All right, I'm going to get ready to introduce you. Morning. Come on in. Good morning. Thank you for all for traveling here. I know it's been crazy weather out there, but man, God is bigger than the weather and the forecaster. He knew that we were going to be here even before we knew we were going to be here. So welcome to Flight Deck Conference. And we're about ready to bring up Craig Miller. He's an amazing friend of mine. Um, I met him in 2012 in Brazil, and God has, um, built an incredible friendship over the years, and we love to help out each other. That's what friendships do is when they see the greatness of God moving in somebody to help empower each other. And so, you know, we, I've been wanting to bring Craig to this area because he understands wholeness to a, a new level, and that, that is key to this next season of all of our lives. Is I really feel like God is looking to want us to go into a deeper place with Him, and we got to be willing to look at our garbage and get rid of it. You know, and it's not about not necessarily going after what is going on in us, but as God bubbles it up, get rid of it. You know, and learn how to keep it away and learn how to build relationships with Him, you know, and, and that is going to be key to us walking out our new season. And I believe that the more we get filled up with God, and the more our garbage gets out, the more we can fill up with Him. And what if we do get to the place where, like Paul and, and the handkerchiefs, you know, or, or Peter in his shadow, you know, we, we have that ability. We have the same God in us. And so right now, I just want to wait a few seconds right there. Okay, no problem. And I forgot the mics anyway. Probably didn't hear anything I said. Okay. All right. All right. God. All right.
So Craig, thank you so much for joining us. And, um, you're retiring, right? Uh, well, kind of, kind of. Well, I'm, how about I'm re, I'm changing. You're changing your path. Yes. Because retiring, right? Exactly. So, uh, I for last, well, I'll, I'll tell the whole part. Let's have a prayer. Yes. Let me pray for you. So, Father God, I just thank, thank you for Craig, God. I ask that You would give him the words that will speak to our hearts. I thank You, Father God, for the Holy Spirit to just flood this place like we've never encountered Your Spirit before. We thank You, Father God, that the attacks that we've experienced this week from the enemy, we thank You that Your glory is going to be greater. That You're going to smash the head of the enemy today, and You're going to see people get set free of lies and torment that the enemy has tried to hold us down from walking in our destiny. So, Father God, I thank You for giving Craig the words that we need to hear to saturate our hearts with such a glory and such a love from You that it dispels all the garbage that has been there for years. Father God, give us the tools and show us how to keep it out, and we thank You, Father God, show us how to help others. So, Father God, right now in Jesus' name, Come Holy Spirit, come, and saturate us in a way we've not experienced You, and let Chambersburg know that You're in town today. In Jesus' name. Amen. Amen. Thank you, Father. Thank you, Lord.
Now, so, um, this is going till what time? This section? This, um, 10:30? Or no, um, 12:30. 12:30. 12:30. Okay. And then I, um, so, and then also, we have many people because this really, this is a time for your school. And we're wanted to do it live so people could see it, right? So there's a number of people that are on, on your live stream, right? Yes. There will be. Yes. Yes. So, and they're, so are they coming on now? Or do you want, what do you want to do? Let me see. We have a couple, one. So this is for her school, and then, uh, as well. So there's many people. Yeah. Then we have a couple of them in here. We have, um, Jewels in the Bag. We have Diamond Kelly and, uh, yeah, and then there's one, one L right now. So what we want to do today, only first of all, please call me Craig. Right. And I, um, I have, uh, tell you a little bit about myself. So I'm actually from Michigan. And I don't know if you know Michigan. So Michigan's like, I live right here in Michigan. So Michigan, they say it's, it's the state is like a, a palm, right? So right by bordering to Canada. Wish we have a Canadian here. Yes. Thank you, Jesus. Amen. Yes. So I've been a mental health, in mental health, uh, Christian therapist for 45 years. Wow. Now, wow is right. So I can't believe it myself. Now, I know I don't look it, you know, I don't look that old. So I tell people I started when I was two. So I, I owned Masterpiece Counseling. And they mentioned about retiring. So I was in the medical field in hospitals in Detroit at a large 900-foot hospital. And then I became the director of Social Work at a smaller hospital in Tumu, Michigan, whereas where I live now. And in '97, I started, uh, Masterpiece Counseling, which is a Christian mental health. We have 10 therapists now. And I basically gave it over to another therapist last November. So I just, I work there now, but I don't own it. Thank you, Jesus. And so I can just walk in, see clients, and walk out. I don't have to run the place. So, so, but I'll be, uh, getting, I'll be, I'll be retiring from that area, but I'm doing more of this now. So, you know, how when the Lord, when you just seek out to the Lord, He will open other doors for you if you allow that to happen. So that's a little bit about myself. And, and, uh, again, please call me Craig if you have a question because we have a smaller group. Uh, this is good because what we're going to do is not only have time for questions, but also, uh, I want to do some, if we'll demonstration. I don't know if we'll do some morning, but definitely this afternoon, we'll do some demonstration. Uh, but also I'd like to pray for people personally. You know, my, so I'll just take you into my office over there somewhere, and then we'll just, uh, we'll just pray, and we'll just get rid of stuff. All right.
So what I want you to do is, um, uh, I want to recognize that the Lord's got something for you. He's got way more for you than than what you believe you have. And so, um, and I want you to know that God has something greater. The fact that when you seek it, you got the faith. We just want to exercise that faith because as you, because I, I declare Hebrews 11:6 over all of you, and that's God rewards those who seek Him. So just being here and you're seeking, you have that faith, and God is going to reward you with that. And so we praise God for that. So let me tell you a little bit about, um, some of the resources that are over there. Back in, um, back in the '90s, I would see people in my office, and I work with people all over the country, actually. But in my office, I would see a lot of people, people, especially men, but men and women that had difficulty expressing themselves. Uh, they would grow up in homes where they couldn't, couldn't feel, or their parents didn't role model the feeling. And we'll talk a little bit about that. And because of that, uh, they didn't know how to express themselves, or when, you know, they'd be married to somebody and they wouldn't have much expression of emotion, and they wish they could have more, or at least the spouse does, anyway. And so often times what happens is I would then help them learn what they could do different. And so people would say, Craig, why don't you write a book about that? So what I did is I wrote this book, "When Feelings Don't Come Easy." So it's really about how to help a person find their emotion and why do they not have their emotion. And we want to then find to help them get there. Now, what's interesting is, so when you start working for God and doing things for Him, or even with Him, when you start working with Him, He's going to give you more. And the more I worked with this, He has a sense of humor. Then what He did is He started sending then the spouses to me that live with people like this, okay? Then I wrote this book, "When Your Mate's Emotionally Unavailable." Kind of like goes together, right? So what I realize is, is that, um, most people, they want to pray for something to change. Oh, I want this person to change, or their pastor to change, or their boss to change, or their spouse to change, or their child to change. And what I realize is, we don't have a lot of power over them. They really have power over them. And so it's so difficult to change somebody else because I don't have that power to do that. Now, God does. However, how do you do that? Well, I find what happens is when you live in an environment, see, God, because I know that because of who you are, because of what you have, you're, you're an atmosphere changer. So when you walk through a door, you should change that atmosphere of the room you're walking into. But it's what you believe. Do you believe you have that? Can you do that? So what I'm realizing is that I have a lot of people that come to me, men and women, mostly women, that they want to change something. And men too, they want, want to change their boss, or their spouse, or something in their world, and they can't seem to do it. And I realize that it's not about changing that person, it's changing myself. So I change the environment. So when the environment changes, they have to change because you're changing how you are. And most of the time, I feel helpless to what's happening. Well, we need to deal with what the helplessness because apparently you're feeling helpless, and that's not a now issue, that's a childhood issue. Like, what, you got all the power, power in the world, and you're feeling what? Helpless. So we'll talk about that today, this afternoon. So anyway, so that's what this book is about. So I saw a lot of people, uh, there's a book I have, which I guess I didn't pick it up, but it's a small book. It's called "Declaring Your Worth." You want to, can you get me a copy of that? Yeah, the smaller gray book or a tan book. And, uh, I would see a lot of people, uh, over the years about how they feel about themselves because we don't realize that what we receive, thanks, what we receive from our father and mother, and I'll talk about this, develops who we are. Our, our father creates our worth, our mother creates our, our comfort. And so what happens is, I saw a lot of people that have difficulty in their own worth in themselves. And so I wrote this book. It's more of a devotional. It's 16 chapters of, of what somebody came to me, or could be at a grocery store, of what they believed about themselves. And then there's a miracle story with each one of them about the change and about what God can do. So for example, I, and so this is the result of it when they came to me without it. So, I am loved, I am accepted, I can love others, I am worthy, I am, I have inherited a blessing, I am blameless, one of the made for given, victorious, free, significant, confident, purposeful, attractive, have a mind of Christ, hopeful, and a few others. So this is what you can become after you get rid of why you don't have it because you have it all. Problem is, um, I, I'm going to get ahead of myself, but you have it all. We'll talk about why you feel like you don't, and then we need to pray about getting it, okay? And so that's what this book is about. Okay.
