While everyone else is worried about Christmas, the IT girls are worried about how they're going to make 2026 their best year yet. So, I am back yet again with another strategic master plan video on how you can put in the prep right now to make this next year your best one yet. Because I've been doing this for the last 10 years, literally since I was in my early teens, I figured out that the magic key to it all is the work you put in before January even arrives.

Over the years, I have made so many different videos on my master plan and my vision boards and my new year goals. So, make sure you check all of these out because they're all very different from what we're going to be talking about today. I am going to be breaking down your 30-day glow-up plan before 2026 even starts. So, I want you to do all of these things before January 1st. That is your challenge.

Now, while I'm going to be giving 30 pieces of advice in this video, you can either take one piece of advice for each day and kind of treat it as your 30-day plan, or you can do a few different bits each day, a few each week, or just take the ones that apply to you. It's completely up to you. All of the advice I'm going to give you guys in this video are things that I have tried out and done year upon year that I know work and actually make a real difference, but also some of the new things that I'm actually putting in my master plan for the new year. And you guys know I always want to take you along with me for the ride. So, I'm going to be spilling some of my secrets and my prep steps for 2026 as well. Let's go.

[music]

Before we get into it, it goes without saying that when you're prepping for the new year, manifestation plays such a huge role. And that is why I have to tell you guys about my guided journal, Obsessed with Manifesting. It's only been out for a few months, but all of the five star reviews have been pouring in, and I'm loving how much it's helping you girls. I've seen so many of you message me and say that even after a few entries in this, you already saw so many of your desires coming true.

This guided journal I have created with all of the manifestation advice I have ever given you guys is combined into this one journal. All of the techniques I personally have been using and seen work over the years that has allowed me to make everything on my vision boards come true is all factored into this journal. You get so many pages on different topics, whether it be prompts, rewiring beliefs, quantum leaping, self-concept work. You can find out more information on my website, Selfobsessed Journal. Definitely check it out, guys.

Okay, get comfy, get a pen and a piece of paper out and put your glasses on because we are about to go through the 30day plan for your glowup right before 2026 even begins.

One, figure out your worst-case scenario. Most people only ever script their dreams, which we love that. Very important. But right now, I want you to script your nightmare. I know that sounds a little bit crazy, but it's so important and it does serve a purpose. When you script the nightmare of what your life will look like in 5 years if you don't put in the work and if you don't chase your goals and if you don't get uncomfortable and if you don't be disciplined and you stay exactly the same with the same mindset in the same environment doing the same old things then you have the perfect reminder of what your life is heading towards on the days that you always want to give up or be lazy or just be comfortable.

But more than that, our brain is actually wired to help us avoid pain rather than chase pleasure. So if your brain knows the consequences of you not putting in the work and actioning your goals and it knows these are the consequences literally the worst life ever the thing exactly that I don't want it's going to help you actually achieve your goals so you don't go down that path this is going to make you more disciplined and it's going to build some urgency okay instead of thinking oh 5 years till I got to get there no we have no time to waste and also this script of your most un ideal life gives you so much clarity on what you need to stop doing in order to avoid those results.

Two, progress. Progress. Check yourself. I love progress checks. In my obsessed with growth journal, there's a progress check page every week which allows you to reflect on what went right versus what went wrong. Eg, your wins and your losses. And at the end of the year, we tend to do this anyway. You know, we'll go through our camera roll. We'll see what went right. We'll remind ourselves of all of the amazing things that we accomplished this year and maybe the goals that we didn't quite get to achieve. While that's great, I think we should also apply it to the people that we have grown to be each year. Because if we take a look back at who you were in January 2025, I bet you don't even recognize that girl because you have been on your growth journey.

So, let's take a step back and evaluate the phases and the way that you have grown and maybe stumbled in the last 12 months because it's going to give you so much information, so much clarity, so many answers on how you should maybe alter yourself or make different decisions in preparation for the next year so you don't end up in the same cycles. That's the entire point of a progress check. That's why it's semi obsessed with growth journal. It's that page that stops you and says, "Reflect on how things have gone so far so you stop repeating the same patterns next week or next year."

So ask yourself, how many times did you people please? How many times did you not keep your promises to yourself? How many times did you make yourself proud? How many times did you honor your inner child? How many occasions did you honor your self-love and grow it and do your self-care routines? Where did you surprise yourself? Where did you let yourself down? Essentially, this is all about figuring out how you got to the identity and the self-concept that you have today versus where it was throughout the year and at the beginning of the year. Once you know what tools you have, what personality aspect you're holding on to now you know what you can carry on into a new year that's going to serve you and what to leave behind that's secretly been sabotaging you and you weren't even consciously aware of it.

