[Music] Namaste and welcome to class and thank you so much for sitting with me with your undivided attention.

And in today's class, I want to talk about the now. I know, I know, all teachers from all paths have indicated that from Patañjali in the first Sutra, say number one, everything happens in the now. From contemporary teachers that say, "That's The Power of the Now," everything happens in the now. And from there, all kinds of theories and techniques and spiritual practices have arrived. And I still ask myself, have you really understood what is the now?

Because the very word "now" it relates to time. And we don't realize that time and space is another spiritual component, the subtle aspect of vibration that is still is the in the waves of polarity of positive and negative. They're still in the same kind of polarity that we need to know. And we live on it. We live in a time frame, and we live in a space. It's inevitable.

But that now, the very center where is between time and space, it arises a perception. It's more of a perception that is neither time nor space. So it's no mean that, "Oh, now that I am in the now, I'm going to do things very, uh, mindfully, right? Like I will eat very slow, and I will savor everything, and so on." But you're still working in the linear time. It's not about that at all.

One positive thing about that is that yes, it did and does slow down your mind. The mindfulness is slowing down your mind because then now you have this quality of slowness. So when when you slow, uh, all the vibration emerges in that middle ground between time and space. And that vibration is the acknowledgment that you do exist beyond time and beyond space.

So now and existence have a very close relationship. That leads to a perception that I am eternally living or existing beyond time and beyond space, beyond form, beyond emotions, beyond mind. So the third quality of the now is mind-mindlessness, right? The very word, for example, mindfulness is your mind when it's full. It's not in silence. It's not a there are contradictory terms. Your mind, in order to be in the now with that realization that I exist, have unconditionally to be aware of the silence, to be comfortable in the silence.

So it's very much in relation of how often your thought process inserts silence, the distance between thoughts. That's what the now is. That's what the knowing of essence, the knowing of "I exist," prevails. And of course, the more you are aware of that gap, the gap increases through any practice. You can be cooking, you can be meditating, you can be in nature. It helps, but it's the gap.

So really, when you say being in the now is meant, be in presence, be in your existential eternity. And that's not possible if the mind is giving you time and everything to do in the time and the space that you think you need to occupy it. The closest is when you are disidentifying from the things you need to do in time in order to have a more, more relaxed space. That is not a proper logic, or the opposite that you need to have more space.

H, you hear that often in couples, "I need a space in order to have time to know yourself." No, it doesn't happen that way. It happens in the middle. As Buddha said, walk in the middle. The middle between out breath and in breath, and the middle between thoughts, and the middle between lives. That's when you start experiencing that essence deep down. Then now you start seeing that is more a way of perceiving yourself rather than to pursue any fr linear time or a space that is related to it.

Now, to be in the now, you need three things because it requires certain courage to be in that emptiness and at the same time functioning in in the world of form or in the world of 3D, right? You need to have conversations, you need to go shopping, you need to function. So it is not too wanting to have that now. It is to acknowledge that that now as a perception, it won't go away. So that clarity that once you are in the now, you can function in any world even better, more efficiently, and and more pleasurably. So have that that clarity.

The second clarity is the courage of being fearless because when you are in the now, the feelings, all feelings take another shape. You, you are not sensing life in the same way. You are sensing actually everything from the is, originated from the silence itself. It comes as a whisper, and that in that whisper, it directs you to a certain direction. So it's that that void that is one you're fearless or for establishing that now, you have total trust. There is no question of where I should go, what I should do, or nothing. It just appears naturally. You're not interested in certain survival, if I can say that way. And paradoxically, that brings more wealth in your survival.

So and and I will say that the third aspect that comes is don't shy from the intensivity of sensibility because in the now, you are absolutely owned the cosmos. And then now you are already feeling sensing the pains and the glories of creation. And when that clarity comes, you say, "All pains are necessary, are choices," and you respect that. But there's certain part that is the more difficult, and is to handle the amount of love that it comes with the now. Love that have no meaning or not necessary any object or subject to love for or to, but the very existence is love. Therefore, when you enter into the know time and space, the now, that presence shakes you over and over in love. Have to have a strong heart to animated, not to shine for it from it, but to keep firm, representing and vibrating that in your daily life into the most mundane activities. Enter the now.

You have one last thing I have to tell you, and is the clarity of manifestation. All laws of manifestations you have here, in my opinion, are missing a big part because when you are saying, "Oh, I want to manifest a new job," most of those wishes come from the ego, come from the agitation of wanting to survive. But the true manifestation, when it comes from a place of fullness, when you're not lacking anything, you are not lacking anything, then naturally you pray if you want something. But actually, at that state, you're more desireless. Whatever comes is fine. No need to want anything.

But let's suppose that you want to manifest something. The law of manifestation have these three elements. You don't wish for something that you think you are missing. If you think you are missing, it's a mistake because they now, and you have absolutely everything. So if you ask from a place of scarcity, it's not going to happen because it's a grasping. You have to ask from a place of acknowledgment of fullness. It's already existing. It just has to come more near you, right? And if it's something that you really need, not because you're capricious that you want to have a lot of things or relationships, but because it's for your best interest, it's what you need, then you manifest the pleasant one and the challenges that you need in order to evolve. And that is the soft whispering of love a carries in you, telling you that you are alive and that you are inevitable living in the now, even if you're not aware.

Thank you so much for sitting with me, and I will see you in our next class. Namaste.
