Good morning. Morning. How are you? Not too bad, yourself?

Been listening to him since 6:30 this morning. He's not happy about it. He's like, "I'm not doing anything wrong." I was like, "Sir, I agree with you. You're out in the country, but when you start taking off your neighbors, it's called a nuisance." So, that's where I got to go down and do actually lose some. Each town has its own. I told him this. I told the other lady this. I'm going to tell you. We have the same situation in the town of Reading. We had to meet a certain requirement before we could charge him with anything.

What do I got to do? Just keep calling. They can we? So, do I have to call or do you can I document? Calling is no document. Every time you call and say, "Hey," you don't like, "Hey, loud noise." Um, you can say, "Hey, he's already turned it down, but at this date and time, can you just make a number for me?" And that way we, it's a paper trail for us, okay, to go, "Hey, court, this is how many times we've been called for this situation up here."

So, I got to look up, um, I'm not, I'm not one of those guys. I'm going to lie to you. I don't know the town of Hector's that right now. Now I know, like, the town of Reading, it took us a while for the exact same thing. Obviously, the town of Reading is different than the town of Hector. So, I got to see what that is that can fit here. Okay. Um, I, this is the first time I've been involved. I know that's what the trooper said last weekend. So, so I got to do a little bit of research and I told her that I'm going to dig in into as soon as I get back and have service and I can start doing some stuff and I'll call her and I'll let her know and I'll call you. You just called. Did you give your information? Did you give your information? Yep. And I've called in the past several times. I'll call, I'll call both you guys just to let you know what we need.

I did tell them. I was like, "Hey, I get it. You're in the country daytime, but some people don't work days. Some people work from home. Some people work from home, some people work at nights, and they're trying to sleep around." And he doesn't care. He's like, "Well, yeah, there's a few things that was said that I didn't agree with, but I can also see on his end, but I also see more on this end." Like I said, I had to see both sides. Yeah, you're in the country, but I moved to the country so that I didn't have to deal with anybody else's bullshit and I could listen to whatever music I wanted to, but I don't make my neighbors listen. See, that's where, yeah. He has the full capability. The guy across the street, he's got the speakers that'll blow his right out the door. He doesn't do it. He, I once in a while I can hear the bass coming from his house, but his windows are closed up, his doors are closed up. He doesn't do it. You know, he, I have video that I took on, I'm going to say Tuesday of him out on the lawn mower with the music louder than it was today and every other word on it. There was actually one chorus where motherfucker was said probably 12 times in a row and I can hear it clear as day. If I'm on the phone with a client and that shit's coming through my window and you're mowing the grass and he's mowing the grass in front of his house. Well, it's got to be loud on the mower so he can hear it. But he says he's, he says he's deaf. Put in earbuds. I'll buy you a $200 freaking dollar pair of earbuds. I don't want to hear your shit. I just, if it's, it's getting to that point and I got to do some research and so I've been t, I've been videotaping it. Um, cuz I don't want to, I don't want to be the, the Karen that calls every freaking day. Yesterday was the only day I did not hear the music since last Friday. Okay. So, he will have retaliation later on tonight. He'll do it again most likely. Yeah, I know how he is. I have, I was just going through Facebook Messenger last year at this time where we went through the same thing and I have him say because a lot of this has to do with a neighbor next door who lives in New Jersey. He's not even here, but now he's just trying to piss all the rest of us off. The older guy that has a house way out back. Yeah. Um, there's a, there it's the Hatfields and the boys back there with those two. I think Jim's coming up this weekend, so it ought to be a freaking shit show this weekend. Tell Hudson just to stay home and come on over. Um, but where he's saying if Jim wants to call the cops 20 times in a night, I'll give him a reason to call the cops 20 times a night. That's, that's the mentality we're dealing with. So, I just printed all of that message thread off to the best of my ability. I don't know how to screenshot it and print it. So, but it has the date of last year, May 25th, 2024. Um, with that, I'll be honest with you, the courts with criminal court, it's a little different than family court. Criminal court, we have to be able to prove that was actually him sending that because I can put my phone down and my kids pick up because how many times have you seen on, you said social media. I watch people watch Judge Judy all the time. People, people go up there and say, "Oh, hey, I, I like this or I'm divorcing you or whatever and send I made a joke and it was, but it came off of someone's name." So, it's kind of, and the criminal court unless there is very telling signs or someone or he admits to it or whatever. Criminal court is a little harder to get that stuff in. Not saying it can't be you. It can't be like, "Hey, here's this." They're like, "Well, I'm not deleting any of it." No, don't do that. Yeah.

