, hey, deal with it, bro. Like, [ __ ] you know,
>> you're a nice guy, dude. Well, I don't want to say nice guy. You're
>> I get mad. [laughter]
>> Yeah. But, uh, no, man. Uh, you know, it it shows consistency, bro. Period.
>> Yeah. And again, man, consistency isn't something that shows over one year, you know what I mean? Um, again, dude, also too, like you see people hitting certain [ __ ] where you kind of almost put yourself in their shoes thinking it's as easy as you think. And dude, you just don't know the timeline of majority of these people and how much time they put in to hit the [ __ ] that they're hitting, the stuff that they have to hold back. It's not checkers, it's chess. It's a It's not an easy game, dude. Like, I used to like there was a point in time where I used to laugh on how easy the ball python game is. I'm not laughing right now. I'm telling you right now, I'm not. I'm really not.
>> It ain't easy. It's easy to get [ __ ] [ __ ] booted. I'll tell you that much. It's easy to lose your [ __ ].
>> It's easy to lose it. Yeah.
>> Yeah.
>> So, but again, like, you know, staying focused and uh finding ways to stay excited, which I just talked about why we have this Monday night. It it keeps me tapped in into the ball python game, which I want to be. Um, and you got to make an effort. People need to make an effort to stay excited. Um, and if you are doing everything you can and you still don't have excitement, you're still not having fun, then do that [ __ ] soul searching trip. Eat some mushrooms or something. Figure it out, man. Go deep and figure out what it is that you really want out of life because I gotta tell you, I don't know no other life. The reptiles.
>> The reptiles is my life, dude. I breathe this [ __ ].
>> Me too. You know what excited me today? Seeing a really nice picture of a a true ghost DG clown.
>> Yeah.
>> In Taiwan, dude. Like, [ __ ]. That's why we do this [ __ ] [ __ ] a. That shit's beautiful, bro.
>> Someone popped up in the chats and reminded me. I wanted to give him a shout out. Shout out to the homie Big Mike. Ramarice Royal, guys. Go to his YouTube channel. Um, check out his video that he put out. Big Mike, man, he's all about the projects. Um, but every now and again, I feel like real [ __ ] like him want to speak some truth of what they've experienced in the hobby. And I think it's pretty important for any new keeper to maybe go watch that video. So, guys, I don't want to put it out here. Just make sure you head over to his YouTube channel, check it out. And I didn't know this was happening, maybe because how tight my circle is and whatnot, but others begging others to join their Patreon. Is that a thing? Like, like I'm talking like all up in the like DMs like have were people begging you to join their Patreon at a certain point? I, I'm just it it shocked me that that's a thing that certain people do like beg to go onto their Patreon.
>> I think uh what what was happening out there is like, oh, if you scratch my back, I scratch yours,
>> right?
>> Type of [ __ ].
>> Like a sticker swap. Patreon like, "Join mine, I'll join yours."
>> Yeah, that's the type of [ __ ] that was mentioned.
>> Um, not I'm not surprised.
>> But that's not how you want someone to to support you.
>> That's not real support.
>> Yeah. You want
>> So, you're doing them a favor. That's like you do me a favor, I'll do you a favor. Where's the value of support? Like, where where's the [ __ ] where's the loyalty at?
>> You know, it's the real loyalty when when real support comes, where's that real support at? And that is also the thing about this era of breeders that are checking out, bro. Um, these [ __ ] thought they had support that they really didn't have.
>> And it and it was a rude awakening, bro. Like I mean, some people, like I think Big Mike, not that he went through this, maybe he did. Um, but some people could bounce back through this cuz they're real [ __ ] and they they they don't need nobody. They could do it themselves and figure it out. That's because their head's in the right place. But at the end of the day, dude, there's some people who just get so [ __ ] by other people in this hobby, bro. And and and you know, partnership wise, meaning like you thought they had your back, but you didn't. Dude, you got to be careful, man. There's grimy [ __ ] in this game, dude.
>> Steering you steering you a certain way to buy specific animals that don't make sense
>> just to pad their pockets.
>> Yeah.
>> U Yeah, man.
