[music] Welcome back to the channel, ladies and gentlemen. We have some breaking news coming from Davos at the World Economic Forum Conference. President Trump has now announced that after discussions with the head of NATO, Mark Rutte, they have come to an agreement over Greenland, a framework to negotiate a deal. And, of course, the Danish leadership are not happy. They are absolutely furious. President Trump has responded to Denmark saying, "I dare you to tell that to my face." And I, this was a direct quote, apart from the the word "dare." And then, of course, we're going to give you guys the latest update.
There's also an ongoing situation as we speak at the conference in Davos. They are now evacuating the building. We're getting more information about that in the next few minutes as the emergency workers have now responded to the conference center.
First things first, President Trump got what he wanted, as usual. [laughter] Why is everybody surprised? Stop being surprised. This was never about the military occupation of Greenland. Uh, before we begin, uh, I do need to correct a statement and apologize. Everything's happening so quickly with all the breaking news and uh, a lot of things that we are getting. We're obviously trying our best to verify. But every now and then, there is a mistake. I showed you guys an interview with President Trump on the issue of Iran. Um, that was actually from before, that wasn't now. So apologies. We've now also trimmed out parts of the live stream so we don't accidentally do misinformation. So that has now been resolved.
Let's uh, talk about uh, what is going on here because uh, Trump went over Denmark to talk to talk to NATO directly, and he then made this announcement on Truth Social: "Based upon a very productive meeting that I have had with the Secretary General of NATO, Mark Rutte. We have formed a framework of a future deal with respect to Greenland and this is in fact the entire Arctic region. This solution, if consummated, it will be a great one for the United States of America and all NATO nations. Based upon this understanding, I will not be imposing the tariffs that were scheduled to go into effect on February 1st. And uh, additional discussions are being held concerning the the Golden Dome as it pertains to Greenland. Further information will be made available as discussions progress. Vice President Jay Devance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, special envoys the Wetkov and various others as needed will be responsible for the negotiations. They will report directly to me. Thank you for your attention to this matter," says the president.
Now, firstly, let's go to a couple of things that happened. President Trump made one of the most bombastic speeches at Davos. Every single time, both Javier Milei of Argentina and Trump, every single time, managed to just completely make everybody in Davos furious because they start making anti-globalist speeches. But Trump's said about the negotiations that, um, "I'm seeking immediate negotiations to discuss the acquisition of Greenland by the US, just as we have acquired many other territories throughout our history, as many of the European nations have. The difference is here is that Denmark, for some reason, claims that Greenland is a colony of Denmark. I'm not really sure why they say that. We're not in the 19th century, Denmark. Greenland is not your colony. Stop trying to claim that Greenland is your colony. That's not really how it works." [laughter]
Now, when the Vikings from Norway discovered Greenland, and of course, you guys split, and the Danish part obviously kept hold of Greenland as a colony, things changed. May I remind you of the 1950s? May I remind you of 1979 when Greenland was granted home rule? If anybody is going to get outraged, it should be Greenland. You know, the five people who live in Greenland, not them, definitely not the European Union, and not the prime minister of the United Kingdom or president of France. Let's go to the, let's go to Trump first and then come back.
"And that's the reason I'm seeking immediate negotiations to once again discuss the acquisition of Greenland by the United States. Just as we have acquired many other territories throughout our history, as many of the European nations have. They've acquired, there's nothing wrong with it, many of them. Some went in reverse, actually. If you look, some had great vast wealth, [snorts] great vast lands all over the world. They went in reverse. They stuck back where they started. That happens too. But some grow."
Now, this is where it gets interesting because a narrative from the European media has been, as I said, "Greenland is a colony of Denmark. It's up to Denmark." No, it's nothing to do with Denmark. Leave him alone. It's up to Greenland. Denmark right now, and I love the Danish, and I especially some of the good, sound, sensible policies from the Danish government domestically speaking. But they've come out, their reaction is they have firmly and officially rejected Trump's demand to negotiate the takeover. Fair enough. That could be your position. There's nothing wrong with it because of the connections between Denmark and Greenland. The problem here is that treating Greenland as a colony when it's not your colony, that is a problem. And considering the the way the Danish establishment, not the Danish people, the Danish establishment treated people in Greenland for years and years and years, the neglect. And of course, their people in Greenland said, "Can we just have our autonomy? We need self-determination. We need our own government." And they, they were finally given that years ago.
