Hey team. So, I have just received my new 4-week glow stack, which I'm just about to reconstitute. So, I thought I would make this video and show you what to do. So, here's what you're going to need.
Uh, you're going to need your peptides, obviously. Here I have BPC157, TB500, NAD, and GHKCU, which is blue. Uh, you're also going to need a reconstituting syringe. This is a 5 ml one. Um or if you don't have that, the little uh insulin syringes are fine, but this is going to take you a little bit longer, unfortunately. You also need an alcohol wipe. Um you need a Sharpie for writing on the bottle, and you are going to need your bacterioatic water as well. So, really, really simple.
Let's do the NAD first. So, the first thing you want to do is you want to download a mac or not a macro calculator, you want to download a peptide calculator from the app store. That is going to tell you how much that you should be taking of the peptides each day. So, NAD, uh, this is actually a,000 mg of NAD. And you can see it's um, it's lifelized. It's called powder. So, basically, they freeze dry the powder just to keep it fresh. And you're going to add the liquid to this. So, this is a this is 1,000 mgrams of peptides. I can't show you the calculator because it's on my phone and I'm using my phone to do this. So, um basically you would just work out the dose after you've added the back water.
So, because this is 1,000 milligs, I'm going to add five mil of back water to this. So, really simple to do. You take your syringe, you pull in five mil of air into the syringe, which is there. You want to do this cuz that's going to make it easy to draw out the liquid. Otherwise, it can can be quite hard to draw it out. You put that into the back water. Turn upside down so the needle is visible. You push the air up into the back water like this. And then that will see how that's just drawing down itself now. So pushing the air up in makes the syringe draw really easily. So you want to draw in 5 ml of water, which is there. And if you ever have any problems with it, just push the water back up and then pull it back down in. You want to make sure there's no air in it. Once it's done, pull it out. I always like to then wipe the top of the bottle with an alcohol wipe just to make sure that it's completely sterile. So, you want to wipe the top of the bottle with the alcohol wipe. Sometimes I also just give the needle a wee wipe because you can never be too careful. And then what you're going to do is you're going to insert this needle at an angle so that the uh water runs down the side of the peptide jar of down the side of the vial. You don't want to shoot it straight into the peptides because that's actually has the potential to destroy them because they're very fragile. So you want to uh just gently very gently push it in. This is vacuum sealed. So as soon as this needle goes in, this is going to suck the liquid out. So turn it in, push it in sideways. See if I can get it in there. You can see it's running down the side of the jar. It's just sucking it in. I'm not even having to push it. So, that sucked in all of the back water. You take that out. Here is what I always then do with the needle in between reconstituting. I always put it inside the alcohol wipe. In fact, quite often I keep an alcohol wipe in here and I just set the needle inside it like this just to keep it completely sterile. The other thing you can do is obviously just put the cap back on. You never want the needle to touch anything. And so that is your peptides reconstituted. Um you can see it just takes a little bit of time sometimes to um allow them to dissolve. You never want to shake them. You can gently just kind of roll it like that ever, you know, so slightly. But to be honest, you just let it sit and that's going to uh that's going to do what it needs to do. And then very important, I write on this. So I will write put it on here and I will write on N a D. And I will put on 1,000 mg because that's how many peptides are in there. And then I put in 5 M L BAC backwater. Now what I will quite often do as well, see just wrote it on there. Quite often what I will do as well is I once I've worked out the dose, I will write the dose on there as well because you want to be able to take that out of the fridge and just you you're never going to remember the doses. So you want to take it out of the fridge, just look and see what your dose is. The other thing you can do is buy a label maker. I have a label maker at home. Quite often I just put a label on my phone and then just label the side of it. But if you don't have a label maker, a Sharpie will do. So you set that one to the side.
Um and then now the copper is a little more complicated. So let's do it next. So copper can be quite acidic. You want to make sure um that you're not diluting it too little with back water because then it's going to sting whenever you use it. Now if you draw all of these into the syringe and inject them one time, it's going to be fine. It's not going to sting too much. But here is the best way to do your copper. Right. So I have a couple of different um bacteriaatic waters here. I think I have some somewhere else as well. So you want to take about 2 ml of back water. So pull in 2 ml of air. So there's 2 ml of air. Going to put this into the back water. Oh, I'm going to wipe the top of it first. Going to wipe my syringe. I'm always hyper about cleanliness. So, put in the syringe, turn it upside down, push the air out, and then suck back in 2 ml of water. So, the copper comes in a 3 ml vial, so you're not going to you're not going to fit any more than 3 ml of liquid in here. You could probably shove in four. Um, and in fact, you know what? Let's do that because you probably won't have another vial, but I was I'll show you the way that I do it. So, again, turn it sideways. Put the needle in sideways. It's going to suck the water out the minute it goes in there. So, watch. See? Let the let the liquid suck down the side like this. You can press it gently. You don't want it to go straight onto the peptide. So, it's running down the side. So, it's all in now. Pull it out. And then let that dissolve. Now, that's going to take a little bit of time to dissolve. So, just, you know, you can gently turn it or roll it. Never shake it. Set that to the side. Again, put your needle back in. So, if you tear off one side and the other side of the alcohol wipe, you can keep the alcohol wipe in there like that. And then what I do is I set my needle in there in between reconstituting. So, you want to gently, very gently roll that. You can see as you very gently turn it, it's just dissolving into the peptides. So, while that's dissolving, I will go ahead and do the rest of them.
