W.B. De Bois wanted black churches free of quote, the noisy and unclean leaders of the thoughtless mob unquote and clergy replaced by thoughtful quote apostles of service and sacrifice unquote. Running down here black preachers like James F. Marshall, black clergymen like Marshall refused to challenge white supremacy. Even vow comments like.

A former North Tulsa pastor will now serve at least 13 years after pleading no contest for rape and child abuse. One of the victims, his own daughter. Jun News Oklahoma's Emma Burch was there during that sentencing and spoke with Bailey's daughter about how she's feeling now that her abuser and father is behind bars.

So, I'm grateful for that that I got justice justice along with every other victim.

Harmony Oat says her pain is now behind bars after her father B.M. Bailey was sentenced to 15 years for sexually assaulting Oats as a child. And after I felt relieved um because he uh confessed, he admitted he um was very.

Everybody deserves another chance. If God I'm a Christian, so if God can give us a second chance, of course, I will give you a second chance because he gave me chance after chance after chance after chance. And who am I to not give you that opportunity to see if you've changed?

After taking a plea deal with the state, Bailey received a 15-year sentence and will be on the registered sex offenders list for life. Oat says justice was served.

I believe the plea deal was mutual. She the judge did a good decision for um letting him at least pay the time for his consequences while yet still being um graceful, giving grace.

For Oats, it's now about moving on and repairing the hurt and relationship with her father.

It's hard to believe that a pastor could be accused of something so awful, but police say two pastors are part of a puzzle that involved murdering a blind, mentally disabled man for money. ABC2 News Sheree Johnson joins us with what happens now. Sheree. Well, Megan, this morning, two pastors are behind bars charged in the murder of a mentally challenged man. Kevin Puchche is expected to be in court for an arraignment today. Elder James Clay will be extradited to Baltimore from South Carolina. Now, 32-year-old Kevin Pushet was a pastor and worked at the Ark of Baltimore, where he met the victim, Emanuel Wallace. In February, Wallace was shot and killed outside a bathroom in Lincoln Park. According to charging documents, Puchet paid someone $50,000 to kill Wallace so he could cash in on the insurance policies he had in Wallace's name, totaling $1 million. Police say Puchche confessed to that crime. Elder James Clay was also charged with participating in that murder for hire. Authorities found him in South Carolina.

They're particularly heinous um in in light of the fact that the victim who was murdered was among the most vulnerable innocent people that live among us. Now, police say despite the two arrests in this case, they still don't know who actually shot and killed Emanuel Wallace. Sheree Johnson, ABC2 News.

About 90 to 95% of the black church in America is objectively by the standards of scripture heretical. It it doesn't even constitute a true church. They're teaching things that are absolutely in direct opposition to the Christian faith. If you listen to the message and you believe what they're saying, you will go to hell. I love black people. I want them to know Christ. And currently, there are not enough black men in America, Christian men who know enough theology to be able to be qualified to pastor black churches. The black church in America needs to be split up. It needs to go and find a good God-fearing white churcham with biblically qualified men so that they can hear the real gospel of Jesus Christ and come to saving faith in him. You can't make this stuff up. But you know what he said? Of course, we agree everything everything he said, but what he said is what the brother was reading from the book.

That We Dubois said and Booker T. Washington. They were saying, "Black churches are garbage. You learn nothing. All you do is jump up and down and give money." That is it. It's heretical. But anyway, back to Jeremiah 50.

>> That's what we're reading about in Jeremiah 50 earlier. They're going to come against Babylon. Um, Babylon. America's going to be afraid because who's going to be with them? >> Verse 44. They shall come to her and besiege her. The star, and all wrath shall they pour out upon her. Then shall then shall the dust and smoke go up unto the heaven, and all they that be about her shall bewail her.

>> See that? All they that be about her shall bewail Babylon. Watch this. Hold. Revelation 18, 9 and 10.

>> Revelation 18 and verse 9. Remember what we just read. All that's about them shall be Babylon. Revelation 18:9. And the kings of the earth who have committed fornication and live deliciously with her shall bewail her.

Okay, they're going to be in that war state thinking they still got a base in America. Here it says, "They shall return to Babylon that was destroyed, but the military ain't done yet." Okay, now, time's sake, we're going to jump to Psalms 41. I just like this one. Psalms 41. We're almost done. We're almost done because Christ must get involved in this thing.