But Trump's response to Denmark being furious is the most Trump thing I've ever seen. Uh, Denmark rejected the talks. NATO, for some reason, speaking on behalf of Denmark saying, "We'll talk." Trump's reaction is, "Tell me that, tell me that to my face."
"The Danish foreign minister rejected what you said in your speech that you were hoping to negotiate to acquire Greenland. Essentially saying that this is not something that they are willing to discuss."
"Well, they didn't tell me that. When they tell me, 'cause I don't like getting it secondhand. If he wants to tell me, he'll tell me that to my face."
"And when will you be discussing this?"
"I have no idea."
"When you said you..."
"I'll be discussing it with this man right here."
"Mr. President."
"He's frankly more important."
Okay, so that, I, I do have a problem with that. I do have a problem with the head of NATO negotiating on behalf of Greenland. Now, there is a big issue here because I think what is actually happening and what Trump always wanted. Trump wanted to have full say in terms of bases and security because the Chinese communists and Russia are literally surrounding around um, and Greenland and the European Union and Denmark haven't done anything about it. So we know that security needs to be increased. Now, President Trump negotiated with NATO. This is not going to be Europe versus America or Denmark versus America or Greenland versus America. While it might sound weird, why is the head of NATO getting involved speaking on behalf of Greenland? But it makes sense because the deal is going to be, well, this is not America versus US. We are going to work together. America is going to get what they want, full say, basically, but the security is for the security of Europe. So this is basically going to seem as cooperation. Obviously, the Danish government right now will have a meltdown, which is, which makes sense. I get it from their perspective. I don't blame Denmark. Obviously, treating Greenland as a colony is a little bit weird in 2026, considering they're not their colony, but I get the outrage.
Now, one of the reporters asked, "Do you see a price for Greenland that is reasonable?" And this is what the president said.
"Mr. President, do you see a price for Greenland that's reasonable?"
"I could see that. Yeah, I can see."
"How would you calculate?"
"I could see that. But there's a bigger price, and that's the price of uh, the price of safety and security and national security and international security having to do with many of your countries. That's really the price, and that's the big price. And as you know, we're doing the Golden Dome. It's going to be very expensive, and it's better if we have Greenland than it is without. It's going to be safer. It's going to be stronger. It's going to be better for Europe, and it's going to be better for us. And uh, so we'll see what happens."
Now, the reality here is that there's still a lot of people who don't understand what is actually happening. So, someone said, "Edwin says, but Greenland isn't US soil either." Yeah, but that is not the point. It's not about making Greenland part of the the the US soil. This is the same situation as many other territories around the world that is under the control of many other powers or superpowers, and you can still, as the White House repeatedly said, Greenland will still have their own autonomy anyway. It's simply about who's calling the shots. Right now, the European Union and Denmark are calling the shots, and they're not doing anything about security. And President Trump is not going to steal it. He's going to reward Denmark and the EU. He's going to give them so much by simply having bases there and controlling the security, which is also helping Europe because the Europeans are not able to keep that secure. There is a big race between the West and China, and you have to be careful about that. Um, if the if the Western side wants to divide, but clearly that's not what NATO wants because Mark Rutte says, "Who, it's fine, everything's fine, and we're going to negotiate." If the rest of them want to do that, well, they can man up and they can increase their own security. If they want to, they can do it. But Europe can't stand on its own without America, without NATO.
Now, a reporter also asked, "Is it reassuring to hear that the NATO Secretary General says that NATO will defend the United States if it comes under attack?" And this is what the president said.
"Any other questions? Is it reassuring to hear the NATO Secretary General say NATO will defend the United States if it comes under attack?"
"Well, I hope that uh, that's true. I mean, he's he's a good man. He's never lied to me before. You know, we've had a good relationship, and he made that statement. That's nice."
I love Trump's reaction. Well, he's never lied to me before. He's just putting more pressure on Mark Rutte now. But having said that, uh, President Trump doubled down on the real agenda, and he says, well, we don't need Greenland for anything that Greenland has in terms of any sort of a rare earth or any material or whatever, because we already have a lot of it in America, and the US also has influence around the world. The American Empire, they, they can have whatever they want, whether it's oil, whether it's gas, whether whatever minerals. And it says, "I, I've already been honest that I want uh, Greenland because of geopolitics and because of security. I'm being honest that yes, this is about the bases, but that these guys are not trying to, they don't want to listen."
