There's a Netflix show called like Killer Robots. They made a computer learn how to fly an F-16 and they ran it on like 17 different computers at the same time for like a month, giving it like 30 years of experience flying this plane and then they put it against like actual combat pilots.
And what it found out is for a pilot, the dominant position on another plane is behind it. But AI decided that the dominant position was coming down at the cockpit. No sense of self-preservation was ever programmed into this thing.
