Most people don't realize that it only takes you 30 minutes to set up a complete AI workflow that saves you more than 5 hours every day of research. I have tested quite a few different AI tool workflows and none of them compare to a well set up Claude Co-work workflow. Save this video because here's how to build one in 30 minutes and step four is the most important.
Step one, create a Claude context folder with three files. An about me doc, a brand voice doc and a working style doc. The more context you give it the less prompting you need.
Step two, set global instructions in your settings. These load every single session automatically which means Claude always knows how you work and how you think.
Step three, install plugins for your specific role. Sales, legal, marketing, data. These turn Claude from being a generalist into a specialist in that specific role.
Step four, probably the most important step is back prompting. And every prompt that you give it with ask me clarifying questions before you start. That way Claude won't guess and will ask you questions on how to build your project.
