of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

[music]

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Welcome our brothers and sisters in Christ. We are celebrating this uh Sunday the third Sunday of Advent as we prepare for the coming of the Lord and the beginning of the Christmas novena that starts on the 15th of this month just in a couple of days. And as you know, Louisa Picareta from her teens till the day she died every Christmas season preceded the feast with a novena called the nine excesses of love. So I will begin with one of the nine excesses of love today even though it's a few days before the novena. And then I will talk about God's word to us today. That is in these end times in the year of 2025 as we approach 2026 because we are entering into a new age that had not been foreseen by the founding fathers of the United States. An age of artificial intelligence, of extremely advanced automation industry technology, computing abilities that range from remote to proximate to um interface to cell applications, human cell application.

But before going into all that, let us uh focus on the creator of all that which man has at his fingertips including all this technology and that is God. Yahweh was his name in the Old Testament originally pronounced in the old Hebrew as Yavo. Now in English we say Yahweh. We added vowels to the in the man maseretic text of the Old Testament Bible that did not initially have vowels. So we pronounce it now Yahweh the father. That's the father's name in the Old Testament. And then of course there's Jeshua or you we may say Bikus which is a nickname that the early Christian community used for Jesus which is a representation of two things. A fish and Jesus son of God and savior. So the is really um a series of letters that represent each each letter represents a word. Okay. So um you may of course it's a Greek word refer to it as fish which ichkis means in Greek but if you take each letter individually then it means Jesus son of god and savior and then the holy spirit in the old testament is known as ruak yave the spirit of god that breathed into the nostrils of man, giving him the life breath that would enable him to do his divine acts by virtue of the Holy Spirit, the third fiat, for the betterment of all future generations.

Now let us consider that um in preparation for Christmas the servant of God Louisa was in instructed by our Lord to prepare by entering into the blessed virgin Mary's tummy. You know we call it a womb in the our hail Mary prayer and we say blessed is the fruit of thy womb. And often times the word gmbbo in Italian womb in English is used in Louisa's writings. It refers to you know where Jesus was conceived was confined and in which he centered all of our acts conceiving them within his conception. And Jesus asked Louisa to enter into this state, the spiritual state and physical state of our Lord in the womb of Mary by availing herself of her imagination. Yes, that human faculty that is imperfect in which even the devil can enter in which the human thoughts can enter but in which God can also enter. So it's not immune from distractions but it's necessary that I state that because whenever we enter into a state of contemplative prayer to meditate to contemplate as in this Christmas novena we must never assume or presume that everything that comes to our mind is from God must be careful here. St. And John of the Cross talks about this very beautifully in chapters 31 2 3 4 of the dark of the um ascent of Mount Carmel work and the pitfalls to avoid when entering into this contemplative union using the imagination.

So in the first excessive love day one of the novena for Christmas it's an excess of the love of the most holy trinity. So Louisa relates, "I prepared myself for the feast of Holy Christmas at the age of about 17 with a Christmas novena which consisted in the exercise of various acts of virtue and mortification. I especially honored the nine months that Jesus spent in his mother's womb with nine hours of daily meditation always pertaining to the mystery of the incarnation in the first success of love of the most holy trinity to offer an example with my mind I brought myself to paradise for one hour she to offer an example of my love with my mind. I brought myself to paradise for one hour and with my imagination envision the most holy trinity, the father sending the son to earth, the son promptly obeying the father's will and the holy spirit consenting to the son's incarnation. In contemplating such a great mystery, my mind was overwhelmed, for I beheld a love so reququiting, so equal, so great among the three divine persons, and toward mankind. Then I beheld the ingratitude of men, especially my own ingratitude. I would have remained there not for one hour but for the entire day but an interior voice said to me, "This is enough for now. Come and behold other great excesses of my love."

See how simple and short that novena prayer and meditation is. So Louisa would focus on the act of the son of God descending into the womb of Mary for love of all of us giving us grace that we didn't merit at the cost of his own life and great suffering disdain persecution rejection humiliation and the life list goes on and on. So let us meditate beginning the 15th of this month into the 24th every day on these non-exessives of love that Louisa would append to the first and 19 volumes that St. Hannibal would publish.

