Hello dear friend. In this video, I will tell you three NLP techniques that every person simply must know. I am sure that you will perfectly understand these techniques.
The first technique in NLP is called calibration. Calibration is the ability to notice subtle changes in your interlocutor. What does this mean? Each of us has facial expressions, we have voice intonations, we have a kind of non-verbal message. With the help of which we, among other things, convey information. For example, if I'll say, "I'm so glad to see you, it's better if you didn't watch this video," then you'll probably understand that even though I say in words that I'm glad to see you, then in fact I'm not very happy to see you. Or, at the same time, you can send another person to "go nafig" and still, due to intonation, a person understands that you are not saying this seriously.
Here I want you to pay attention to the fact that we also have a kind of meta-level, supra-level language with which we share emotions. And often this is much more important than the text itself that the person pronounces. And your task will be to learn to notice the smallest changes in mood, in the general mood, in the composition of your interlocutor. And you can, of course, wonder why this is. On the one hand, if you are not going to build some kind of relationship with a person, friendly friends, or just some useful business connections, then maybe you don't need it.
But if you pay attention to the experience of all good communicators, and good communicators, now by good communicators, I now mean not some super negotiators, but I mean ordinary people like you and people like me. What kind of people are these? Then doctors, teachers, they are even masters in beauty salons. Pay attention to the person who knows how to tune in to the state of the interlocutor. They, these people, they have much more, including customers and more loyal customers. Because, you agree, when you are politely communicating with you in a store, in a bank, I don't know, in some beauty salon, it's nice. Just the same, these people, they unconsciously seek empathy. And a good professional seller, he will never be called to you obtrusively, pester, and say that buy, buy, buy. This is just the same a bad seller. A good, competent person who knows how to use calibration, he will tune in to you so subtly, and you will have a pleasant feeling for him, you will have empathy for him.
So, that is what we usually calibrate. We calibrate the posture, gestures, posture, facial expressions are what we see. And then what we hear, we pay attention to the intonation of the person and try to adjust to the same tone with the person, at the same speed of speech with the person. And even sometimes we can take a person's some specific words and it is possible to express or stress how to put a person and repeat in the same way, repeat in the same way.
And now I will give you an example. I bought one technical pribluda, and I honestly cannot tell, but it is called roofing paper on the transmitter portal, or else I don't know what it's called. And in front of me sits a seller who explains to me about this one, about this device. And I say, "Here, I need this little thing." Yes. And the seller is technically wrapped up. He could say, "This is called a transmitter," and thus he increases the distance between us. But how did he do? How he just adjusted the stones perfectly. What he did, he said, "This little thing will help you do." Yes. That is, he copied my speech. He took the word that I pronounce in my picture of the world, in my map of realities, and he arranged it in his speech. Although it was clear that it was unusual for him to call this high-tech device a trick there, but it adjusted to me, and I had a more trusting relationship with him.
So, you can do that the same. Copy the pose, copy the gestures, copy the facial expressions, posture, copy the parameters of the voice, and all this will help you to get closer to people. Because, unfortunately or fortunately, in today's world, those people who are able to build trusting relationships, who can just calibrate and not bother with some annoying offer to his, when a person sees or he hears by intonation that a person is now just not in that state, until maybe he is upset, somewhere aggressive, and cake. Therefore, these things should be calibrated. To calibrate this means to observe the subtlest changes in human behavior. This is very important.
Second technique. Second technique is anchoring in NLP. We understand stimuli, the concept of stimulus-response. What does it mean? That when you communicate with any person, you can influence his state and influence his mood with the help of anchors. As you usually do? Well, let's say there are three types of anchors: visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. Visuals, you have to bring some kind of picture of a person into the field of vision. Audial, add a certain sound to the field of sensation, in the field of sound of a person, perhaps some word. I will now explain how to do it, and you will perfectly understand. Or kinesthetically, this touch. You can touch the shoulder, a person. You can just touch, let's say, the outside of your hand. By the way, turn attention that it is better to touch people, especially with whom you are not very familiar. Here is this part, here we pay attention here, from the hand to the elbow. This part is considered such, well, as if the zone in which people most often let on.
This if you see that a person is experiencing what - that state is positive, let's say someone told a joke, and this person laughed. We see that he is in a good, resource condition. We can just gently touch him, just remember this place where he touched him, and then his condition is for. And what other cinnamon is anchors? Well, for example, a favorite car badge. This is also a visual anchor. What else can be an anchor? An anchor can be a favorite sound, favorite melody. And not necessarily a favorite. In fact, in fact, any sound can be an anchor. And look, if a person is in good condition, you want to capture it state, and so that he remembers it, and so that you can turn on this state in another person, you can do this.
If a person d, let's put it down, laughed, heard some kind of anecdote, a good story, you can just say a certain word with a certain intonation. And this word can be absolutely any. Well, for example, someone told an anecdote, "dream," everyone laughs. And you say the words, "Oh, how great!" But with your own special intonation, with with his special expression. And then next time, if suddenly the same person is not in the state in which you would like him to be, you can try to reproduce this auditory anchor and say, "Oh, how great!" with the same intonation. And I'm sure that at 90 in percent of cases, this person will change his state. If you got hit, if you got hit and said the same words with the same, with the same intonation.