So, you just do exactly the same. Uh, let's do the TB first. So, this is TB500. I'm going to put 1 ml of water into the TB500. So, there's 10 mg of TB here. If I put in 1 ml of water, then that's going to make my dose 10 units or not.1 ml. And that's what you want to take daily. So this is what I take daily. Okay? This amount here. So if you put in 1 ml of water into 10 mg of peptides, 1 millig is going to be 10 units on the syringe. So if you want 2 milligs if you're dosing every other day, then you're going to want to draw out that much, not 2 ml or 20 units. Now again, you can use this little syringe to do it. So let me show you how to do this. So you can use the big one. If you don't have the big one, these are fine. This is a 1 ml syringe. I'm going to pull in this amount of air. I'm going to put it into the back water. I'm going to turn it upside down. I'm going to push all of the air in. And then I'm going to draw that out. So, why do you push air in? Because this little vial can only contain a certain amount of um substance. So, either air or liquid. So, you want to push the air in because it's going to make it easier to draw the liquid out. Okay. So, I have 1 ml of back here. So, again, I'm just going to wipe the top of my needle. I'm going to put this lid on because I don't need it. I'm going to wipe the top of my bottle like so. And then I'm going to insert this in. And I'm going to again do it on the side so it doesn't hit the peptides. So, you're going to go in at an angle. And you're going to notice that, see how that's immediately pulling the liquid down? See how that's going down in the syringe and I'm not even trying. That's because it is vacuum sealed. So that's pulling in 1 ml of liquid. So that is your once that is dissolved, that is your TB500 ready to use. So if you're going to take one migram a day or sorry one uh one gram a day, 1 milligram a day, sorry, then your dose is going to be 10 units on the syringe. So here's what I do. Turn it on its side. I write TB on it and then I write 10 units daily. That's how much I'm taking at the minute of this glow stack. But you could take 2 mg every other day. So I'm going to write 10 units daily. 10 unit TB 10 units daily. And that's how much. So that one's ready to use. So you don't reconstitute them until they're ready to use. So I'm going to set that one out of the way.
Then I'm going to do the BPC157. So this is 10 mg of BPC57. Your daily dose of this and let's just do this again. So I'm going to clean the needle. Your daily dose of this is 500 mg of TB5 or sorry of BPC57. So I'm going to add 2 mil of water to this. Why am I adding 2 mil? because I added 1 mil to 10 mg of TB500 and that made my dose 10 units a day which is 1 mg. So I want to take half of a milligram. So I want to keep my dose consistent at 10 units. So if I want to keep the dose consistent at 10 units, I have to add 2 ml of water and that keeps the dose consistent. Now you could of course just add 1 ml and then your dose would be five units, but I like to keep all my doses similar. So again, I'm just going to push that in on the side. And then you can see the liquid is running down the side there. It's drawing it in the syringe. Gently running down the side into the peptides. Bump. Done. Wipe the needle. Very important. Draw out another 1 ml. I forgot to push the air in, but that's okay. Okay. So, you can see how it wants to like pull this pull the plunger back up if you don't push the air in. You don't have to push the air in. I just find it's a good practice. So, there's one more. This time I don't have to turn this to the side. I can just push it straight in because it's already liquid. So, and you can see how it just sucks it down because it's vacuum packed. Now, of course, you can push that plunger if you want, but I just let it gently suck down in. Very important that you label your vials immediately afterwards so that you know what you're taking. Wipe your needle in the alcohol. Put the cap back on and then get your trusty Sharpie right on this BPC. So if you're putting 2 mil into 10 milligrams, your dose is going to be 10 units daily. 10 units daily. can nearly spell I L Y 10 BPC 10 units daily. So now every day I'm taking 10 units of this and 10 units of this.
