What's going on guys? Welcome back to the channel. Today's a very special video because I have a very good, dear friend of mine who just turned into a client. And today, we're going to be breaking down the entire business A to Z. But most importantly, for the next 30 to 60 minutes, we're going to break down exactly the fundamentals and what it takes to build a 100K per month business in the info space and more, above and beyond.

Okay, it's a very good friend of mine that I've worked along a lot of offers, and now he decided to take the step in his own life and finally build his own info offer, right? So pay attention, take a lot of notes. I'm going through a lot of insightful information that will help every single person watching. And if you guys like this kind of content, drop a like because I'm telling you guys right now, the Dubai run will be unlike anything you've ever imagined. So guys, without further ado, let's begin. Mr. Jerry, glad to have you.

>> Thank you very much, my friend.

>> How you feeling?

>> Feeling driven.

>> Feeling good. Feeling driven. Amazing. Amazing. So, why don't you start by just telling the viewers exactly everything about, I guess, who you are, what you've currently done, what's your current situation right now, just so everyone understands and knows.

>> So, my name is Jerry Wang. For the past 8 to 12 months, I've been hopping on offers. I've been a DM setter mainly. For those of you who know Vincent Fischer, I've been mainly DM setting for Vincent Fischer, and it's been an absolute pleasure. And as of right now, I've taken the next step of my life and I'm super grateful.

>> Amazing. Very good. So, first and foremost, give a bit of a background of overall what you want your offer to be about. There's obviously different kind of levels to the game that we have to talk about, but the number one most core fundamental thing is going to be what kind of offer do you want to run? So, with that being said, who are you specifically targeting? I have here the action plan that I made out for you, finalized direct ICP, and everything, but let's start with the basics. So who exactly do you want to help, like the info space in general?

>> So my direct ICP will be setters who are already making, let's say, from anywhere from zero to maybe 3K a month, and they want to scale to that next level, anywhere from 5 to 6 to 10K a month.

>> Okay. So first, you have to understand that there's going to be a different set of problems each person is going to have when they're starting out versus when they're stuck in setting. So which one would you say it's going to be?

>> Stuck in setting.

>> Okay. Why is that? Why would you have people that are stuck in setting and not people that are starting out? Like, what's the exact reasoning behind you wanting to do that so I can then understand exactly how to structure everything for you? So what's your reasoning behind it?

>> Number one reason why I believe that I would rather help someone who's already been setting is that it's easier for me to scale them. People who are just starting out, number one, they have to make that commitment, and that is the hardest step. And making someone to make that commitment, either where they say yes or no, is a matter of who they are within. And I cannot change someone who is going to say no at that step.

>> Got it. People who have already started setting, have tried, have already gotten some sort of results. I know for a fact they're willing to go all in. You want to target people that are essentially struggling with appointment setting. They're stuck around what kind of income?

>> 0 to 3K a month.

>> 0 to 3K per month. What kind of offers do you primarily want to help on? Is it going to be B2C? Is it going to be B2B? Is it going to be a biz op? Is it going to be a fitness? Have you, have you decided that yet? Or is it just going to be kind of like the whole, the whole kind of market of info products? Like, what's your kind of niche based off your experience? What's your kind of niche?

>> Of course, I can go into any sort of niche, but for me personally, it's going to be B2C.

>> B2C. Okay, cool info.

>> Cool. So, right away, I'm going to write this down over here just so we understand. So, I'll go on your Instagram over here. Now, for some reason, okay, as you guys see over here, his story highlights here are not popping up. These are the pictures, but again, no stress there. So, I'll be go ahead and write this down on the red dot. Okay. So, number one is going to be B2C market. It's going to be setters, right? You said setters, right?

>> Correct.

>> Setters. That's going to be between zero and 3K per month that they're struggling. Right.

>> Right.

>> Okay. Amazing. Cool. So, now you have your ICP, you know who you're targeting, and you know what their pain points are. So, finalized direct ICP is good. This we can already pretty much chalk off because I know we spoke about this in the past as well, but it's good that at least now we have a clear, clear understanding of exactly everything. Okay. So again, just to reiterate, you're not going to be targeting people that are just starting out in sales. Correct?

>> It's just going to be showing setters because that's going to be a whole different ball game of content to produce and to post. So it's very, very important like on the same page. Now, next is finalizing pricing delivery. What pricing did you end up going when it comes to your own offer?

>> Starting out, I'm going to be charging 2997 upfront.

