Praise be to Allah, praise be to Allah, the Lord of all beings. He has favored His servants with seasons of goodness and singled out the well-known days with virtue. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, alone, without partner. And I bear witness that our master and prophet Muhammad is His servant and His messenger. May Allah bless him, his family, his companions, and his wives, and grant them abundant peace.

To proceed, O assembly of believers, fear Allah the Almighty and obey Him. For with piety, deeds and hearts are rectified, and sins and transgressions are forgiven. And take provisions, for the best provision is piety. And fear Me, O people of understanding.

O nation of Islam, we are enjoying these days with ten blessed days and well-known days, which Allah the Almighty swore by and preferred over others. So, the fortunate one is he who seizes them and exposes himself to their breezes. In the Sunan of Ibn Majah, the Prophet, peace be upon him, said: "There are no days in which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these ten days." And in them, the rituals of Islam are gathered in a way that is not gathered in others.

For in them is the Day of Sacrifice, the greatest day of Hajj, which is the greatest of days in the sight of Allah, the Blessed and Exalted. Likewise, in them is the Day of 'Arafah, on which our Lord, Glorified is His Majesty, descends to the lowest heaven in a manner befitting His majesty, His pride, and His greatness. He boasts of the people of the standing (on 'Arafah) to His angels. And it is the day on which Allah frees the most of His creation from the Fire, whether they stood at 'Arafah or not, from among the Muslims in all lands. And fasting on the Day of 'Arafah, for those who are not performing Hajj, Allah forgives the sins of the year before it and the year after it.

And among the greatest deeds in these days is the Hajj to the Sacred House for those who can find a way to it. And the accepted Hajj has no reward but Paradise. And Hajj is not accepted and meritorious unless its owner is a monotheist for Allah and a follower of His Messenger, peace be upon him. So, the monotheism of Allah the Almighty is one of the greatest and most noble objectives of Hajj. For the entire Hajj is monotheism for Allah in its time, place, rituals, deeds, and remembrances, from the beginning of entering the state of Ihram to bidding farewell to the Sacred Mosque. Nothing in Hajj, nor in anything else, is higher than the monotheism of Allah, His glorification, and His remembrance.

In the Musnad of Imam Ahmad, it is narrated that the Prophet, peace be upon him, said: "The circumambulation of the Ka'bah, between Safa and Marwah, and the stoning of the Jamarat were only made for the establishment of the remembrance of Allah, the Mighty and Sublime." So, it is incumbent upon every Muslim to show servitude to Allah alone, and neediness and submission to Him. And do not disturb the tranquility of these blessed days with what divides the Muslims. For our Lord is one, our Book is one, and our Prophet, peace be upon him, is one. There is no superiority of an Arab over a non-Arab, nor of a white person over a black person, except by piety.

O people, We have created you from a male and a female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Expert.

O assembly of brothers, just as Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, commanded us to worship Him alone and to follow His Messenger, peace be upon him, He also warned against associating partners with Him, whether major or minor, apparent or hidden. For associating partners with Allah, Glorified is His Majesty, is the greatest of sins, the most dangerous, the greatest of major sins, and the most heinous in crime. It is the sin that the Lord, Glorified is His Majesty, and sanctified are His names, does not forgive. And because of it, deeds are nullified. And it has been revealed to you and to those before you: "If you associate others with Allah, your deeds will surely become worthless, and you will surely be among the losers."

In Sahih Muslim, from Jabir, may Allah be pleased with him, he said: A man came to the Prophet, peace be upon him, and said: "O Messenger of Allah, what are the two things that necessitate (Paradise or Hell)?" He asked: "What are the two things?" meaning, what are the qualities that necessitate Paradise for their owner, or necessitate Hell for him? The Prophet, peace be upon him, said: "Whoever dies not associating anything with Allah enters Paradise, and whoever dies associating anything with Allah enters Hell."

I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan. "And [mention, O Muhammad], when We designated for Abraham the site of the House, [saying]: 'Do not associate anything with Me and purify My House for those who circumambulate and those who stand [in prayer] and those who bow and prostrate. And proclaim to the people the Hajj; they will come to you on foot and on every lean camel, they will come from every distant pass.'"

