David faced a giant and marked the living God. By faith, he stood in power, and that giant had fallen. The Israelite people rivaled by the war. But when the people shouted, that wood had fallen down. There is a sound falling down. There is a sound falling down. Release the sound. Oh, release the sound. Release the sound. Release the sound.
And what about Paul and Silas behind the prison walls? And when they started thinking, will those walls be falling down? Fall down. There is a sound. The base falls fall down. Here is the sound. The base falls down. Release the sound. Oh, release the sound of praise. Release the sound. Release the sound. Release the sound.
The crucified Jesus. He was buried in the tomb. And they thought his life was over. But three days revealed the truth. Our resurrected Jesus. He's coming with a crown, and every eye will see him, and every knee will demonstrate. Release the name. Release the name of Jesus. Release the name. Release his name. Release the name. Release the name. His name. His name is Jesus. Release the name. We worship the name. We declare the name. Release the name. The name of Jesus. Release the name. Release the name. Jesus. The name. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Yes. Oh, in the name of Jesus. Oh, in the name of Jesus. Hallelujah. Thank you. Hallelujah.

It's filled with, filled with the spirit. The Holy Ghost power, power. It's filled with, filled with the spirit. Just like the day of when the Holy Ghost came, they were all in one voice. The mighty set you up to go out and praise the Lord. The anointing that they began to speak in tongue power. It's filled with, filled with the spirit, the Holy Ghost power, power. It's filled with, filled with the spirit. And when that day, and when that day was going up on each one of this is the power of the Holy Ghost power. It's filled with, filled with the spirit. The Holy Ghost power, power. It's filled with, filled with the spirit power.
The God I serve was buried for three days, but he rose again. And he's in here today. Whatever you need, he's got the power. He's got all of the power. He's got all of the power. Power to walk, power to talk, power to hear, power to save. Whatever you need. Whatever you need, he's got the power, power, power, power. Oh, can you feel the power of the Holy Ghost? Oh, it's in this place right now. Oh, let your voice down and give him a shout of praise. Oh, I can feel it in my head. Oh, I can feel it in my feet. The Holy Ghost in my arms. I can feel it in my head. I can feel it in my hand. I can feel it in my feet. Bible stop praising his name. I can't stop praising his name. I just can't stop praising his name. I just can't stop praising his name. Jesus praising his name. I can't stop praising his name. I just can't stop praising his name. I just can't stop praising his name. Jesus.
Oh, lift up your voice. Lift up your voice and sing for joy. Clap your hand and joyful noise. The trumpet shouts. We're praising for the victory. The heavens for you. Worship is the way. This is the way that we fight. Praise him for the victory. I won't turn back. I won't turn back. I won't turn back. I won't turn back now. I won't turn back. I won't turn back. I won't turn back. I won't turn back. Now I can't stop. I can't stop praising his name. I just can't stop praising his name. I just can't stop praising his name. I can't stop praising his name. I just can't stop praising his name. I just can't stop praising his name.
Hallelujah. Praise him. Praise the Lord today. Praise him for he is worthy to be praised. Jesus alone is worthy. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Oh, worthy to be praised. Let everything that hath breath praise ye the Lord, for he is worthy to be praised. He is worthy to be exalted. The word of God says in Acts 1 and 8, "But you shall receive power after that the Holy Ghost has come upon you, and you shall be witnesses unto me." Church, how many are thankful for the power of the Holy Ghost? There is nothing like it. There is nothing that compares to it. There's nothing like the power of the Holy Ghost. I give him praise this morning. Would you join me? Let's bless the Lord this morning and lift up his name. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. There's nothing that compares. There's nothing that compares to him. Oh, blessed be the name of the Lord today. Praise God. The Lord is in this place. And it is so good to be in the house of the Lord with each and every one of you. To all of our guests online and in person, welcome to First Pentecostal Church. Why don't we give all of our guests a great big welcome right now? Thank you for being with us this morning. And we pray the Lord's blessings upon you and your family today. Why don't you take a moment? Let's greet a few people around you. Bless them today and let them know there's power in this place in the name of Jesus. Praise God. Praise him. Praise the Lord.