>> Okay, cool. Why 2997? Did you understand why that you're charging that much?

>> Absolutely. So 3K to learn a multi-six-figure high-income skill. I mean, you tell me, if you know how to make, let's say, 5 to 10 to 20K a month.

>> Correct.

>> Does 3K sound a lot? And especially at my stage, I'm just starting out in the info space. I don't, I'm not there enough to charge 5, 10K upfront. So 3K to me, 3K USD, perfect starting point.

>> Yeah, 100%. I would do just to top it off. Okay. I would do 2997 or in-house installments of $1750 * 2 or it could be like $1250 * 3, which ends up being a good amount of cash. Okay, so that could be the in-house installments. Now let's talk about the financing. Obviously, you're going to have CLER, you're going to have WAP, you're going to split it, everything. So you're going to be able to actually leverage people that don't necessarily have the cash upfront and you'll be able to actually still get them closed because you have financing. Correct.

>> Correct.

>> Cool. That's 2997. Now, my thing is this. When I determine pricing, I look at transformation of value. Do you know what that is? TV?

>> No.

>> Imagine this is your offer, and from the moment they join to the moment they graduate, which is month number six. Every single month, can you imagine in your mind, of course, given that they're going to be able to put in the work and everything, how much money they're going to make during this time period? Okay. What's a realistic time frame, just so we can understand each other, of how much money they'll be able to make? Okay, given that say someone is stuck between, let's say, zero to $2,000 a month, and after six months of intensively working with you in appointment setting, what are they expected to make? First month, second month, third, fourth, fifth, sixth? From person to person, it will differ. All depends on how much work they're willing to put. If I just say one, let's say, I just six months for everyone, that would be unrealistic because everyone is willing to work at a certain level. Now, if they're willing to work as hard as possible, let's say they're willing to work maybe six hours a day in setting, I can comfortably say from my own past experience that within four to five or six months, they will be able to hit the 10K a month, undeniably. Okay. So if you had to look through from month one to month six, each month in a row, what would you say is the sum amount of cash they can make, given that, let's say, for example, they have a certain skill set, they're not the best at it, but they're good at it, or they're okay, but they're still struggling from month zero. You train them up, you get them very good, you sharpen them up, maybe even place them on an offer that's already performing. If you, you know, if you offer that, which we'll talk about in just a second, by month six, what would you say is the total amount of sum they could make it with cash? Not in just month six. From month zero to month six in total, this next 6 months.

>> Minimum 50K.

>> Minimum 50K. Are you sure?

>> 40 to 50K. Yeah.

>> 40 to 50K. Okay. What's the data that you're basing yourself off of that? Just so I can understand because 40 to 50K is a very, very good amount, but I want to know exactly what your train of thought process is so I know exactly how to price it. So why 40 to 50K?

>> From my past experience and from the setters that I've worked with, 40-50K is absolutely realistic for somebody who's willing to go all in. That's why I mentioned before that I can't really put a number on everyone who, well, how much are they going to make in the next 6 months, right? But for someone who's going to put in all the work they possibly can, and they're going to listen to me, and they're going to put in as much work and focus as they possibly can, they're going to make minimum 40 to 50K.

>> Cool. 40K in the next 6 months averages out to being around 6.2K, 2K, 6K a month, let's say. That's doable.

>> Very doable.

>> Yeah. Okay, cool. Amazing. 6.5, let's just say, or 6.3. Okay. So, 6.3K per month. You know, you're going to be able to have your clients generate. What I love to always say, this is a rule of thumb, don't take this obviously, guys, like right away directly, but what some people say in the space is that you could kind of like divide your TV by 10, and that will kind of give you a range of what you could charge. So, in my opinion, if you're making someone 40K, 50K in the next 6 months, I think it's unreasonable for you to charge just 297. However, I will say this, because he has a starting offer, I'm always a very big proponent of lowering the investment upfront, gaining in as many client results as possible, and then you have leverage. Once you have leverage and you have the client results and and the name of the game is credibility, and that's working for you, what happens to Jerry Wang? Credibility increases, authority increases, and so does your prices. So you go from 297 to 3.5K to 3.7 to 4K. Before you know it, it's 5K. But first, credibility. Okay. So, do you see how my mind operates regarding going at it at a rate that makes sense that the market will allow you to go to? Cuz if you start charging 5K right away, you will get a lot of objections. You will, right? So, are you good to say that 297 will be the price? However, it will be subject to increase given the amount of clients you come in.

>> Positive. Fair to say.