"Let's go to this."
"I just, you know, when I see what's happening with Greenland, I, I wonder because I want Greenland for security. I don't want it for anything else. We have so much rare earth, we don't know what to do with it. Uh, we don't need it for anything else. And in terms of Greenland, you know, you have to go 25 feet down through ice to get it. It's not, it's not something that a lot of people are going to do or want to do. No, this is security we're talking about."
Now, there is a very interesting question here. Someone says, "Do people from Greenland prefer to have America there or China and Russia?" Now, let me make it slightly more straightforward. Greenland is not like a normal country in a sense that because the population is tiny, they themselves, and they've only had independ, well, independence, autonomy, and self-determination to have their own governance from Denmark only the last few decades, right? So it's still relatively new. They don't basically, they don't have defense, they don't have an army. So when it comes to domestic issues, oh, can I build a house over there? Or can I basically do this to my farm? Yes, they have self-autonomy. But when it comes to security, they rely on the outside world. It's not like, for example, I don't know, Scotland or the UK or Germany, where if if a foreign power comes to Germany and says, um, well, we want to take over and we'll look after you. Well, people in Germany or the UK would say, well, we already have our defense, go away. It's up to us. Greenland already depends on foreign powers to keep them. Now, it is primarily that they say officially, it's Denmark, right? But it's actually NATO, and NATO is America. So America is spending money there without having say. So Greenland, they don't have a choice for them to be in charge of Greenland themselves when it comes to security, when it comes to defense. So yes, the choice is basically between the West or China and Russia. If the choice was, oh, third option, we Greenlanders will be in charge, then fine, well done, do it yourself. But they can't. So they can't say, and they are not saying, as some of the people in the establishment are saying, but not all of them in Greenland, that, uh, well, we have to be, uh, we, we'll be in charge, we are independent, we can do whatever we want. No, you can't. Because even right now, you're relying on the Europeans to protect you, and Europeans are relying on America to protect them. So basically, everybody's relying on America. So let America have say over your security. That's all they want. Americans are not going to get involved and tell the Greenlanders how to do their taxes or, for example, how to build their roads. That, they, they still have their own governance anyway. That's why it's not really in the hands of Denmark, regardless of what Denmark says.
Somebody is shouting in the live chat saying, "It is not official to see you do." I don't know what you're talking about. You make it sound like there's a deal. Now, there's the framework over a deal, and President Trump has won that already. He's already won. Um, the Europeans have now backed down, apart from Denmark, which is kind of interesting again, as I said. Um, but Mark Rutte has already made a decision. There will be negotiations, and of course, there will be a deal. There was always going to be a deal. There was never going to be any military invasion. That was the most stupid thing that people were talking about over the last few weeks. So there's no deal right now for it to be official or unofficial. What we have is the framework. As you can see at the bottom of the screen, NATO and Trump agree to negotiate Greenland deal. Meanwhile, obviously, Denmark is having a meltdown. I get it. But they could have done a better job. They could have just not relied on America. But they did.
Now, the European Union, they are also reacting. The EU leaders have now called for an emergency summit tomorrow on Thursday. Um, this came even after the president basically uh, decided to back down on his threats of tariffs, extra tariffs against some of the countries in Europe. Uh, this is according to the European Council spokesperson. Uh, but the reality is that meeting is simply going to be the EU leaders and and basically an unofficial representative from NATO, unofficially there, trying to calm Denmark down. They, somebody reasonable needs to be in that room to tell them, okay, we, we know what Trump wants. It's quite obvious. It's, it's not some sort of financial greed. Trump and the US will be losing more money by having Greenland. They're not going to gain money. They're going to lose more money. But strategically, it makes sense. But we know what they want, and what they want is in our interests, you idiot. So everybody calm down. Now, negotiate a good deal to ensure, obviously, the people who are running Greenland, you know, to build the roads and everything else that they still obviously are protected, and they will be protected. Doesn't matter. And at the same time, Denmark needs to save face. They can't be seen as they just sold out Greenland. Even though, as I said, Greenland is not Denmark's colony anymore. It hasn't been for about 70 years. So, if things change, the European Union will have to change the narrative. But for now, we'll have to wait for the uh, summit tomorrow, emergency meeting in the European Union.