Now if I want to take 10 units of the copper daily then which you can see now is almost all dissolved. There's still a wee bit in there. So I'm just going to turn it a wee bit more. So, if I wanted to take 10 units of this, I have to add 5 ml of water. So, that makes it slightly more complicated. [snorts] How the hell do you do this? Well, you can use one of these big back waters. So, here is what I'm going to do. I'm There's about 1 ml of water in here, I'm going to guess. So, I'm going to put this 1 ml into the copper. Let me see what's in here. And you want to pull the needle out gradually, gradually, gradually to get the rest of it. Okay, there's not 1 ml in there. There's um let me see. There's just over eight an eighth of a mill. So, I'm going to pull the rest out of here. So, there's another 1 ml. So, I'm going to add this to the copper. I could have done this in the beginning with a bigger syringe. So now here's what you have to do, right? See, to get more liquid into this copper, you have to push and then let this draw up some air. See? And then push. That's how you get the liquid in. And then let it draw up the air and then push the rest of the liquid in. Boom. That just hit me in the eye. Now you have 3 ml of liquid in the copper. Going to clean my needle. And then I am now going to transfer this into this and add more back water. So I'm going to use this bigger syringe for this. You can use a wee one if you want, but the bigger one is easier. So, oh, I forgot to wipe the top of the bottle. Let me do that first. Wipe it with my alcohol wipe. Put that back in there. I'm going to draw in 3 ml of air. Push it in. I'm going to push the air into the bottle as much as I can. It's getting hard now because there's not a lot of room in there. Then I'm going to let that draw back in. Probably 2 ml of water would have been fine. So, you want to suck it all out. And you might have to go up and down a couple of times. So, you're pushing it back in. There's a little gap up here at the top where you can kind of see the needle right at the very top. You guys can't see it, but you want to suck it all out. And then you want to pull the needle out a wee bit more just to get the last of the peptides out. You pay a lot for these peptides. You want to make sure you're getting as much as possible. You're always going to have kind of this left in the bottle. It's very difficult to get that out. So, there you have your peptides. I'm going to put them into this big bottle. push it all in like this. And then I'm going to take two more ml of water and I'm going to put it in here. Now, here's the thing. Once you have put this in here, you need to either use a clean syringe or because once the copper's in the syringe, you can't use the syringe again because it reacts with the other peptides. So, I want to draw in 2 ml of back water. I'm hoping there's going to be 2 ml in here. Yes, there is. Now, do you see how that's slightly blue? So, that's why you can't ever put this back into another peptide after you've used the copper. So, I'm going to push that in there, like so. And then that needle is now going to go in the bin. And that's why I always do copper last. So, here's what you have now. You have 100 mg of copper in 5 ml of water. So, your dose for 2 mg a day is going to be 10 units. Of course, if you had more water in there, the dose would be higher. So, I'm going to write GH K on here. And then I'm going to write 10 units daily. Now, at the very start, I would have written down, you know, 100 mg in 5 ml of water just to remind myself what it was. So, GHK 10 units daily.
So, now whenever I take my glow stack, I'm going to lift these out of the fridge and I am going to Yep. See, that one's all completely dissolved now. So, to take these, um, that needle hasn't been used, so I'm happy to use it again. So, again, you just want to clean your syringe, and then you're going to draw these peptides out. I always do the copper last. So, let me see. So, you want to pull [clears throat] it in and it's going to drip slowly in at the top. I don't know why that's not focusing. There it is now. So, you want to pull it in and see the way it tries to draw it back out cuz I didn't put air in there first. So, there's 10. Now, here's a really important part. You want to hold this plunger at the bottom whenever you go to use your next peptide because see if you don't and you put this into the peptide, it'll suck all the peptides into the new vial. Okay? So, you're holding the plunger at the bottom with your finger. Put the needle in. Hold it so it doesn't shoot it in. And then you're going to draw in the next peptide. And sometimes they come in quite slowly. You can see at the top there. Don't know whe you can see that it's coming in in a drip. You see? So, and if it ever doesn't come in, you can turn it back up like this, push a bit of air out, and then draw again. So, I'm going to push a bit of air out, and I'm going to draw again. It's hard to do this on the video, to be honest. These ones, uh, whenever they're quite thick, uh, like BPC is, it draws very slowly, so you can I don't know whether you can see that dripping in or not. Hopefully, you can. So there that's about So see how now I have two I now have 20 mil on the syringe. Put it in there. Now I'm going to do the NAD uh 1,000 mg to five my dose. So I'm on 100 um milligrams uh twice a week of NAD now. So my dose will be much higher than yours. So 100 milligrams would be 50 on the syringe. So, I'm just going to do 25 um just to show you what you'd be taking. Push it in. Again, hold it tight at the bottom because that will try and suck all of that liquid in there. So, I need 25. So, I'm going to go up to 45 here. You can see this is pulling this down. So, there's a big space at the top. That's fine. I'm going to go down a little bit further than I need to. And then let it all go back up again. I bent the needle, which is not good. And now last I'm going to do the copper. And you can kind of bend it back a bit. Again, hold the top of it. You don't want this to go sucking into the copper, right? Although this one actually shouldn't suck because it was in a reconstituted vial. So I'm going to go up here to the six. So there is my glow stack. Okay. And so again, I'm going to wipe the top of the needle. I'm going to put a lid on it unless I'm going to use it straight away.
And then here is how I uh do my here is how I do this one. Right. So I bend over. Excuse my butt. This is um this is an area which isn't very sensitive. So this is where I usually do mine. So I will do this, right? I will bend over and I will then poke myself with the needle to see where the least sensitive bit is. and I go. Okay, that doesn't feel very Let me see. About there. About there. Right. I'm going to push it in. Very easy. And then I'm just going to eject. Boom. Always give it a slap for good measure. And that is done. That is your peptides reconstituted, your peptides injected. Dispose of your needle. Keep these in the fridge and the NAD you use twice a week and the rest of them you use daily. And that is how you reconstitute your glow stack. [snorts] That is everything else goes in the bin and that's how you reconstitute your glow stack and that is how you inject your glow stack.