>> Cool. Amazing. So pricing will be $297 just starting out, which obviously makes sense for a DM setting offer. Let's talk about delivery. What are your thoughts on delivery for you to be able to buy back your time and be as flexible and leverageable as possible? How do you want to deliver your your service, your info product to your audience? What would you say?

>> Starting out, my first clients will have the highest level of delivery they will ever get. Especially they are my first clients.

>> Yeah.

>> Those first three to five, they will get full one to one.

>> Full one to one. Amazing. So check this out. Here's what I'll do. Okay. So, from past experience, the way it's worked the best is one-to-one when they first start out. What worked very well, what I would do as well is track all of your calls with Fathom. You know why? Because at a certain point, what I want you to do is the second you start your offer, which is today, you're going to have a ChatGPT. Name it the exact business that you've named your coaching/consulting offer. Why? Because your ChatGPT is going to be having all the information, all the data, all the details of your coaching business. And every single fulfillment call you have, you submit the transcript from Fathom to that ChatGPT. That becomes the brain of your business. You understand? Now, why am I doing this? Because that will tell you if you look at a retrospect of 10 clients and you have the Fathom recording of every single call they've had, you now know their exact starting point, struggles, questions, and everything. I would say no more, this I'm being honest, no more than 10 clients on one-to-one because then you're going to start killing yourself when it comes to like those weekly calls. After 10, transition towards a group setting. Why? You'll be able to get this away. Why? Because, and many people have this limiting belief, because you have credibility that's going to increase all-time high. You're going to have a lot more authority on your calls because you know what you're capable of. And most importantly, you're going to have, like I said, a lot of results. So, you know it's going to be able to work. You have longevity. You have the proof of concept PC in the actual marketplace. Okay, so past 10 clients go to a group setting. Okay. Not just that, but with all the Fathom recordings you have, you know what that gives you? Information to know exactly what kind of video modules to make. If you have 10 people and out of 10 people, you see a pattern where eight of them are all giving you and asking you the same questions in the first three weeks. Why would you, as a business owner, and for everyone else watching here, why would you guys waste your time? Not waste your time, but why would you give your time, your precious time that very few people have, on one-on-one calls when you can have video modules do the exact same thing?

>> Yeah.

>> Now, many people asking me, "Okay, but Jerry, I'm scared to do the course modules or the course because it's such like a generic thing." Not if you do it properly. If you do your course modules and your and your overall educational modules properly, you will diminish the amount of time you work on your business by a significant amount. Let me explain. When let's talk about pre-call setting. Cool. Meaning what happens before the call takes place. This is one module in of itself. Okay. What you're going to do is the first part is going to be education. This can all be one chapter, Jerry. You following? This is all one chapter, education. The second one is going to be, because over here you'll be giving them like, task, a course of action of what to take. Okay. Once this is their here, they watch another video of you where you're reviewing the work that they did on the task. So they could see if they got validation from it or not. Okay. So education will be you explaining the pre-call setting. Task is a specific action item they have to do once they've understood the pre-call flow. And then what's going to happen is once they do it, you then watch the video of review. So you could tell them what the results should be, and they're reviewing their own work. Once they review their own work and you give them feedback on how it should be, then you can talk about next steps. And over here is where you talk about execution slash this is where you can ask questions. Okay? So, you're educating, okay, your audience, you're educating your your clients on what the exact topic is. Once that's done, you're then going to make them execute. Okay? For example, Jerry, glad to have you on board. You're now my client. The exact ICP. Here's a module talking about how to narrow down your ICP. That's module number one. Okay? So, look, ICP over here. Number one is, is I'm educating you on what an ICP is. Correct? And you're following education. Next one is, okay, now that you know exactly what the ICP is, I want you to execute. I want you to go onto the market, list five main competitors, and narrow down exactly what kind of ICP they have. Once that's done, I want you to do it for yourself. After you do it for yourself in the execution part, before you come and ask me, that's okay. I will make another video over here called review, where essentially I will review what a good execution plan is and a good front-end Instagram is. So, you could then see from your items, from execution, if it makes sense or not. So, you're self-reviewing your own work before you even come to me. If this is done properly, this will diminish the one-on-one time by so much. I make all of my clients do this, and this is by far the best way to structure your modules. So, do you now understand how to build your modules?

>> Yeah.

>> What are the three steps? Just so I know from my understanding, that you understand.

>> Number one, I'm going to wait for my first week, my first 10 clients. Yes. To be onboarded.