This exercise is a really good one to journal on and really script and get into detail because I always think even if right now while I'm talking you think I don't really know what to write or I'm not sure who I've become, start with one sentence. your brain will keep going and get into a flow state and make you write even more as you're thinking back on who you've become over the year and you will unlock so much about yourself. That's why I love journaling because it always helps you get back to your subconscious mindset which you don't have access to on a day-to-day. Write about how you behaved throughout the year. Did your actions actually reflect your belief and your values? Did you stray away from that? Were there any mistakes that actually led to long-term effects throughout the year? Was there anything you wish you did? Is there anything you wish you could do again?

[music]

Three, calendar evaluation. I want you to open up your calendar app on your phone or your computer and go through all of the events or if you use a habit tracker or something else to kind of have your schedule in. Go through that and look at all of the events and and the things that you've spent your time doing over the last 3 to 6 months.

While you're going through each of these things, I want you to ask yourself whether they actually served you or whether they drained you. I actually recently did this just with my habit tracker app. For you guys who don't know, I use the app habit on the app store. And yesterday, I actually removed a bunch of the habits and replaced them with new ones and combined some of them to be habit stacked. And I kind of reinvented it all because now I have enough data and enough evidence of how those habits served me throughout the year, what worked and what I had no trouble being consistent with versus the things I dreaded most days or or the things that I couldn't easily do. And I really asked myself, why am I doing this? Am I doing this cuz I'm supposed to do it? Am I doing it cuz I actually see results from it? Once you've lived through a habit for enough time, you can decide whether to let go or carry it on or kind of reinvent it in a way that works for you. Don't just keep carrying on with things without actually evaluating them first.

On top of that, when it comes to your calendar, maybe so certain social plans or work events, what was filling your cup and what was emptying it? Because another huge thing I believe in is in preparation for a new year when you want to plan month by month and you're thinking about what January is going to look like. This is going to serve as really necessary information for how many social plans you should have each month next year or how many work events you should go to or how many solo dates you should factor in based on all the evidence you found through 2025. Maybe you could even just focus in on summer 2025. Did you make the most of summer? Was it memorable? What were your favorite parts of it? And why? Was there any particular weekend in the entire year that stood out? And why? How can you bring that energy into the new year?

And you know what? This doesn't even have to just be on your calendar. I personally always do this for my journal entries. Now, even before I had a journal business, when I used to journal, I used to color in the the corner of the page. So, when I was flicking through old journals, if the page was colored in, I knew it was a good day. So, I always used to flip back to those entries and read them. And over the years, I've got so much evidence on what makes a good day for me, what makes me end the day and write about it and gush about it so passionately. It gives me all of these patterns and all this information on how to replicate it in my current day-to-day life. And this is why I've always said your best life coach is you. And this is why you need to be journaling regularly because you're the one who finds these patterns by regularly journaling. And if you guys already have an obsessed with growth journal, you can actually just flick back through and just read the today's mood part on each page to read back on the bad days versus the good days and figure out what your patterns are.

Four, close your loose ends. This is my favorite thing to do in the last month of the year. I want you to think about every project you haven't unfinished. Every unfinished conversation, every half-read book, every abandoned hobby or habit, every lingering thought or even grudge that you might have, this is the time to get it all out in the open and sort through it. Just like you might take all of your clothes out and reorganize them and donate some and and tidy them up. You need to do that with the people in your life, with yourself, with your hobbies, with your routines. If there is someone in your life that is bothering you or that you need closure from, now is the time to do it.

Now, I'm infamous for this. I've had a few new year periods where the week before new year I've like reached out to an ex or an old friend to finally have that conversation because god forbid you start another year and that person is still on your mind. Oh my god. That is a nightmare script right there. Oh no. No. But seriously, this is the time to be doing it and then by January 1st you're a new person so it doesn't even matter. Go through your emails, organize them, unsubscribe from stuff so it stops annoying you in the new year. Finish off all of your text conversations you haven't finished. If there's any hobby you picked up like drawing or knitting, try it again for a few more days to figure out if you actually want to try and be consistent with it in the new year or if it just doesn't serve you and you want to leave it away for good and you won't question whether you want to try it or not again.

Five, rewrite your inner narrative. We all have a story we tell ourselves. Either I'm introverted or I'm shy or I'm quiet or I'm not good at public speaking or I could never be an influencer or I hate being perceived. There are things that we have grown so accustomed to describing ourselves as and telling ourselves a certain story that it holds us back in so many ways because we truly believe that is our truth. But the thing is none of these truths actually need to be lifelong lasting. You can change your inner narrative and you can change your self-concept at any given moment. The power is literally all in your hands.

So even if your entire life like the evidence of it shows that for 25 years you have been shy and you can't talk to new people, you can change that literally today. And this is from somebody who did that herself, by the way. So, I want you to again write down or just think about what is the story I've been telling myself and how have I been subconsciously holding myself back. What are some of the facts I use to describe myself that I wish I didn't have to say? You know, I wish I didn't have to say that I hate being seen. I wish I didn't have to say that I'm insecure. And then, how can you change that belief in time for 2026? How can you rewire your self-concept? And honestly, this links hugely into manifestation because you don't manifest what you want. You manifest who you are. So, if you are constantly saying you are something that you don't even want to be, you are going to continue manifesting things that you don't even want. Remember, these bad qualities don't need to be personality traits at this point. They're just habits. They're just things you keep repeatedly choosing to say to yourself, and you can choose to say new things and believe in them, too.