We just got breaking news that the conference center at the World Economic Forum Conference in Davos uh has now been evacuated, and we have a video that I can show you quickly from the ground. There is a bit of an issue. Emergency workers are there. Yeah. Okay. So, this is the video that we just received. Um, reports are coming from the Congress Center evacuation that emergency responders are now working to identify a source of a smell that is causing coughing among individuals in the vicinity. So, when I first heard this over the last few minutes, I was like, "Wait, hang on." Cuz all I heard was a smell. I was like, "Wait, hang on. So, is it just a bad smell?" But apparently, it's something weird that everybody's suddenly coughing in the middle of Davos. So I'm not really sure what happened there. Somebody didn't flush a toilet. Emmanuel Macron, I don't know. Uh, but uh, so they have to evacuate the whole building. Uh, so they are figuring out there's no imminent threat apart from the smell. Um, as long as it's not chemical or anything dangerous, uh, it should be okay. But uh, uh, I don't know if there's a bad plumbing or God knows. And uh, having said that, there's some reaction here. "Trump threatens weak bureaucrats, panic on the wrong thing. Trump moonwalks past them and high-fives his target." Thank you for your attention to this matter. Yeah, that's a fair analysis at this point. Um,
"Of that was unnecessary. Uh, that completed. There we go. That's back. Uh, but that's a good point. Also, President Trump made the speech earlier at the conference. This, as I said, every year we have people like Kable and President Trump going to Davos to basically be a force of disruption. Right now, usually what they do, and what Milei does, and he does it really well, is that he attacks globalism and he basically sells free market capitalism and freedom. What President Trump decided to do this year was to just not address globalism or nationalism or anything like that. He just started talking about America's achievements. I know what he was trying to do, and it still worked because he was basically, without saying it, he was attacking globalism, and he was saying "America First" wins. But he was just, he was treating the the Davos conference this year like a State of the Union speech, just like going around talking about American domestic policies. It was brilliant. But uh, there's something about it that despite the fact that a lot of people in Davos are not the fans of President Trump, they still had to all stand up and applaud, and they were all clapping. There's something even though right now, Oh, oh, we got someone saying, "You are an idiot about Greenland." Well, that is a very, very constructive and uh, logical and philosophical counterargument. This, this is how you... Yeah. Or maybe this guy doesn't actually know why I'm an idiot about, or I am an idiot about Greenland. Uh, so unless you've discovered something uh, brand new, truthful about Greenland, let me know. Maybe you know better than the White House. Maybe you know better than the Greenlanders. Oh God. Anyway, so what else do we have? Yeah, if you want to counter the argument, it's probably better to actually have a counter argument before you misspell your comments because it's a little bit embarrassing. [snorts]
"The left has many genders, but only one real daddy." Oh God, that is a whole different image. Uh, Donald J. Trump. If we have to save some cultural sanity and our society, then we'll have to support President Trump. There's no alternative. Well, the European leaders, they need to man up. If they want to counter this sort of thing, they need to also be alpha about it. They can't just sit down and moan and whine about Trump. And uh, Greenland would be a protectorate like the US Virgin Islands and Guam and Puerto Rico. US citizenship, independence, government. Yeah. I mean, uh, they, they will get more, they will literally, they'll get more privilege. There will be more money. There will be basically access to America, access to US citizenship, and extra security, and you still have your own independent. I mean, who would say no to that deal if you were to become American? Yeah, I get. I mean, firstly, you should be lucky. But I would get why you might be angry, but you're not becoming American. It's, it's you're not becoming like the 51st state. You're not Canada. So also, to be fair, leave Canada alone, despite Mark Carney, because Canadians have still a lot of potential. Trust me, when the opposition finally sorts things out, uh, and poly Canada will be great again. It's just the next few years with Maran, it's going to be a little bit hectic. If you want 3 million insurgents opposing you, come and try and take Canadian land. Bring it on. We will teach you what the Germans learned in World War II. To be fair, um, Canada was protected uh, thanks to the Western forces as well. So there, there were the whole Allies. So that's how they got protected against the Germans. Uh, but someone said, "Canadians voted for Carney." No, that's not the case. Okay. But when it comes to the voting system, you have to like look into the voting systems of each country and then look at the percentage of what was it, the turnout and percentage of people who vote. It's like Sadiq Khan in London. People say, "Oh, London voted for Sadiq Khan." No, the majority of London has stayed at home, and Sadiq Khan won by, was it, 30%? 30% of the votes who turned out to actually vote. H So that's not really the case. And it's, it's not the situation in Canada either. Uh, we still have the majority of Canadians who are against Marani. Uh, but [snorts] of course, uh, he has a few years left.