>> After that, I'm going to see, review all the calls and see what the most common questions were asked. I'm going to build my course modules exactly off of that. And that way, my one-to-one time will diminish.

>> Cool. Amazing. So, the second a prospect pays you, the second they pay you and they give you money. Okay. You're going to have to hop on an onboarding call. Correct.

>> Correct.

>> As the onboarding call happens, before this happens, you have to send them over a pre-call onboarding, a pre-call questionnaire. This will list a numerous amount of different questions. It's going to ask them, "What made you want to join me? What specific assets that I exposed to you made you want to pay me money? What could I have done to make you pay me earlier? What kind of struggles you've had?" Essentially, you want to extract as much information as possible from your actual audience. Imagine if you have 10 people and they all told you what you posted that made them want to pay. And then you have 10 people also telling you what you could have done on the social media front end to make them join even quicker. What objections they had, what struggles or fears they had. You know what that gives you? Content ideas. You know exactly what kind of content to post before the onboarding call even happens. Then what happens when the onboarding call takes place over here? You're going to explain to them the roadmap. So you have to make a roadmap after this video. I'll help you roadmap of six months. Okay? And how the six months should look like for your clients. Okay? Imagine on my row, you make a huge arrow like this. And I make this for my clients as well. And this is month zero. And this is month one. This is month two. This is month three, four, five. And you guys get in and six over here. Graduation. And every single module is going to have different tasks they have to complete with different documents, right? Do you see how client execution and fulfillment increases when they have maximum clarity on exactly what the next 6 months will look like? Imagine you have a roadmap, and on top of that, you have specific educational modules, the exact way I had described in your own offer. Can you imagine the level of results you're going to generate and the level of fulfillment you're going to decrease because your time will not be leveraged? That's what your onboarding process should look like. You have your pricing, you have your delivery, you know exactly where to do everything. Okay, it's really, really important. Now, for the modules, okay, I went ahead and looked over here in the transformational section. Okay, can you shoot me over the notion document that you had made? Okay, that has all the transformation journey that your ICP undergoes. From steps 15 to 30. Do you have it right now or no?

>> It's on a Google doc.

>> Okay, no stress. So, we'll look at that afterwards because there's no stress there. Okay. You can essentially put all this into ChatGPT, onto AI, and from there you could actually have ChatGPT tell you exactly what kind of modules you have to make, and now you know how to make the modules. So, the different sections are very important. The way I like to do them, okay, is I like to do obviously the intro, welcome, intro, set expectations, always of what there is. Okay. Now, obviously, most of the times the first thing is always mindset. Okay. What you want to do though is you want to have obviously different modules, but you want them to be, how could I say, non-inlined. You know why? Because what if a client comes in over here and he struggles with a specific problem? Why would you make him go over here to the first module and lose a week? Why not tell him, look, you have a specific problem in the pre-call flow. Go exactly to module three, where there's pre-call flow, and execute on that one. Then you have another client, Ricardo, comes in. He has a specific problem on mindset. Why tell him to go to module four? That will intimidate him. Instead, tell him to go straight to module one. This will increase results. This will increase execution. Okay? So, you cannot make every single video inlined. Okay? They have to be separate so that I can go on the module number one or module number four and not be confused regarding like the step. Does that make sense, bro? It's very important.

>> Absolutely. Yeah.

>> Okay, cool. Do you know why it makes sense?

>> Yeah.

>> Now, let's talk about the front-end optimization. One of my favorite things. What kind of questions do you have for me, bro?

>> My number one question for you is, how do I optimize my bio?

>> Cool. Amazing. So, first things first, when it comes to the actual profile picture, I like it. It's a B2C audience, right? So, authority is the good cigars over there. You got the car in the background. You have a very good outfit. This is very, very good. Where's the blue check mark?

>> It's there, but IG's bugging.

>> Cool. So, blue check mark is there.

>> Yeah.

>> Amazing. Let's talk about your story highlights before I get to the bio. Lifestyle, clients, Romania, Miami, Mexico, Costa Rica. So, nice. Cool. Amazing. Awesome. This is nice.

>> I would keep these because it showcases your lifestyle, showcases like what DM setting has done to you, and you have the the credibility. Obviously, like remove this, bro. Okay. Any post that does not resemble the kind of personality that you want to divulge is really important to remove. And for everyone here watching, when you have a story highlight like this, you essentially want to ask yourself, what do I want my audience to know me as? If you look through my lifestyle, you're going to see a bunch of classy pictures, videos, cigars, cars, whatever it might be. That's how I want my clients to know me as. So ask yourself, listen, I'm Jerry Wang. I'm a CEO of my own coaching offer where I teach struggling setters how to master appointment setting and make at least 7 to 10K per month. How do I want to be perceived? As someone serious, as someone funny? If it's serious and authoritative, then watch what you're posting. Cool.