Well, and visually anchors, what can you do? If a person is experiencing some good state that you would like to capture, you can still show him some visual sign. For example, a sign like this, "Everything is okay." Or look, by the way, at the moment, these are two anchors at once: my hand with this sign, and my narrowed eye. I can not say anything and just say yes to a person. That is, without even saying anything, just show him some of my certain signs, and this will also be imprinted on him. And in the future, when I want to do so that the person's mood changed, just did it again like this, and most likely his state will change.
Being able to calibrate the state and being able to put the root, you can already achieve more in communication. You can already achieve more in communication. By the way, about the topic of calibrations, we have a good live broadcast on the channel. I I will give a hint in this place on the video so that you can watch it. And with regards to the topic of anchors, I also already have a lot of videos on the channel by watching which you can learn and put curry on yourself and even heal some unpleasant phobias from other people. So, be sure to look at the link will be also in the description for this video. About anchors, I highly recommend to understand the topic of calibrations. And I highly recommend to disassemble, to deal with the topic of savages, because this is directly the basis of the basics of communication. And I will tell you a secret: 90 percent of people do not use it, and 90 percent of people do not know anything about it. So, if you want to develop your skills of effective communication, if you want to develop your skills in managing people, then be sure to study these topics on my channel, on the channel of other authors. Write in the comments whether you already know the topic of calibrations or you already know the topic and carene, because in fact, it is very important to know all these things. We will move on to the third technique.
3 techniques. It just concerns more self-control, and this is the work of submodality. Do not be afraid of this word. This is a complex word, the sum of the range. What kind of submodalities? I will explain now. See, each of us has some kind of subjective, that is, subjective, which means a particularly purely concerning us idea of ourselves, about what kind of then events, about some in general things that occur in this world. And having dealt with the topic of submodalities, you you can very easily manage yourself effectively.
Let's try right now, for sure, in your experience, there are some situations that are unpleasant for you. Well, let's say there is some person who annoys you, and just the thought of a conversation with whom you already become uncomfortable and unpleasant. And now, if you are now imagine this person, try to pay attention to how he seems to you, and pay attention to the details of this picture. When you imagine this unpleasant person, where he is in relation to you, but in your inner idea. Further, we will pay attention. I now imagine a person who is unpleasant to me, and he is at it seems to me somewhere here, such a full growth, seems to be. And he is the most colored on a black background, and on a black background. And you pay attention at what distance from you, pay attention to what size it is, what shape it is. Pay attention to this picture, is it for Misha or it is mobile? In in my case, let's say finish it. Pay attention when you p, I am looking at this picture, do you imagine this unpleasant person for you? Does he make any sounds, or just when you imagine this person, there are some sounds around you? Further, when you imagine this person, are there any sensations from this representation, from this picture that you are? You can continue to do this. This is called adjusting submodalities.
But if you remember playing some unpleasant experience in your head, it means that these submodalities, these qualities of the picture, they are so formed that they cause you this unpleasant feeling, an unpleasant state. And what can you do? Since you completely have power over your ideas, you can try to play with this internal representation. For example, come on, here's how in my case, there is a person who is unpleasant to me, and he is so big for me, and against a dark background, the person himself is colored, and he is static, that is, a motionless picture. That I can do in my case, I can try this man otod. I can try to make this person closer to me. I can try to make this person not colored and black and white. Then I can make some other background behind him, for example, here's the clock in my ideas. I will make the background white behind it. I will give it to make it smaller, and he already causes me not such unpleasant sensations. Further, I check if there is a sound. Yes, I have a sound, the voice of this person. I will try to make this person's voice higher, so squeaky. And now I am looking at him, a little further from me, he is already on white background, he is already small, his voice is squeaky, and I changed my inner idea of this person. This is very powerful, in fact, and he no longer causes unpleasant sensations to me.
The same can and do you can work with ideas about some unpleasant situations. You even you can work out the feeling of fear, let's say, or some kind of insecurity. Because look, when we experience insecurity, at this moment we also imagine something to ourselves. Let's say we are going to, don't know, for some kind of performance, until many people are scared by public speaking. We are going to speak in public, and we already have some idea of this performance in our heads. This is very cool. So, let's say when I speak, preparing this excitement, anyway, there is. I now imagine, yeah, I see the hall, I see it with my own eyes. It is very important, very important. Also pay attention to the look you are looking with. That is, the look is associated when you look out of yourself from the inside. But there is a look to dissociate it, when you look, well, as if behaving somewhere out of over the shoulders, or you just see yourself from the side. And here I see the associated picture, it is so dark and gloomy, and the audience is unfamiliar to me. What will happen if I add light to this picture, and I had it static, and I will make it moveable? Further, I will start looking at myself from sides. This is also very important. That is, you can play with these internal representations too.
I now want in this review to us a video just to give you the idea that you are you can change these inside quality of internal representations. Let's say sounds, you can play with them, you can make them louder and quieter. And the sounds can be like inside you, you can hear it as if inside yourself, inside your head, for example, or you can hear them outside. You can hear the sound on the right, you sound can hear on the left. And these are all your internal representations that are such a unique code for you personally. For me, my code is for another person, my code. And if you learn to change these internal representations, you will learn to work on yourself very quickly. When you are insecure, this is an unpleasant sensation. In the same way, you can find to pick your own such a soup modal code, I will call it so. And for positive things, by the way, I recommend that you watch a live broadcast about the technique, a well-formulated result, and about working with submodality.
If you deal with these three NLP techniques, you will be better at managing others and manage yourself than 90 percent of the people on the board. Don't you land. See you soon. Bye bye bye.