So then I, um, started. Okay. So in college, I worked in the kitchen to get some college. And I worked in slop sinks, those really big sinks, and pulling mashed potato pots, these really big pots out of, this is one they used to actually make mashed potatoes from mash from potatoes. So, and so anyway, my in my sophomore year, my back went out because of pull doing this all the time. I went to the ER at a hospital, and it was never the same for 30 years. So I had in and out of back pain throughout those years. So one particular, my wife and I wanted more. Like you, we just, we wanted more. We went to a, we met, I, I went to, uh, we've been to the tal blessing, you know, and, and we just went to all these things, but I just wanted more. So we met a pastor and his wife. He invited us to his church to get some more, just to go because we, we moved to different churches, just to get more, to see God growing. And then when we went there, they said at the end, anybody that needs healing prayer, come up now. I'm used to healing prayer, but they did something that I didn't see the connection. So I had this physical issue because I worked with emotional issues as a counselor for years, right? So they came up to me. So I, I'm up, my that weekend, my back was the worst that it had ever been. And if you ever, you know, it's just so, when I go up there, it was really bad, like I was 100 degrees, 100 years old. So I go there and they said to me, uh, we'd like you to lay on the floor. So, okay. So I was obedient, 'cause I wanted healing. I laid on the floor. They prayed over my leg, did kind of that leg thing, was like lengthening the leg, different for emotional issues. Didn't take long. They said, okay, now get up and do, do some, you couldn't do before. You mean like get up? So, so ever had a back injury? So I'm laying on the floor like this. So, okay. So I go on my side, there's no pain. I got up on my elbow, there's no pain. I said, I'm just going to sit up. I sat up on the floor, and there was no pain. Said, I'm just going to get up and just praise God. I got up, and there was no pain. It was healed. So, so ever since then, now, I will admit though, and so you don't stop doing something just because something changes. So I still exercise. I still take a mile walk a day each morning, you know, that kind of things because if I don't, I do feel that stiffness. Now, it's gone out a few times. I'm going to talk later how to change all that. But what occurred to me was the connection between the spiritual, the emotional, and the physical. Yes. And what you need to recognize that I, I didn't see it then, is that there's a huge overlap connection between those three. Uh, in this book, in one of my books, I talk about the Center for Disease Control. They say now, they just upped the ante. They just upped the statistic last year. They say now, the, the US Center for Disease Control, they say that 92% of physical ailments have a psychological root. Wow. They say that. So that's huge. So 92% now. I see it even more than that because that's what I work out of. So I primarily work with people that have not been healed. Okay. Okay. So that happens. So I go on this trip with Randy Clark. And I go, uh, and, and then I don't know, it wasn't that one, not when I met Trina, but, uh, it was another one. We were in England. And Randy and I were talking, and we were saying how much we love seeing people heal at the conferences, but it's the people that don't get healed that bother us the most. Because, you know, like, why are they healed? I said, Randy, I'll call them, or I'll find out, I'll go after the origin of why, which is what we're going to be talking about. So he said, let's write a book about it. I said, took me two seconds to think of that one. Okay. He said, okay. So this is "Finding Victory When Healing Doesn't Happen." I wrote this with Randy. So amazing man of God, love the guy. He's, he's just, he's just so awesome. So this is about, uh, unforgiveness, uh, demonic issues, you know, uh, personal sin, other things going on. After, and then some emotional issues. Well, what I realized after I wrote this, there's so much more to the soul part, which is the mind, will, and emotions. And so a couple years later, I wrote this one. This is the one that we're primarily going to be talking about, which is "Breaking Emotional Barriers to Healing." All right. So this is really dealing with the soul. So what happens is, and this is what we're going to get into, but you need to realize that if I do everything I'm supposed to do to try to pray for people, and it doesn't get healed, why is that? Well, it's because I'm holding on to something. Because when I received it, it was at an innocent time that I didn't know any better. So I'm going to take it on. And when I take on something of a hurt, or somebody hurts me, typically I don't know what to do with it. So I hold on to it. And then I adapt my life. The earlier I receive it, the more I adapt my life around it. And then when I adapt my life around it, nobody's there to change it. I then continue to live with it. And the longer I live with it, the more it becomes my identity. And then I don't even realize I have it. And that's what we've got to go after, right? 'Cause you can. So that's what this is about. Now, in this book, because of that's the emotional connection to the healing, which is what I experienced, and there's a 460 diagnoses or medical conditions, organs of the body, you know, your eye, your leg, your, your back, and then the emotional connection to that. And so when you can't get healed, you don't know why out of your traditional way of doing it, this is just to add on to what you already do. So this is not, so I don't want you to change how you pray. I just want you to add this to how you're doing. That's why it's so good. So, and I'll teach you how to, what to do on you when you find that the emotional connection, you want to release that. All right. Uh, and then this last book, which my latest one, "How to Pray When Healing Doesn't Happen." People would say, Craig, I want to know more about how to do it. Now, I don't, I don't like methods, but it's a guideline in terms of when this happens and it doesn't happen, do this. If it does happen, do this. It just gives you some ideas. A lot of case examples. Uh, this is the second edition. And so, um, I, so I always recommend people to read, read this book. Now, if you, if you could only buy one book, buy this one. But I recommend you buy them all. And, but anyway, if you need, if you do, I recommend you just buy both of these. All right. If you want more, pray. Also, I have a couple of CDs of speaking like this to churches. One is "Improving Your Emotional Health." It's more about depression, anxiety, ADD, behavior issues. The other one is, uh, talking about this. It's more what I'm talking about now. It's on a CD here. And then if you don't have a CD player, you can buy a, both of these CDs are on a thumb drive, so you can put it in your car, listen to it, or on your, on your computer. All right. So it gives you a little bit, I'm an idea. So, yeah. Thank you. All right.
So, uh, one thing I love to do is I love humor. I love jokes. So, uh, I humor is a, one is a great medicine. And so, uh, I see a lot of couples. And so there was this couple that I saw, actually, I didn't really see them, it's, it's just a joke. But so, so there's this couple where they didn't get along well at all because what they did, they do the silent treatment on each other. So they, if something didn't work out, uh, they would clam up and they wouldn't talk and see how long it would take for the other person till they say something. So there's one time that they weren't talking to each other, and, uh, the man realized he had a, he had a flight the next morning at 6:00 AM. He had to get up, you know, really early, like 4:00. And so, um, he put a note because he didn't want to lose. He put a note on the kitchen table, "Please wake me up at 4:00." I put on the table. So he goes to bed. The next morning, he wakes up at 7:00, totally missed his flight. He was so mad. He was going to get up and give it to his wife. But then he looked over the bed to the bedstand and he saw a little note and said, "Wake up. It's 4:00." That's good. That's so that's how you do it. That's awesome.
All right. So I want to do something. I want to pray over you. And I, I want to also declare this at the same time. So I want to pray. This is Matthew 9:35 and then 10:1 and 7. Let me just pray. In the name of Jesus, Jesus went up about all the towns and villages teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and healing every kind of disease. And when He saw the crowds, He had compassion on them because they were harried and helpless like sheep without a shepherd. And then He said to the disciples, "The harvest is rich, but the workers are few. Pray that the Lord of the harvest will send out workers to gather in the harvest." And Jesus called His 12 disciples and gave them authority to drive out unclean spirits, to heal every kind of disease and weakness. And as you go, proclaim the Kingdom of Heaven is near. Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who are afflicted, and expel demons. In the name of Jesus. Thank You, Father. Trina, will you get me a, a thing of water, please?
So what I want to do is to help you realize that we, if, if you want healing, how many here want are doing healing, want to pursue healing, and just want to heal others and just pray for healing? How many would like, without that? Okay. Good. Everybody would want. So what you need to realize is, thanks so much. So we need to realize is that this, that scripture is for everybody because as healers, we want to see God. We're called. We're called to see God. All right. We're called to see God do that work. And it's really about in our own life, we want to see what God has for us. And by, by stepping out, because really healing and faith is really spelled R-I-S-E. And so there's, um, like, so for example, I was, I don't know, I was in Myers or kind of like in Walmart. This is several years ago. So I'm walking in, and do you know that, um, I love praying at these stores. Walmart's, by the way, the best place to pray for people, right? They have such a diversity there. So I'm, I'm walking in, and then, you know, you get the produce on the left-hand side. So I'm walking into the produce, and I see a woman standing at the, uh, at the produce, I guess, with the oranges or apples. And she has a hand on her head like this, and she has a C-collar or a cervical collar on her neck. And she has a basically, it looks like more like a night robe. And then she has a, her house slippers on, right? Okay. She's an elderly woman. She's probably in her 70s somewhere, okay? Of course, she's not really elderly. All right. She's 110. Okay. Anyway, so my point is that she's holding her head up. So I go over her. So the best way to to pray for people is just comment on what you observe. And you know, people love to talk about themselves. So I said, I noticed you have a collar on. It says, uh, have you been hurting from something? She said, oh yes, I have. Anxiety. I have, um, arthritis really bad in my neck area and my shoulders. And so my, knowing that the emotional connection to arthritis has a lot to do with bitterness and resentment. So obviously there's some injustice going on, and usually there's unforgiveness connected to that. So I said to her, um, can you mind if I, I, I love to pray for people and see what God does, right? So she said, oh yeah, that'd be fine. So I pray for her, and really not what, you know, releasing. She had pain about an eight on a 10 scale. So I said, what do you notice any difference? She said, not really. And then I said, I asked the Lord real quickly. Said, what do I need to pray for? And He said, ask about unforgiveness. So I asked her unforgiveness, and she said, she paused for a moment. She said, my brother. And it was like a really sadness, like a little tear. Which, by the way, one tear can move an emotional mountain, a whole emotional mountain. So when we did that, I prayed for her again, and I was declaring it and releasing it and releasing her of the forgiveness, and thanking You for that forgiveness. She said the pain started going away. And she says, oh, can you pray for my feet now? So I realized that, so God said to me in His, you know, in that little spirit, He says, I want you to bend down and touch her toes and pray over her toes. And then I said to God, you know, I made the proudest department of Walmart. He says, yes, I know. Says, I want you to touch her toes. So I bent down, touched her. Now, now she has these open-toe things. Okay? So I knelt down, I just prayed for her, and I said, thank You, Jesus, for that. And then as I got up, she's looking down. She says, oh my, I can't believe it. And she was looking down, and her, her toes, by the way, she had arthritis in her toes, and her toes are 45 degrees like this, 'cause that's why she was wearing those slippers because she couldn't wear regular shoes. So she said, and I was looking down there as we were watching her toes unraveling right in front of our eyes. Isn't that amazing? So that was so cool. So when we got done, she didn't have to hold her head up anymore. She said she had to hold her head up because of the arthritis and because it was so painful, she had to support her neck. Said, wow. So praise God for that. So my point is that we are God's. So whatever is highlighted, so a lot of times we'll go places. I say, Lord, highlight somebody for me today, or whatever. And then whatever comes to your mind, right? And the good thing about it is, you don't need to do a lot of thinking about it. Just observe what you see going on and just, and ask the person about them, about about that. And a lot of times, if you're not sure what to pray for, you can simply say, "Can I give you an encouragement prayer?" That way, it doesn't have to be specific, but in your spirit, you are praying over something. And now you don't have to worry about whether it's healed or not. That's the biggest issue that people don't know what to do. Well, what if it's not healed? Well, what if it is? I mean, here's one thing you got to recognize. So when you pray for somebody, can you, if they get healed, can you take the glory? Now, if, if they don't get healed, can you take the disappointment? No. It's a win-win situation. Like, you're just a vessel praying for. So let's see what happens, right? Right.