>> Telling you to avoid certain podcasts or whatever. Like
>> all that shit's real. All that shit's real, you know? Getting you to buy [ __ ] that again, it doesn't make sense. That's gonna [ __ ] [ __ ] you in the long run. I mean, I mean, there's guys on the top tier selling [ __ ] spider combos as investment genes still. It's like [ __ ] dude. Like
>> who's doing that? The [ __ ]
>> I'm [laughter] not I'm not gonna name names, but
>> be better than that [ __ ]. Be better than that, bro. Like, you're a [ __ ] badass [ __ ]. Like, what are you doing, bro? Send that send that [ __ ] to a pet shop, bro. Don't be a piece of [ __ ].
>> Hey, but don't send it to a pet shop in to Mexico illegally. God damn. God damn. Did I open up a can of worms? What the [ __ ] That's crazy to me, bro. [ __ ] were wholesaling [ __ ] to Mexico illegally. And that's shit's cracking down on that, too, man. Guess what, guys? Not worth it. Little news flash out there. Do not do that. Okay. Desperate times,
>> desperate times do not cause for desperate measures. There's there's other ways to do that. And uh dude, supposedly there's more stuff happening in the background. I hope I hope it blows over, but this isn't good for our hobby. Like getting caught in the middle of something like this, bro. Like, no. Like getting Fish and Wildlife game involved. No, dude. [ __ ] that. Avoid that [ __ ] at all cost.
>> Don't do that.
>> No. Cuz that that right there could ruin everything.
>> Yeah.
>> None of this is worth doing time over. I'll tell you that much. No. [ __ ] no.
>> Losing your animals, period. I mean, like, [ __ ] bro.
>> Remember what remember what matters the most.
>> Yeah. And again, dude, people only do that if they're put in a desperate situation. Don't put yourself in a desperate situation. It's just it's that simple.
>> Yeah.
>> And with that being said, what what have you've heard people are doing? Like people who are kind of used to wholesaling some stuff but don't really have that plug? What are they doing now? Like how do you know some people moving some wholesale stuff wholesale stuff in 2025? Amelia.
>> Uh, what I've heard is that it's really slow.
>> Yeah, that's that's all I've heard. Um, there's a lot of people unhappy out there, bro. Like they set up big collections thinking that [ __ ] was going to fly like in 2122, you know? And bro, they're it's [snorts] it's a worldwide thing. There's collections out there, math collections that that stuff's just not selling right now. [sighs]
>> Yeah. Um, and it's crazy, man. Like it's all around the board in a sense. Um, not with condos, unfort not unfortunately. I'm happy about that. But I'm just saying like there are certain areas that used to do really well that just aren't doing as good as they once used to do.
>> And I feel like again, bro, this is just a whole part of the adjustment that the whole hobby is feeling. And and let me say this, bro, because let me address something. There are quite a few people that that they've messaged me here and there and they blame Morph Market for auctions and for hurting the market. Guys, let's be real, bro. Supply, supply is what's hurt.
>> Supply and demand is everything in life, bro. Um, what happened when there was a bunch of oil on the market when we weren't driving during COVID,
>> right?
>> The price of gasoline [ __ ] tanked. Okay. [clears throat] They stopped they they had to stop [ __ ] producing oil because the oil went to to almost zero.
>> Yeah.
>> We weren't using the product. Okay. So, it's not Morph Market's fault. It's not the auction's fault. Okay. The auctions are a tool, okay? People need to produce less of stuff that there isn't a demand for, period.
>> So, when I hear people blaming others, you know, even when they had certain um they did certain things to the market themselves in the past, it's like, [ __ ] bro. Like, come on, man. Like, uh, don't you remember what you did? Uh, why are you producing so many animals? Like, why are you talking like this?
>> You won't find you won't find one successful ball python breeder or any reptile breeder again. Listen, successful that means they're making profit right now. You won't find one of those [ __ ] talking [ __ ] about Morph Market.
>> Yeah. I I don't understand. So
>> some of it is dinosaur behavior. Yo, if you get offended me calling you a [ __ ] dinosaur,
>> prove me wrong. Get better. Evolve. But again too, bro, like
>> 2025, bro, 26. Like, what are you doing to get better?