At least minimum three to five. You can have more than that, but minimum three to five. If you don't got that, when Jacob's trouble comes, you all will fall. And I ain't talking about a circle of partiality [ __ ]. So, we're going to send the captains out because you'll get these brothers. You're my circle because you kiss my ass and do what I say. We don't want men like that. What you say? Yes. Because of adventure. We want loyal brothers, faithful men to the word of God. Okay. So, read it again. We don't want. And traitors will be dealt with. You got your house, you got your car, you're reporting back to them, but you are going to get the worst punishment known to mankind for being a traitor. That's right. You are the scene of Judas Iscariot. So that's for all you sellouts, all you people that come up here, you put the purple on and you sitting up next to us and you're gathering information. The Most High got special destruction for you, worse than what the heathen is going to get.

>> He has special punishment for you. That's why he said, that's why Christ says there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. That's excruciating pain that you have to feel after death.

>> For brightness, but we walk in darkness.

>> Because we don't like justice. When we say, "Do you want justice?" They say, "Yes." We'll read Revelation 10. He that leads into captivity shall go. "Oh, no. I don't want that."

>> That's what they do.

>> Verse 10. We grow up for the wall like the blind.

>> And we grow up as if we had no eyes.

>> Our people act like they got no eyes, but you see the evil. You see the death of our people day after day after day and a mockery, and then you act like, "No, I don't see that. Nope." Go ahead.

>> We stumble at noon day as in the night. We are in desolate places as dead men.

>> So our people are like dead men walking, dead. Go ahead.

>> We roar all like bears, crying and mourn sore like doves.

>> Uh-huh.

>> We look for judgment but there is none.

>> There's no true judgment. Go ahead.

>> For salvation. Look for salvation.

>> But it is far off from us.

>> Because of our sins. Go ahead.

>> For our transgressions are multiplied before thee.

I love the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Easter. I love it." And we're like, "What the hell is going on here?"

>> And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off. Why?

>> For truth is fallen in the street.

>> Truth is fallen in the street. Go ahead.

>> And equity cannot enter.

>> Uh-huh.

>> Yea, truth faileth, and he that departed from evil maketh himself a prey.

>> So when you decide to repent, you make yourself a prey to your own people. Your own people hate it when you try to keep the commandments. There's something in our people. It's the white man. That little white man in our brain. Go ahead.

>> And the Lord saw it and it displeased him that there was no judgment.

>> Come on. And he saw that there was no man and wondered that there was no intercessor. Therefore his arm brought salvation unto him, and his righteousness it sustained him.

>> So watch it. Verse 16 again. And he saw that there was no man, no man to do what? That could come and deliver us. Only the Lord can save us. There's no man. Remember it says Deuteronomy 20:60, and no man shall buy you. Nobody can help us except the Lord. Read that again.

>> Verse 16. And he saw that there was no man and wondered that there was no intercessor. Therefore, his arm brought salvation unto him.

>> That's Christ. Go ahead.

>> And his righteousness and his righteousness, it sustained him.

>> Come on.

>> For he put on righteousness as a breastplate.

>> Christ put on righteousness as a breastplate. Go ahead.

>> And a helmet of salvation.

>> Upon his head.

>> And he put on the garments of vengeance for clothing.

>> Accordingly he will repay.

>> So don't think you're going to be in the midst of sin and you can escape to your island. I'mma go back to Jamaica. I'm going back to Haiti. That ain't going to work. Christ, I'mma find you, too. And I'm going to kill you 'cause you ain't right. Read on.

>> So shall they fear the name of the Lord from the west.

>> Guess what, brothers? We live in the west. So shall they fear the name of the Lord from the west, the western hemisphere. Good.

>> And his glory from the rising of the sun.

>> That's our brothers in the east. That, uh, that's, uh, England and Africa over there, the eastern hemisphere. Good.

>> When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against them. So Isaiah sees the enemy coming against us like a flood. But the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard again. He, the Lord's only going to allow Esau to do but so much. Watch this. Revelation 12:15. And we coming back here. Revelation 12:15.

>> Revelation 12 and verse 15. We're going there because it says, "When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him." Read.

>> Saith the Lord, from henceforth and forever.

The concept, I guess the conception of it was Bishop Nathaniel. He asked me to write a song um where the woman is honoring and glorifying the black man. Uh and that was the genesis of it.
