What Being A Jacked Trainer Taught Me About Women

No girl will choose six-pack abs over six cars. So, stop going to the gym and go to work.

This is a quote by Elon Musk, the richest man in the world. And it's been going very viral on social media lately. And it sparked this debate between men who are arguing whether or not status and money is more important when it comes to getting women or if your physique and your looks and your health and your fitness are more important. And a lot of men disagree with each other.

But here's the truth. Elon Musk, he lives in a world of his own. He has as much access to women as he could possibly want, being the richest man on the planet. And if you take a quick look at his physique, you will realize that he definitely practices what he preaches. He does not seem to care much at all about his fitness and his health. I believe that in the past he did end up getting a hair transplant. So you could look at that and say, "Hey, looks do matter to a certain extent. You want to pay attention to something like your hairline for sure." But at the same time, it's clear he doesn't put effort into his physique. He has a very high body fat percentage. Um it is just not a desirable build. the one that the richest man on the planet happens to have.

If you contrast this with somebody like Jeff Bezos, who has really been taking his physique to an extreme later in his life, you can tell he's on TRT. You know, he's putting in the reps at the gym. You can see a pretty vast contrast between the two, but it's very clear that Elon is set on not taking that route and he is going to maintain that sort of barrel build. But Elon, he is in a world of his own.

This is how it works. He has as much access to women as he could ever want. And I believe that he has children with a bunch of different women because he has renown, he has fame, and he has mastered his craft successfully. He is the best at what he does, which is being a billionaire or even a trillionaire. I don't know which one it is nowadays, ever since SpaceX has been going up and down.

And this is something that I've learned as a trainer who's very jacked and in shape, but also a master of my craft. You know, I've built up my businesses. I have a very large following on social media. When you have things like fame and status, you will find that it is very very easy to get access to women because there are going to be a lot of women out there that find you and they find you attractive and they see, "Wow, this guy is successful or this guy is fit. This guy's jacked. This guy's handsome. I am attracted to this individual." could be for a myriad of different reasons, but I myself have around a million followers. You know, if you combine all of social media, and even if the majority of my following is male, 90% or so, 10% of that is women. And so 10% of about a million followers is about a 100,000 women. And a select group of that 100,000 women are going to find me very very attractive. And a lot of those women would be very willing to throw themselves at me even if I didn't make any money. And then a handful of those women would also be willing to throw themselves at me if I didn't even have a great physique, but I did make money.

And so Elon is a living example that if you have an excessive amount of abundance in a certain realm, whether it's money or looks or status or fame or whatever it is, you are going to get a ton of female attention just simply because the number of women that will know about you, that will want you is going to be incredible. So then it's up to you to ultimately be selective and try to figure out which ones you want.

So which is more important? Is it the physique? Is it looking good? Or is it the status and the fame? Well, what I'll tell you is that rich and jacked both go together so well. It's a shame to see them separated, but most men tend to not be a jack of all trades in these areas. Most men tend to excel so much further in one aspect of their life that they will sort of leave the other aspects of their life in the dust. you know, things like charisma and confidence and having an aura about you as a man. These things are often left, you know, to the side by guys who are very, very well off. Even guys that have amazing physiques, amazing builds, who are incredibly attractive. I've seen that they just have very, very little charisma. like they can't talk with women very well, very bad social skills, but they never really needed to develop those things because they're overperforming in this one area of their life. Women will just hurl themselves at these men because they're really, really good-looking. And so if you experience a lot of success overperforming in one specific aspect of male life, then it doesn't really give you this need to go out and improve these other areas because you're like, I'm already being successful.