Six, unfollow the old you. One thing I always used to do before a new year is go through all of my following lists. unfollow people, mute people, get rid of maybe celebrities or quote pages that was cluttering my feed or annoying me or draining my energy. And that's super important. But I also think you need to unfollow the old version of you. Go through your camera roll, delete any pictures of people that maybe you let go of this year. I am the biggest fan of like if you break up with someone or if you end a friendship, get it out. get any digital clutter or evidence of their presence because you don't need that picture popping up in your phone on a random Thursday and ruining your week all over again in a brand new year when you're trying to be on a whole new frequency and energy. Go through your Pinterest, sort through your boards. Why do you still have a sad girl quote board? Why do you still have a playlist dedicated to a lower frequency so you can be in your feelings? Why are you trying to give that to yourself? Get rid of it.

If you have bad habits that you want to quit, start putting yourself on that journey now before we even start the new year. So by the time the new year starts, it's already a habit. it's already been set in motion. I do this so much for my digital environment as somebody who has to be on social media a lot of the time. Like I will literally go through my Tik Tok and I will click not interested on so many Tik Toks so I can cater it to what I need it to be. I shamelessly block, by the way. Like I'll block somebody's cupcake business page if it turns up on my for you page too many times because I am adamant. When I go on TikTok, all I want to do is I want to learn things that benefit me and that's it. It doesn't mean I don't like you, okay? If you see that I bugged you, I'm sorry. It was never about you, okay? It was just me trying to get my algorithm perfect. But that is the kind of self-respect and discipline you need to have when it comes to curating your consumption and what's around you. Whether it be social media, the people in your life, your camera roll, the identity you've outgrown, an old aesthetic you don't want to have because it anchors you to an older identity, the way that your room is decorated, the way that your clothes are organized, and so on.

Seven, it's time to prioritize your nervous system. This is something I learned oh way too late in my life, and I wish I knew this, especially when I was in university. you already are coming into your own and learning who you are. Having a nervous system regulation practice will save you. And the sooner you make this a habit, the better off you're going to be in terms of mental health and the relationship with yourself, let me tell you. So, I want you to pick one. You can give this a quick Google and just pick one nervous system regulation technique. But I'll give you a few ideas. A daily walk, meditation, breath work. I personally do meditation. Stretching before bed with no phone access before bed. It's all about taking care of you and your nervous system and your mental health and the way that you feel on on a daily basis because your feelings throughout the day is what's going to build the overall picture of what your life looks like and feels like.

Eight, design your default evening. And I say this because I'm a girly who's like really on it with her morning routine. I have been for years. I always kind of switch it out. It's my favorite thing in the world. So, one of my goals is I need to be making an evening routine because I suck at it and I will sometimes work right up until bed or I'll be watching TV right up until bed and then I get ready and I go to sleep. There's no nice routine that is a buffer between living and learning how to go to sleep and actually getting a restful deep sleep. I've really learned the harsh truth in that your next year is truly shaped more so by your evenings than anything else. Because if you are dream scrolling before bed, if you are consuming negative content, if you are gossiping right before bed on the phone with your friends and and not actually taking care of yourself, you are going to be restless. You are going to be sleep deprived. That's going to raise your cortisol. You're going to have a hormonal imbalance. You are just not going to be taking good care of yourself whatsoever. And that is what is going to create the tone of all of your days over a whole year.

All you have to do is pick a few things that are personal to you and you know makes you feel good. It doesn't have to be aesthetic on Pinterest. It doesn't have to be what other people do. It doesn't have to be as long as taking a bubble bath. It could literally be not using your phone for an hour before bed. It could be spraying your bed with some lavender pillow spray, lighting a candle, and having a cup of tea. It could be using a hatch alarm clock and playing your little soothing sounds, and just meditating into a sleeping mode. That's personally what I do.

Nine, fall in love with the process of being a beginner. So many of us don't do this because we hate not being good at things. We hate trying something and there's all this resistance and discomfort and also embarrassment in not knowing how to do something and not being good at it. because of all that resistance, it stops you from being consistent. But there's so much to learn in being a beginner. And we need to keep reexposing ourselves to that state because your ego will purposely try and keep you in things that it knows you're good at. But then, how are you ever supposed to grow? How are you ever supposed to become a new version of yourself if you're always staying in the things that you know and that you're comfortable and good at.