>> I've seen some of these people you're talking about, the way they express themselves in comments. And guess what? You kind of look a little bit deeper. Oh, yeah. You were kicked off of Morph Market. No wonder. Oh, h no wonder you're on I I hate Morph Market rant because you're kicked off for being a piece of [ __ ] seller. And again, let's pay attention to who's talking [ __ ]. WHO'S ACTUALLY TALKING [ __ ] OH, THIS GUY. OH, HE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE ANIMALS. WHAT THE [ __ ] So again, just slow down on everything and realize information you're hearing, who is the person speaking the information? And a lot of the times, if not every time, if we look deep on who the [ __ ] is talking [ __ ], it's tied to some personal reason that happened to them.
>> Yeah. And then and then some guys that were pioneers in the past that kind of fell off, you know. I'm I'm excited to see that they some of them they're going to start breeding again and doing and finding their passion again because they have to. Um, that's that's a good one right there. Like do that, bro. That's that's [ __ ] amazing. Come up with something. You got amazing stuff in your collection still. Let's make it happen. So, um, yeah, man. Um, shit's shit's hard. So people are [ __ ] pissed. People are depressed. People are talking [ __ ]. People are blaming others. Yo, if Verino fails, it's my [ __ ] fault. No one else. Okay? And I'm going to do everything in my [ __ ] power. Whether that be learn new
>> Oh boy. Did we lose them?
>> Uh whether that be learning new systems or vending states or taking more risk. I'm going to do it. Working harder. I'm gonna do it. Period. I am not gonna fail.
>> And again, if you just It's not an option.
>> Can you You can hear me, right?
>> No, you can't hear me. This happens EVERY TIME. NO. GET OUT of here. Exit out. Leave. Come back in. I got this. Every time Alio either gets a text message or a phone call, it [ __ ] up his audio and then he can't hear me. So, he'll be right back. But, hey guys, let's get the likes up, man. This is I like the energy on this podcast. It's on fire. Um,
>> what did you hear last?
>> I heard everything. You just can't hear me. I heard everything. Yeah. You know, you know, every time something happens to your phone, it it [ __ ] with the audio or something. Um,
>> did somebody CALL YOU RIGHT NOW? WHO CALLED YOU?
>> I HAD AN ALARM go off.
>> Oh, alarm for what, bro?
>> Probably for the podcast when it was AT NIGHT.
>> OH, YEAH. THAT MAKES SENSE cuz right now it would be Okay. All right. Well, let's let's adjust that alarm. Okay. Um, and by the way, I think we will at some point at some point go back to six o'clock at some point, but right now it ain't happening anytime soon. People like the late nights. I'm not going to lie to you, bro. Um, all right. Listen, I feel like I've been hogging up a lot of the the uh topics for tonight, Alio. I do want to give you the floor. I don't know if there's anything on your mind. Um, you know, again, quite the year. I'm so happy about this year, dude. I want next year to be better. It will be better. But let's hear anything that you have that you like to talk about. Any special chain of events that you want to go over for about this year? The floor is yours, Alio.
>> Nothing. I'm excited about the future beyond all the negativity. Um, all that stuff will work itself out. Um, I'm excited about my future projects. I'm excited about my colubrids, about learning, uh, you know, the KBO, the Kos, the Dryarons, the condos. You know, I have one now, but who knows? Maybe I'll get another. What do
>> you mean? Who knows, bro? Just stop. Okay.
>> I'm just saying, you know, you know,
>> it's [ __ ] on. My guy's gonna be Amelio a year from now when we have Okay. When we have the 2026 wrap up, mark my words, he's going to have at least three condos. [laughter]
>> Yeah, man. Uh, I mean, uh, it's fun. It's it's a lot of fun. Um, they're beautiful. Um, it's great to push yourself to learn new things. And uh
>> yeah,
>> that's it, man. I'm I'm I'm super excited about the future. Uh, anyone that's not excited about the future, uh, you need some coaching, you need some help.