>> Yeah.

>> Awesome.

>> Like stuff like this, I would remove like 100%, bro. Keep it authoritative. Like this I'd remove as well. Okay. Again, honestly, I would I would archive Costa Rica. I'd archive Costa Rica for now. Okay. Now, let's talk about clients. Okay. What's happening in the client section over here? Cool. So, you have this over here. Awesome. So, you collected this. Awesome. I would just frame it as results. What kind of other screenshots can you actually put in your story highlight to be able to establish your credibility? Remember, if you do not have a case study yet, the best case studies yourself.

>> Absolutely. So, as of right now, I can showcase all the results I've gotten from my clients, and that is my cash collected, cuz I do not have a single client as of right now.

>> Cool. Amazing. So, you could showcase your tracker sheets during your offer.

>> Absolutely.

>> You could showcase the Looker Studio with your name and how much you've collected.

>> Absolutely.

>> Okay. You can go back on your screenshots because I'm sure you have screenshots of when it shows closed deals, and you could then talk about how much you've closed. You can do all those things. Okay. You could showcase wire transfers. Bro, this is all stuff that you need to showcase, and you have to package them into assets. It's called sales assets in your story highlights that will help you tremendously. And this I'm throwing a lot at you, but you have the recording for this on YouTube. Now, one story sequence could easily be a credibility story sequence where you're essentially talking about how much you made as a DM setter. And you could showcase off the first slide over here, second slide, and third slide, just results. First slide, results, screenshot. Second slide, wire transfer. Third slide, wire transfer. How I was able to actually do all of this as an appointment setter, making 25K, 20K per month while actually traveling, living my life, getting my dream car, and being financially free, all at the age of 19. Let me explain. My name is Jerry Wang. Next slide. I come from X, Y, and Z. And I was just a regular kid just like you guys, but decided I want more. Next slide. So that could be a very, very good credibility sequence. Also called my story. Okay. Your action step immediately should be to have one story highlight over here, and you call it my story. Why? Every single person that hops on your profile, I want them to see this. Okay? And what you're talking about, and the way the my story will be is very simple. Okay, you ready? If this is the graph of how your life is, okay, this is the time, and this is the money you've made. I want you to start at the top. Okay, the top, top, top sequence, your top stories of your my story highlight will be where you are at now. How much you're making now. Make sense? Then you're going to pull back. But wait a second. This wasn't always this way. And you go back to the current situation where it all started. And from there, you got to relate to your audience. Relate to your audience exactly how they feel, what you went through, everything. And the curve should look like this. Make sense? So this is the money you're making now, record months and everything. This is where you were when you first started. And what did you use, and how did you learn to get to now where you're at? And this has to be the transformation that you want your audience to look through and to have. Okay, make sense? And at the end here is when you have a CTA. Look through my actual Instagram, you'll be able to actually see exactly what I mean. This will help you a lot. Okay, check this out. My story. Look at this. Boom. Result. Result. 73K wire transfer. The flywood trifecta. My mechanism. Okay. Result again. Result. Showcasing my clients. Encourage me to engage.

>> Letting people speak about me, my clients talking about me.

>> Showcasing myself and my DM setters in Romania and how many people do this, right? Another client that I had, right? But let's take a step back. This did not happen overnight. I'm pulling the curtains back. Now, what I'm doing is my whole intent in this is I want to. 16 months ago, I still got 4K promo, the highest amount of doubt I've ever faced as an entrepreneur. I wanted to relate to my exact client, exact ICP. My outreach was all over the place. My acquisition was broken. My zero confidence to be able to lead clients. You know why I did this? But you know why I said this? Cuz my clients feel this right now. I'm triggering my my actual ICP. I'm triggering my audience. You understand?

>> Yeah.