Now, I am going to ask all veterans to please remain standing. And I am going to ask the congregation to be seated for just a moment. And I want you to be able to look around. And I want you to see these men and women, some still serving right now, even in the choir. Where are we? We got some up here, I believe, behind me. Who do I have up here? There he is. Kevin. An old army guy. I should say an army guy. Brother Kevin. Leave out that other part. But look around you at these men and women who have served our country. We wanted to take a moment and recognize each and every one of you. Thank you for your service, your sacrifice, your dedication. We pray for you and we pray God's blessings upon each and every one of you. And to all of my Marines that are here. To you, we say happy birthday. 250. You don't look a day over 249. And, uh, you're doing well. To all the Marines, I say, Semper Fi, and happy birthday. Isn't it great to be a part of a church with so many connections with our veterans and military? And we bless you this morning in Jesus' name.
Would you stand again? And I apologize for the sitting and standing, but that's part of the calisthenics that you get at church. And those of you that get your steps in while you're at church, you know you're in an apostolic church. You get, you know what I'm talking about, getting your steps in. Ushers, would you make your way on down at this time? We're going to give unto the Lord. And so, we invite you to join with us in giving. We have different ways in which you can give, but join with us and let's bless the work of God this morning. It is so good to have Brother Cheryl with us and Sister Cheryl this time. Praise God. What a blessing they are to First Pentecostal Church. Looking forward to the word of the Lord today. And Brother and Sister Cheryl, thank you for being with us. We love you and appreciate you as always. What a great word we heard Wednesday night. If you missed that, uh, go ahead and get to the archives and watch and listen to, uh, that message from Wednesday night. "Holy Insanity." I think that's a good message we all need to watch a few times and, uh, just exemplifies how good God is and what he can do in our lives. So, we're going to give to the Lord this morning, but I want to invite you, uh, to join with me in praying for those urgent needs that are before us. Uh, we've got good news. Sister Carrie Pharaoh is going to be going home, I believe, on Friday this week. So thankful that Sister Carrie, Brother Bill has mentioned that she's going home. So thank God for that. And so there are some other urgent needs. But why don't you join me and let's pray for them? But if you've got a need as well, let's believe together that God can not only will not only minister unto those before us with needs, but every need that's present in this place today. Jesus, thank you once again for your wonderful presence here in this place. We do not take it for granted, but we thank you for your presence. We know with your presence, there is your power. And with your power, anything is possible. You could heal, Lord, every one of those that are in urgent need today. You can deliver them. You could rescue. You could save. We pray that you would have your way in this place. Let the will of the Lord be accomplished today. We pray this in Jesus' name. May this offering be blessed and used for your kingdom. Let you, Lord God, in your name alone receive all the praise and the honor in Jesus' name. Amen. Church, let's continue to worship and lift up the name of Jesus together.
They say this mountain can't be moved. They say these chains will never break. They don't know you like we do. There is power in your name. We've heard that there is no way through. We've heard that time will never change. They haven't seen what you can do. There is power in your name. So much power in your name. Move the immovable. Break the unbreakable. God, we believe. God, we believe. For it from the impossible. We'll see a miracle. God, we believe. God, we believe forever. We know that hope is never lost. For there is still an empty grave. God, we believe no matter what. There is power in your name. So much power in your name. Oh, break the unbreakable. God, we believe. God, we believe for it. From the impossible. We'll see a miracle. God, we believe. God, we believe for it. You are the way when there seems to be no way. We trust in you, God. You have a final say. You are the way when there seems to be no way. We trust in you, God. You have the final say. You are the way when there seems to be no way. We trust in you, God. You have the final. Move the immovable. Break the unbreakable. God, we believe. God, we believe. Forever. From the impossible to see a miracle. God, we believe. God, we believe for it. Holy immovable. Great unbreakable. God, we believe. God, we really from the impossible. We'll see a miracle. God, we God, we for it. Oh, we believe you, God. Oh, we believe Jesus. Oh, in Jesus' name. And you said I believe. You said it is done. You said I believe. Oh, I believe. You said it is done. You said you said it. I believe I believe. You said you said I believe. You said who be the unbreakable God, we believe. God, we believe for it from the impossible. We'll see a miracle. God, we believe. God, we will live forever. Can we clap our hands to Jesus once again? Anybody here got a confidence in the Lord? Anybody here got a confidence in his word and in his promises? Hallelujah. Let's do that resounding across this sanctuary one more time. We love you, Jesus. Hallelujah. To the Lamb of God, we give you praise today. Holy Father. Somebody shout Jesus. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Amen. Amen. And thank you, choir, musicians, for leading us today in such an anointed way. And not only talented, but but anointed. And we thank God for you. Thank God for his presence that's here. Amen. Thank God for you being here today. Amen. Amen. It makes God happy to see people in his house. And so God's going to bless you for being here. Amen. Look at your neighbor and tell them it's good to see you today. It's so good to see you. If you're here today and you've never been filled with the spirit of the Lord, which is the baptism of the Holy Ghost, this is a great day to allow Jesus to fill you with his spirit. How many believe God wants to fill somebody with the baptism of his spirit today? The Holy Ghost. If you've never asked Jesus to forgive you of your sins, all you got to do is ask. All you got to do is ask. He doesn't send you on a six-month probation. If you do it sincerely, he will forgive you of your sins. Amen. It's not about the length of that prayer. It's about the sincerity of that prayer. And if you pray it sincerely, he will forgive you of your sins. If you've never been baptized in water for the remission, the removing, the washing away of your sins, that's available today. This church is ready and waiting on you. God is waiting on you, and that's available to every individual here. God wants to remove and wash away your sins. There's people ready to baptize you today. They've got everything you need. All you got to have is a desire. And if you want it, it can happen in the name of Jesus. Great things are on the table today. Hallelujah. Hallelujah.