>> That man's Patreon or mine, we'll help you. Um,
>> or just reach out like like just reach out to somebody like again, we we we don't want to sound like we're pushing you to a Patreon. I'm just talking about like when you invest somewhere, you do get that investment back. But I'm also saying, dude, reach out to your friend. Don't be shy to tell your own like mentor or friend like, "I'm struggling here. Like, I need some help." Dude, talk it out. Okay. Don't wait till it's too late.
>> Yeah. Um, 2025, um, it's been great. I mean, but I, you know, as you know, I I move and I hustle and I I I do not stay still. Um, did I had to work, did I have to work a little harder this year? Uh, maybe a little bit. Um, but I still had stuff that was popping that that's that sold right out of the egg. Um, I I grind my shows. Now we're going to start doing the national stuff. So, I I see it as, you know, continuously growing and getting better. So, uh, 2026 is all about, uh, you know, taking it to the next level, vending and meeting new people and hitting new markets, getting new people in the game, adding customers. I would tell you that the last um, the last two shows, I added about 60 customers to to my my uh
>> your rolodex in a sense. Rolex pretty much, man. Because every single customer that buys an animal from me, I get them to follow me and I also open a channel of communication just in case they need me.
>> 60 how many? 60 what?
>> About 60 customers.
>> That's a lot, dude. Like if you think about it, that's 60 potential leads right there. Like good.
>> Yeah. So,
>> again, um blessed, thankful. Um, but we work hard for what we do and this ain't by mistake. This ain't luck. Um, yeah, there's some luck involved in everything, but it's what you do with it. So,
>> guess what? Want to know what we got? Accountability, sucker. If it don't go right, it's my fault. If it goes right, it's my fault. At the end of the day, what happens to me is my faults.
>> Yeah.
>> Ain't nobody else's fault, dude.
>> And like Tony Montana says,
>> we got cojones, [laughter] you But again, man, like dude, going back to where, man, it's just I hope anyone out there who really wants it, I hope you get it. I really do. Just know it's not going to be easy. Um, grunt your teeth sometimes. Put your head down. Maybe it's maybe it is smart to not be on social media for a little bit. I feel like those breaks are much needed. I do them from time to time and I [ __ ] love it. If I go just at least two days with no social media, I feel [ __ ] refreshed. Doesn't happen a lot because it's a part of my life, but dude, sometimes taking a break is okay. Um, and and if you got out of this game and your life is better, I'm happy for you also. I really am. I don't [ __ ] look down on anyone who exit out of this game who went to go take care of them life themselves. You got to take care of yourself. And again, guys, going back to what we were talking about the beginning of this [ __ ] episode, just take care of yourself, man. Because how the [ __ ] you take care of any loved ones, anything if you don't take care of yourself? Let me know how that works out. It's going to be really hard.
>> [ __ ] Where was I going? [laughter]
>> Um, I forgot.
>> Um, okay.
>> Oh, yeah. I remember.
>> Go ahead.
>> Guys, you don't get what you wish for. You get what you work for.
>> Facts. Yeah. But not even not always though. You know what I'm saying? It's not always like, dude, there's some people who get some shitty luck. I mean, can we talk about seven years of me breeding condos and I finally like got it? Like, hang in there. If you want it that bad, don't give up. Don't give up, dude. I don't understand quitting if you love it that much. So,
>> yeah, man. Yeah.
>> Um, okay. Anything you want to say to anyone who was pretty offended based off all our Scrambler um topics this year? [laughter]
>> Stop being a [ __ ].
>> STOP BEING A [ __ ]. COME ON. We we just we just questioned Cosmos and
>> one of our best homies is deep in that project,
>> right? We have I have a few I have a few homies deep in Cosmos.
>> I mean like
>> you know what I mean,
>> dude. I mean, and and guess what? That Cosmo [ __ ] is real money.
>> Yeah, it is.
>> Okay, that scramblers, guys. Scramblers aren't expensive. You know, I had some guys say, "Oh, you just attacked the project because you don't work it." [ __ ] if I wanted to work it, I can. It's [ __ ] cheap. Like, shut the [ __ ] up. Like, you [ __ ] idiot.
>> These are pumas. Okay, they're not idiots. You know what's your problem, man? You know,
>> [ __ ]
>> Come on, man. Like, stop it.
