Okay, okay. So this portion of the lab is a squeeze box experiment. So we have three layers here, and we're imagining these are rock layers that are going to undergo some sort of stress. And the stress applied here is going to be by this plunger. So we're going to take some measurements, some initial length here, initial depth.
And then we're going to do two different squeezes. So this is the first video for the first squeeze. And then we're going to see how far, um, we moved it, how thick the sediments got, and whether we observe any changes in the continuation of the layers.
So the first step in your lab is to draw these layers. So you can pause this video to start drawing your layers.