I am turning to the book of Matthew, chapter 9 and verse 27. Matthew 9 and 27. Again, I honor the leadership of this church. Um, it's always a joy to be here, and we thank you so much. Pastor Stroble had a birthday this week, if you wasn't aware of that, and turned 29, I heard. So, what a great thing. He's climbing the ladder. Amen. So, we wish him a happy birthday. And all the veterans, uh, we wish you, um, blessing and favor upon your life on this day and weekend that's, uh, spotlighted to you. And our pastor, a veteran, we honor him. Amen. Appreciate his service. And amen. Matthew 9 and 27, the Bible says, "And when Jesus departed thence, two blind men followed him, crying and saying, Thou son of David, have mercy on us." And when he was come to the house, the blind men came to him. And Jesus saith unto them, "Believe ye that I am able to do this?" And they said unto him, "Yea, Lord." Everybody say, "Yes, Lord." Yes, Lord. That's a good answer. It's always a good answer. And he touched their eyes, saying, "According to your faith, be it unto you." And their eyes were opened. Jesus straightly charged them, saying, "See that no man know it." I want to bring your attention in these verses to the point that Jesus asked these two blind men a simple question, "Believe ye that I am able to do this?" And a simple question needs a simple answer. And they said unto him, "Yea, Lord," or "Yes, Lord." So, my comments here will be brief. My intention is not to hold you long. If anything else happens, take it up with God. But my intention is not to hold you long, but I want to talk to you for just a few minutes on this subject: Yes, faith in a no situation. Yes, faith in a no situation. Let's ask God to help us here. Jesus, thank you for your mercy today. Thank you for your grace. Thank you for your anointing that's here. Thank you for the hunger, the desire. God, thank you for your love and compassion that is resident in this place today. We honor you. We thank you. We worship you. Have your way today. Let us leave permanently changed by the power of the Holy Ghost. And we give you thanks for it, God. And everybody said, in Jesus' name. And you may be seated.
Anybody ever heard the term "yes men"? Well, if you're married, you need to get familiar with it because that's what you need to be. You need to be a yes man. That term is based upon people that seem to have great loyalty, confidence to someone else, that they're not going to challenge anything, but they are always going to be behind them, in their corner, and whatever they do, they're going to be right with them, saying yes. If you were a yes man and pastor got up Sunday and said, "I think we ought to paint these walls pink. Let's put black and white checkerboard in the carpet squares." And if you were a real yes man, you might shake your head and scratch your head a little bit and you'd say, "I don't really know what he's got up his sleeve. But, you know, I don't understand it, but my confidence in him overrides my lack of understanding. So, I'm going to say, I was thinking the same thing the other day. We ought to do something like that." That's a yes man. And that's an extreme example. That's not going to happen. But that's a that's an extreme example that when somebody says yes and you're a yes individual, and we say yes man, that's not just to the male gender, but just in general, that that means, you know, I may not get it all. I may not understand it all. It may not even all make sense to me. But the reason I'm going to say yes to this is because my confidence and my trust and my faith in him supersedes and overrides any lack of understanding or disagreement that I may have with what's asked of me. So my response is yes. When it comes to God, when it comes to Jesus Christ, our response to the Lord should always be yes. Somebody shout yes. Yes. When I don't understand it, I don't have to be able to understand it before I say yes to it. My confidence in him, my trust in him, and my faith in him should override everything that I don't understand about the process. And so my response to God should always be yes, Lord. When he tells us to march around walls once a day for seven days, and on the seventh day, seven times around, I don't need him to make it make sense. My response needs to be yes, Lord. When he says, you know, you got this leprosy and you need to go dip in this muddy Jordan River seven times, I need to respond to the Lord and say, "My response to you is yes, Lord." Amen. When he makes mud and he puts that mud in my eyes and he says, "Go wash in the pool of Siloam and you'll come seeing." I don't need him to break it down to me because I've got confidence in him and I've got trust in him and I've got faith in him. So my response to God is always going to be yes, Lord. Amen. God don't have to make it all make sense to us. Uh, but if he's asking us to do it, uh, you can make up in your mind and you can guarantee, uh, that it's going to be the best option for you. And my response to the Lord is yes, Lord. Oh, let's just pause here and clap our hands to the Lord one more time. And as you're clapping your hands, could somebody lift up your voice with a resounding, uh, yes, Lord? Yes, Lord. Hallelujah.