So here's this morning, what we're going to primarily do is we're going to pray. We're going to learn about praying for yourself. This afternoon, and there's, there's a big, um, crossover, very similar. But to this afternoon is about praying for others, and it's the same, really, same basic sort of thing because when you pray for yourself, it's similar how you pray for others. But here's the difference is, what do you feel about yourself in terms of your belief for praying for others? So this is kind of a, a pre-quilt to this afternoon because often times the biggest thing that hinders us from praying for somebody else, or moving forward, or, or going deeper, is my belief that I can even do it, or the belief that I have the ability to do it, or even if there's something going on inside of myself, should I do it? Or am I qualified to do it? Or, or can I, do I have, I have doubts, or I, I question things, or, uh, I have anxiety, I have depression, or I have a physical issue. Am I qualified to pray for someone else? Do I need to be perfect about it? And so here's the issue is, we're all in good company because the disciples did the same thing. I mean, these are 12 that are obviously highlighted, and these are, these are the guys. All right. So I, I did some research and finding out that many, many times the disciples had questions, had doubts, had their own lack of faith. So for example, in John 20:24, Thomas doubted. You know, Doubting Thomas. You know, okay. So they're in the upper room, and they're all together, the doors are locked for protection, right? And then all of a sudden, Jesus appears. I mean, He just appears. It's all, everything's locked up, but Thomas still wanted to see His side and His hands before he believed. Like, well, how did He get there? I mean, it's already miraculous to begin with. So all of a sudden, He shows up. So obviously when he did touch His hands, he believed, right? But think about that. So even they had difficulty believing. Okay, let's go to the next one. Mark, and Mark, in Mark, uh, an 8 area, uh, 6. Mark 6, uh, Jesus, remember they had, uh, the, the loaves and fishes, and 5,000 were healed. 5,000 were fed, right? So over in Mark 8, I thought this was so interesting. In Mark 8, he, Jesus then also fed 4,000. Now 4,000, by the way, they believe were just, they didn't, I don't think that included the children, okay? So, you know, it was a lot more than that. So, but here's interesting. So in Mark 8, say from about 16 down to 20, so the disciples were got in the boat. So after the healing of the 4,000, the second time, they got into a boat to go across the sea. And in the boat, they only had one loaf of bread. So it says in the Bible, it says, and the disciples were discussing back and forth, they had that they had forgotten to take bread, and they only had one loaf for the whole trip. Now, that's probably pretty back and forth. It probably sounds like more like make an argument, all right, as far as I'm concerned. So in verse 17, Mark 8:17, Jesus says to them, "Why are you discussing this fact that you have no bread? Do you not yet comprehend or understand? Do you still have your hearts hardened? Having eyes, do you not see?" This is Jesus saying this. "And having ears, do you not hear? And do you not remember when I broke the five loaves for the five thousand, how many baskets full of broken pieces did you pick up?" The disciples said, probably sheepishly, 12. Okay. And then in 20, verse 20, he says, "After feeding the 4,000, how many large baskets did you then pick up after only having seven?" Think what there was. Seven loaves, seven baskets full. Okay. And then he says in 21, "And, and He was saying to them, do you not yet understand?" So it sounds like he was a little ticked off, I guess, because it's like, after all that you went through, you're, you're discussion over your lack of faith of having only one loaf? Like, just produce it, just make it happen, right? After the scene. All right. So it's the same similar thought process where Jesus can do it, but, but I can't. And so what we have to realize is, when you ask Jesus in your heart, now this is so, write down 1 Corinthians 3:16. 1 Corinthians 3:16. 1 Corinthians 3:16. The Spirit dwells within you. So when you accept Jesus in your heart, you have everything He has. Everything. All His power. And that's in Acts 8:1. And you need to recognize you have all of that. Let me go on.
So in Matthew 14:26 to 33, so Matthew 14:26, so the disciples saw this figure in at night coming walking across the water. Thought it was a ghost. And then Jesus obviously reassured them, no, it's me. And so there was a storm going on at the same time. And then verse 28, 4:28, Jesus responded and said to him, "Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water." And he said, "Come." And Peter got out of the boat and walked on the water and came to Jesus. But seeing the wind, he became frightened, and when he began to sink, he cried out, "Lord, save me!" And immediately Jesus reached up, reached out His hand, took him, and, you know, pulled him into the boat. He said, "You of little faith, why did you doubt?" And then when He brought him into the boat, the wind stopped. Now, you need to realize that Peter was, is just like all of us. I mean, just a normal guy. And, and what happens is, we can have all the faith. That's why I talked to Randy Clark about this, and I call it momentary healing. So when we're at a conference, and all the music's awesome, and we're in, we're in this, this faith build-up, and see people being healed, and all things that are going on, we're in the moment. And I do believe when people are praying on the stage or together with each other, you are healed. I totally believe it. But here's the issue. When we go to these conferences, we're not in our element. We're outside of our element. We're in somebody else's element. And so we do get caught up in the faith, and that's good. You want that. That's why we keep on going. You know, that's why we have conference junkies, okay? Because I want that. But the problem is, is when we go back home to our place, to our, the way we live, we go back to the stress, we go back to how we feel, we go back to the way it was, or the way it is. We believe, and then a lot of times we lose our healing because we'll go back to that, our other element that we're. And that's what we got to change. That's the atmosphere issue that I'm talking about to sense. So I want to teach you how to change that so you're not living in the same atmosphere.
Last one is, um, obviously Luke 22:59. Out of his fear, Peter denied Jesus three times. And so that's a difficult time because he then out of his own fear again. So, and, and even with all of that, Jesus still said, uh, my, you know, the church will be upon you. Well, you know, you will, you will be a great man of God. And that, and it did. Jesus just, or Peter went on to do great things. And Jesus still had all the faith in him because he, he knew that he had the doubt, just like we all do. And so really, I'm just letting you all know that we have to recognize that in spite of all that, if you want perfection, if you expect perfection, or not expected to have personal problems, then all the disciples are disqualified because we all, everybody's got issues. And I really believe from the work that I do, the people that admit they have issues are the ones that are the more, are more mature, and the ones that are going to be healed more. It's the people that don't are the ones that, just like you just roll your eyes, especially you have to have to live with them. Okay.
So, so John 1:16 says that we, we received His fullness. So you need to recognize that when we accept Christ, we receive all that He has, but we have to believe that we have it. So that's what I want to deal with. Um, so God wants to accept us where we are because of who we are. We're not, we don't, yes, we want to continue to change and be obedient to, to, to receive His love, and through that, are changing to recognize more of His power. But the point is, like, why are we not believing it? All right. And I'll tell you why. I'm glad you asked. So what I want to do is I want to go to a little bit of more teaching. So what I'm going to do is we're going to do a little bit of teaching about why we are or feel the way we are. And I'm going to talk again, a little bit about this in the afternoon because it's very similar when we work with other people. But for ourselves, I want you to come out of, I want you to leave here different than when you came in because I want you to recognize what's going on inside of you. Whatever is not of God, I want you to recognize. So for example, here's what I want you to recognize. This, if there's anything in your life that doesn't make sense. Now, first of all, I'm going to ask you a yes or no question. I want, if you could give me a yes or no answer, are you a smart person? Watch my head. That wasn't very good. I wasn't very loud. It wasn't very secure. Okay. Let me ask you again. Right. This is what we need to change. Are you a smart person? Yes. Yes, you are. Right. Whoever said that, then you're the smartest. Okay. But you need to recognize something. Anything not of God, whether it's doubt, not feeling good about yourself, lack of confidence, anxiety, depression, physical issues, anything not of God, because God is, is greater than all that, then that means it was given to you by a person or a circumstance. Bottom line, even if you're born with it, you still were given it. Even if it's a generational issue, it was still given to you. So it makes sense that's how you have to look at it. So when I have a person with infirmity that I'm praying for, I got to recognize whatever is happening at the moment, whatever you're feeling now, that's not who you are. That's what was given to you. Does that make sense? And so you need to recognize that. It's too loud. All right. So I don't want to get too much feedback, right? So what you need to recognize is that is that whatever you have, because you're a smart person, if it doesn't seem to make sense, if it's greater than it should be, if it's overwhelming to you, then recognize that it's not yours to keep. It's, you shouldn't be having it anyway. So let's find out. It's not a matter about what I have now. That's the allopathic way of looking at it. This modern medicine is all about changing your symptom. Your symptom is the result. It's not the origin. I want to find out what's the cause. When you pray for somebody, I don't pray for the now, even though you can, don't, don't stop it. But if it, that doesn't change, then you need to also pray for, I'm praying for where they got it. Where'd you get that? Why are you out that way? All right. We'll talk more about that. So let's talk about how you got that, right? So what I want to do is I have a, I have a, um, hand post. I want to show you. There we go. Okay. Now, yeah, usually I have a PowerPoint, but I weren't able to use it. So I want you to see this. This is like a prayer flow. This is like a pipe. It's a flow. And so you notice that, you notice that on the, on the left side, it says the spirit, right? So the spirit is where God dwells. And of course, that's John 7:38, which is the living water, and that's where the wellness, health, and wellness is. And so when Jesus is in your heart, He's in the spirit. And when you pray, you pray from the spirit through the soul to the body. But all the bad stuff in the mind, will, and emotion goes in your soul. So if you, you have a lot of soul stuff, that's going to block that prayer for several reasons. One is because it just blocks it anyway because it's sin. And two, I am so consumed with my emotion, I can't believe my prayer. Because if you pray and you have a lot of soul stuff, we typically pray out of what we typically pray out of what we see and feel. So a soul prayer in Christ is a soul and body. I'm not healed unless I see it or I feel it. Whereas when I'm free, I pray typically out of my spirit. My spirit prayer is, I'm healed because I believe it. So you understand the difference? And so if I have a lot of, you think about it, people that have a lot of people, I'll be talking more about this this afternoon, but people that have a lot of issues emotionally, it's really more about them. And it's hard to then look outside myself because I have such a need. And that's not, not necessarily a bad thing because I do have a need. But the problem is, it stops you from hearing God. It stops you from feeling God or sensing what He wants because I'm consumed with my emotion because, how could God love me? Because I'm such a bad person. He's not. How could God? And I'll tell you what, okay, I'll go on a limb and I'll say this, is that traditional church doesn't help with this. Because, you know, when you sing these traditional hymns, first of all, I am not a [Music] worm. Okay? And I'm not a wretch. I'm not a sinner. Do I sometimes sin? Yes. But I'm not a sinner. I don't walk into the church as a sinner. I walk in as a saint to to help with the sins that I've done, rather than being first a sinner, otherwise. And what that does is that negates everything that Jesus has done. And it makes His, His dying worthless. Do it make sense? Well, that's how I see it anyway. So what we need to do is when we pray, so when we pray, we open this valve to pray through the soul. And then we open another valve. But the problem is, it won't go through because of the unhealthiness. So I need to then open this valve to let that out. So does that make sense? I just put that right there. All right. So, um, turn down just a little bit. I, so let me, so here's what I want to know. So the stuff in the soul comes really early. And I, I'll talk more about this this afternoon. But think about yourself of what's going on in some myself. Why do I feel the way I do? Why do I act the way I do? Or even the people around me, what stops me from like stepping forward? Um, okay. The biggest, the biggest one I hear is lack of confidence, or, um, I don't feel like I'm worthy to do something. Okay. So here's what you need.