So, hopefully when I go back, I, I find something so I can actually go back to him and say, "Hey, here you go. This is what you can do and this is what you can't do in the town of Hector in the state of New York." And that way make everybody happy. And one you might want to get in contact with is the guy that owns all those apartments, Sephus. Yeah. He just had people move out probably because of the music. Guy's been here for 5 years. So, I'm pretty sure the guy on the end moved out. And if he's trying to show the place to a prospective tenant, yeah. Who's going to want to live here with that going on? So, I don't blame him. There's lots of revenue for Brett. So, like I said, I'm going to go back and do all the, try to find it. It's and if you need his contact information, my husband. Oh, Brent. No, I don't. Okay. My husband does stuff for him. So, I don't know who you are. Sorry. I'm actually surprised I have cell phone service. Um, I'm surprised you do, too. I don't anywhere else. I don't right here. It just started working. Um, so like I said, I'll go back and do some research on. I'm not going to tell you I know because I don't know right now. Um, I feel like telling you the truth is better than, "Oh, hey, we can't do anything." Or, "Hey, we can't do anything then."

So, do I document call? Just call like if it's a to the annoyance like, "Hey, he's doing this. Can you send somebody up here?" Absolutely. Okay. I can never tell. I can't tell you to not call if it's something. Okay. I just, I just don't, you know, like if it's after dark, then obviously I'm going to ask somebody to come out. Yeah. Because it scares the crap out of my dogs. I want to get them out one more time and I don't bring them out front because I don't want them near the road, but I take them out back and it scares. I got one that's so jitterish that, you know. Well, he, he also said he's like, "I don't do it during the weekdays and all this other stuff on the weekends and I'm doing this." I was like, "All right, well, the weekends are going to be very, like you said, very, very fun." And his kids are in school right now. So, no, one of them didn't get on the bus this morning. No. Well, I saw, yeah, I saw second, the second grader did not get on the bus. And then I saw an older lady walk out. I thought she was like in her teens. No, that's his girlfriend way. I don't even know if they're married or not. I was, I was way down the driveway and I saw a woman come out. She looked tinier. So, like younger. Yeah. Um, anyways, I'm going to go down and uh do some research and then hopefully I can print some off and just give it to them. Okay. And if I can't or if I need some more, I'll call both of you guys and hey, this is what this is what's what we can do.