>> And when you're able to trigger them, you have maximum attention. When you're able to trigger your ICP, guys, in your videos, you have maximum attention cuz whatever you say will go and they will listen to you every step of the way, the way you guys are right now because you understood to deepest fundamentals who you're speaking to. Let's keep going. Okay, I knew something had to change. Okay, and I started storytelling. I showcased how I was in my parents' backyard, putting it all on the line. I showcased how I only had my last 5K and I put it towards a sales and marketing mentorship that taught me how to properly run a business. And then I learned market psychology, learned how to curate content, and I started to. I'm describing the transformation, the bridge, you understand, the bridge, and what helped me. And then I started talking about essentially the mindset that I had to do and everything. And from there, I then went into the exact results that it got me. Fast forward to right now. Right. Watch this on your own time, but it's really, really important. DM me the word. Exactly. And a CTA right here. And this works very, very well.

>> Okay.

>> Works very, very well. So, I want you to have a my story in your profile. Very, very important.

>> Cool.

>> Yeah.

>> The second thing is I want you to do a carousel. Now, I'm going to send you over my graphic designer. He's a very, very good guy. See this carousel over here? I want you to have a carousel like this. What was your highest month at the end? Highest month?

>> 25.

>> 25 CAD. How I made 25K per month as an appointment setter. And you talk about step by step exactly how you did it. Step one, step two, step three, step four, step five with a CTA at the end. Okay. So, you have my story over here at the top, at the front, and you have the carousel as well. So, people right away know exactly who Jerry is, what he's been through, what results he's had. Does that make sense?

>> Yeah.

>> This is really important because right now, if I go on your page, I have no idea your story. I see car, lifestyle, punching bag. I see smoking cigars. I don't know what it took for you to get to where you're at. I don't know any of this.

>> Facts. Yep.

>> Okay. Showcase your story because that will relate to your prospect more than ever before. Now, let's talk about your actual bio. What did you come up with so I can tell you if it's good or not? The bio that you have over here is this, right? 1.6. Okay. Not bad. 1.62 million cash collected in 13 months. I counted it to the dollar.

>> Cool. Amazing. I help setters grow past 7K plus per month.

>> Okay. The way I like to do it is this. Authority is very good. I would have founder. I'm a very big proponent of having a second page. Founder at. I'm just going to call it something like Setters Cartel. Bro, if there's no one that has this kind of name, I'm trademarking that. Setters Cartel is insane. Let's just say for context sake, it's Setters Cartel.

>> Okay.

>> Okay, cool. Founder at Setters Cartel. 1.62M cash collected in 13 months. I help setters grow past 7K plus per month. Let's do still stuck appointment setting. Still stuck with setting. Still inconsistent. Bang. Cool.

>> What's your thought process behind getting that?

>> What you want to do is I help setters grow past 7K plus. That's not bad, right? But this is very vague. You help setters that could be brand new, that could be already inconsistent, still inconsistent with setting. That's what I would do. Okay? Or still not making money with setting.

>> I see. Yeah.

>> Okay. Or I help you scale works as well. This is prime. Still not making money with setting. I help you scale past 7K plus per month. Now DM me. I wouldn't say Wang. It's a bit of a of a funny way. I would say DM me stuck if you want to master appointment setting. This would be your new bio as of right now. Is this good? You like this? DM me stuck if you want to master appointment setting. What if I do? DM me stuck if you want to something along change your life. Something along the lines of life.

>> Too broad. Too broad.

>> Too broad. Right. Broad. That's what I was thinking.

>> Now, I would do one more thing. If you have room or space on this line, I don't know if you will though, to be honest. If you don't, I would just insert.

>> YouTube video.

>> Exactly. Okay. And the YouTube video needs to be how appointment setting changed your life. Going from 0 to 25K per month as an appointment setter in 13 months. That should be YouTube video over here, bro. Because this will push people from the Instagram all the way to YouTube, which is where the conversion will happen. And with YouTube, what's going to happen is they can then book a call. This is super, super important. You're going to be able to push people towards long-form conversion, which is exactly what you want ideally. Okay, this is a very, very good bio to have. This is authority and credibility. This here is direct ICP call out. This over here is a CTA, and this over here is long-form content. You have everything you need to push people towards conversion. That should be your bio 100% of the times. Okay. When it comes to the actual story highlights, bro, I want it to be the my story over here. Then I want it to be clients results. You can have lifestyle. This I would remove as well. Mexico, it depends. I don't know if I would keep it, bro. I would just keep Romania, Miami if anything. Those like these two are pretty pretty cool. I think yeah, I think Mexico is a little cheesy. I think we're going to move it.