To know, and I'm going to talk more specifically about things. And in fact, that, and I want people to, in a moment, I'm going to ask you to. You don't have to be about yourself, it could be about somebody else, or just a general question like, where does this come from? Okay, so we're going to start with lack of confidence. So let me explain something, the origin of how we believe about ourselves. So first of all, when we're born, we're only born with temperament. Temperament is strong-willed or compliant. That's all we're born with: temperament, strong-willed or compliant.
And then we take that strong-willed or compliant, all right, and we take that into the environment we, we, we grow up in. And by the way, who creates the environment you grow up in? Who makes that environment for you? The people that raise you, parents, caregivers, all right. We don't always, some people don't always have parents to raise you, but whoever raises you, that creates the environment. Now, so you're going to take the strong-willed and compliant into that environment, and depending on how well the ability of the parent to be able to raise you, that creates your personality and your belief. My belief is created out of what I'm given, right? My belief is created out of what I'm given. So if you have positive parents, and they're encouraging and uplifting and loving, you're going to have that. If they are negative parents, and it's a lot of negative and a lot of chaos going on, you're going to have that. Or if they're, or, or if they're not there. Just to let you know, negativity and nothingness, lack are cousins. So, for example, this happens a lot. So hardworking fathers, for example, or mothers or fathers that were not there. So a father that's not there can be just as bad as a father that was there that's negative or or hurtful, because that's how I create my sense of who I am. So as a child, I create who I am by what I receive. So, so as a child, who I am and what I say and what I do is a product of who I am. What people say to that, either "Atta boy, good job," "Atta girl, I love you, I'm proud of you, good job." I'm going, I'm going to take that sense of worth, that must be who I am. If I don't get anything because they're not there, then there's, then there's maybe something wrong with me. Or if it's negative, there's something wrong with me.
So up to about, the most significant is about up to 12 years old, 13 at the most. Could be a little bit more because up to puberty, I don't, my, my sense of knowledge of, of my intellect and using my brain doesn't really start from puberty. In other words, I'm more of an emotional being until puberty, where my mind starts developing. My mind is developing, not that you don't have a mind, it's just I don't start using it in terms of analyzing things. For example, under 12, if a parent came home angry because of work, because they have no conception of, of the larger picture, and it's all about me, that my father is angry, I must have did something wrong. Bottom line, that's what creates our sense of worth or a sense of confidence. I, um, for example, you need to recognize that. So the earlier I am, I talked about this earlier, the, the younger that I am, uh, the, the more vulnerable I am to what somebody says or does. Was just, you know, was pretty normal. So if somebody has something negative, and I don't know the difference, and nobody changes that negative thought process, I'm going to believe that's who I am. So whatever is given to me early on, I take it on, and I adapt myself around it, and, and I start thinking about that, that must be who I am. The longer I live with it, and it's not changed, it becomes who I am, my identity.
Uh, so in sixth grade, I was in a, I was like 10 years old, 11 years old, and then, uh, I was in a class. My, I remember the classroom, I remember where the windows were, where I was sitting. The teacher's name was Mrs. Epstein. I think she was at least 120. They're all old at that time, anyway. So, and so she, we were 30 kids in a class, I'm assuming, and we were just, "Hell, there was something was going on." And she said to us, "You kids will never be anything when you grow up." And I believed her for years, 'cause she was an authority figure. Uh, she knows, right? She knows best. And when she said that, I believed her for years. I had worked myself out of that. And there was other things going on, you know. I, at that time, I moved. My father's a pastor, or was, he's not alive now, but so we moved all the time, and that didn't help because I had no sense of grounding. And so I always had to reinvent myself every place I went, you know. So that didn't help set in terms of sense of stability, in terms of who I was. At least at the time, I didn't recognize that. So, but she created who I was because that was a strong message. And then other things are strong messages. And trying not doing well in school because they kept them changing schools. So what do you do to that, right? I don't know what difference. And my parents didn't work with me about that, they didn't see my struggles. So when you add all that together, it's really difficult. Now, granted, over the years, you know, I have, I have several books out, and I own a company, and, you know, I travel around the world now. So, but you need to recognize it's a slow process of getting that something, but you have to see it first. So anything that you have that's not of God, that doesn't make sense to you, that you don't like, recognize it, it's not yours. It was, that was given to you because, because the Bible says that you're wonderfully made. You're made in God's image, right? You're deserving of good things because of what he did on the cross. So, like, what, why do you feel that way about yourself? Oh yeah, because somebody told you that, or the way they came across.
So one thing you've got to recognize, you don't know who God is when you're born. I don't know if you know that. You don't even know God when you're born. And God knew that. That is why his plan was to give you a mother and a father to give that to you. That's what your F, your father and mother portray different parts of your identity to give you what God wants you to have. Your father primarily gives you the representation of a heavenly father, but it's on earth, right? So what you get from your earthly father is similar to what you're going to believe from your, your Earth, your heavenly father. So what you get from your earthly father, he represents, should represent connecting, talking, communicating, loving, receiving love, giving love, right? So if you don't get that, then you're not going to be able to know how to do it well. You wonder like, why can I talk to God? Why do I feel distant from God? I always ask the person, "Did you have a good relationship with your father?" "No, he was gone a lot." Well, that's how you're going to feel heavenly father. Does that make sense? So if it doesn't make sense to you, because you're smart, then give permission not to make sense. It's not, you can't make sense of nonsense. So what I want to do is, we need to work on how to get rid of that. So, so it starts early, in utero, by the way. So our soul stuff starts early. And I, I want to talk more about this this afternoon, but really early, really. So if your mom was anxious, you're going to be anxious because she gave that to you. That's my point.
So I, I mentioned this last night at a meeting, but this, this one, uh, woman that she was 24 years old, and she was in her mother's womb at eight months. Mom was eight months pregnant with her, and she had a car accident. She was te-boned by somebody on the driver's side. She was in the, the mother was injured, had a lot of anxiety, you know, in the hospital and so on. But the baby survived. This girl, that's now I'm sitting in front of her, she's talking to me, she's 24 years old now. She has had anxiety her whole life. She never knew why. But I said, I asked the Lord to take her back to where she first remembered having anxiety. And that story came up. She was told that by her mom that she had this accident. So I went back to that. I put somebody in her life, I think it was a grandmother, in Jesus, to put there to protect her during that car accident. And when we did that, and she was able, she released the anxiety because she felt safe by a time that she wasn't. And when she did that, the anxiety went away, and she didn't have it anymore. It was going on, I don't know, 10 or 15 minutes. It was done after 24 years of feeling anxiety. So my point to you is, that's what we're going to talk about and teach is that we need to, what was given to you at a certain time, the reason why we still hold on to it is because it was given to an invulnerable time, a time that was overwhelming, and I didn't have anybody to tell me the difference. So we need to then give to you, we need to take away something that was given to you at a time that you didn't, nobody helped you get rid of it. All right, okay.