So, I want you to purposely choose something you know nothing about. Me personally, 2 weeks ago, I chose calligraphy and I bought a whole set and I've been practicing and oh my god, I am horrific at it. I thought I was going to take a cute picture and put it on my Snapchat story and I just couldn't. I also spilled the ink everywhere. So, there's that. But what's more important is I actually enjoyed it and it was really nice time away from my phone and it made me busy enough that I didn't have the time to pick up my phone or or do school or do anything that was bad for me. I just felt like a more well-rounded individual. Like look at me with my multiple hobbies. On top of that, I learned French. You know what? It's not even about staying off the phone because we know that. It's about being a more interesting person for the new year. I just also think that this process can help you build so much self-love in the process of failing or not being quite perfect yet and learning to accept yourself throughout each of those stages. So self-loving.

10, immerse yourself in who you want to be. I know there's so much advice out there about like stop scrolling or use your phone less and all valid. However, I really think that's such a smart way to use social media and the content that people are putting out on there. Even just watching a vlog or a Tik Tok video about somebody who is embodying the traits that you want or living the lifestyle that you dream of is so powerful for your motivation, for your subconscious mind to continuously consume that and immerse yourself in that world of like that person became a millionaire before 25 or that person has like the dream corporate lifestyle that I want or that person is living in the city that I've always wanted to live in and learning about it and visualizing it because you're so familiar with them living as that I think is so powerful for your manifestation skills and just for your hope in knowing that you can create it for yourself too. If you are trying to normalize abundance and luxury, watch more luxury hauls. If you are currently at school or university and you want to be a straight A student, watch more study YouTube videos. That's what I used to do all the time in school and it literally helped me get straight A's and I wasn't even a straight A student for majority of school, but I left with straight A's. Slay.

11, set out your coping systems. Now, we all have coping mechanisms, which are things that we just start doing to help soothe us when maybe we feel a bit overwhelmed. For example, when it's me and I feel a bit busy and overwhelmed and stressed, I will just go on my phone and I'll do doom scroll. That's just what I do. But I realized that coping mechanism just leads me further down a path of self-destruction. Cuz while I think I'm doom scrolling for like 5 minutes, it turns into an hour. Then I've procrastinated. Then I feel bad that I've procrastinated. Then I'm not even staying on track with my projects. Then my whole day has escaped from me. It's a horrible cycle. So that coping mechanism has now been replaced by the coping system of I'm feeling overwhelmed. I've been procrastinating since I live with Boy. I will normally go to him and I'll rant to him about how I'm feeling. He will give me a nice little hype talk and then I've just got a pep in my step again. And that's just what my personal thing is for you. It could be calling someone you know. It could be taking a walk. It could be meditating for 5 minutes. It could be putting on your affirmations playlist and having a dance around and just resetting your energy. But make sure you have that coping system in place so you know what to do when the hard times arrive in 2026 because 2026 isn't going to be a perfect year and there are going to be times that you want to give up and there are going to be times that are difficult and that you don't want to face. If you have the systems in place, you will be able to get through them.

12, you need to do a dopamine reset. I've made some content recently on Tik Tok and YouTube about cheap dopamine and what that looks like. Eg scrolling on Tik Tok, ordering fast food. basically really just quick fixes of really high spikes in happiness that aren't actually serving you long term for the sake of quick dopamine and comfort. And I definitely felt myself falling into that trap. So, I've had to do a dopamine reset where I've had to say no to myself over quite a few things such as impulse shopping or spending time on my phone. Food is a really big one for me. Like I was raised in a family where it was so normalized. And so now in my adult life, this is what I was doing, what I was turning to for happiness.

[music]

um that whenever we were stressed or whenever we had a down day, you just literally turned to a bag of Doritos for comfort. That was just like super super normalized. I'm not saying Doritos is an evil food. I'm saying it's not the answer to your problems. And that's what I was doing. It was especially bad for me as somebody who has multiple intolerances and like my gut personally just cannot handle those foods. And yet I was still going after something I knew was bad for me and literally caused inflammation in me for the sake of happiness. But that's not true happiness. So instead of constant Netflix or shopping or junk food or Tik Tok, it's about replacing those habits when you feel the need for happiness with real dopamine sources like fresh air and sunlight or a conversation with a loved one or stroking your pet, which is going to help rewire your reward system to help it work in the way that it should instead of consistently craving the constant easy dopamine hits you've been feeding it. Even if you don't want to replace it, just cutting it out in the first place is a huge step in itself.

13, give your future self a financial gift. Do your future 2026 self one favor and change your investment strategy. Either open a savings account or put £100 into the stock market or finally watch some YouTube videos and podcasts on how to invest in the stock market and what an index fund is. Do what's right for you, but most importantly, make sure that your financial literacy is up to date and that you're reading the books and you're actually researching before you do anything with your money. Of course, I do have a few videos on my channel, but there are so many other creators out there that are actual experts on it that you should definitely listen to. Learning about it or putting a little bit of money away to save or invest yourself in one year's time is going to thank you so so much because it will multiply and it will compound and you will see the results in 12 months.