>> Yeah, I would do lifestyle. I would do clients, clients, clients as much as possible for clients. Like I said, bro, it it can be a mixture of the results you've made, the results you've helped to other people, and you'll get more screenshot potentials of you helping other people when you start landing more clients. Okay? For now, to attract and see how warm because I want to test your audience. I want to see how warm your audience is. And by doing the my story the way that that the outline that I gave you and the way I did it and the way I'm going to teach you afterwards, that will really show you how many people actually reply with the CTA. Okay. And there's a few more people that I'll send you to look at that have done my story that have worked very well. Okay. But that will ultimately give me the test of how warm your audience is.

>> Cool. Amazing. So we have the front end. Now I want to talk about the different reels that we have to post. Brother, this is really, really important. I want you to choose or I can tell you which ones I would keep. This I would remove. I'd remove this. Okay. Because it's more selfie-based. This I would keep. This I would keep. I keep, I'd keep everything else. Everything else. This is very, very nice. But I would remove this. Done.

>> Cool.

>> Everything else you can keep. Pin is nice. When you're going to have the actual carousel transformation that like that will be your new pin over here. Okay. Cuz the new pin within my store over here is going to print with a proper buy over here. This is already pretty good with the proper stories over here. Boy, you're chilling. Okay. Now, in tagged in, make sure you move everything here. Good. Amazing. Four reels. This is this will be your bread and butter. Okay. This is new, and I've been making my clients do this, and it's been working very, very well. Is I want you to have a pinned reel over here talking about your transformation. Make it visual. Showcase pictures. Talk about your story. Should be a 60 to 90 second edit showcasing your life. How did I go from zero to 25K per month under 13 months as a broke college student? Here's exactly how I did it. My name is Jerry Wang, and I've known for the longest time that I did not want to follow the traditional path of 9 to 5, working a job, and then dying. So here's exactly what I did. The moment I realized that, I then got into X, Y, and Z, and I felt so. And then you're show you're describing how you're how you felt while showcasing parts of your life along the way. I want this to be in your main reel that you're pinned. Why? The moment people go on your page, I want them to view this, which will create a lot of relatability, credibility, trust. You want your audience to relate with you, bro. Because if they relate with you and you guys feel like you're like, you know what happens, bro? They want to be with you, bro. Now, you already have enough lifestyle. You have too much lifestyle, anything. I need to see some more educational, educational stuff. Talk about appointment setting. Now, there's different angles you could use, but educational is very big. Okay. Have credibility. How I made 25K per month as an appointment setter in 2025 under 13 months, and it could be like you raw with a caption on top. Okay. I want it to be as well personal. Personal is a big one that I always, always love doing. Okay, where you're talking about yourself, you're showcasing your values. The way I like to do it is say, for example, on my own page over here, I have one that's personal. I have this one over here, I believe. Okay, well, it won't load. Or maybe this one over here. This was the one where essentially, like, it's me going back, seeing my family. POV: the real you work. You know why I post this, bro? Because yes, okay, it's me, but most importantly, bro, I want people to see this and think this guy actually cares about his family. It's not just the money for him. It's a life to give to his family, right? It's his personality, his morals, his values, everything. This is really, really important. That's why I showcased it. Same with this, talking about immigrant household, how I didn't come from much, how Romania was my hometown. I want people to know me as something. Okay, does that make sense?

>> It's really, really important stuff because I want you to understand that without this, people will not relate to you as much. They won't. Okay, so personal is very important. Educational is very important. Credibility, everything. The whole nine yards is extremely important to talk about. Okay, when it comes to educational, there's two main forms you could do it. Number one is going to be value, where you're giving essentially someone a value asset where they can comment. Okay. Another one will be a problem/solution. Okay. For this problem solution, you're targeting a specific problem they have with a specific solution. Okay. When it comes to credibility, you could have a mixture of testimonial, where it's them speaking for you. And the second one is going to be a case study, where you're breaking down exactly how you got them to where they want to be. Then you have personal, which is again, lifestyle/storytelling, where you're talking about your values. This is really, really important stuff. This is where you can pre-handle all the objections that come into play. Give me an objection that your setters have, for example, on your call. What's like one objection that that might come up?

>> I'm scared.