So let's move by the next place you. So in a childhood, then what happens is, and I'll talk more about it later this afternoon, but we, whatever we receive in childhood, see our external world, our external world, whatever is happening in our world at that time, creates our internal belief of reality. So what if I live, grew up in a chaotic home, a very scary home? Then fear is going to be part of my life. So my external world determines my internal belief of reality. Makes sense, right? So I'll give you an example. So this person had neck, shoulder pain, and upper body back pain. She said she carries a lot of burdens, a lot of responsibilities growing up. She pictured herself as a child of Jesus hugging her as a child, picturing herself in a protective bubble. She pictured Jesus giving her a little love, hugging her, and she said, telling her, "I'm sorry you had to take on all the responsibilities. I'm sorry that you had to feel that way." And I, I asked her, "What would Jesus say?" And she heard her. And I would, I would actually got to a point where I have her see Jesus hugging her during the time that there's a lot of things going on in her, in her childhood growing up, and her parents weren't able to do things for her or take care of the other kids because they were so busy. It's, it's just an FYI. So it's very common. Women, especially women, girls are born nurturers. Boys are not. So what happens is, when you're in a situation, when you grew up in a home where you see a lot of things that need to be nurtured, you will do it. You'll go after that. You'll be the nurturer, even if you, especially if your parents are not, because then you'll take on that responsibility. And that's what she did. And I'll talk more about, but she had pain in her shoulder that was about, about nine to 10 scale. And when it was, after we prayed, and she released that, and she was given permission to not have to carry that around, nobody told her that, and then she was hugged, feeling safe. Now, after that, 80% of the pain left, just by that alone. So there was still a little bit of pain in her neck. And typically, when somebody has a pain in their neck, I always ask them, "Who's the biggest pain in the neck in your life?" And somebody always, they always tell me somebody. She said her brother. Her brother teased her a lot, and she didn't feel protected by her appearance from him. And so I, then we put Jesus and her grandmother in that, protecting her in a way that she never was, and she felt the love, and she's able to release it. Not, she's pregnant, she's protected, she's able to release that feeling from what she received from her brother. And the pain in the neck, and when she released that, she was 100% pain-free. Look, healing happens in layers because trauma happens in layers. It is not a once and done thing. It rarely is. So the good thing is, I to teach you how to do that.
So then we get into adulthood. Adulthood. So when you have a reaction now about an issue, you're overwhelmed by something, or you're afraid of something, unless somebody's got a gun to your head, like, "Why are you afraid?" Well, it's because it reminds me of something else. So if you don't like conflict, then somebody, you got that fear someplace. Because if you have the mind of Christ, and you have all the ability in Christ, like, why are you acting that way? Oh yeah, somebody early in my life acted that way, it made me feel that way. So now, as an adult, adult negative responses is typically unresolved childhood experiences. Can you say that again? Okay, adult negative responses, I'll say, I'll say it slowly. Adult negative responses are typically unresolved childhood experiences. That makes sense. So let's just go find the childhood experience. Let's just get rid of it. I don't want to make this complicated, and I don't want to do therapy. I'm tired of doing therapy. I just want to get, I just do it the Nike way, "Just do it." Just get rid of it, right? Does it make sense? It does make sense, right?
So, um, okay. So a man stated that he had constant anxiety for on his life. And and whenever there was conflict, he had it worse as an adult with fear of conflict, lack, and lack of confidence, and more recently, conflict in his life. Now, he felt anxiety at an 8 to 10 scale. So God, I asked him, "Where did you first feel it?" He said, God took him back to his life 53 years earlier. This man was old. This man was 90, or 59, actually. So he had anxiety for 53 years. So he went back to when he was 3 years old, and he had a kidney operation. And his parents, so he was in the hospital. Can you remember when he was 3 years old in the hospital, hospital for a kidney operation? And back then, it's a very vulnerable time and so on. And for whatever reason, his parents left the room. Now, back then, he was afraid that his parents would never come back. Little kids, for example, they need a lot of reassurance a lot of the time because their minds go crazy with stuff. So he thought his parents would never come back. And so he developed anxiety at that point in time, like something bad would happen, 'cause he was in a, he was in a, it was in a new place, very foreign place, very scary place. You all that stuff. Nobody was really there. Back then, I guess, back then for this gent, you, you didn't spend a lot of time in the hospital. It wasn't the thing that they do now. So what he did is, we went back to that time. He said, somebody, I'm not sure, was like a grandfather, and Jesus came into the room and comforted him. He felt comfortable, was able to give away the anxiety from that moment. And that moment on, the anxiety left. He didn't happen anymore. Yeah. So he was able to give away something that he was given. All right.
So we need to realize that, uh, uh, what we, so what we have, we will receive that anxiety and we'll do something with it. Okay. So let's go back to confidence, lack of confidence. Uh, so my confidence comes out of what I'm given or what I live in. And so if, if you don't have the confidence, it's because someone didn't create that confidence in yourself. Now, that's not always the case, it's not 100%. But if I don't know who I am, and I don't have that knowledge, so I've got to receive it some way, either the things that happen or what people tell me, all right.
So, um, so Jeff, would you be able to give your testimony? Which one about, um, uh, about what you thought? I don't need to know a lot of details about, like the confidence last night about, uh, when you, you mentioned about some, so in decision-making and so on, you, some lack of confidence, and then I'm not sure where, I can't remember where we went back to, but where you went, then you felt like more confident. Yes. Okay. So, yeah, like right now, this is out of my comfort zone, which I'm glad he's doing this here for me. And so, giving glory to God. Yes. A testimony is giving glory to God. Yes. Right. Mhm. And now, so this is part of this. You didn't realize that this is part of your stepping out and gaining confidence. Right? Yes. Yes, it is. So he said, go back to the point, or no, you said, "Who's my comfort person?" Is that what you said? Yeah, orally. Yes. So I had a picture of my aunt in my mind. And he goes, "What was the next question?" He told me to go to basically where, where growing up? Yes. Was it growing up? Yes. When I was younger? Yes. Yeah, little bullying and, yeah. So you, bullying? Yes. And, you know, they always made fun of me. And, you know, it felt like I wasn't able to speak out because every time I spoke out, they would, yeah, make fun of that. So my comfort person was my aunt. And, uh, you told me, "Put Aunt and Jesus there for you, right?" Mhm. And, yeah, as soon as you said that, like, yeah, I see them now. Then you mentioned, "What did give that, give that feeling of being bullied to your aunt, to Jesus?" Right? Yes. Yeah. She was my comfort person, and Jesus was there, my comfort. And when you did that, what was it like for you? When you gave that away to them? Okay, I mentioned, I see it was blocked, right? Right. Right. Wow. You're doing good. You remember all the details. I don't remember. Okay. So when it's blocked, I had to make you safer, right? Yes. So you felt like, we said, "Think yourself in a bubble." Yeah, the bubble. That's what it was. Yes. Okay. So put yourself in a bubble to make you safer with Jesus and your aunt. Yes. So you need to be more protected. See, can I share this? So we stay right there. So it's very common that when things get blocked or stuck, or I can't move forward, it's often times because there's so much of it. If it, the more it happens, the more overwhelming it is, and it's hard to give away. Okay. If it's a one-time deal, it's always easier than if it's a lifetime. That's why people have a hard time healing others or healing myself because it happens so often. That when it happens often, I can't get rid of it. It's, we keep on working on giving it away. It's not that it's going to take years. It didn't take, it was just, you know, a couple of minutes, but you just had to be safer. So when you were in a bubble, pictured yourself in a bubble with Jesus, with your aunt, giving away the hurt that they, on the other side of the bubble, were giving to you, right? Now, you doing that, what was it like? Uh, yeah, as I was doing that, it was like the freedom. I was able to speak. I wasn't a, uh, the vulnerability was gone. I was open to speak where I, where I felt like speaking, and there was no, uh, persecution from being able to speak out. And just the freedom to be able just to release what I felt like I needed to release. And it was just the words just started coming out, you know, the violation, just, yeah, I like, yeah, like right now, I, you know, I should be vulnerable. I was like, when Craig asked me to come up, I like, I don't want to come up. And it's like, now it's like, this is becoming awesome. He's like, I'm, my voice is being released. And yes, yes, praise the Lord. This is, you were doing great. Let me give me a, you're going to have a speaker on your hands, wife, there. All right. So that's good. That's awesome. That's exactly what we got to do is we got to change.
Okay, so throw out other things that you may, what happens to people? It doesn't have to be yourself, just other people, you know, the way they are. And I can give you like, where's it, where will be an origin of that? Throw have something, anything else, the kind of stuff that you see at other people. But how anger? Okay, so anger. So often is a, anger is a result of usually injustice and other people being angry around me. So anger. So it's anger is more in men than is in women. Women typically cry, men usually get anger. And the reason is because men tend to hold on to their feelings more than women do. Not always, but it happens a lot because women, uh, have more of an ability to express because they use both sides of the brain. Men do not. Men are men, um, when they're born, when, okay, when we're conceived, we have the same brain. Men and women, boys and girls have the same brain. So on the right side, it's the emotion side, creative side. That's the right side, emotion, creative side. And the left side is the, is the logical side and the memory side, right? So what happens is, in the seventh week, in in utero, testosterone washes over the male brain, and it, and it severely damages the free strand cord between the right and left hemisphere. And the reason why it does that is so that information from men comes into the left side first, which is the logic side, but it does not cross over to the right side very well at all. And if you grow up in a home where "Big boys don't cry," and you've been disciplined if you have an emotion, or there's no emotional role modeling, it's going to make that worse. And I talk about that in, uh, the one book, "One Feelings," "Common Being," the blue book. But you need to recognize, I also talk about it more so in the "Makes Emotion Unavailable." So, uh, so it's important that you recognize that, uh, that can all be healed. You just need to know that that's not what God intended to have it to not be able to work. It's more intended that the men will be logical so that they will go out and be the protector. The women would be the more sensitive so they will then be able to be more of the comforter. But you're supposed to put the two together. You're supposed to have them work together, not against each other. That's the problem. So we're going to go on that one. So, oh, yeah, so that, so how, how men and women are different right now. I can talk more about this afternoon, but, um,
Trina, your your thing fell. Love. So, okay, so anger. So typically, when somebody is has anger, I will find out who in your life also had anger. So, so if you're angry, I'll ask the person, "Who else in your life had anger?" Or "Who else was did things to you that were unfair?" And usually, the more anger I have, the longer I've been treated unfairly, 'cause, 'cause I can't do anything about it. Usually comes out of a helplessness that I can't change my situation. Does that make sense? Is there another one? Fear. Fear. Okay. Fear is huge. Anxiety is huge. Uh, anxiety comes out of, again, a situation where I feel that I'm vulnerable to and I can't change it. But it's mostly because there's something that it's more of an unknown, or it's because I don't know what to do. So it's an unknown. I don't know what to do. And also, um, surprise, like somebody's doing something to me that I can't do anything about it. Uh, and I become afraid. It's the helplessness of not knowing, being able to do anything about it. It's usually an unknown issue, opposed to anger, where actually doing it to me, and I still can't do anything about it, but it's very, very unjust. Whereas, whereas the fear is more about, I don't really know what to do, and I'm helpless to this situation. I don't know what's going to happen. And that has a lot. Fear, by the way, is pretty easy to get rid of. Uh, where, because fear usually is, is always a result of something. It's never an origin in itself. It's because someone made me afraid growing up, typically. So think about this, if you have all the power and all the authority of Jesus, which you do, you can have changed the environment, you can change the weather if you want it, and how you pray and how you declare. So why am I afraid? Because someone is raising their voice. Oh, because my father and mother, when I was six, raised their voice, and I was so scared, but nobody comforted me. That fear then gets triggered out in everything else. And that's all in the book, um, the green book, "Breaking Emotional Barriers to Healing." But that's, that's a very common one, by the way. Anxiety is very, very common.