14, set a bare minimum glow up routine. This has changed me because as a girl who literally has a 20-step morning routine and I'm talking just in the bathroom on skincare and LED masks and things like that. Of course, there are days where I have to be somewhere super early or I don't have the time to do all of those steps. I realized I was prioritizing all the wrong things, the things that weren't actually giving me the biggest effects that my body personally needed. So now I have a bare minimum glow-up routine, which is literally my simple skincare routine, showering, and then lymphatic drainage. But lymphatic drainage was the last thing I was ever prioritizing cuz truthfully it takes a long time and it's boring as hell. I know my body benefits from it so so much. So it's like the main thing I'm doing instead of doing an LED mask. I would rather skip that. Instead of spending 5 minutes layering a bunch of different fragrances.

When you have a bare minimum glow-up routine, it means that you are serving yourself and doing things that are good for you regardless of how busy your day is about to be. Because when you have a routine that is way too long, you're going to wake up and just skip it all together. And then next thing you know, it's been a week and you've not done any healthy habits for yourself. If you wake up and you know, actually, I could just pick the simplest version of my routine, which is skincare shower, lymphatic drainage, one page of journaling, and read one page of my book, and you're done. It sounds way more easy to accomplish, and you just build better consistency over time that way.

15, take one step for healing. Whether it's journaling and rambling and writing down your frustrations about something in your life or reaching out for your first therapy session or reaching out for closure from somebody, do it now and your future self will thank you because you don't deserve to go through another year holding on to negative emotions because it will literally weigh you down and it will prevent you from being able to extract as much joy from things as you should be doing and pouring your all into things if things are still dragging you back to the past on things you haven't worked on. I know it's hard and it's uncomfortable, but this is more about you and what you deserve, your peace of mind. There's a really cool exercise you can do at New Year's, which is where you basically write all of your feelings, maybe about a person or a resentment that you have or a situation, write it all fully in detail, and then you burn the letter. And it's actually like a really popular spiritual practice. I've done it a couple of times before. And before you hesitate and you think, I can't reach out to them and I can't say this, this is a matter of self-respect. You should be disgusted at the thought of thinking about that person or that situation for yet another year of your life. Ew.

16, upgrade your foundation look. What I mean by this is I think we're always so concerned with what we're going to wear to that dinner or on the weekend or on a Friday night, but we're not concerned about how we're presenting ourselves on a day-to-day basis, even if we're working at home and we're super casual. And honestly, I'm saying this about me right now because that was me. When I go out, I'm wearing the handbags and all of these beautiful clothes, but when I'm at home, which is, by the way, 90% of the time because I work from home, I literally used to look like Adam Sandler. Like, this

[music]

this is how I used to dress. And I saw no problem in it. And right at the beginning of this year, I invested in a few really cute just matching loungewear sets. Still comfy, still casual, but just a little bit more elevated. And honestly, it's so good even for my productivity because I feel more put together and more polished. It changes the way I show up for my goals and for the way that I work when I sit down at my desk even though I'm at home. It makes me feel more confident and more energized day-to-day rather than just hanging around in sweatpants and a hoodie, which just makes me feel a bit more sluggish and tired and chill. Build your baseline outfit. So, even if you're going to the office every day, what are the few little things you could add to it to make it feel a little bit more special for yourself? Whether it be putting on a pair of earrings or a special lipstick or doing a nice hairstyle or having a signature belt or perfume, it's all about your self-image and how you feel about yourself. Look good, feel good.

17, switch from the outcome to the identity. It's not always about the results you want to get from the goal. It's about who you need to become in order to achieve that goal in the first place. So, it's not about the goal of I need to stop eating junk food. It's I'm the type of person that honors my body, my health, and my intolerances. And so I would never do anything that would damage that or deter me from my path that I promised myself I would go on. That's me as a person. That's my mindset. That is my relationship with myself. You see the difference that keeps you more motivated and more disciplined on your path rather than just stop eating this food because how are you supposed to stick to that? Or another example is if your goal is I really want to hit 1 million followers on social media. Uh-uh. I am the type of creator that then shows up like I have a million followers every single day. I create content in that way. I talk to my audience in that way. I handle myself, my organization, my productivity, and my work as if it's already happened because I'm the type of person that would reach a million followers. Even if I only have two, I'm still performing like I have a million. Such a powerful shift.

18, create your portfolio of proof. I have said this so many times. It's actually one of my OG videos, how to be confident, which went super super viral. And I made up this thing called a portfolio of proof, which is basically where you write a list in your notes app or in your journal or just a mental list in your brain of every single time you have gone out and you have faced your fear and then come out the other side absolutely fine. Or you've come out and you've grown and you've become more confident and you faced your fear and you face discomfort. I personally think before the new year, you should make this a physical portfolio of proof. So, collect your messages and evidence and pictures and videos of you doing that thing. And every single time you feel down or insecure that you can't do something, go to that album in your camera roll you created. Go to that folder you created. Go to the notes in your notes that where you have all these reminders of every single time you thought you couldn't do something, but you did it anyway. And I promise you that will get you right back on track because your brain can self-doubt all at once, but it cannot ignore the receipts.