Like Elon, he has all of the women that he could possibly want. And it's not all of the women because there are plenty of women out there that want a six-pack over having six cars. Those women do exist, but those women aren't going to be going after Elon. That's the truth. Some women don't care as much about the financial side of things, and they would rather have a man that is very, very physically fit, who cares about his health, or who is very, very goodlooking. But those women aren't going to be going after Elon. And Elon has so many women that he could already choose from, so it doesn't even matter. In the same way, somebody on the other end of the spectrum who doesn't have any money gets a ton of women that are obsessed with his looks and with his body and with his physique and so that he doesn't need the six cars because he already has access to a ton of women. So, it goes both ways.

At the end of the day, both of these things are incredibly important. To be financially successful as a male, to be a provider, to be successful, I think that's incredibly important as a man. It's something that you should work towards. But also being fit, being in shape, like I said, rich and jacked, it goes together so well. Imagine rich and jacked and charismatic and confident, like socially aware, all of these different things. I mean, you put them together and you basically create this concoction where you can attract just about any woman because the women see you, they don't specifically need to love money or they don't specifically need to love just the physique. They just love you because you're an overall well-rounded person because you have all of them. And that's awesome. That's what we should all be shooting for.

But then I think it's very important to just ask yourself the question, are you doing these things just for women? Are you trying to get rich just to get access to more females? Are you just building your physique so that women will find you more attractive? Because if you are, what happens when you finally get a woman or when you finally get into a relationship? We'll talk about that a little bit further on and how there can be massive complications with that.

So in short, if you want a ton of women, master your craft and a bunch of women that prioritize male success in that specific craft will adore you. They'll go crazy for you. And then it becomes your job to ultimately be selective and choose the ones that you actually want. You know, there's this chart here that I'll go ahead and put up on the screen for you guys to see. It's a chart that uh refers to hypergamy. All right? And pretty much what you've got is you've got this is how a lot of men think that society nowadays operates. And I think that there is some truth to this. All right. What you see is that the majority of women share the top echelons of men. So the men who are at the top of their game, the men who are the best looking or have the most money, who are the best at their craft, they tend to share all of the women. No matter how wealthy the woman is, no matter how attractive the woman is, the man will dip his, you know, hand into pretty much every single bucket. And so the men tend to complain and they'll say, "Oh, well, all women want is to share these ultra successful, you know, these ultra successful men."

But it also goes the other way. Like let's be honest now. I'm a trainer. I have worked with very very successful men before and I feel like I have also gotten a lot of experience when it comes to female nature. And what I'll say is that a lot of women will exclude a large majority of men just simply because of their physical looks. Most women won't even date a man if he's below like 5'10. So that automatically means that a massive chunk of men are completely deleted from even being considered by a specific woman because she weeds people out by their height. So this means that that man has to go out and make himself available to women who are actually willing to be with a shorter man. And so everybody has their preference and you could easily get cut out from being considered by a specific person. That's what you have to understand is that everybody has a type at the end of the day. And this chart, what it doesn't show you is that a large majority of men do not like or do not want to be with a large majority of women as well. This is coming from somebody who has experienced a lot of success. I avoid women with a lot of debt. I avoid women that are not physically in shape, that do not hit the gym regularly. That immediately gets rid of like a vast majority of women because women today, they're so pudgy, they're so overweight, they're so fat. I'm going to take them out to eat and they're not going to order a salad. They're going to order more than me. And then they're going to want a dessert afterwards. and then they're gonna want ice cream after that. If I took all of the women out that had ever been interested in me, that's how our dates would probably look because the truth is I receive a lot of female attention. And I'm not saying that to brag. I'm just being honest. But I am not interested in a majority of the women that are interested in me because they do not hold the values that I hold. And I'm a virgin. That's something I talk about on this channel. If you're new to the channel, you're probably losing your head a little bit right now. But I have chosen to remain that way um until I get married. If I end up getting married, if God decides to give me a wife, fantastic. But I also believe that it's just the best choice for men. learning how to control their lust and learning how to vet women appropriately and really see the situation for what it is because most men don't operate out of a sense of abundance. And most men will trap themselves inside of a scarcity mindset where they'll think, "Oh, I need to just get absolutely whatever comes my way. Whatever woman shows me attention, then I need to like lock her down because I'm not going to get that much attention from other women." Just simply thinking like that and living in that reality is going to keep you from getting what you want. I'm telling you right now, women can sense that when you are not operating out of a place of abundance.