Just one on Sky News channel on YouTube. "The left are getting all men." Oh, I need to watch that. That's fun. I'll check it out. Trump already has the right to put as many troops as he likes or NATO allies into Greenland and can get the minerals too because it's not about the minerals. That's the point. There's no major danger. That is him on an ego trip. Uh, Americans don't care. See, that's the thing. If you really think geopolitics is like some sort of celebrity gossip thing, it's, it's fascinating. Some people do think that, by the way. Some people genuinely think, well, they look at Trump because he was a celebrity, right? They're like, surely it's the same. I, I've seen reality shows. You know, the one person would say something, yeah, that's ego. Yeah, they're just doing random things just randomly because they're greedy or randomly because they have an ego. That's not really how things work when it comes to geopolitics. It doesn't work that way. Even when it comes to dictators, even Kim Jong-un, they don't operate that way. He might say some crazy things, but Kim Jong-un's decisions don't really work based on his own personal ego. That's not really how geopolitics works because there, there's a wider game around it. That's where you have a whole team. That's where you have advisers. That's why you have intel. There's literally a whole point of having CIA as an intelligence gathering agency. There is, otherwise, you could just have one person sitting in the in the Oval Office just making random decisions. It doesn't work that way. You can't see presidents or prime ministers as celebrities. Oh, I don't like his face. Oh, the way he talks sounds like an egomaniac. So, yeah, I think he's just doing random things for random reasons. He already has access to Greenland. What? What does he want? Well, pay attention, then you find out why. Oh my god. Anyway.
Ah, "Cries Americans enemies. Trump has made a deal for Greenland. What are we to do?" Nothing. Yeah. Well, the, the negotiations will will have to start now. Um, but uh, somebody, obviously, the tomorrow's emergency meeting in in Brussels will have to, the aim is to calm Denmark down, to bring him on board. "Football halftime, Trump, NATO to Denmark, Neil." But this is the thing, by the way, because unfortunately, that is the reality because they made it sound like it's Trump versus NATO with with the framework agreement to negotiate for a future deal. But in defense of Denmark, it basically came across as Trump and NATO on the same side. Denmark, you're on your own. So, I do fully understand the Danish government's meltdown. I, I get it because the European Union clearly don't care enough to actually listen to the concerns of Denmark. All they're doing is just wow, wow, wow, wow, oh, we're going to send 13 soldiers to Greenland. What, what is that going to do? And the other ones, well, we will hit America. I'm like, okay, NATO itself, which is America, but NATO said, well, we will defend America. Whoever attacks America will still defend America. [sighs] Crazy people. Anyway, under no circumstances are you allowed to tire of winning. As Kyle Ren says, more, more. [sighs] And now we need Iran back and their help with Syria and Lebanon. Syria is the big thing next. Obviously, people better start reading 1984 because that's where the globalists are going to take you. Yeah. Although the, the difference with 1984 and the globalism is that it's the opposite. So the, the point of 1984 was a, an isolationist dictatorship. But there are resemblances because of the, the futuristic world that we're going towards and using tech and data to control. Doesn't matter if you're in Denmark or Germany, those with power want to control your life, blah, blah, blah. But, uh, yeah, there's a tiny philosophical difference. The 1984 scenario was more isolationist than globalist. [snorts] Uh, [clears throat] strong president is good for the free world. I'm an American and don't agree with what we are doing in Greenland. You make it sound like there's a genocide in Greenland or like some sort of like military invasion. We don't agree with what we're doing. Bad things are happening in Greenland. But at the same time, I understand his ideas. Loves his speech though. Yeah. Obviously, as I've been repeatedly saying, if if the US military were to invade Greenland, I will be against it. I think half of America would be against it. Most of America, Trump will be against it. But that is not what's happening. Like there's no genocide in Greenland. Everybody's on the same side. But obviously the Europeans are having a meltdown because they, I know why. It's because they're losing more leverage. They tried to do this EU army nonsense. They tried to do the European political community with Emmanuel Macron leading it, and nothing is working. Nothing is working. You can't, you can't compete with America. Stay on the same side. Stop trying to be a rival to America. It, it's just not worth it. Unless the Europeans find a better way to make their continent strong and rich as opposed to now, which is weak and poor, then you can't do anything. The days of the empires are gone. Well, the European empires. Now we have the American empire. The days of the European empires when you had money and strength is gone. You gave up your empire. You opened your doors. Open border policy. Free movement. You didn't vet people's backgrounds. Mass migration. This is Europe now. That's your continent.