19, super easy and simple. Choose one health non-negotiable. Every single new year, everybody overthinks their health. And you know what? I don't blame you because it's a good thing to get excited about and a good thing to want to overachieve on, and you should. But I think even with all of the health goals you might have, just pick one that is the absolute baseline for all of the rest that even on the days you skip out on all the rest, you have one that you always do. Whether it's getting 8 hours of sleep every single night, whether it's closing the rings on your Apple Watch, whether it's starting every single morning with your supplements and protein shake, whether it's going to Pilates two times a week. Once you've set this non-negotiable, it's time to get the systems and the metrics in place to be able to measure it and be consistent at it.

So, one of my non-negotiables for this year was consistent movement because whenever winter hit, I get really bad winter blues. So, I normally actually just pause my gym membership because I I can't leave the house. Like, I really really genuinely struggle to go to the gym when it's cold. So, I invested in a walking pad. And even all throughout summer, I was using it on the days that I wasn't going to the gym. And it's really helped me and just like remove that resistance in me consistently moving my body because I knew my patterns and what I needed to help me just get the movement done in whatever

[music]

environment. If yours is your bedtime and your sleep, make sure you have it all set up on the health app on your phone or investing in an aura ring or a whoop. Another really good way of tracking your non-negotiables and your targets is again having a habit tracker. Honestly, triggers such good dopamine in your brain when you're ticking off all the things you did. I do this every morning and I still get excited about it even though I've been doing it for years. So, I highly recommend doing that because also in this habit tracker that I use, you can actually on one of the pages, you can track how many days you've been consistent. So, it's a really good visual reminder.

20, honor your inner teen. We always talk about honor your inner child, but your teenage years, it's a good place to look, let me tell you, because I feel like that is the peak of when you're really discovering who you are and what you like. But also, you don't have as much confidence and you're hiding yourself away a lot. And so maybe the things that you're just starting to explore and like you are hiding away really quickly before you can fully explore

[music]

them. At least that was the case in my life. So I want you to ask yourself, what did your 15-year-old self want so badly that you still haven't accepted her for? That you still haven't given her, that you still haven't given her grace for, or maybe it was mistakes she made, maybe it was things she chose to do. I think first and foremost, it goes back to just being compassionate for your teenage self. I know that that's probably some of the most embarrassing years of our lives. At least it was for me. And a lot of the self-love journey is about going back there and giving compassion to the 15, 16-year-old version of ourselves because it's so easy to do for our six and seven-year-old selves because they're so young. So why don't we do it for the teen version of ourselves? And I think if we don't, we are severely held back in our confidence and our self-love journeys. And in the process of all of this, how can you honor her to just close that gap in self-acceptance and self-love? Whether it be loving the music that she listened to or the styling choices or the hobbies that she had. What are some standards that you could put in place that she wished she could have had? Is there any way that you're betraying her? Is there any way that you're honoring her and her desires and her goals that she had? Or have you settled into comfort? Have you feared what other people are thinking of you? Did she dream a little bit more boldly? And how can you integrate that into your life right now?

21, consider your money shame. We all have it in one way or another. The sooner that you notice it and acknowledge it, the sooner you can work on it and grow. So for example, my money shame was that you have to work extremely extremely hard to earn money and suffer in the process of it. Almost as if it's like a punishment and if you don't punish yourself and put all your blood, sweat, and tears into it, you can't get it. Why did I have this money shame? Because I grew up in a state of chaos mentally and emotionally. And so that became my new normal and that kind of spread to my mindset when it came to making money as an adult. And I really had to work on that. Another example of money shame that some people have is if I get too much money I'll outgrow my family or I'll be too good for my parents or I'll be too expensive for my family or they'll look down on me if I get designer items. That's a huge one. And so subconsciously you start sabotaging yourself and putting limits on yourself so you don't cross that barrier because you haven't allowed yourself to be comfortable with what will happen and what your reality will become when you pass it. Another money shame thing is my friends won't relate to me anymore or you know I won't fit in anymore or another one is more money more problems. Basically there are so many subconscious thoughts that we all have that uniquely hold us back from the wealth and abundance we all deserve. So spend some time journaling on it to figure out what yours are. It's truly just about seeing what it is and nipping it in the bud. Asking yourself where does it come from? Whose voice is it? Is it my mom? Is it my dad's? Is it my friends? Is it ourselves? What is the fear that is blocking me from taking the next step?

22, write your future self letter. My favorite thing ever. And again, another page in the obsessed with growth journal for a reason because I've been doing this practice for a long time now. You can either write/journal a letter to yourself to read on the 31st of December 2026 or you can record a video diary for yourself. I normally do both every single year. I actually just watched the one I did last year um like two three weeks ago and it was such an amazing experience because I got to see how I was talking about my goals like this time last year, how passionate I was about things and one it was a great like feelgood moment seeing her say this is what I want to do and knowing I

was sitting here right now, having achieved all those things. But then also, there were things that I was saying this time last year about, "I really want you to do this," and I was sitting here like, "I didn't do that," or "I didn't go as hard in that as she thought I good." And that feels not good at all. But it gives me the kick up the buck I need, which is, she was counting on me for this. I literally have evidence of me this time last year hoping that I would today be in this position, and I didn't get myself there. I'm starting right now.