The text that I read to you, the Bible tells us that Jesus departed. And the Bible says, "And two blind men followed him, crying and saying, 'Thou son of David, have mercy upon us.'" In this same chapter, he had healed a man that was lame on his stretcher and he had told him, "Rise up, take up your bed and walk." In this same chapter, a man, a ruler, but we know him as Jairus, came to the Lord and said, "My daughter is dead, but I need you to come to my house so you can raise my daughter back up and she can live again." In this same chapter, on the way to that house, a woman that had a disease of an issue of blood for 12 years pressed through the crowd, and the Bible said she touched the hem of his garment. And as she made contact with the hem of his garment, virtue flowed out of the body of Jesus Christ into this sick woman. And instantly she was made whole of that sickness that she had. When he finally arrived at the ruler's house, Jesus went in when everybody else is saying, "She's dead. Don't trouble the Master anymore. You don't have to worry him with this issue. She's done crossed the threshold. There is no hope for her. She is dead." But Jesus walks into that same house to that same problem and said, "I say unto you, she is not dead, but she is asleep." And he raised that girl up and gave her life and presented her again to the people. This is the chapter that these two blind men are following after. A man that has lame that has been healed. A woman that was dead was brought back to life. A lady that had an issue of blood 12 years and was made whole. And two blind men are hearing this story and they get up and say, "I know we're blind, but we're going to follow that man. Uh, we're going to follow Jesus Christ. Uh, we may bump into walls, corners. Uh, we may get tripped up because we're blind, but it's going to be worth it. We're going to do what we need to do to follow Jesus." Somebody shout Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Can you imagine this? The Bible tells us two blind men followed him. They wouldn't led, but two blind men followed him. They wouldn't brought, two blind men followed him. Can you imagine what those two blind men had to go through to get to Jesus? How they had to endure things and and and deal with things and get tripped up and bumps and bruises and what all they had to get past? But they had made up their mind. This is a man that can heal disease. This is a man that can raise the dead. This is a man that can solve problems. I don't care what I got to get through to get to him. He's the one that can answer this question. He's the one, uh, that can make me whole again. Can I tell you here today, I don't know what you had to go through to get here on this Sunday morning, but now that you're here, don't miss this opportunity. I didn't come this far. I didn't go through this much to say God can't do it. God can't heal. God can't deliver. If I'm here, I'm going to say yes, Lord. Yes, Lord. Yes, Lord. Somebody shout Hallelujah. Hallelujah.