Ivan says, "Trump remakes remarks about Macron sunglasses." Hilarious. I know. I saw that. I didn't want to show this on this because it wasn't related. It would have just been mean against Macron, which he kind of deserves it, but [laughter] I, I love how Trump basically, I thought he was not going to talk about it, but he did say during his speech, "Yeah, I saw Macron in his sunglasses. Beautiful sunglasses. What the hell is that about?" "Iran was uninvited from Davos. They sent his stink bomb as revenge." You know what? You might joke, but what if there's something dangerous like some sort of chemical weird thing by the Islamic Republic? It's unlikely, but although the president is there and they want to take him out. So, uh, but it's stinky. Whatever it is, again, I think somebody just didn't flush the toilets, but we'll find out. "That smell is the new world odor." Let me know. That's actually a good response. "NATO should declare war against the US as it's only about oil splitting the world into three. Trump is a dictator who introduced the key stats for the record." That idea already existed. Secondly, what this is the problem with the West. You got so many people in the West who are against the West. You really want Russia and China to have access to that instead of America? Really? Really? It's like the people who had a meltdown over Venezuela. Like, no, no, how dare. Like there were some liberals in America. How dare we America go and have a have a say and have influence in Venezuela and get their oil. What, what's the alternative? Oh yeah, giving it to the Islamic Republic and China and Russia. They, they have influence. So you prefer that? As I said, if Greenland was a basically a normal country with an actual army and a proper system to be able to defend itself and obviously have an operational gas and oil operation itself without the need of any outside help, then fine. Obviously, it's up to Greenland what they want to do. Firstly, you got the Danish establishment claiming, as I said, that somehow Greenland um is their colony. No. um, not anymore. And then you also have all the others who are basically defending China against the the Americans. Really crazy, crazy stuff that that the thing is, if the same approach were happening, for example, someone like Obama, right? The liberals loved Obama, right? Obama, if he was smart enough, he would have like wanted the same thing, but he wouldn't have done it the way Trump is doing. He would have done backroom conversations, some sort of negotiation with Greenland and NATO, right? And if he had done that, and if he had come out very politely, make a very diplomatic big announcement, "Ladies and gentlemen, we have a new agreement. Cooperation in Greenland altogether." But the same outcome, right? Same outcome as Trump. All these liberals who loved Obama would have said, "This is the best thing ever. President Obama is a genius. He's helping the free world." But because they don't like Trump, whatever he says or does, even if it's the same thing that the other side would have done, oh, it's the worst thing. It's genocide. Genocide in Greenland. This is terrible. Enjoy your oil. Be grateful. You're a genius uh about Greenland. Thank you. Someone gets it. The Europeans think it's them versus America. You're on the same side. You're weirdos. NATO is 95% in the US and 5% mad about that. Yes, that's it. Trump is a great man. Yeah. The fact that they're treating Trump is like son of Hitler. Even if Trump says something crazy or plans something crazy, just wait for it. Wait for the details. Because it tends not to be Hitler, usually. So, usually just calm down. Hanians, Puerto Ricans, and Virgin Islanders, US Virgin Islanders, uh, are US citizens. They also get federal benefits. They just don't pay federal taxes. That's Greenland's future. That's what I said. That's it. It's the benefits to the people in Greenland is huge. Access to citizenship in the US and still have self-autonomy and self-determination to run their own land. It's genius. Uh, I think people are not making the Chaos Island connections. We don't want the land sold out uh from under us or have foreign interest meddling. Which land? Which you have to be clear about what uh who is us, who is them, and which land. So, um, as I said, if, for example, the US were to come to tell the UK, we are stealing Scotland from you, well, that would be a little bit weird because Scotland still is a functioning part of the kingdom, and if the Scots want to be independent, that's up to them, absolutely, and they could have their own army. Is it very different to Greenland? They don't have an army. So it's, it's, it's a whole different thing when it comes to territories. You got a lot of islands. You got a lot of smaller territories that is owned. This, the hypocrisy by the Europeans, by the way. They all have their own islands. The Brits have their own. The Danish have their own. The Spanish have their own, and Americans have their own. Each have their own random