[Music] Well, we've been talking about it a few times today. As you grow your awareness, you'll make better daily awareness. You'll be able to make better daily choices. Everyone with me so far? Better daily awareness will give you better daily choices. Remember how I've said it's a muscle? Remember how I've shared the meadow, and then the what trail, and then what? And then the road, and then what? And then what comes? Is this all going to happen in a week? How long is it going to take? The rest of your life. The rest of your life. Two weeks? Yeah, exactly. So with better daily awareness, you'll make better daily choices. Better daily choices, you'll make better daily results. Very simple, the three-step success formula. With better daily awareness, let me give you some examples.

See, because the cult of the majority, I call it the 95%. The 95% is trapped in superficiality. They don't go very granular. You say, "What's most important to you?" They don't know. You say, "What's your morning routine?" They have no idea. You say, "What are the five things that need to happen over the next quarter for you to scale your business and have the best quarter of your life?" They don't know. You ask them, "What are the things that you eat that give you the most energy?" They say, "That's a great question." You ask them, "What do you want to stand for on the last day of your life?" They go, "Hmm, I haven't really thought about it." Say, "What are your top five books?" "I don't know." "What are your five values you're willing to take a bullet for?" "No idea." "Who are the people that are tearing down your life by their toxicity?" "I haven't thought about that." "Who are the people in my business that no longer belong?" "That's a great question." "What are the things the heroes do?" Everyone understanding what I'm saying? You talk to most people, and they're really not clear on the things that are most important. They're busy being busy. But what's the point of being busy being busy around the wrong things?

When you look at great players, let's go to sports. I remember Dave Scott. He was a five-time Ironman World Triathlete Champion. And you know what he did? He used to rinse the cottage cheese. Great example of leaving this 95% of superficiality and starting to get to granularity. So the first example is Dave Scott, and he would rinse the cottage cheese because what he was trying to do was he was trying to get rid of every extra bit of water in the cottage cheese to help his performance. I was in Switzerland a little while ago, and I was drinking some lemon tea, and someone took the time in the kitchen to de-seed the lemon wedges. That's a great example of shifting from superficiality to granular. Am I starting to make sense about this leap?

Did you know the Space Shuttle Challenger? I think it took nine lives. One of the greatest tragedies. There was, um, I'd be surprised if anyone knows who that is. Anyone know who it is? It's his name is Bob Ebeling. And he was one of the engineers at the time. The Space Shuttle Challenger was going to lift off. The night before, you know what he said the night before? He said to his wife, he said, "It's going to blow up." The night before. What's my point here? He said, "It's the O-rings." He said, "It's the O-rings." So a lot of people believe that the whole tragedy that cost lives, a total tragedy, was the result of a faulty 70-cent O-ring. And because of it, it was a very cold day, etc. It was the O-ring. That's the difference between superficiality and granularity.

I'll give you another example. I was at the Montreal Grand Prix with my son Colby a few years ago, and I had the opportunity to watch an F1 team in action. And I was actually in the pit area. And what I found was after the car took off, after the car took off, the pit crew vacuumed the entire pit area. And I asked someone, I said, "Why would the entire pit crew vacuum the area?" And it was because if even a little bit of dust gets into one of the F1 engines, the driver could lose his life. This is really important. I suggest to you, when you look at great athletes, when you look at great artists, when you look at great leaders, when you look at great business builders, they're not in the 95% of superficiality. You know, Steve Jobs was so calibrated. When they were releasing the iPhone to the world, he wanted the icon so beautiful that people would lick the screen. I talked to someone who came to one of my events. They said, "You mentioned Steve Jobs a lot." He said, "I saw him six weeks before he died." And before he died, he wasn't talking about his illness. He wasn't chitchatting. It was, "The iPhone is going to release. Was this fixed? How is this little detail?" Etc.