Is it uh 6090 or 6088 that's calling in or is it the other 8222? 607535 8222? That's our house number. Oh, that uh you came. Yeah, yours came in as a 6024. Okay. Um for me to come talk to you. Is it 6088 the other lady that's calling? No. Okay. Is it 6090? I thought that's what the trooper said was 6090. They're, they're new here. That's why this has been, I mean, this has been. They're new. I think they just moved in. They told me that she's been here since the '90s. Oh, she's like, we built this place since the '90s. Live in a cornfield. Now I have to deal with this. I'm surprised it's the first time they're calling in. It hasn't. Because I know they've been here for a while. This has been going on for probably 3 years. I asked her like when did this start? About 3 months ago. So, and the first time I drove by, I stopped out front and either he was changing music or he saw me. I had the windows on. I didn't hear anything. So, I'm like, "Hey, I'll be clear. I don't hear anything." Drove away and they're like, "Hey, can you go back here?" So, I went back up to that address and I got out and I was vibrating my car like, "Okay, yeah, there's something here." Talked to her for a little bit. Yeah. I, I talked, I talked to him. Yeah. I told him I'm like, "I'm not telling you to turn it off. I can't tell you to turn it off." Like, that's this is not North Korea. I can't sit here and say, "Hey, you can't do this." Like, just turn it down. He's like, "What's the level?" I'm like, "When it's being a nuisance to your neighbors, that's where it becomes an issue." Yeah. He's like, "Well, they're going to keep on calling you." I was like, "I can't disagree with that. It's probably going to happen. You've probably ticked them off to the level that they're going to be pretty petty." Yep. He's like, "Well, they did the other day when I was riding my four-wheeler." I was like, "Round midnight." Right? He's like, "Well, 11." I was like, "He doesn't have an exhaust." You see the issue with that? I'm like, I'd be pretty mad at Sunday night at 11:00 you're driving a four-wheeler on and it's waking me up. Yeah. Or backfiring and scaring the crap out of my dogs because they think it's a gunshot. Or that, too. So, and he, he just doesn't get it. He doesn't get it. That's. Well, he forgets that when uh CPS was called in on his kids, we went down and did daily welfare checks because they didn't want to drive all the way out here. We went down four times a day for well over a week. And you know, we let him have visit visitation with the the mom. Go for it. So like he forgets how good we've been to him and now he's pulling this crap. Did something happen recently? Um, to send him over the edge or anything like that. Well, when the neighbors here, that'll set him off. But he's not, he hasn't been here all week. He hasn't been here all week. Oh, okay. So I, and like I said, yesterday was the only day that I didn't hear the music, but I have it. I have it all written down in there on an index card and I'll keep documenting it. Um, my step, my stepdaughter who's a dispatcher for Tomkins, she said just write down when he starts, when he stops, and if it gets too bad because right now, yeah, I can hear. I did tell him it can like you can again, I can't tell him to stop playing music. I can't do that. Um, if it gets to the level where it was, just call us. Yeah. But this right here, I don't think it's, you know, it's for me, it's like I'm going on the harassment and if I start losing revenue because of this because I can't call my clients. And I'll be honest with you, I'm doing taxes for clients that make well over millions of dollars and trying to focus and having the health bomb coming through my my window. Like, I can't open my house up. Yeah. Right now is the perfect time to be doing it. Yeah, like we're finally getting some warm weather. I wanted I wanted to start at like 6:00 this morning. He started the music at literally 6:38 this morning. And I'm like, for real? Like, and he, and I talked last year and and we came to an agreement, not after dark and not before 7 in the morning. And that's what I was going through my Facebook messages for. We had a conversation back there when I was on the lawn mower mulling and he's completely thrown that out the window. By the way, you might want to check the registration on that white car. No, I know. He painted it. It's supposed to be red. Um. Well, right now it's not on the road. So you the white one. It's lifted once it gets right now. Like you can stuck in the Mustang or. No, no, the white one. So right now it's. Oh, he's probably working on it. I know. That's what I'm saying. I can't do anything when it's there. Yeah. Once it gets there, yeah, that's that's where it becomes my my forte. Well, right. Oh, trust without saying stuff, we are very, very well aware of what's going on. Yeah. Are they? And now, so Deputy Heler said this to me back when they, when she called them in, the girlfriend called them in. Um, he said that the house has been foreclosed on. Do you know if that's true? That I don't know. Okay. I know the taxes if uh if we serve paperwork, they have time to go pay for that stuff. You can actually look at, I think it's real property. Like if you go to Scarlet County's real property, it should have everybody's back taxes and everything else like that. I believe it's the real property. There's a website on. I don't think they've paid the mortgage. He told me at one point they were like $9,000 in the hole on the mortgage behind. Like how the hell how does that happen? I got foreclosed on when I was one month behind back back in the day. Well, that's nowadays it's there's so many. It, it's just I just want them gone. I. And we, we watch in the morning to make sure that the kids look healthy because I'm a retired teacher. My husband's a first responder. So, you know, like we, we keep an eye out for the kids because and I've said to Tim before, my first priority is those kids. I don't care what you and Erica do to each other. I don't give a crap. But if those kids are getting involved in it, then I've got an issue. Oh, absolutely. I always tell people, you guys are adults. Kids have no idea. They think this is normal. We're both mandated reporters. So, you know, I see anything going on with the kids. I'm going to I am going to call it in. Absolutely. So, yeah.

I'm not tell I'm not telling you not to. So, so when I call it in for the music, do I say it's a noise complaint or? Yeah. Just say, "Hey, uh, my neighbor's playing loud music. It's, uh, for a noise complaint." Just say, "Hey, I have a noise complaint. My neighbor's playing loud music." Okay. And just to give the address and and I know that we don't have the noise ordinance in this town. It's on Hector Dozen, but once it becomes a nuisance, that's where it becomes a little bit more teeth in the game, but I got, I got to do some digging. Yeah. So, okay. Um, and I know Jay Ike, I could probably reach out to her and ask her if. So, town. Yeah. Town Hector doesn't have it. And he even said, "We don't have a noise ordinance." Like, I understand that, but you can't just go out and be a nuisance. Yeah. Like, that's what you're doing. And I kind of quoted something wrong to him. I said, "Criminal nuisance." I was like, "It's not entirely true." Like, "You're being a nuisance." Let's just put it that way. But let me uh like I said, let me uh Sorry, that's mail. Yeah. Um, let me go do some digging onto that and then I'll uh reach out or you'll see me driving out back to give him some paperwork. Okay. So, I'm all for that. Perfect. I'll be on the lawn mower and see you fly on the wall when that happens. All right. Well, hey, you have a safe day, ma'am. Thank you very much. Thank you. You too. Enjoy the day.