And I myself, I'm a man in today's society. There are days when I will get lonely when I'm single and I'll think, "Ah, it would be so great to have a woman around right now, you know." But the reality is there are plenty of women who would love to be in my life. And once again, I am not saying that to brag. I'm just saying that to be 100% honest with you, but I don't want those women. Like, I don't click well with those women. In the year 2025, I went on 50 plus dates with 35 different women and all of them were beautiful. They were in shape, but I just didn't click with a lot of them. And that's what you realize as a man is that you don't click with every woman when you spend some time around them. You start to learn that your vetting process is incredibly important. And most men will just look at a woman and think, "Oh my gosh, she's so beautiful. I need her." Stop thinking with your dick, dude. You don't even know what her political beliefs are. You don't even know if she wants kids. You don't know if she's even fun to be around. You don't even know if she has serious mental health issues. I mean, she could have bipolar disorder for all you're concerned. And you wouldn't know about it because all you're doing is judging her based off of her physical characteristics. That is how you screw up your life, my friend. That is how you end up miserable being in a relationship with a woman because she has completely different value set than you, completely different beliefs than you. I mean, one of the things that I value the most when I'm around a woman is her ability to bring me a sense of peace. Because I am a man that works a lot. I'm highly strong, like I'm constantly focused on my mission. If I can have a woman that comes into my life and compliments me, like a woman that cooks for me, a woman that cleans, that is very calming presence, she's not talking all of the time, she's just very peaceful to be around. That is what I look for because it compliments me. Now, other people are going to look for different aspects. Maybe you're a man who is the exact opposite. You're very, very, you know, reserved and so you like a woman that's a lot more outgoing. Everybody has their individual preferences. And that's the most important thing to understand about yourself when it comes to the current dating market. So many men forget it because like I said, they're just thinking with their dick. They can't control their lust. They're constantly just trying to get whatever they possibly can, whatever they are most attracted to. And that's not the best way to go about things. That's not the best way to go about things at all.

A massive part of hypergamy is wanting something that you cannot have. And this applies for both men and women. Women want the man that is sort of out of their league, out of their reach. They want to perform a little bit better. Men also want women that are slightly out of their reach, that are slightly more attractive than they are, which leaves a lot of people wanting. It leaves a lot of people dissatisfied because they feel like exactly what they want is kind of always just outside of their grasp. Which is why it's so important to start putting together this list of things that you find most important about a woman. And while you're doing that, you can do your best to get into amazing shape, to build up your finances, to have a mission, to be working on something as a man. Guys, what I will tell you from all of the relationships that I've observed, the time that I've spent interacting with men and women as a trainer, women will drag you if you are not a pillar of rock. If you are easily influenced, you will be destroyed if you decide to spend your time around a weak woman. I see it time and time and again. Men who get into relationships where the woman is very unhealthy has really really bad habits, that man starts to develop those habits because he's not a true leader. That's why it's so important as a man to be so incredibly grounded in your leadership and in your personality and to have these things mastered to be financially successful to be physically fit so that you don't get dragged away from where you're supposed to be by a woman. I mean, the amount of men that I see get into relationships and they automatically gain 20 pounds, 30 pounds, 40 pounds of body fat. I mean, monogamy for so many men is just this like time where they can throw in the towel and be like, "Okay, yeah, I'm done. I got the woman. You know, we're married now. Now I can go get fat. Now I don't have to worry about the chase anymore." What are you doing, dude? Are you kidding me? She probably fell in love with you because you were in shape because she was attracted to the way that you looked. She was probably attracted to your drive, to your mission, to your purpose. And if she can throw you off your mission and your purpose, if she can make you fat, if she can make you start skipping the gym, that means that you were never an independent man. And she's going to fall out of love with you because of that, because she notices that she actually has the power to change what you do. That is a very, very tricky situation to be in. All of the men that come to me after a divorce, a lot of them have gotten out of shape. They never thought that they were going to have to try to be attractive in the dating market for the rest of their lives. And so they let things go. Why is that so common in today's society? It's sad. Don't let yourself go. You should continue getting better and better as an individual, more financially successful, more in shape as time goes on. You're not supposed to use a relationship as a reason to why you can just kick back and relax now and not focus on continuing to do all of the things that made women like you in the first place, that made you competitive in the dating market in the first place.