So, our during, um, so at our Masterpiece Counseling, where I, which is what I owned for 30 years, so for about 29, 27 years, whatever, before COVID, we have, we had eight therapists at that time. And we have, um, probably 25 to 30 people on our wait list, which is pretty common for that size of a group for years. That's all we had, 25. And we keep on rotating people. Well, when COVID hit, this thing called COVID, in February of 2020, in a, within two to three weeks, our waiting list went up to 90. 90. We can't get below 80 now. Still, the first thing I tell people when they come to my office and they have anxiety, I say, "Stop watching the news." So, is there another one? Control. Control. Okay. Okay. This is really interesting because in controlling, I need to be in control so I don't feel out of control. That's the primary reason why I need to be in control is because I have been out of control. I'm sorry, I've been made to feel like I'm out, don't have control. So this would be in homes, for example, you grow up in homes where you have controlling mom or dad, or they control the environment, and I, and I've been scared out of that. So I need to be in control so I don't feel like that. Uh, and usually people who are control, they, they don't like to be spontaneous. They don't like things sprung on them. They need to have planning, they need to have scheduling. And that's all because, especially in homes where there was a lot of chaos and a lot of yelling and, and, and I didn't know what would happen. There's a lot of that needing to be in control. It's just a, again, that need for control is all out of, it's a result, it's not an origin. It's a result of what. And that's another one I can get rid of pretty easily. I mean, they're all good. You can, they're all easy to get rid of. You just know how to, need to know how to do it. You just got to go back to where you got it. So whatever they're telling you now, think of the opposite of that. They received that. So I'm controlling, that means I was controlled. I'm angry, that means I was given anger, right? Uh, I'm afraid, or, or like, um, like, um, another one that's really common is, I don't like conflict. Like I, I shy away from it. Like I shut down. Was because I grew up in conflict and it made me afraid. Very simple. So we just go to that and we release that. I want to do that. I'm going to have. So all right.
Any other one before I move on? Shame. What is it? Shame. Okay. And depression. Okay. All right. So shame. Shame is given to me by somebody else who's controlling to put me in a certain place. So, uh, shame, by the way, comes in all forms and sizes, and often times we don't see it because, uh, like it could be subtle things because of the environment. Such as, "Why don't you be like your brother?" What did you say? I said, shame is usually comes out of, it's usually very subtle because of the environment that we're in. For example, a statement like, "Why don't you be like your brother? Just be good like your brother." Well, that means the way I am and who I am is not good enough. That's the shame. Even what my, that, that sixth-grade teacher said to me, that's shame to an extent. Uh, it's all about what is not you. It's something against you in terms of who you are. The problem is, the younger a shaming statement is said, the more it'll be believed because your brain's not developed yet to know the difference. Does that make sense? So once your brain starts developing at 11, 12, 13 years old, you'll see the difference. So before 12, when my mother or father come home and they're very angry or upset about something, or even down or have an attitude, whatever, I don't know why. But because I'm only thinking about myself, it must be because of me because I'm the only one in the universe. Kids just, a narcissistic, okay? But after 12, all right, when I have more of a brain, I develop, I realize that, wait, my dad, I haven't seen him all day, or my mom, he came from work, he's talking about work. So it must be about work and less about me. Now, the hope is that you have enough good things going on to counteract that. If you don't, and it's a lot of negativity at school or work, whatever, then it's not going to change much. You're still going to really wonder because you don't have enough of the opposite. Does that make sense?
Okay. And then depression. That's a really another big one. There's a lot of depression in the world. And depression comes in all sorts and sizes, just like anxiety. Okay. So depression can come out of just being a blue day and somewhat about as normal, just because it's blah, you know, it's raining out and the sun's not out, that sort of thing. And it can also come out of, uh, a sense of discouragement of when I grew up with. So I'll just say, I'm going to repeat some of this this afternoon, but for example, that starts in utero. Anxiety and depression are big issues starting in utero. If your mother was depressed or anxious while you were in utero, you're going to be born depressed and anxious. And only because you absorb whatever your mom does has. And also chemical that she has. Like, like when you're anxious, I'll just really quickly say this because I'm talking about this more this afternoon, but when your mom is anxious, her adrenal gland produces adrenaline. The adrenaline washes over the baby, and it makes the baby anxious. That's an example, right? So we have to change all that. And I'll even show you how to do that. All right. And then, so, okay. So if I grew up in a home where there's a lot of depression, my mom or dad role model depression, I don't know what goodness is. That's another one, big reason. Another reason you could also, by the way, one thing about depression, more than anything, there can be a chemical issue with that. Uh, if you don't produce serotonin, if you're chemically, if your brain does not produce serotonin, well, then that's going to make depression. Uh, 20% of Americans have SAD conditions, SADest, seasonal affective disorder. And it's the same thing as being a depressed person during the winter time. You don't have the vitamin D. You really do need vitamin D, by the way, a lot. That's why people are more peppy in the springtime with the sun coming out because you literally will feel that and you'll have that. So, so seasonal affective disorder is a real condition. It's diagnosable. It's, we deal with that. But we also, you can get a light machine. You can get, and I'm, I'm not a big psychotropic medication person, but, uh, if a person needs it 'cause they're really bad, you do something. You got to do something. But mostly about, let's naturally get this changed. All right. That is a big issue. So all right.
So I want to move on because I want to do. Do you want to take a break for five minutes? Let's take a quick break. I'm up here if you need, uh, questions. And the book table will be available to, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay.
All right. All right. I'll do that. Yeah. Good job, Jeff. Is he awesome? You did see get more confident. Basically, you just talk about what, what guys don't, whatever process, yeah, right. I just hear echo. So we just, so we get don't have to figure how to do it another way too.
Look, anger. That's good. Oh, this is the, you gave us a little card of. I know, 'cause I was at an angle and, yeah, it works. They just show, yeah. Me too. Time. Surprise. Put stage your props up next to it.