So what I'm suggesting to you is the 95% are very into superficiality, but vague thinking leads to vague performance. Vague goals lead to vague results. Vague idea around your routines leads to vague results in terms of your daily results. If you look at the great athletes, the great history makers, the great entrepreneurs, the great artists, they were very much about granularity. How did they get there? They had extremely high levels of awareness. I went to an art gallery that had Turner art recently. Turner spent years studying the way that the light looked and the sky. Any Turner fans here? The British, right? He spent years trying to understand the way the light falls. You know, you look at the best artists, the way the paint comes, the way they mix it, the timing, etc. You look at the great entrepreneurs. They understand their craft. They understand their industry. They understand their competition. They understand their strategy with incredible granularity. The world will call you a freak. The world will call you a perfectionist. The world will say you're obsessed. Obsession is the price of admission to absolute world-class.

This model looks very simple. It's very powerful. I met a 90-year-old woman recently, and I asked her, I said, "You know, what does it take to live a great life? Like, what is most important? What have you learned from life?" And I listened to her. And I went home back to the hotel afterwards, and I made notes, and I deconstructed what she said. And I can teach you my deconstruction tool. It's very powerful. And you know, I can show you right here. So let's say I'm just trying to be practical so you really understand this model. So it's not only, you know, when you study Picasso, or when you study Steve Jobs, or when you study Musk, or when you study your craft, or when you study your morning routine, whatever it is. So you can do a deconstruction in your journal. Where let's say it's your morning routine, and you say, "You know what?" You go, "Okay, 5 AM. Hmm. Okay. I've been doing it for 60 days, 66 days. It's feeling really good. What are the benefits?" Okay, you know, incredibly peaceful. And you know, when I do the 202020 formula, I have increased energy. I'm finding also because I do it, my cravings are going down. Hmm. I find also when I run the morning routine, Robin teaches, by 10 o'clock, I get more done. How many people run are running the 202020 formula, and by 10 o'clock, you get more done than you ever got done in a week before? I want you to look around the room. Hold your hand up. Up. Look at this, please. Look around the room. That's just one tool I've taught. Look around the room. They're getting more done by 10 o'clock in a day than they were getting done in a week. This works. Be open to it, and then practice it. So by 10 AM, you get more done in a week. Oh, there's no crowds at 5 AM. So what I've done there is I've said, "Okay, something like your morning routine, you can actually do a deconstruction in your journal." It might look like this: "What has this exercise done for you if you did it?" Come on, guys, stay with me. This is where you get to show up and build focus muscle. Okay? This is what you came for. You didn't come for rah-rah, you didn't come for motivation, you didn't come for my massages. You came for real, hard-hitting tactics. Please turn up your energy. This is you're at phase three, aren't you? Phase three growth. This is where you might be starting to write the launch. This could be coming in. This is where you actually get to build more energy. This is where your focus might be getting off track. This is where focus is like a muscle. You can build it. So turn it up. This is the real stuff. What this deconstruction that I suggested you could do as an example, it gives you better awareness, does it not? Show of hands. You've gone from superficiality, "Oh, get up early, early risers get the worm," to at least having a number of elements where you calibrate and leave superficiality and start to build granularity about the benefits of 5 AM. With better awareness, you can make better what? With better choices, you're going to make better results. If you did a deconstruction in your journal about your winning formula, we're going to do that at the VIP day on Monday. Extremely powerful. You get to deconstruct your winning formula, and then we look at your threats to it, and then we look at how you pivot so you multi-exponentially grow your business. Would that be helpful? If you did a deconstruction of what makes you special, you'd go from superficiality, "Oh, my name is Ashish, my name is Charles, my name is Claudine, my name remind me, it's Day, right?" And literally, what starts to happen is you start to build these high levels of awareness like a pro-athlete. And with better awareness, you make better choices. Better choices, you will see better results. So this model is incredibly important. It's about leaving the cult of superficial. That's why you're in this room. You're not here for motivation and a few stories. You're here to leave any superficial thinking about elite performance, exponential productivity, to calibrate it, to understand the de-seeded lemon wedges, to get the science and the philosophy and the methodology. When you do that, you're going to be making the leap to granularity. Show of hands. Am I making sense? Awesome. With that granularity, that's really about better what? With better awareness, then you're at choice. You once you're more aware, then you can do what? The next morning, better choices. And when with better choices, you are going to see results. Phenomenal. Give yourself a round of applause. [Applause]