You know, I've heard a lot of men say that you can either understand women or you can love them because women are very transactional with their relationships. Even though they hate to admit it, they are. They will go after a man because he's very financially successful. They will go after a man because he's very attractive. But men are the same way. Every relationship is incredibly transactional. Us men, we just value female beauty a lot more. And so women could easily look at us men and say, "Gh, he's so disgusting. He just cares about beauty. He just cares about physical attributes." And then we look at women and say, "Gh, she just cares about my money. She just cares about this." All relationships are transactional. They are. Which is why it's important to put actual boundaries, actual things that are attached to what you want your woman to be like and why you want to value her. It's okay to understand that this is how human nature works is that we look to have a transaction when we are entering into a relationship. No man is going to be entering into a relationship where he feels like he's barely getting anything out of it. No woman's going to be entering into a relationship where she feels like she's barely getting anything out of it and one party is significantly benefiting while the other party's not. Relationships like that don't happen. It is transactional.

Does that sort of get rid of this idea of love that has been promoted by Hollywood and been established by our modern society? Yeah, it kind of does, doesn't it? But our view of love is so twisted. I'm not a fan of it to be honest with you. I feel like it's delusional. I feel like it is very feminine. This version of love, this romcom sort of, oh, you marry somebody because you absolutely love them because you love them for like who they are as a person. It's not because it's transactional. Come on. It's definitely transactional. You can fall in love with someone for sure, but the relationship is going to take work as time goes on. Relationships are hard. Dealing with another person is hard. Oh my goodness. Every single relationship that I see, I mean from the outside looking in, it always makes me very content when I am in a phase of singleness because I just look at the other relationships around me and I think wow I I don't want to be in a relationship right now. I don't want to have to deal with that. I see men that are losing their masculinity and their individuality because a woman is basically ruling the relationship now because he just slowly gave up more and more power to her in order to keep her happy. I don't want my relationship to look like that. You know, I'm I'm I'm fine with being single when I look around at a lot of different relationships. I think I don't want my relationship to end up like that because relationships are hard. They take work. You have to pour a lot of time and energy into them as time goes on. And I think that uh if you're a man that's, you know, selective, then you have to understand that part of the reason why you struggle to possibly find somebody that you really, really like, it probably has something to do with the fact that you've built an awesome life for yourself. Like you just enjoy being single. That's how it is for me. Like I look around and I think, "Wow, uh if I wanted a woman to come into my life, she'd have to be pretty dang spectacular." And so that just makes the funnel even narrower. Like the chances are that there's going to be a woman out there that shares my same religious views, who I'm very attracted to, who also hits the gym, who also is a virgin like me. I mean, I've got so many different things that I want out of a woman. I'd be ridiculous if I thought that I'd just be able to get her immediately and that women like that grow on trees because they don't. It's rare. And then on top of that, trying to find a woman that you actually click with, like a woman who you want to be around very frequently. I mean, a lot of men that I see going off the deep end, they simply spend too much time with women and it rubs off on men. If your woman is lazy, which women are naturally, the lazier ones, they are the ones that are probably going to want to eat, you know, more food. they are probably not going to be the ones that are, you know, the bastion of health and fitness in the relationship. You have to kind of be that as the man. Let's be honest. You have to set the tone and you have to maintain that. You can't let yourself slip up. But if you're around a woman all of the time, you are eventually going to start to fall into her habits. And the man is supposed to be the provider. And the woman, I mean, she can be at home. She can be at home. She could be doing something that doesn't bring home the bread. You know what I'm saying? She could still be working. She could still be a hard worker, but she's not going to be as diligent as the man is because it's the man's job to provide. And that's what you need to live up to as a man. That's how you need to lead the household.