When they came to the house, these blind men, Jesus asked them this question. He said, "Do you believe that I am able to do this?" And I like what the Bible said and the scripture said, "And they answered and said unto him, Yea, Lord, or Yes, Lord." There was no conflict in their answer. There was no division in their answer. One answered for the other, and the other answered for the one. And they spoke together and they spoke in unison. And you couldn't tell their answers apart. And they answered and said unto him, "Yes, Lord." When it comes to this service today, that's the attitude that we all must have. That from this pulpit to the back door, to get what we need from the Lord, there has got to be a resounding yes to Jesus Christ. We do not need conflict and answers. There needs to be a yes from every teenager. A yes from every child. A yes from every mom and dad. A yes from the discouraged heart. A yes from the down and out. A yes from those that are in prison. A yes from those that are in bondage. A yes from every senior citizen. Everybody here needs to rise with the same answer and said, if you're looking for us, and what our response, our response is yes, Lord. I don't need somebody on my right saying, "Well, maybe." And somebody on my left saying, "Well, it's possible." And somebody behind me saying, "I don't know." And somebody in front of me saying, "I'm not sure." I need everywhere I look, I need to hear a yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. Because yes is contagious. When everybody else is saying yes, I'm going to get right in the middle and I'm going to say, "Well, if they're saying yes, I'm going to say yes. I'm going to say yes to God. I'm going to say yes to the Spirit. I'm going to say yes to the hand of God." Thank you, Jesus. Do you believe that I am able to do this? And they answered and said, "It's good when you find good company that's going in the direction you need to go and believing in what you believe in. I like to be around people that say, 'Can God do it?'" "Yeah, he can do it." "Can God heal?" "Yes, he can heal." "Can God deliver me?" "Can God heal my body?" "Can God break my chains?" Yes. "Well, the doctor couldn't do it, but can God do it?" "I couldn't do it, but can God do it?" "My family tree couldn't stop it, but can God stop it?" "I don't have the key to unlock the lock, but can God set me free?" Everybody in this house needs to have a resounding yes, because there's people that walk into this building and they're wondering, "Can my chains break? Can God forgive me? Can God fill me with the Holy Ghost?" And this has got to be a household that says, "Yes, God can save you. Yes, God can deliver you. Yes, God can heal you." Hallelujah.
The Bible tells us in Luke chapter 5 that it came to pass on a certain day that as Jesus was teaching, the Bible said there were Pharisees and doctors of law sitting by, which would come out of every town of Galilee, Judea, and Jerusalem. And the Bible said the power of the Lord was present to heal them. So you got a house that's full of people. In that house was the religious elite, and they had filled that house. And the Bible says this critical statement: "And the power of the Lord was present to heal them." But you'll never read where any of them were healed. Was it because God wasn't there to do it? No. The Bible said the power of the Lord was present to heal them. Who were them? The only them in the house was Pharisees and doctors of law. But none of them were ever healed. I mean, they were all in the house and the Lord was present, but he didn't have permission. It's possible for God to be present but not permitted to do what he wants to do. When God is present, there still needs to be a yes to God to give him permission to do what he wants to do in our hearts and in our lives. I can't give God permission for you, and you can't give God permission for me. But when the Lord and his presence and his power and his glory is here, I want to make sure that I give God a resounding yes to my heart and a yes to my life. He was there. He was present, but he wasn't permitted. And the scripture says, and I'm hastening here, the Bible said men, men brought in a bed that was taken with a man with the palsy. That means there was a man on a stretcher bed that he couldn't walk. But men took that bed up and brought that man on that bed to where Jesus was. And the Bible said, "And they sought means to bring him in and to lay him before him, before Jesus." They sought means. Everybody say means. That means they tried different ways to get Jesus in that house. That means they come to the front door. One gospel says they couldn't even get to the door because there were so many people in that house. So they come to the front door. These men got this stretcher bed and they come to the front door, and everybody at the front door said, "No, you can't get in here." No. But the Bible said they tried means. So that tells me they tried more than one avenue. So, let's just use our imagination here. Somebody say, "Well, there's a back door." Well, they go to the back door because they're trying different means to get in the house. And they go to the back door and they look at the back door, and there's people crowded around the back door, and they say, "You ain't getting in this back door." No, sir. You ain't getting back here. But the Bible said they tried different means to get in this house. So, that means there's plural of ways that they tried. So, somebody said, "Well, there's a window on the left side or the right side over here." So, they go to the right side of the house. So maybe we can slip this bed in through the window. And they get over there, and there's people sitting on the window ledge, and they said, "You ain't getting in this way." No, sir. It ain't coming this way. But when you got men that have a yes in their faith, they're not going to settle for a no. No, no, no, no, no. I don't care how many no's you have come up against. If you got a yes in your faith, it can conquer any no that the enemy has thrown in your direction. I'm not going to be a whole lot longer here today, but I do feel like I'm preaching to somebody that you have walked into this building on a Sunday morning and everywhere you've looked, it's been a no. No, you can't get over it. No, you can't get past it. No, you can't get through it. No, you can't be healed. No, you can't get over this depression. No, you can't break this chain. No, you can't get past this problem. But if you come in here with a yes in your faith, I don't care what kind of no situation you got. A yes faith can conquer any no situation. Come on. The front door says no, but there's a yes in my heart. The back door says no, but there's a yes in my heart. Every other avenue says no, but there's a yes in my faith. Come on. Anybody got a yes in your spirit today? I don't care what the world says. I say yes to God. I don't care what the devil says. I say yes to God. Can God put my family back together? Can God heal my body? Can God forgive my sin? Can God break my chain? I don't care what your no situation looks like. Get a yes in your faith. Get a yes in your faith.