>> Okay, cool. You talk about a story telling about how you were so scared when you first ever invested into yourself. The second you hopped on an offer, I was terrified. I know what I was doing. But it's that fear that actually made me push forward and change my life drastically. And if you have a video talking about that, you're pre-handling fear in your audience. You're pre-handling that objection that they might hit you. It's really, really, really important stuff. Okay? Really important stuff. Any questions on there? Nope. That's your front end. That's your reels. Okay. Really, really important that you understand this because this will be your fundamental of your Instagram. Without understanding reels, you will not expose your audience properly. If you don't expose your audience properly, you will not make the amount of cash you want cuz your DM setters will have no one to reach out and hit. Okay? I know throwing a lot of information at you, but this is really, really important for you to know for your actual YouTube. Bro, the number one thing you have to do right now is going to be my story. How DM setting changed your life. And you put that into your bio. Like I said, then I want you to start talking about different problems that they have about DM setting, appointment setting, and the way to never miss out on content ideas ever. Do you know how to do it?

>> You draw a bridge. You draw a graph. This is where your current audience is. This is where you currently are right now. Back when you were making, stuck making 1K per month, list me out three problems you had at 1K per month.

>> Wasn't working hard enough. I didn't know exactly what I was doing. I can.

>> More specific because not working hard enough is too vague. Take a second. Put yourself in their position. Put yourself in their shoes, bro. Back when you were making 1K per month, and you were stuck on your other offers. You're barely making money. You had no idea what you were doing. You'd wake up in the morning. You had no idea how to DM, what to send out, your KPIs weren't tracked, your outbounds weren't sent. You had no idea why people would leave you on red, why they would this, why they would that. What did you feel? What were your problems?

>> I felt like I was just an appointment setter.

>> Meaning what?

>> Meaning that generally when people start an appointment setting, they feel like, oh, it's just a role. But in reality, it's way, way, way more than that.

>> Meaning what?

>> Meaning that you're more of an operator. You're more of a person who's there for growth, not just someone who's there to send DMs and hopefully, hopefully this guy will book. No, it's the wrong mindset coming into it.

>> Okay. What other problems did you have? Actively appointment setting and you were stuck.

>> Full transparency. I mean, I've been on many, many offers, and the number one thing that's telling me in my mind right now that which made me stuck for months and months on end, and I was stuck making $500 a month with them, is the offer.

>> Okay.

>> Let's not look at the offer, though, because the offer can be a very easy thing for these setters to say. As an appointment setter, what problems do you struggle face? Or your show rate, your closing rate, your qualification rate, not not understanding why you're sending specific messages, what your daily workflow should be, what kind of habits a good appointment setter and a great appointment setter, what kind of sales framework you have to follow to make at least 5 to 10 per month.

>> How to properly track outbounds, why numbers matter so much in your business.

>> Bro, this is awesome that you know, you know this kind of stuff because back then you didn't know any of this. You now know how to do all this because of me, because of you.

>> Absolutely.

>> Put yourself back in their shoes. Not working hard enough is too vague, bro. It's way too [ __ ] vague.

>> Number one thing would be not tracking anything. I didn't track anything.

>> Why though? Because you didn't know what to track and how to properly track. Why didn't you try? Because you had no idea why it was so important. That's a YouTube video right there. See what I mean? It's a specific problem. And that's how I want you to think about YouTube. YouTube is going to be there's like the entire industry. And in the industry, there's a specific problem over here that I want you to talk about in your YouTube video. And that will be your educational section. Okay, then you have another one over here, okay, that you could talk about that'll be more like credibility/results. What if I told you you already have a testimonial waiting to happen, Michael, cuz you helped them a lot, especially appointment setting. So, you can have a testimonial like that, and that will essentially help you a lot. Okay? And the last thing that you want to know is when you have your Instagram over here, you want to have a DM setter on because when you're able to post over here at least four reels per week, okay, with story sequences every single day, at least four to five times per week story sequences, and the long-form content over here, at the very minimum, two times per week, you have an appointment set reach out to all these leads over here, and they will set the appointment on your calendar. You will then send over specific videos to make them watch before the call takes place. Whatever problems they had in the DMs, you have videos made ahead of time that tackles the problem that they faced in DMs. They watch the videos, they show up on the call, they know that you're the person that can solve their problem, and you showcase the results/testimonial so they know that you have your own results, and they will pay you in full, and that should be your main focus in the next month. Any questions? Clear?

>> Very.

>> Okay, this is your action steps. Take these action steps, look through every single piece, every single scene, and post consistently. Organize your front end. Your next action step right now should be to restructure your front end immediately. Film some of your modules, at least some of them. Prep some documents, sales framework, data tracking systems, backend infrastructure, everything to your mentees, and start posting my story and carousel and YouTube. Get those three out ASAP.

>> Done.

>> Jerry, it's been a pleasure. Thank you.

>> Absolutely. Thanks.