All right, let's, uh, let's get back together again. So, um, Trina, can you tell if this is on or not? Yes, it's on now. Okay. Before it wasn't working. It just wasn't the greatest. Yeah. How many are online? All right. Everyone want to get back in their seats? All right, let's get back together. Okay. So what I want to do, uh, now is I want to go over this card, this prayer card that you can use with yourself. And by the way, um, this is on. Will you get me a book? The "Declare the Breaking Emotional Barriers is the Healing Book." Yes. Thank you. So, um, this prayer, this, this is really, there's a self-care prayer in, uh, the book on page 190. So if you get this book, so if you get this book, then it's in page 190, uh, the self-care prayer. But what I'm given to you is a very, um, succinct, just one through five that you can actually use. We're going to talk, I'm going to use this again this afternoon a little bit more. So, um, when you want to pray for yourself, you basically want to, uh, find out what, what's the issue? That's what's the problem? And, um, what are you feeling? So you know, when did you first have the feeling? This conflict, uh, what are you feeling inside? And what is it that you want to change? So you, and I always like to rate it, what is it, zero to 10? So number two on this sheet that you have, this prayer, uh, it's "Prayers for the Releasing Soul Traumas." Number two is, want to rate the amount that you feel the condition to 10. I always look at it like zero to 10, so that we would know. Is it zero is none, 10 is the highest you can imagine. So you have an idea. And then number three, this is the most important part. I'll talk more about it this afternoon, but I want you to think about a safe person in your life. So when God takes you back to a time in your life where you were, uh, hurt, or wherever we take, or even if you don't know what it was, and you just see yourself as a child living in your home, who could you put there? Grandparent, aunt, uncle. You could always have Jesus there, but I want another comfort person just in case. Jesus is not, um, I tell you, some people don't are not safe with Jesus because if I'm six years old and I see my father beating my mother, and I ask Jesus to stop, and it doesn't, I'm not going to trust him. But I put that away, and I have this underlying feeling that there's something not right. So I want to add, because a person or a situation with a person gave you hurt, I need an opposite. You cannot change, it's very difficult to change or alter a hurtful experience unless you have an equal or greater comfort experience to feel safe enough to release it. It's just human nature. So that's why it's, it's, I like to have another person. And now, if you can't find a person, a comfort person, then see yourself in this, this plexiglass bubble with Jesus, that's two or three inches thick. All right. Can everybody think of a comfort person in their life? An aunt or an uncle? Could be a friend. Doesn't have to be childhood. It could be a friend. It could be a pastor. Could be your wife. I'd rather not use your mom or dad because they typically are the people that were part of the problem, whether you believe it or not, eventually they are, or something. Does everybody have [Music] one? You don't. You don't have one. All right. So if you don't have one, then see yourself in a glass bubble or plexiglass bubble, or it's thick. So you see on the outside, the person that's hurting you, and you hear it, but they can't touch you. That's what helped make Jeff a little safer, right? And it doesn't have to be a child. I have, I have a guy who's a marine. He's a, he's not, he's been discharged, of course, he's not, he's not actually serving as a marine now, but I'm told that a marine is always a marine. So he's a marine. But, um, his safe person, he didn't have a person. His German Shepherd is what keeps him safe. I had one person who had their cat made them comforted. May not make him safe, but Jesus can make you safe, but I comfort him. Had this sense of being comforted, right? And so, and what I would have you do, this is praying for yourself now. What I want you to do is, you got to emulate that comfort. So you would see Jesus giving you a hug. So, right? So you put the arms across your chest, having that sense of hug, okay? That feeling of hug. And then what you do is you want to, so you want to go back to a time where you had the thing happened. So if a car accident happened 10 years ago, go back to that and see Jesus coming in and a comfort person comforting you in Jesus. Now, I had a person, there was a car accident. He saw Jesus standing in front of the car, stopping the car before I hit the other car. So it's like you're redefining what went on. Now, if you don't know where it came from, but you know the childhood was rough, but I don't have a lot of memories of childhood. Then what I have you do is go back. Guess what? Do you think it would be like to live in a home like that? What do you think it would be like to live in a home where there's a lot of yelling? But I don't remember a lot of it, but you knew there was yelling. So what do you think it would be like for a child to live that? That would be scary. Okay. Now, the reason why, what do you think? Because your spirit knows. Look, your body remembers, your soul remembers, your spirit remembers. You may not remember, but it's there. So you just guess. You go back to that. All right. Does that make sense? And then when you get back to that, the other thing I want to do is when you hug, recording in progress. So now we're all going to do, uh, talk about, she did it on purposely, lost the internet connection. When it came back on, so now we have something to get rid of. All right. So, so when you go back to that time, you think about it as a, as a child. If you have a, if being a child yourself, or raising children, when you have, we all have five senses, and all five senses are used as a child to use that 100%. By the time we become an adult, we don't use all our senses very well because they're all shut down. So as a child, when a trauma happens, now I have five senses. When a trauma happens for a little child, all my senses shut down at 100%. Now, you may come back a little bit to something again, but the more trauma you have over time, the more my, my soul will not come back 100%. That causes the depression, anxiety. So now think about it. So if you have a child that's running and and they fall and they skin their knee, they all their senses are going to shut down because they hurt and they're crying. But here's what happens. If you're the comforter and you go up to that child as an authority figure and you comfort that child, is there a, um, I want a, a mic stand. Right. That one there. Get that one. Thanks. There you go. So I can talk. Okay. Now, so when you have a child and they hurt and they skin their knee and they shut down, if you have a person that comes and gives them a hug, a love hug, is what I call it, and they feel comforted, what do you think's going to happen? Their senses will relax and they'll open up all their senses at 100%. That's why kids get so well so fast, or they can be crying one moment, and you're hugging them, and what happens? They're happy the next moment, and they go on like nothing happened. That's why, do you know why somebody's standing in front of you who's hurting, or why you're hurting now, is because nobody did this with you when it happened? I don't, it doesn't matter what age, but especially when you're a child. So when you're a child and you're hurt, and there's sadness involved, there's shame involved, there's, um, fear involved, all those things that are origins, that stuff will never go away in your, in your soul unless somebody helps you let it go. You'll put it away, you'll think it's gone, but it'll never go. But that's what you're dealing with now. Adult negative reactions is unresolved childhood experiences. So if you're feeling something that doesn't make sense because you're a smart person, remember we're talking about that, because you're smart, let's find out why you have that, whether it's emotional or physical. And and often times our physical is then an ultimate real action of our emotional. So what we want to do is we want to find that. And typically, what we do is when we hug a child, we hug them like this, give them a hug. And then when our arms are around the child, or could be child, adult, you know, either way, don't we have a tendency to give him a little love pat, like it's going to be okay? And when we do that, several things happen. Number one, I don't want to, I'll talk more about this this afternoon, but chemicals change when we give a love pat. Our, our countenance change. There's more reassurance with that. So what you want to do is you want to literally give yourself a little, this is what's in the book, okay? This is all in chapter 10 what I'm describing now, and "Breaking Emotional Barriers to Healing." So this is a love hug and a little love pat. All right. So when we're doing that, we're giving ourselves reassurance and comfort, and then safety. And then, guess what? Our soul issues, our, our sensations will release and they'll open up, and it'll go automatically because we can, because I'm safer now, and I'm actually helping release it. So, so I'll, I'll describe that a little bit more why that works this afternoon. So what I want to do is I want to try, I want to, and then let's go on on on here. So, and then number four, you basically can just say, "Stop. It's okay to release this now. I give myself permission to release it now." I would say you could pray, "I release the emotion, physical, sight, hearing, cellular memory." Often times, by just getting rid of the emotion, it just kind of subdues anyway. And then during, and then you could declare your healing, thanking Lord for my healing. All right. So one thing you have to recognize is that what you have now that's not of God was given to you by a person or circumstance. So when I mention that and I help people recognize that what they have doesn't belong to them, and you now can let it go, it frees.
me up to try to find something that's not mine rather than believing that I have to live with it. Does that make sense?
All right, let's try something. Um, let's, what I want to do is, let's do this together. All right. Now, this afternoon, I'm going to do more praying for others, and I'll demonstrate it actually in front of you. But I want to do more with each other. So, what I want you to do is, uh, put your stuff down. And because this is a small group, this is good because I can work with you a little easier. So, I want you to put your arms across your chest and just relax. And then, um, so I want you to think about who would be a comfort person in your life. Aunt, uncle, and grandparent. This would be somebody that would be with Jesus. And if you, if you don't have anybody, then see your, think about it as a, uh, in a, in a bubble. All right. Does everybody have either one? Can you see that? Okay.
So, I want to pray. Father in Heaven, would you bring to each one of your children here something that bothers them, that they don't like? It could be the attitude of a spouse. It could be something simple like, uh, fear of something that happens, fear of your boss. It could be a leg problem. It could be somebody's got a neck problem. It could be a lack of confidence, even physical issue. Does everybody have something? Shake your head if you would. Shake your, uh, your [Music] coconut.
All right. So, Father, would you take them back to either when they received it, or if it's something that, like a fear of just general fears or anxiety, go back to in the past as far as you can where you first felt something like that. And even if you don't remember, just see yourself living in your home with that, where, where living in a home, what was it like living in a home where you might have had that happen? And what I want you to do is, I want you to start tapping back and forth like this. So, you're doing, you're doing, in it, you're doing a little love pat. And I'll explain later that I want you to see yourself with Jesus and your, in your safe comfort. What we're doing, we're simply adding, adding a sense of comfort. And you could pray to release it in the name of Jesus. See yourself giving it away to your safe person, giving away to Jesus. It's just not yours to keep anymore. It was given to you. Whatever you have was given to you. It's not yours. Just see yourself deciding to give it away. It, it's not yours anymore. And what this says, it's like a manual release. You doing, it's a release technique as well as getting a comfort in a way that you were not comfort in. And, and I use this for people that cannot seem to let go of something. So, in the name of Jesus, Yeshua, I declare the release of your physical trauma, emotional trauma, sight trauma, ear gate trauma, what you heard and what you saw, and then the heart trauma from being hurt in your heart, and in the mental trauma of what you've been thinking because of it all your life, or because of the incident. And in the name of Yeshua, Jesus, I declare on Earth as it is in Heaven, that you receive good thoughts, sweet thoughts, good sounds, good, good sounds, sweet and good sights, and then the heart of Jesus, the goodness and joy unspeakable in your heart. Thank you, Father. Just put to each one of those. Just see yourself giving away. It's not yours. Now, if you're stuck and you don't feel safe, just see yourself continuing giving it away. Why you've been receiving it a lot, or see yourself in a bubble, or see, see you see these people standing in front of the person that hurt you, or in front of the circumstance. So, it's not yours anymore. Just see you something so taking charge of it, control.
All right. So, what I want to do is this. I always get kind of torn where to go with this because sometimes just being in that moment is helpful, but I want to do more teaching. So, you can open your eyes and I want to do a little bit of dialogue with you all right. So, can anybody share their experience? And you can say something and then I'll, I'll just kind of repeat it. It doesn't have to be too intimate, but anybody share something about what, what happened? And then I will help you do some troubleshooting about something's not happening right. All right. So, anybody have something that was either felt released or something shifted? Anybody have that?
Okay. I was, um, we, yeah. Can you come up and speak in the mic? I was in a, a soccer accident. So, I was in a body cast, in, in bed for a couple months. And my, my father was trying to help me with my homework. And, um, yeah. And, uh, my grandmother was standing right there. She's my comfort person. And, uh, I, I was just not getting this math problem. My dad said, "You are so, so stupid." It hurts. And my grandmother stepped in and she said, "Oh, don't say that. He's not stupid." And, and I just, I just, I've gone back to that incident many, many, many times, but I just feel like something shifted today.
So, your grandma, your grandma came in for the first time saying, "No, he's not stupid." She didn't actually do that. She did that now. No, she was there. She was there. She was actually there. Did she say that then? She said something, something like that. But you, you saw a shift this time. I did. I, I really did. Praise God. Good. Thank you. Thank you for sharing. Good. Thank you. Anybody else?