>> Um, biggest
>> They might get mad about that [ __ ]. I don't care.
>> [ __ ] get in line. Or you know what?
>> Well, your circle's gonna get smaller. Yeah, your circle's real small, buddy. [ __ ] out of here. Like, it disappeared overnight.
>> Well, first off, why you looking at another MAN? FIRST OFF, WHY YOU LOOKING AT another man's circle? Okay, that's a little weird. All right. [laughter]
>> Yeah. [ __ ] like, come on, man. Just shut the [ __ ] up and breed your ball pythons, bro.
>> [ __ ] Exactly. And that's where people are like, "Oh my god, wait a minute. I don't have nothing to breed." YEAH, JUST SHUT UP. HEY, DUDE. Shut up. Um,
>> the world's the world's competitive, man. Yeah, but dude, man, I'm glad you said that. I have that competitive drive. I know you do as well. But you know what? We compete with ourselves. Like, I compete with my self from last year. This year, I wanted to get better last year. Next year, I'm competing myself from this year. I don't give a [ __ ] about nobody else because you nobody could compete with me, dude. I'm in my own world. Alio in his own world. Who the [ __ ] competing with us? You're Dude, you you can't touch us. We're in our own world. We got our own thing going on. Go do your own thing. Go figure it out.
>> Yeah. Me versus me, bro. Go go go go do go.
>> It's me versus me, dude. Go [ __ ] go challenge yourself. That's again, man. Like, go. We're going to leave it alone after this. But the [ __ ] who are talking the most about this, this, or that hate themselves. Period. And we're going to move forward after that.
>> Don't get therapy, please.
>> Dude, 2026, what's the biggest thing that could go your way in 2026? Biggest goal. Don't [ __ ] around. Give it to me. It could be a project. It could be a certain show you want to make 20K at. I don't give a [ __ ]. What's the biggest goal for Amelio 2026?
>> Um, I I want to produce my Creos for sure. Um,
>> epic.
>> And I want to I want to grow like I did this year and uh do what we did this year again. And then uh we we did great, man. Uh, we're in the plus column when it comes to sales. Um, um, we're blessed. A lot of people out there are are not in that in that place. Um, so again, I want to continue to say I'm blessed and thankful. Uh, we hustle. Uh, going to I wish to have the energy and uh the motivation that I have now on into the future. That's it.
>> Are we going to be brothers next year?
>> Yeah, man. That's that's that's not even question.
>> Then you're then don't Sorry, I just drove. What?
>> Don't don't question the energy or the motivation if we're brothers next year.
>> Well, you're gonna get it for me.
>> No, you're right. But I mean, you know, you always wanna You want to have more or honestly, I want more. But, um, yeah, that's how I feel. I'm happy, man. I'm a happy I'm a happy individual. Everything's good in life. Uh, but I worked damn hard to get to this point and, uh, it feels good.
>> Also, remember how much we push each other. All of us, Christa, all of us, bro. We all
>> for you, you know, to see you as as a father of two now. It's uh, bro, I love it. I mean, you, you, you know, you're connecting me to another part, you know, the past of my life where my kids are big already. I love to see it. I'm very proud of you. A father of two two sons. I mean,
>> bro, like, um, you've come a long way. You're you're you know you are uh bro you're you're a bigger batter better MJ a dad you know [snorts]
>> better life
>> a leader a leader
>> thanks man
>> yeah so aside from the animals you killed it with the animals this year you know
>> [ __ ] condro condro the condro condro breeder of the year you know
>> appreciate it. Uh, you could Is there anything else you want? You can keep going if you want. What else do you [ __ ] [laughter]
>> No, I mean, hey, hey, listen. Everything I'm saying is for real. It's legit. I mean,
>> appreciate it, big dog.
>> Yeah. So,
>> so much. Um, what a good Okay, what a good episode again. Um, is there anything that we missed? Anything that is coming off the top of your head that we should cover before?
>> Pomona. Pomona's January 11th. Yes, Ramy.
>> Uh, Ramy's the [ __ ] man. Reptile show.
>> Yep. Uh, California A. Um, looking forward to it. Looking forward to hanging out with the Cali crew. Um,
