Foreign. [Music] [Music] And welcome to class. And thank you so much for sitting with us with your undivided attention. And today's class is about opening a little bit of understanding of what the soul is, because so much misinformation can mislead the actual understanding of your journey.

So, what is soul? Soul, basically, is energy. It's the energy of creation that is no good or no bad. It's just what it is. It's energy that is in constant fluctuation, and through the process of, um, different vibrations, it takes form. Now, but before it takes form, follow me on this one. Imagine that you have the energy, and this energy has data. And this data is anything that you have collected during your physical forms through time. You are gathering that information in the form of memories and in the form of impressions. It goes through your senses, it impresses your brain, and it becomes part of your memory system, your resources, your experiences. And that gives birth to your belief systems, right? If you have certain memories of a certain type, you are molding your experiences and your, um, information accordingly.

Now, since the soul is really gathering all these memories, we need to see memories from two points of view. And this is very important. One are memories that you actually have lived and you learned, and they are embedded in the body. The body being a different kind of frequency or vibration, more dense, but it is in the body. So it could be pleasant, it could be unpleasant. And you also have the memories that you have perceived through perception. So let's say I can see, um, poverty or violence or, um, something very unpleasant. And this becomes part of my memory, but it's not necessarily deep-rooted in myself, in my body. It's just simply, I have learned that this is violence, and I will avoid that. And how I can learn through the experience of others. This is important because, you know, many races they learn through our experiences. And they are, if we don't own our own experiences, either in the flesh or how you have perceived different things, you are not honoring the resources of your soul.

The second thing is the soul. If you can imagine that it's, it's just like a, a energy or a particle of the whole. Meaning that at the level of the memory, it also has embedded everything that is in creation, absolutely everything. Holographically, the soul mirrors that back, and it has availability to any information in creation. We don't use that because we are trapped into the, um, the ego sense or the mind or our belief system. But really, there is an incredible availability of information, not only through the experience, but also what is new. So that's why that sometimes the fear of change is totally irrelevant. It means you don't have enough information to make sense for you. The expansion that this soul needs.

Now, the third thing I want to mention is that the soul's joy is to explore. We are explorers. And in the moment we decide not to explore, the soul doesn't have the availability of that information either through the expansive self, or it becomes that deep-rooted memories, tensions, the leading force of your life. So soul is really a traveler. Traveler is the one that broadcasts the information to the spirit, and it says, "This is possible. This is your nature. This can be done." And the spirit rejoices in that information and it gives more feedback to the soul. And the soul incarnates in the body. So the body is the one that moves the soul and supplies through the senses the information. It seals it through the action. The soul is the traveler, the one that we want to explore. You want to put in motion all the memories and resources. And the spirit is the pure self. It's the pure light. It's the pure truth. It's the love. It's the wisdom. It's the code of everything in creation that again is broadcasting to the soul, and the soul to the body, and from the body to the soul, and from the soul to the spirit. And that divine flow is harmony. It's balance. It's joy. It's life.

So saying that is super important for you to understand the wishes of the soul. Because if there is any attachment that you have, any density, any importance in the memories that you are identifying with, the soul immediately gives a break and cannot really flow. You cannot really grow. So that's why detachment at the level of the soul is to see what are the subconscious hidden mechanisms that are operating behind the scene of your life. Because sooner or later, even if you are the most enlightened master, it will hit you. You have to let go. So the transmission from spirit to soul to body, it flows. The river flows back and forth. So memories are great, but they can also be too dense, too rooted, too, um, blind because we remember and we are relying our deepest movement, deepest love, deeper wisdom in those memories.

So the soul, if you have studied the structure of being, the soul is composed of four layers. The first layer is the layer that is in the super-aster body. It's the one that gives the ability to burn, give the ability to remove the excess of information. It decodes it, it digests. That's why it's so much related to the naval center. When you're not taking that responsibility, when you are not allowing the soul to burn all these memories, what happens is that you are assessing only your third chakra, and it's about your will, your authority, your command, what is it you want? So you are like a rebel teenager that is only relied on the third chakra and has an impasse through the heart and has an impasse to your creativity.