May Allah bless me and you with the Quran and the Sunnah, and benefit me and you with the verses and wisdom therein. I say this, and I ask Allah to forgive me and you. So, ask Him for forgiveness, for He is indeed Oft-Forgiving.

Praise be to Allah, praise be to Allah, who made the House a resort for people and security. And I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, alone, without partner. And I bear witness that our master and prophet Muhammad is His servant and His messenger. Allah sent him before the Hour as a bearer of good tidings and a warner. May Allah bless, grant peace, and bestow His blessings upon him, his family, his companions, his wives, and those who followed them in excellence until the Day of Judgment.

To proceed, O assembly of believers, among the righteous deeds in these days, in which the virtue of time and place are combined, is serving the guests of the Most Merciful. And Allah the Almighty has favored this country, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the care of His House, honoring His visitors, looking after the two Holy Mosques, serving the pilgrims, the visitors performing 'Umrah, and the visitors, and facilitating worship for them, and preserving their security and safety, under the noble care of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his Crown Prince. May Allah reward them on behalf of Islam and the Muslims with the best reward, and place that all in the balance of their good deeds, and the good deeds of all who served the pilgrims to His House.

Brothers in faith, it is incumbent upon whoever intends to visit the sacred sites to glorify the ritual of Hajj and 'Umrah, to feel the awe of the sites, to observe the religious objectives, and to adhere to the instructions and regulations that have been put in place for safety and the public interest. For Hajj without a permit is an offense against sublime arrangements made with utmost precision, and it is an encroachment on the rights of others and an annoyance to Muslims. Its harm is not limited to the violator alone, but extends to others. And the Prophet, peace be upon him, said: "There should be no harm and no reciprocating harm." (Narrated by Ibn Majah).

Then know, O assembly of believers, that Allah has commanded you with a noble command, beginning with Himself, saying, the Almighty, the Generous: "Indeed, Allah confers His blessings upon the Prophet, and His angels [ask Him to do so]. O you who have believed, ask [Allah to confer] His blessings upon him and ask [Allah to grant] him peace."

O Allah, bless Muhammad and his wives and his offspring as You blessed the family of Abraham. And bestow Your blessings upon Muhammad and his wives and his offspring as You bestowed Your blessings upon the family of Abraham. Indeed, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious. O Allah, be pleased with the Rightly Guided Caliphs: Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman, and Ali, and with all the companions and the followers, and those who followed them in excellence until the Day of Judgment. And include us with them by Your forgiveness, Your generosity, Your bounty, and Your favor, O Most Merciful of the merciful.

O Allah, grant honor to Islam and the Muslims. O Allah, grant honor to Islam and the Muslims. O Allah, grant honor to Islam and the Muslims, and make this country safe, secure, prosperous, and abundant, and all Muslim countries. O Allah, make us safe in our homelands, and guide our imams and our rulers, and support our imam and our ruler with the truth. O Allah, guide our imam, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, to what You love and what pleases You. O Allah, guide him and his faithful Crown Prince to what brings honor to Islam and reform to the Muslims, and to what is good for the country and its people. O Allah, reward them with good for what they expend in serving the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors, and reward them on behalf of Islam and the Muslims with the best reward. O Allah, protect the pilgrims of Your Sacred House, accept their Hajj and all their deeds, and return them to their families safe and victorious by Your mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful. O Allah, guide everyone who served the pilgrims of Your House and took care of Your guests. O Allah, bless them in their deeds, their lives, their offspring, and their families by Your mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful. O Allah, guide all the rulers of the Muslims to what You love and what pleases You. O Allah, protect our religion, our leadership, and our security. O Allah, guide our security forces and those stationed on our borders and frontiers. O Allah, grant them victory over Your enemy and their enemy, O Strong, O Mighty, O Possessor of Majesty and Generosity. O Allah, relieve the distress of our brothers in Palestine. O Allah, be their helper, supporter, sustainer, and defender. O Allah, protect Al-Aqsa Mosque from the injustice of the oppressors and the aggression of the occupiers, and make it stand tall and honored until the Day of Judgment. O Allah, forgive the Muslim men and Muslim women, and the believing men and believing women, the living among them and the dead.

Glory be to your Lord, the Lord of might, from what they describe. And peace be upon the messengers. And praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.