territories in random parts of the world, all for strategic reasons. And suddenly, or it's naughty that America wants to have say over a mutual island that benefits the same people. It's not like Trump is on the other side of the political spectrum when it comes to geopolitics. If you were to do it, if if Putin or Xi Jinping does it, yes, because they're against this system, so you can't just give it to them. It changes everything. But if Emmanuel Macron once said, or Kama once said, it doesn't matter because they're not going to turn Greenland into France or Britain. It's simply about who controls the security. That's all it is. Americans are paying for the security in Greenland without having full say. They have to basically get approval to add the base to it. That's not really how the American Empire works. The America, the American Empire works on, we decide because we are paying for it. We know we have the expertise when it comes to military. We need to know where where to be, how to be, and what to do. We can't keep going through the European Union and NATO to decide what is happening in in Greenland. They have had drones from China and Russia repeatedly, and no one's doing anything about the drones. And they're not dangerous drones. They're just monitoring the testing of waters. The Europeans are just sitting there watching it. Well, you're not doing anything about Greenland. If you were to keep it safe, then fine. Go keep it safe.
Oh yeah, we just got another statement from the president. Uh, he's saying it's been this meltdown over the last couple of weeks that people are treating as some sort of a sovereign land that Trump is invading and like some sort of genocide and is stealing things. Everything is going to be doing in there, which is, it was always going to be diplomatic, not war. He's doing it for the benefit of both Greenland and the Europeans. They're all going to make more money, and some of them are going to have access to American citizenship. A lot of people are going to be jealous about that. He's now saying that the deal is going to be put out pretty soon. It gets us everything we needed to get. So, did you, do you realize that? That just proves that the, the, the draft of at least an offer deal was already in place. They already knew what they wanted. They had already prepared it. Trump would just post some mean tweets, get everybody angry. The Europeans would send a couple of soldiers there. The draft is still there. And when it's ready, here we go. Have a look at it. It was always going to be diplomatic. They always fall for the same tricks. It's so weird.
"Please explain to me how Canada was saved in World War II." Well, it's not like there was going to be German [gasps] uh, because I'm a World War II fanatic, and I have never heard that story. No, there was no, for the record, there was the aim for the Germans to expand, right? And if if Canada was going to be invaded and occupied by Germans, it was always going to be protected, as I said, by the Western forces. The Western forces already, all allies already said, we will protect every single land that is part of the West. That's the whole point. That's why Canada was never going to be lost. Doesn't matter what the uh, the the middle operation was going to be, because it was part of Britain.
"New to channel. Love your content and perspective. Thank you." Uh, Denmark could just uh, avoid all this and sell Greenland. They should have sold Greenland to US decades ago. Yeah, because considering that they don't own it as a colony anymore, I'm not really sure what the meltdown is. They come to America to live. Thank you for the offer. "Macron should go and give his wife a fine." Don't, don't bring up the wife. You [snorts] know how powerful she is. "Love flow toilets." Oh, don't. "EU globalists already take decisions on behalf of their conquered smaller countries in the EU. So much moral high ground from the European Union." Absolutely spot on. The security of the European Union member states is controlled by Brussels. The European Union, which is an unelected dictatorship. You don't have a say. You can't hire or fire their leaders. You can't elect them. Suddenly, these people care about sovereignty. That's the fascinating part. As opposed to the United States, which is an actual democratic state, the overall state, it's 50 states. I love Trump. He's a genius, but I think he's a little bit on the autistic spectrum. What is wrong with being autistic? There's nothing wrong with being autistic. Um, anyway, that is the latest. What a dramatic evening in Davos. Uh, the, the NATO leadership went over Denmark and talked to the president of the United States. The Danish had a meltdown. There is a weird smell that is making people cough at the conference center. So, the building has been evacuated while the emergency workers are responding. I'm not really sure what's going on there, but we'll get more information on that. Thank you so much for watching. I'm Maya Tusi, and we are the media. [music]