It helps you dream bigger, even in the process of writing it. Like writing to yourself in a year from now and being like, "I know you're going to achieve this, and you're going to be here," and it's such a powerful manifestation technique. It helps you dream bigger. It helps you be hopeful. It gives you something to look forward to. And it also gives your subconscious mind a literal script to act out for your dream [music] life.

23. Upgrade one of the environments you spend the most time in. This is a game changer. So, whether it be your vanity or your bathroom where you do your skincare every morning, or your office desk, this does so much for that state that we get into where we feel like life is so repetitive and boring, and you're in a slump, and there's no like excitement to anything. Just rearranging something, or just rearranging your routine, or the way that something looks, can just bring the fresh energy you need to keep going and still be consistent. What can you organize and upgrade to help yourself along with that healthy habit?

So, for me, one of the things I've been working on over the last few months, and thankfully it's all done now, was actually our bedroom. So, I actually looked at what were the sheets and what were the duvets and the pillows that hotels use. And I did all my research and learned what that was, and then I invested in it for our bedroom. And then I got a Hatch alarm clock. I got pillow sprays and candles that are really good for the bedroom, that have scents that wind you down.

Now, every single time I enter a bedroom, I don't want to go on my phone. It's such an amazingly perfectly curated environment where I know this is sleep time, and it's going to give me exactly what I need. Whereas before, when I there was no intention behind it, I didn't treat it with the same respect.

24. Stop negotiating with your non-negotiables. This goes without saying, okay? This is so important because it's going to build your selfrust and your relationship with yourself once you finally start keeping the promises you keep to yourself. I honestly think this is like one of the highest factors of self-love.

And I get it. It is so easy to just casually break those promises. So, I want you firstly to reflect on the last year. What were the three things you said you were going to do this year, or the three boundaries you were going to set that you didn't? And why? What stopped you from it? What was the resistance? What was the hurdle? And how can you avoid that next year? Because in 2026, you are going to stop arguing with your own standards. Once you figure out what your pattern is, what once you figure out what is the common factor that makes you fall down in these scenarios, you can avoid it for next time.

25. Turn your envy into a to-do list. Aka, the next time you feel jealous or envious, or like somebody else doesn't deserve that thing, or you wish you could live that life, step away from the envy because that is extremely low vibrational, and instead, let it inspire you. Every single time you feel a bit of jealousy, write a to-do list. Why do you want that person's life? What is it about them that makes you feel so envious? Why do you want it for yourself? How can you get it for yourself?

Stop planning. Start writing. Start vision boarding. Because our envy and our jealousy is such a [music] great vision into what we actually want for ourselves. And sometimes it's like giving you clarity and perspective on things that maybe you didn't know you wanted for yourself. And that's why it's showing up with jealousy because you didn't know it already. There is a reason that that person or that situation is triggering you; it's because you actually want it deep inside. So, use that envy to trigger you into taking action instead. Unfollowing your ex, going to the gym, learning business skills, starting a new hobby, learning how to invest your income so you can live that lifestyle or do those things.

26. Plan out your year ahead. Okay, I love this. Now, don't take it too literal and too like obsessively. I'm all about flexibility and letting things come, and also honoring the person you're growing into as time goes on. So, I'm not about planning out your future so strictly, but when you're looking at 2026 as a whole, what do you want the theme of it to be? What do you want to be the highlight of every month? Is it a certain amount of sales in your business? Is it a certain amount of time spent with family and friends? Is it a certain amount of solo dates?

And every single year, this is going to change. 2021, my metric was literally solo dates and self- loveve cuz that was the journey I was on. 2023, it was income and brand deals and writing my book cuz I was in hustle mode. And 2025, it's been a mix of things, but for the first time, it's actually been a lot based on social time.

Make a game plan that you can't skip out on. So, either plan month by month. For example, January, you are just going to focus on the goals of health and fitness. So, it is a consistent, easy-flowing habit that you can then sustain for the rest of the year cuz you are going to go all in on it just throughout January. Maybe summer is just reserved for all of your travel goals and taking it off your vision board. Maybe every single month you are going to plan a trip or like a weekend away in a city nearby or with a friend.

When you are planning for the year ahead, don't just plan for work and goals and accomplishments. Plan for things you look forward to. Book some concerts. Book some trips. Book some special events. Try and get in your hosting era with your friends. Invite them over. Do something special. Elevate the whole experience. That's what makes life truly worth living.

27. Prep for those financial goals right now. Every single year you want to be wealthy. Every single year you want to be financially abundant. Every single year you wish you had a stock portfolio like everybody else. When are you taking the time to learn? And even if you know a few things now, you can never stop learning.