All right. Now, what I want to do is, I want to work in a little bit of troubleshooting. What didn't work? All right. Like, like, for example, you, you couldn't go somewhere. Uh, you didn't feel like anything changed. I felt stuck. Right. Anything like that? Thing that you want to share? Yes. Do you want to have them? No, that way they. Well, um, when I was growing up, my dad teased me. I'm merciful. That was his way of showing love, but it was horrible. Tease, tease, tease. And when I went into that memory, I felt like God was teasing me. That you're not going to get healed. I'm just going to tease you. Oh, sorry. To he [Music] that okay? What was your first again? Okay.
So, here's what I want to do. Put your hands like this. Okay. Put your hands like this. What I want you to do is, I want you to see, you know, you said Jesus, you felt like Jesus was also through this teasing you. Okay. I'm not going to tease you. Okay. So, Jesus was saying, "I'm not going to heal you." Now, you mind if I do some Ruth and some teaching? Yeah, yeah. Don't go away, though. Okay. Okay. So, you, it's okay that just some teaching. I just want to add that, um, 12 years ago, my husband has, my first husband had 17 years of cancer and all kinds of prophetic words that he would get healed, and it didn't happen. So, I had to deal with so much disappointment. So, I feel like he's teasing me still. You're not going to want to get healed. And that's okay. So, what we have now, we have not only, thank you for sharing that. That was, I appreciate that going that being that sensitive. So, we have from an authority [Music] figure. So, we have, um, an original authority figure that was saying something negative, right? And then what happens? That's why when you go to the second authority figure, which is my Heavenly Father, I can't get over that because it was so strong within back then, okay? And that's why, so in your head, I know you're smart enough to know that that God wouldn't say something like that, but in your heart, because of what I received early on from my father, earthly father, I will feel that. And then from the feeling, I believe that for my Heavenly Father. Very common. I never felt that way before. I just was moved to tears. All that, like, he teased you, he didn't, he didn't heal your first husband, and he's not going to do it now because he's teasing you or something weird like that. Yeah. So, we're going to go get rid of that. So, that means that tells me that what your dad did was very strong for you and very, unfortunately, very negatively meaningful. All right. So much so. Okay.
So, what I want you to do is, I just want you to see, oh, now, who else is a comfort person besides Jesus? So, this isn't, this is another reason why, okay? I'm going to get a little ahead of myself, that I don't always put Jesus first, even though I'm still going to go to Heaven. All right. And the reason is because of that, what she just said, because most people don't have a physical, literal comfort experience with Jesus. It's all in my head because, because the pastor told me so, and the Bible says so, but I don't have necessarily the experience. Or when you get a negative, so if I, so if I tell a person in ministry to think of Jesus being there, they're going to think of Jesus there because I told them so because I'm an authority figure. Well, like it or not, when you're praying for somebody, you're an authority figure. And so they're just going to do that, but that doesn't mean they're going to get healed. Now, can Jesus heal them? Yes. Can Jesus override that? Yes. But I'm teaching you, what if they don't? Does that make sense? So, what I'm going to do is, I want you to see, is there a person other than that who is a comfortable person in your life? That your mom is? Anybody else besides your mom? The reason why I don't want to use your mom because your mom didn't stop your dad, right? She, so she'd be the second person that you should, that you would be very upset about. Is there anybody else like a, like a friend or a pastor or, uh, sister? Your sister? Okay. See your sister as an adult. She's three years old. Okay. See your, as, okay. See your sister. She would always, the problem, she would always defend that, even clashed all the time. She would defend that, right? Now, she, she doesn't ever see those negative things that she wants. So, I'm going to give you a little love pat on your back here, okay? And want you see, uh, is there anybody else that would be a full safe? Is anybody else? Now, as an adult, as now, as an adult? Yes, my husband. Okay. Let, he's your husband. All right. So, husband is your comfort person and, and they, and Jesus as, as what you know, okay? So, see yourself in this bubble. All right. So, what I want you to do is, I want to allow yourself, and I want to do, I want to see yourself seeing, see your husband there standing between you and your father. And we're going to release it off of you in the name of Jesus. We just release it. It's not yours to keep anymore. So, he's standing there letting your father know what the truth is. What do you see happening? You see my father stepping. Okay. That's a start. All right. Keep going. Lord, we just release the rest of it. It doesn't belong to Ruth anymore. Right. What else? Now, what do you see? I see Jesus coming in my husband. What's Jesus doing? He's saying, "I'm not, I'm not a parallel to Father." Give her more [Music] more. See, can I take you all my? So, he's stopping the. There you go. Give him more, Lord. Give him more. He's stopping me. There you go. Thank you, Father. And what do you think Jesus believes now about you? He wants to continue to show me his love. He believes in you. See Jesus that gives you a heart. Your husband's going to give you a heart. See Jesus giving you a heart. Right. See Jesus giving you a heart. Good job. Yes. Thank you, Father. Thank you, Father. What's it like? What's it like when you see Jesus there? He isn't representing my father anymore. Now, when you see your, now, I want you to see that and just come here. And what I want you to do is, I want you to see, close your eyes within. I want you to see Jesus there with you. And what's it like with your dad now for that little girl? So, what we're going to do now is, we're going to create a new normal for that little girl, a new scenario. What's it like now for that little girl with your dad? Because of Jesus, he can, he was so wounded as a child too. I see his wounds kicked out when he was 14. Okay. So, what I want you to do is, who, who really the problem? Who's got the problem issue? Your dad or the girl? You, as a girl, right? So, if your dad has a problem, do you have to have a problem? Jesus. So, on, we need to create some, some, um, normality in you. And say, I want you to see Jesus there and see the little girl say to your dad, say, "Dad, I didn't like what you did. You did it. It really hurt me. It really hurt me. I don't like to be hurt. I don't want to be hurt. You've got a problem. You've got a problem. It's not my fault. It's not my fault." So, I realize now, so I realize now that I don't, I don't have to like what you did. I don't have to like what you did. I don't have to hold on to this hurt because of what you did. I don't have to hold on to this hurt because of what you did. And I choose to forgive you. And I choose to forgive you. So, you have no more control over my life. You have no more control over my life. Yeah. I'm going to give you to Jesus. I'm going to give you to Jesus so he can deal with you better than I can. So, he can deal with you better than I can. And I, and I realize now, and I realize now that you didn't know how to love me. That you didn't know how to love me. And that's my fault. That's not my fault. So, I'm not going to look to you to get my love anymore. So, I'm not going to look to you to get my love anymore. I'm going to get my love from Jesus and my family. I'm going to get my love from Jesus and my family. I am free. I am free. And I'm worthy and good enough. And I'm worthy and good enough. I'm God's favorite. I'm God's favorite. And I'm so out of [Music] [Music] here.
Okay. So, that was good. That was, that was an excellent example of being stuck. Very, very good. Yeah. Anybody else have something that you want to share now? You don't have to. I won't, I don't have to do this with you, you know. If you say something, I just want to know. I want to help you get out of what you're in. Yes. Didn't, didn't bring it up because to me, there was so many instances along, but, um, it's rejected. Okay. And I know I suffered rejection from the womb. Um, my mom got pregnant for me out of wedlock. And the family told her, small town, everybody knows everybody, years ago, years ago. And, um, told her she should either have an abortion or give me up for adoption. Now, my mother had been previously married, and that marriage broke up. She and I have one half-sister through that. For 15 years, she tried, tried to have another child, and couldn't. That broke up. She was with someone else, and she got pregnant. But everybody was, "You missed me." Yeah. So, I was not supposed to be here. Well, and I was also not supposed to be here because she was told medically she couldn't have any more children. So, so, so, okay. So, the issue is, when you were doing that, you said, "This is a good example that there's so many things going on, like where do I settle with? What do I deal with?" Which, yeah, okay. So, like this afternoon, we're going to, we're going to talk about was all rejection, just many, many different forms, is what I'm saying. So, then, like, I'm, my mother moved a lot. I went to three different kindergartens. I was always like the new kid. And, and then there's other things like that, but it all stems back to rejection. Okay. So, this afternoon, I'll talk about this more. But what you could do is something called bundling. So, what you do is, so you have many scenarios, put the same emotion. So, you put all those same, same together, and then you just deal with the emotion by giving each one away because it's the same emotion. All right. We, and I'd love to do that example this afternoon. You? Yeah, let's do that. Right. So, um, and we can do the example of that of getting ready rejection. That's why I like small groups because everybody can get healed. All right. I mean, I've got time to do everybody get healed. All right. We'll do that this afternoon. Anybody else have anything? Yes. Yeah. So, I have, um, issues with my feet. I was born with high arches. And so, I was asking the Lord for certain memories. So, I don't have memories, but I have two instances for my legs, uh, which my mom and my dad, two separate times, were not very helpful with. Um, so, I was thinking about that, but I like, um, couldn't go to the womb issue. Okay. Yes. Uh, so, this afternoon, we'll talk about that more detail. But feet, and I didn't, this afternoon again, we'll go in the back of your card. I've got the grid, and, um, I think it's, I think feet is on that. Yes. Okay. So, the fear is on the grid, and the fear feet is all about moving forward, like going forward in life. So, everything has a function and a purpose. This is on the back of your cards. And what happens is, is that, um, because everything has a function and a purpose, if you can't get rid of something, that the emotion connection or the purpose is not being fulfilled. And that emotion literally goes to that area of your body. Has a lot to do with knees and feet. Now, would you say that there's things, times in your life where you feel held back, that you couldn't move forward in things you want to do? Yes. So, we're going to pray for that. We're going to get rid of that, and that will change the feet. And also, we'll go to the womb issue. So, it's going a little bit of both. Um, but, okay. So, let's go back to Ruth, what you said. What are you do? Um, so, if you don't know where to go or what to do, just go with the feeling to that time with just the feet. And then ask the Lord, "Where do I go with this?" And the tapping is a, is a form of helping the mind process. And again, I'll talk about this afternoon in more detail, but the tapping is a process technique to help work it out. SAR REM REM was rapid, I it, and that's what.
