Not very efficient, it's just a really, really dumb idea. And the reason that it has to be down at that level is because if you said, "Well, okay, electrons, they're not too important, they do that all the time and it doesn't make a difference. We don't have to do that." And, "Okay, the fact that I scratched my head with this hand instead of that hand, not too important. We really don't have to flip a whole universe just for that."
Well now, you have a choice maker. Somebody has to determine where's the threshold and what's important and what's not. You see? Well, we end up with a choice maker someplace. Well, materialism can't have that. There are no choice makers in materialism, so we have to take it all the way down to that electron changing its, you know, because you can't have a choice maker. That's why every single thing that happens has to create a new universe because that's the way materialism is. Every change creates another universe and that is a ridiculous idea.