They tried different means. Everything's saying no, but they had a yes inside. Sickness says no, I ain't leaving. But my faith says yes, you are. Depression said I ain't going nowhere. But my faith says yes, you are. Addiction says I'm here to stay, but my faith says it's temporary. I'm evicting you today in the name of Jesus Christ. Anybody feel that spiritual nerve right there? In the name of Jesus, you need to put your problem on eviction notice and tell it, "You're not here to stay. You're not here to stay." I got a yes in my spirit. I got a yes in my spirit. I got a yes in my spirit. Come on, somebody shout yes. Brother Cheryl, everywhere I look, I'm getting no. I'm getting no. I'm getting no. I feel like I'm at a dead end. Brother Cheryl, let me tell you, there ain't no dead ends with God. There's dead ends with man, but there is no dead end with God. Let me say it like this: When you come to your dead end, you've just pulled up in God's driveway. When you say it can't be done, and the devil saying it can't be done, and your family history is saying it can't be done, and generational curse is saying it can't be done, and addiction saying it can't be done, you need to knock on God's door and say, "What do you say, Lord? What do you say? Because I'm here with a yes. I'm here with a yes." Anybody got a yes in this house? Anybody got a yes in your faith? Hey, the Bible said men, everybody say men. Men brought in a bed. A man that was taken with a palsy. That man couldn't get there by himself on that stretcher, but he needed some yes men around him that said, "You can't get there, but I'm going to surround you with a yes." You need to make sure the people you're surrounded with are yes people when it comes to God. Don't surround yourself with people that say, "No, you ain't going to make it. No, God can't heal. No, your mama didn't get through it. Your grandpa didn't get through it. Your uncle didn't get through it. You ain't going to get through it." You need to put people around you that said, "You may not can get there, but we're going in that direction because we're yes people, and we believe God can do it. We believe God is able." I'm not saying this just to fill time, but I want you to turn around to two or three people and I want you to tell them, "Yes, God can. Yes, God can. Yes, God can." And if you're around somebody that says, "No, God can't," you need to find you other seats till you find somebody that says, "Yes, God can. Yes, God can." If your role is saying, "No, God can't," you need to find you a different role that says, "Yes, God can. Yes, God can. Yes, God can." Come on, let's praise him together. Somebody get around somebody that says, "Yes, God can break your chains. Yes, God can turn your life around. Yes, God can ease your troubled mind. Yes, God can bring peace to your storm. Yes, God can."
I know the world we're living in. This world's a negative world. This world doesn't bring you a lot of positivity. It's a world that thrives on negativity, division. "It can't be done," stranglehold, opposition. That's what the spirit of this world thrives on. That's why it's so important you get around people. This is when it comes to God: Yes, God can. Yes, God can. The devil likes to get people in a position where, and I'm closing with this, everything that's offered to you is something you don't want. You ever been there? I mean, you got a choice, but all the options, none of them are really the one you want. You know what that's called? That's called a dilemma. That's the definition of a dilemma. When you got to make a choice and none of the options are favorable. That's a dilemma. And the devil and the world like to get people in a dilemma. That's right. He wants to get you. Make a circle around this guy here. Make a circle around you. Just surround him. He wants to get you in a place where you got a bunch of options, but none of them are the one you want. Well, I could choose this, but that don't feel good. I could go this way, but that really ain't favorable. I could choose this, but that really ain't what I'm looking for. I could choose this, but I don't feel like that's what I need. I could choose this, but I really don't want that. Is there an option that's better than what the devil is offering? Is there an option better than what the world is offering? The Bible talks about a man named Legion. Hang with me there. A man named Legion, when Jesus came to the come to the shores of Gerasa, he sailed across the sea and he stepped out of the boat onto the banks of Gerasa. And the Bible said, "And immediately there met him a man, a man that had been living in the tombs and in the mountains. Both of