The more you study, the less you do. Does that sound painfully familiar? Yes. I spent a long time gathering information about all existing tools, building my AI projects, testing every new thing, messing up, starting over, and through a lot of trial and error, I understood one simple thing. It's not that artificial intelligence is advanced mathematics. Not at all. The thing is, most people are simply drowning in the information flow. Instead of taking a specific tool and just starting to use it. They read reviews, study tutorials, compare features, doubt their choice. And so, in a vicious cycle, do you recognize yourself? There will be a desire to quit everything, and that's normal, because AI is also trainable, adaptive. It gets smarter with every update. And you become more precise in your requests. And here's where it gets interesting. Schools don't teach children, and if they do, they often punish for using AI rather than encourage it. You know, I understand why most teachers sometimes burn out. "You don't understand, if you allow children to use AI, they won't learn anything." Like, it's a catastrophe, degradation. "Before, we thought with our own heads." But I categorically disagree with such a position. From the moment ChatGPT appeared, I started to understand it thoroughly, not in the future, someday, but immediately as soon as it became available. I tried it, experimented, messed up, integrated it into everyday tasks, and then started passing it on to other friends, my team, people around me, and saw in practice how it works. People start to see more opportunities, think wider, deeper, because, well, seriously, why pretend anymore, does the future exist in AI? It's like saying in the early nineties, "No internet. If you want to learn something, go to the library, look up the catalog, find the right shelf, and breathe in the dust of old books." And then the internet came, and everything changed drastically. Answers started coming to us, not the other way around. The same thing is happening now. This is the next evolutionary leap. And to say that everything must be done manually is like demanding to give up calculators because, well, before, we all calculated on paper. Do you know what I'll tell you about learning? As soon as you stop developing, you start to slowly decline, professionally, no jokes. And I'm not talking about motivational chatter here. This is the harsh reality of our time. Do you want to become truly cool? Forget about "when I have time." "Well, I'll watch something on the weekend." Yeah, you'll watch. You need a clear learning schedule, like brushing your teeth. Every day, without fail. This is what I personally do. And I advise everyone. First, turn your feed into an educational machine. Seriously? We still spend hours on our phones. So let at least our brains be worked out, not dulled. Go to TikTok, type in the search something like "AI in marketing" or "AI for education." Basically, find a couple of videos, go to the comments, and write something so the algorithm kicks in. And it will show you more of this content. In a couple of days, instead of dancing with cats, your feed will have case studies, new prompts, insights from experts. Simply because you slightly reconfigured the input information flow. Second, weekly calls with interns. Learning through live communication is generally fire in terms of effectiveness. What did I do? I started meeting once a week on Zoom with people who are doing something interesting in the field. No, we're not childhood friends, not colleagues. I just write: "Hi, you're creating cool content, want to chat?" Coffee in Zoom. That's it. My favorite question for such meetings: "What do you think will be the next generation of neural networks?" It's precisely these conversations that keep you at the forefront of development, not in a catching-up mode. The formula for modern learning is as simple as possible: reconfigure content consumption for development. Find those who are already practicing and growing. Listen to them, ask questions, absorb their experience. And this is the new format of education. The path to true AI literacy. And here's another useful tip. Many miss it: every month or two, give yourself an audit. Go back to the beginning, look at all the tasks you do daily, and honestly answer what you're spending energy on. And ask yourself immediately: "Can AI take this on today?" Today, technologies are changing so rapidly that what couldn't be automated three months ago, can be done easily today. Therefore, such a tech audit is a must for anyone who wants to stay in the game. Plus, be sure to look at industry events, workshops, conferences once a quarter. I understand that time is critically short. I myself barely manage. But if you find events where there's a lot of talk about AI in your field, definitely go there, because there you'll meet people who can become colleagues, mentors, or just guys with whom you can share cool developments. Together with them, you can solve tasks much faster, more effectively, rather than just swinging a shovel alone. Second. Develop taste. Understanding what a truly cool result is. It doesn't matter if it's business, creativity, leadership. Learn better. See what those at the peak are doing. And try to understand the patterns of their success. Honestly, I love social media precisely for this. This is how you simply move forward not just with AI, but much faster. I understand it, and it might seem like madness. And yes, it really stresses many people out. But honestly, if you take this simple four-stage plan and start following it, you'll be ahead of 99% of people around you. This is what I've noticed over years of working in technology. Every major innovation creates new opportunities. When Uber appeared, were all drivers former taxi drivers? Yes, of course not. Most had never worked in taxis in their lives. They quickly adapted, switched to the new reality. The truth is that with every technological leap, some professions disappear, but new, more interesting, higher-paying ones appear. This happened during the industrial revolution, and it's happening now.