Me personally, I have been investing in the stock market for 2 years, and I've gotten great results from it. But I still don't feel like I know enough. I'm still trying to learn because every single time you learn a little bit of information, there's always another level that you can learn on top of that that is going to make you even more seasoned and even more experienced and professional in that area. So, you need to get obsessed. Figure out where you are in terms of financial literacy now, and then consume all of the media, the articles, the books around it until you surpass that level and get on to the next one.

I want you to start January 2026 like, "All the things I wanted to learn in 2025, I did it now. I'm consuming something even above that level." Set up an automatic savings plan. There are so many financial apps right now where as soon as you get your salary, it's automatically sorted for you in saving pots and investment pots. It's like all the work is done for you. So, there's literally no excuses anymore. Okay, you are not going to enter another year being financially irresponsible. Uh-uh. We are going to be savvy with our money because that is what is going to build our future.

28. What could set you on a whole new path? Now, I've been toying with this a little bit, and this is part of my master plan, but it's the fact that you trying something new, or meeting somebody new, or starting a new hobby could set you on the path to becoming a version of you you never would have been otherwise.

For example, you going to a dance class and meeting a girl you never would have met in any scenario before, and she becomes like super ingrained in your life. She's your best friend, and it takes you on a whole journey you never would have experienced otherwise if you didn't meet her there. Or let's say you take up a painting class and you learn things about yourself as you're going through that process of being a beginner and learning new things and giving yourself something to spend time on that's not work or studying or productivity.

These are the new things I want you to start thinking about now. I want you to start one new class or one new hobby or start doing something in a different way that is going to allow you to start January 1 already as a different person. Like you didn't even recognize you were in November. That's what I'm talking about. Just that one small step, that one new thing gives you a massive leap into the new year so you're not just starting on level zero.

Essentially, get uncomfortable and just do one scary thing. I promise you, it's going to give you amazing results. Even if it feels embarrassing and uncomfortable, even if you don't enjoy it, I'm just saying you need to see the result of how it changes you as a person for the best.

This links into 29, which is, go down the rabbit hole of something you are interested in. So, for me, this is spirituality. I've been into spirituality and manifestation and all sorts for years. And now I'm kind of going down new avenues of it that I've never explored before u by watching YouTube videos on it, reading books on it, and also sometimes when I'm in a pinch, I will literally type in spirituality on TikTok, and I will go through the videos. And then as I'm going through the videos, they're talking about terms I've never heard before in spirituality. So then I'm searching up those terms, and I'm literally going down this rabbit hole, learning about all these things and reading articles on them and just being curious and expanding my mind in what that means and gaining more knowledge as a result.

And also, it's so funny because if I was never curious about manifestation back in 2020, I wouldn't be on the path I am now. I wouldn't have built a manifestation journal; it wouldn't have changed my life. I wouldn't have made vision boards and achieved all of my goals on them if I didn't have manifestation in my toolkit as a person. And it all started because I got curious about it and I went down a rabbit hole about it so I could be an expert in it.

And finally, 30, planning out every aspect of your life. More specifically, in terms of vision boards. Now, there is going to be a super specific video on this coming out soon. So, consider this your little teaser.

But one thing I love to do before every new year is, yes, I'll make my real physical vision board, which there's already a video on my channel on how to do that. But one thing I actually started last year for the first time was, I'll normally make a Pinterest vision board, but now on Pinterest, you can have like boards within boards. So, I'll have my board that says "2026," and then within it, I'll have multiple boards for each area of my life.

I'm talking appearance. Even in appearance, there is the makeup style I want, the hairstyle I want, daily jewelry stack I want to wear, the clothes I wear, the way I accessorize, the way I walk—that's all just in appearance. And so anytime I need to feel inspired, I can go into these individual folders and know exactly the type of version of myself I need to step into for the new year because I've already planned it out so specifically, there's no question about it. I've got all the clarity I need.

There's another board that's called "Career," and then it's all the stuff I want to start, new projects I want to do. There's another one called "Lifestyle." That's my yoga. That's my health. That's my fitness. Those are all the things I want to do on a day-to-day basis. What my weekends look like, what my mornings look like, and so on. There are so many boards. Just get super specific. Even if there's something you do that's super personal to you that nobody else does. I don't know, whether it's making [music] movies, and then make a whole board about that and what you want that to look like.

Truly, it's just all about designing your life. How you want it to feel, how you want it to look, what you want the experience of it to be like. Just by having some fun on Pinterest and getting super specific with this opens you up to new ideas on how you can do things and how you can elevate them and just enjoy the process of it all a little bit more and maybe improve in each of those areas of your life as well.

I am out of breath, guys. That was a lot of talking. That was a lot of advice, but I love it. Oh, it's my favorite time of the year. New year time, reinvention time. Stepping into the version of yourself you were always meant to be.
