These two people are pretending to be zombies because they are the last survivors in this village after the zombie apocalypse.
The boy tells the man that if they smear zombie blood on their faces, the zombies will think they're one of them and won't attack when they go out.
A zombie lady comes near the man and sniffs him out. She doesn't attack, as she smells zombie blood on his face.
Feeling confident, the man starts making all sorts of exaggerated zombie faces, really selling the act. Little does he know that the hairy zombie king is watching him closely. His overacting initially convinces the king that he is really a zombie, but then the king notices the boy standing still.
So he jumps down and walks over to the boy. He slowly inspects the boy and even licks his neck to test the blood. He then forces the boy to eat a rotten hand to prove he is a real zombie.
The zombie king then looks back and sees that the man has sh his pants. He gives the boy one final lick and lets out a bone-chilling zombie moan. And suddenly, the entire zombie horde runs after the man.
