So, YouTube sent me something and I want to open it up with you, my YouTube channel community, because you are the reason I received this. So, it's only right that I share this moment with you. But I'm going to set this aside so I can share my heart and I'll come back to this at the end.
Hi, I'm Dr. Jamie Morgan. I've been in the ministry for over three decades. And in all those years, I have never seen a ministry opportunity like the one sitting in front of you right now. Do you know that nearly three billion people are on YouTube? That's more than a third of the entire world. And most Christians aren't even in the field. Listen, we've got the greatest harvest opportunity in human history. and we're watching cooking videos. The harvest is ripe. The king is calling. And I'm begging you, don't miss this moment.
But I want to share with you how I got here because this isn't my story. It's God's story. And it started with an encounter I had with him years ago. I was actually honestly complaining to God one day. And I said, "God, if I had a platform as large as famous minister so and so, I could reach so many more people for you." And God said to me, "Who gave her that platform?" And I said, "Well, you did, God." And God said, "Can I give you a platform?" And I said, "Of course you can, Lord." And then God said these words to me, "Ask me." I thought to myself, "My big God is asking me, so I'm going to ask big." I said, "God, I ask you for a platform as wide as the world." And listen, the YouTube channel you're watching right now with over 117,000 subscribers is reaching people in all nations that I've never set a foot in. And it's an answer to prayer. Let that land for a moment. God asked me to ask him, and he's asking you the same question right now. That same worldwide platform is available to you. The question isn't whether God can give you a platform. The question is whether you'll ask and whether you posture yourself and cooperate with God for what he wants to do by showing up.
Listen, I'm 62 years old. I'm not technical. I'm not creative by nature. I started one year ago with only 50 subscribers. And I'm standing here today begging you with everything in me to start your YouTube ministry. The harvest is waiting. The field is ripe. I'm telling you, your voice is desperately needed. Because of my YouTube ministry, I used to mentor women all across the nation. And now I mentor women all across the world. And for me, it's never been about the numbers. It's always been about the reach. It's about souls. It's about going into every nation and preaching the gospel. That's what YouTube made possible for me. And that's what it can make possible for you.
Listen, I started my YouTube channel a little more than a year ago. And again, I'm not technical creative by nature, but I asked Jesus to breathe his ruach breath on my channel and send it around the world. And he did. 11 months after I started, I hit 100,000 subscribers, which is why YouTube sent me what's in this box, which we'll open shortly. And those subscribers aren't just from America again. They're from nations I'll never set foot in. God sent it where it needed to go because I asked him to and because I showed up.
Before I go any further, I'd love for you to like, share, and subscribe so this video gets greater reach. And every Christian is challenged to begin a YouTube ministry. You know, the early Christians traveled by foot, by boat, and even by donkey to carry the gospel to the nations. What joy it would have brought them to simply sit down, hit a button, and go to all nations from one room. We've got that right now today. And most believers again are not taking advantage of this opportunity.
Think about the Apostle Paul. Paul went everywhere the people were. He went to the synagogues. He went to the marketplace. He went to Athens. He went to prisons. He went wherever people were gathered. And he brought the gospel with him. I'm convinced the if the Apostle Paul were alive today, he'd have his own YouTube channel. He'd be in every Facebook group. He'd be doing webinars. He'd use every single tool available to him to reach every single person he could reach because that's what people who are serious about the great commission do. The tools have changed because of technology. The assignment hasn't to go into all the world and the world is online. While the church is arguing whether YouTube is a legitimate ministry, three billion souls are watching. Someone needs to show up for them. Why not you?
And listen, I need you to hear this. The only permission you need to start a YouTube ministry is the great commission. Matthew 28. Jesus didn't say go into all the world if someone opens a door for you. Jesus didn't say wait for a pastor to give you a platform. Jesus didn't say wait until a ministry leader recognizes your calling. He said go. And he signed it with his own name. Stop waiting for people to open doors of ministry to you. A man already has. And his name is Jesus. That's your permission slip. And it was signed 2,000 years ago. This isn't becoming an influencer. This is all about the great commission, preaching the gospel to all nations.
Listen, one of the most important mindset shifts that you will ever make in the ministry has to do with old wineskin ministry thinking versus new wineskin ministry thinking. What do I mean by that? Old wineskin ministry thinking goes like this. You wait. You wait for a church to invite you to speak. You wait for a women's conference host to put you on their roster. You wait for someone with a platform to notice you and hand you a microphone. And the pinnacle, the absolute pinnacle of success in old wineskin ministry thinking used to be having your own Christian television show on the big Christian networks. And here's what I need you to understand. Those days are gone. Famous ministers, ministers with massive followings and decades of influence are leaving Christian television by the droves. And do you know where they're going? They're starting YouTube channels because they discovered what I discovered. That YouTube reaches more people and more nations than Christian television ever did. And it costs absolutely nothing to start. You don't need a network, a denomination, or a conference host. Every person watching this video right now can have their own Christian television show and it's called a YouTube channel. And I want to tell you something with all the love that I have in me. If you keep waiting for someone to give you a platform the way the old wineskin system worked, you'll wait until Jesus returns and never fulfill your calling. So I'm asking you today to take off the old wineskin ministry thinking and put on new wineskin ministry thinking.

Listen, here's what I know from years of ministry. The moment God puts something in your heart, the enemy immediately goes to work. And I know exactly what he's saying to you right now. So, I want to name his lies one by one because the truth needs to be louder than the lie. Maybe the enemy is telling you, "Oh, I'm not tech savvy. Can I tell you something? You've got a smartphone. That's enough to start. I'm not a tech-savvy person. I didn't grow up in the digital age. I figured it out one video at a time, and so can you. Maybe Satan's telling you, "I don't have a big enough following." Listen, Jesus will build your following using your YouTube channel. That's the entire point of the platform. You don't bring the audience to YouTube. The YouTube YouTube brings the audience to you. You just have to show up with a message and Jesus will breathe on your channel. Maybe the enemy is telling you, you know, someone else is already saying what I have to say. Listen and listen to me good. Nobody else has your voice. Nobody else has your story. Nobody else has your anointing and your specific assignment. There are people right now searching for exactly what God has put inside of you and they can't find it because you haven't posted yet. Or maybe the enemy is telling you, you know, I'm too old. Age isn't your obstacle. I'm living proof of that. Period. And maybe, and this is one of the most dangerous ones of all, maybe he's telling you, "What will people think?" Listen, that's the fear of man. And the Bible calls it a snare. You have to choose between the fear of man and the fear of the Lord. You can't have them both. Every one of these lies has the same author and his name is Satan. There's a person right now who's just waiting for your testimony that would set them free and it's sitting in your heart unpublished. The word that would have kept, I don't know, the new believer from walking away from Jesus is waiting inside of you, unspoken. Someone's going to make the video that you've been putting off. The question is whether is it going to be you or is someone going to be God's plan B.
Listen, you don't need a studio. You don't need a message. You don't need a team. You need consistency. You don't need to go viral. You need to be faithful. One video can change someone's life. One soul literally with one video. Okay?
