If you take amlodipine, watch for ankle swelling, flushing, headaches, dizziness, and that heavy leg feeling by evening. If you take lisinopril, watch for a persistent dry cough, dizziness, and any swelling of the lips, tongue, or throat. If you take losartan, watch for dizziness, weakness, illness-related dehydration, and signs that potassium may be drifting too high, such as muscle weakness, cramping, pins and needles, or an irregular heartbeat. With losartan and lisinopril especially, blood tests matter. With all three, consistency matters. And with every single one of them, uh a symptom you can't explain is worth discussing. Do not wait for certainty. You do not need certainty to make a phone call. Uh only a pattern that concerns you.