I think that it's very important to understand that if you're an average guy and maybe you don't excel excessively in one specific area of your life, whether it's the finances, the physique, the fitness, your looks, your charisma, things along those lines, it's very important to build them all up evenly because you may not have an incredible amount of access to women through fame and status and connections. And so it's your job to really focus on, hey, how can I improve all of these different things so that I can attract a much wider variety of women? I can attract a lot of different women who aren't just looking for one specific thing that you're really excelling at. If I had to really highlight something that I noticed attracted the most women, it would be confidence and competence. And the confidence often comes from the competence. But what you have to understand is there's a lot of different things that can make you confident. If you're somebody who's out of shape, you could still derive a lot of confidence from the number in your bank account. And so, you could walk into a room and feel very, very confident in who you are as a person. And vice versa, you could be somebody who has no money in the bank account at all, but you know that you've just got a killer physique. you have competency in that area and that makes you very confident walking into a room. Women will be drawn to that aura. And so you have to understand that all of these things work together and one of them doesn't necessarily mean that you're going to be successful and then the other one you're not going to be as successful. It ultimately determines what kind of woman is being attracted to you and where is your competence and your confidence coming from.

A lot of men today are giving up on dating completely which I think is silly. I think it's something around 50% of young men have never even approached a woman in person to ask her out on a date. That's mindblowing to me. One of the most like powerful changes that I made in my life was just simply getting myself to go up and talk to one new person every single day. And I eventually worked up to the point where I was approaching beautiful women at the grocery store. It really improves your confidence. It really has a massive impact on your social awareness and your ability to navigate a conversation and to keep things from getting awkward. But the reality is it is a weird world out there. There are so many different things that are changing. I know a lot of men out there are concerned that they're going to get accusations, you know, or be considered creepy. And there's a lot of truth to that because if you're just approaching a woman that you've never met before at the grocery store, if you're below a seven out of 10, she's probably going to think that you're creepy. But if you're above a seven out of 10, you know, in her eyes, if she finds you attractive, she's probably going to think that you're bold and daring in your approach. And so, you as a man have to do the best that you possibly can to become a seven out of 10 or above in her eyes. And you can do that through a lot of different ways. You can be very very successful. You can dress really really well. You could also drive a really really nice car. Or you could just get into better shape. You could take care of yourself. You could style your hair better. You could pay attention to a myriad of different things. It's ultimately your choice. But the right answer is not to flee from dating as a whole. It's just to understand the environment, to understand how it works, not to run away.

I think that understanding that there are a lot of women out there that aren't going to be interested in you is one of the best things that you can do as a man. You should be totally willing to accept that some women will rule you out simply because of your hair color. That's happened to me before where I've approached a woman. I was really into her and she just told me, "Hey, I'm not into blondes." And I'm like, "Whoa, okay. Well, this isn't going to work." And that's totally fine. It's totally fine. I don't need to pursue her anymore. She made it very, very clear that we're not going to be a good fit because she's into bettes. That's a big deal for her. In the same way that I will rule out a woman because she doesn't hit the gym or she's not physically in shape, a woman might rule you out just simply because of the fact that you have a certain color of eyes or your hair is styled a certain way. That's just how it goes. And the sooner that you understand that, the more you'll start to understand that you actually have to be selective as well. And you shouldn't just be taking whatever you can possibly get. That will make you more confident. That will make you feel more in control of your situation when you understand that you also have a list of things that you are looking for.