those places are hard places to live." Amen. And the Bible said he had chains and fetters. Both of those things are hard to deal with. And the Bible said, "And he cried and he cut himself." Both of those things are pain. It doesn't matter if you want to mountains, chains or fetters or crying and cutting. This is all you got to pick from. Which one do you want today? You want to go to the tomb or the mountain? You want the chain or fetter? You want the crying or cutting? And oh, Legion has said, "Is there another option? Is there another option? Is there another option?" But I want to tell somebody, if you put a yes in your faith, there's a God that can fix your dilemma. There's a God that can fix your problem. There's a God that can give you another option. When the doctor says there ain't another option, Jesus said, "I can fix that dilemma. There's another option. It's called an old rugged cross. It's called the blood of the Lamb. It's called the name of Jesus Christ." Somebody shout yes. The Bible said, "For all the promises of God, in him are yes and amen, unto the glory of God by us." All the promises of God, they're not maybe. They're not, well, I don't know. They're not, well, I'm not sure. They're not what is possible. All the promises of God are fulfilled in Jesus Christ. The Bible says with a resounding, uh, yes, Jesus is here to shout yes. Yes. Yes. The devil says, "No, you can't go that way. You can't do that. There ain't no way out. You got to live with this. You got to deal with this." Here's here's a good term somebody's probably heard before, and the devil will tell you this: "Pick your poison." You ever heard that? Really? That's why I got picked. I may got options, but you telling me they're all poison. And I just got to pick poison to say, do I want poison A or poison B? Poison C. H. Which poison looks best? That's what the devil wants to get you where you feel like nothing's on the table. Nothing's available. No. No. At the front door, no at the back door, no at the window, no on the side. No. No. Everywhere there's a no. When the devil tries to make you think you got to pick your poison, you need to tell the devil, "I decline." Because in a no situation, I got a yes in my heart. You know what I think I'll do today? Instead of picking my poison, I think I'll pick a promise. I think that's what I'll pick, a promise. Instead of picking, I'm not going to make it. Instead of picking, I'm not going to be healed. Instead of picking, I'm going to die. Instead of picking, I'm going to live in bondage. I think I'll pick a promise out of the book. I think I'll pick a promise out of the word of God that says, "I am the Lord that healeth thee. I am the Lord that healeth thee." I think I'll pick a promise. I think I'll pick a promise that says, "The promise is unto you and your children and to those that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call." I'm not going to pick poison. I'm going to pick the promise of the Holy Ghost. I'm going to pick the promise of deliverance. I'm going to pick the promise of healing. There's a yes in my no situation. Can we lift up our hands and our voices to God here today? Hallelujah. Thank you, Jesus. Come on. We're I'm done preaching. Let's do that right here. Let's pause right here. Lift your hands right where you're standing. In the name of Jesus. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. If you're here today and you can feel the pulse of what I'm preaching and the enemy has got you in a corner.
Trying to make you think there's no good option available, you're going to have to pick your poison. You're going to have to pick something that's undesirable. BUT YOU FEEL SOMETHING RESOUNDING IN YOUR HEART THAT SAYS, "BUT MY GOD SAYS YES." MY GOD SAYS YES. MY GOD SAYS YES. THE WORLD IS SAYING NO. THE DEVIL IS SAYING NO. THE PROBLEM IS SAYING NO. BUT MY GOD SAYS YES. MY GOD SAYS YES. COME ON.
ANYBODY WANT TO GET RID OF YOUR POISON AND GET A HOLD OF A PROMISE? GET A HOLD OF A PROMISE. GET A HOLD OF A PROMISE. You don't have TO LIVE IN FEAR. YOU DON'T HAVE TO LIVE IN ANXIETY. YOU DON'T HAVE TO LIVE IN BONDAGE. YOU DON'T HAVE TO LIVE IN ADDICTION. YOU CAN LIVE FREE. YOU CAN LIVE WHOLE. YOU CAN live delivered. LET THERE BE A YES. LET THERE BE A YES IN your spirit. Come on. Everybody's already coming. But if you got a yes in your heart, come on. I want you to slip out of your seat. Come on down to this front. Come on down to this altar. You're not coming to the preacher. YOU'RE COMING TO JESUS. YOU'RE COMING TO THE KING OF HEAVEN. YOU'RE COMING TO THE GOD OF GLORY. Come on down WITH THAT YES. COME ON DOWN WITH THAT YES. COME ON DOWN WITH THAT YES. HALLELUJAH.