So, soul's layer, and we have talked about it, is the memories, the different kinds of memories coming through the senses and in the nervous system and so on. The third level of the soul is an incredible support system. It's the guides, it's the librarians, it's the angels, it's the super angels, it's all the beings, the devas that support the synchronicity for that soul to be in the right place, in the right moment, with the people that it needs in order to learn more and to expand. That support system is less and less available right now, not because they just don't want to be with us, but because the memories and the irresponsibility of humanity have increased. So there is less availability to the light, to the sense of guidance, to the sense of support, and we feel unsupported. We feel that we are not really being led to the light. So we are just like in the forest that we don't know exactly what is the path. But that doesn't mean that you don't have the guidance or that you don't have the support. It's simply that you think it's not available.

And the third part of the soul is the deepest ability to disintegrate all the form and to die and to be free from any of the memories, from any of the attachments, from any of the identifications, and to move into a place of the spirit. It's a burning part of the soul's passages, and that is so important because it's very much related to the detachment of identity, the detachment of the memories, the detachment of support that may be obsolete for you. So, am I making sense? I think so. Yeah. Do you want to talk about the deep-rooted memories? How you have experienced, you're a very old soul and a very old master?

Well, um, the deeper ones. They're not you. They're not entirely conscious, of course. But deep in there, there's an agreement that was made or an understanding, you know. And these these agreements seem absolute. They seem like you can't go against them, and you're steered. They steer you in a certain way without you really being aware of it, you know. And of course, it's rooted in, it's an ego. Somewhere there's there's a part of the self which is identifying with that one who is oppressed or whatever. There's always a hook, you know. There's there's always a hook. But to get free, I don't know. Like when you go, when we go into spirit after we die, are we truly free? Yes. I think with these deeper agreements, we take them with us. The impressions they make us come back again into the flesh form, our next life. That's right. Yeah. And, uh, and that's what the process of reincarnation in the same frequency. If we are not able to identify those agreements and that weight of the impressions that the soul carries, it would just simply make matter more and more denser, more and more unavailable of the information of of the memory and the sense of guidance. And you feel alone. You just feel like, and they really rule our life. We think we're free. We think we can do what we want, but really, if if they have a hold over us, but we really have no freedom. That is really one of the passages of the seeker, and it's the purification of the impressions. That's why satna is so important. Because if you have the impression that you're gonna be persecuted, or that, or simply that you have the news that I'm not happy, and I cannot be happy, and I don't deserve happiness, or I am unworthy, whatever is the story, if if that is as an impression in the body, the bro, the body and the perception will be reflecting that over and over.

Yeah, well, yeah. And that goes beyond death. Absolutely. You know, when we, when we shed our body, we're taking all that stuff with us, and we can continue to live. We're thinking we're still alive in a hologram, you know, living the same thing, and we're not even in a body. Yeah. That's how powerful it is. And, and you make a point on it because you only can liberate these impressions when you are in the body. That's why the body is our absolute treasure. Because once you are out of the body, you don't have the actions. You don't have the hands. You don't have the feet. You don't have the word. You're just pure energy. You are just the soul witnessing itself. I'm probably regretting, oh, I was in the body and I missed the opportunity. So any action that you do here consciously, purified your memories, it's that it comes down to that simplicity. That any action I do that is lucid and aware, not engaged in that subconscious impulses, if you bring that into the light, it's gone. Because at the end, it's a matter of choice. It's not a matter of work. Until how I get out of these impressions and so on. Once you are aware, it means are in the light. And once in the light, it's flow. It's life. It's love. The pure witnessing is enough for purifying that.

Now, when it's rooted in the body, you have to work with the body. You have to use the cell, the the the naval center to burn that. That's why the money put a chakra is so can take two ways. Either you are and you owned stubbornness of fighting against the authority and be like, "This is me," or you are the soft, "This is me. You don't need to defend your. This is me." Remember, the manipura chakra is about what you want, and the sense of "I am" is your personal will. And that will can be rigid, um, depending of your impressions, or simply give you the security issue to show up, to expand, to express, and to make that flow from spirit, soul, and body, one current.

So I think you have been fed. And I thank you so much for sitting with us. And I'll see you in our next class. Namaste. Thank you, Matthew. Thank you. I did it so much. You did most of the talking. [Music]