Come on. As you're coming, turn and look at somebody and say, "God's got a yes for you." Come on, tell them God's got a yes for you. God's got a yes for you. God's got a yes for you. Hallelujah. Can God break my chains? >> CAN GOD HEAL MY BODY? >> CAN GOD DELIVER ME FROM GENERATIONAL CURSE? CAN GOD BREAK THE CHAIN OF ADDICTION IN MY LIFE? >> CAN GOD REBUKE ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION? >> CAN GOD FORGIVE MY SINS? >> THIS IS A HOUSE FULL OF YES. [screaming] >> FULL OF YES. >> Come on. We're still waiting on you. We're not going to rush through. We want everybody here. You got a problem. You got a dilemma. You got something you want God to fix. Bring your yes down to God. Well, I don't understand it. You ain't got to understand it. Just be a yes person. Well, I don't know how he's going to do it. You ain't got to understand how he's going to do it. You just come on down and say, "Lord, I'm a yes man when it comes to you. I believe you can do this. I believe you can do this. I believe that you're able to do this. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Come on. Bring a family member. Bring a friend down. If you don't want to come alone, we want to make sure everybody that desires to come has plenty of opportunity. Bring your yes down to God. Bring your yes to Jesus. You can be confused, but bring your yes. BRING YOUR YES TO GOD.
If you've never asked Jesus to forgive you of your sins, that's where you start. Take a few moments and sincerely pray and say, "Jesus, I want you to forgive me of my sins." After you've asked Jesus to forgive you your sins, I know I'm taking a moment here, but I believe there's people that are going to want to get baptized today. If you want to be baptized in the name of Jesus, and your heart says yes. I know I got a lot of things in my past that I'm not happy about, but my soul says yes to that. If you want to be baptized in Jesus name, somebody stand on this platform where they can know where to come to. Who who who's can we look to that? If you want to get baptized, that's it. >> Yeah. If you want to be baptized, come see Come see this brother right here. If you want to be baptized, come see this brother. If you want to be baptized. Amen. And I'm sure there's a lady. Is there a lady over here that will come and stand here that if you want to be baptized, you could come see a sister? This is it. This is it. If you want to be a baptized and you're a lady, she will take care of you. They got robes, towels, everything you need. The water's warm. You don't have to do anything. Just have a desire right here that says, "Yes, you come see my sister." And if you're a brother, you come see my brother. We're We're ready for that. We're ready for that.
If you're here today and you've never been filled with the gift of the Holy Ghost, which is the spirit of God inside of you. You don't have to be perfect. You ain't got to have all the answers to every question of life. Oh, you got to has a yes in your spirit that says, "Yes, I'm open to that. Yes, I want the Holy Ghost. Yes, I need that." If you've come to this front and you got another problem such as sickness or disease or anxiety or fear or spirits of depression that you're battling and you believe God can set you free from that. I don't care if your aunt had it. I don't care if your grandma had it. I don't care how long it's run in your family tree, but you're ready to evict that and you to live in victory AND YOU TO LIVE IN FREEDOM. YOU'RE HERE WITH A YES. YOU'RE HERE WITH A YES. Somebody shout yes. Nobody's here to make you feel uncomfortable or embarrass you, but this church is a church of love and compassion. And we do want to love on you and wrap our arms around you and pray with you. So don't be offended when we do that. We're just showing our compassion and our love towards you. So if you need God to move in any of those ways when we pray, we're going to lift our hands to God. There's going to be people slip their arm around you and pray with you. Just let them pray with you. They're helping you. They want to assist you.
I want you to lift your hands with me right now across this sanctuary. If you need healing, we're going to pray for that. If you need deliverance, we're going to pray. If you need the Holy Ghost, when you begin to praise God and say, "Hallelujah." YES, LORD. HALLELUJAH. YES, LORD. Praise is an avenue that opens the door. IT GIVES GOD A YES FOR THE SPIRIT OF GOD TO come in. And the Bible said, "Out of your INNERMOST BEING SHALL FLOW RIVERS of living water." And when that river begins to flow, say yes to it. Say yes to it. Let it come out. You'll begin to speak in other tongues as the spirit gives the utterance. Say yes to that. Say yes to that. You feel the hand of God touch you. Say yes. THERE IT IS ALREADY. THERE IT IS ALREADY. SAY YES TO THAT. SAY YES TO THAT. Come on now. LET'S LIFT UP OUR voices to God. Devil, you're a liar. We come against every spirit of no, every spirit of unbelief, every spirit of doubt. We cast it down. We rebuke it. WE CAST IT DOWN. WE SAY YES to healing. WE SAY YES UH TO DELIVERANCE. We say YES TO THE HOLY GHOST IN my no situation. We say yes. We say yes. Be filled with the Holy Ghost. Be filled with the Holy Ghost. >> That's it. That's it. That's it. Yes. [music] Yes to the Lord. >> I got a yes. >> I got a yes. >> My soul says yes to the Lord. He's a [music] great king. He's doing great things. My soul says yes. Yes. Yes [music] to the Lord.