Now, with respect to the days in which we're living, these times of great challenge that I mentioned at the outset, there have been people speaking about safe refues, places to hide when all hell breaks loose, so to speak, when the totalitarian state takes over and starts to usurp human rights and privileges that were once guaranteed by the Bill of Rights and the Constitution. Not least in the US but in fact throughout all the world which is alluded to in um not the safe places but this total totalitarian state takeover in the book of revelation um but I'll get to that in a moment there have been there has been talk about places to seek refuge physical refugees safe haven so to speak and I've met communities and individuals that promote this even though it's nowhere to be found in the Bible. It's nowhere to be found in approved prophetic literature.

Now, I wish to make a distinction that some people don't consider. Number one, a safe refuge, meaning a physical place to avoid big government, totalitarian state, and two, providing for oneself for the future. A big difference, big distinction. That simple-minded bloggers always fail to identify simply because God asks us to provide for our loved ones ourselves in the future whether it pertains to our health or education or well-being which is God's will. It doesn't mean that we should now assume that by storing up things we will be physically protected during the time of a totalitarian takeover. This is not found anywhere in scripture or in approved prophetic literature. Provisions which God wants us to make. You know, indiscretion, always mindful of the needs of others, our loved ones. It's not like we hoard for ourselves. That's not the will of God. But that we are mindful while making provisions for ourselves and others. We must that we do not have this assumption or presumption that oh, this means I can go to this physical place where I've stored everything up and be safe during the time of God's wrath. This is not biblical. This is not found anywhere in 2,000 years of church prophetic literature. It's not found.

Why? And I'll tell you why. So get ready because I'll talk to you a little bit about facts pertaining to us today, not 2,000 years ago. AI, artificial intelligence is here to stay. Our founding fathers did not foresee this. Data centers are being built all over the nations. In the US and uh every third data center in the world is in the US and these data centers require a few things. Number one, water. AI and the internet is running out of water today. A single medium-sized data center consumes as much as 3 to four million gallons of water every day. Now, what does that mean? That's equivalent to about 50,000 people in 24 hours. Let's take a a city. 50,000 people, whatever they consume in 24 hours, one mediumsiz, not large size, a medium-sized data center would consume in one day, every day. And they run every day. Every third data center resides in the US, but the US is drying out, especially the Midwest. For the last consecutive 22 years, the western half of the US has been stricken with mega droughts in the past in the past 12,000 years. The last 22 have been more droughts than ever before according to history. Now mostly this in the re last 22 years is caused by human activity. Not in the previous several thousand years but the last 22. Why? Because of technology. The me lake me the me river river m me me me me me me me me me me me me me me me me me me me me lake is the largest reservoir in the US right it was formed I believe um while building the Hoover Dam around the 1930s and it's running low gravely low in 2021 just four years ago the water levels of Lake me declined to record low and the lake is disappearing.

Now why is this not from greenhouse effect as some of these false green houses promote. That's not the reason. That's an excuse to cover up what's going on behind closed doors. And that's what I'm exposing here. From 2010 to 2018, the amount of data center computing workload has increased 550%. Let that register for a moment. In eight years, it has increased 550%. In the USA, the data centers are consuming 1.7 billion liters of water a day and only onethird of all data center operators are measuring their water consumption. So you may multiply by three this figure of 1.7 billion liters a day of water consumption on the part of data centers in the US. And it gets worse. The water that's being measured, just the one-third that's being measured, is water that's only being used for cooling these these computers, these data centers. So, we can imagine the trillions of liters a day being consumed by these data centers to fuel them.

Now, let's take a few examples of states like like Arizona, right? That's right there by the Mojave Desert. One of the states dependent upon Lake Meen and the Colorado River at the same time. The data center industry um now it's becoming the next hub of Silicon began enacting policies in Arizona to attract big tech companies like Apple, Google, Facebook and many others and the residents of Arizona are already paying the price. Take for example Chandler. A single data center there consumes all the water allocated to the entire business park forcing the residents to find their water elsewhere. Arizonians are beginning to worry as the Colorado basin, not just the lake me, but now the Colorado basin lost 18% of its flow, threatening water security in the entire state. And households are told to reduce their water usage and they are paying the cost of these data centers. That's right. But they're not being told this on their tax bills.

Take another example, Texas. In Red Oak, the data center consumes 1.46 billion gallons of water a year. Alise County, Texas. In this county, the data centers consume 25 billion gallons. In some a single Google center, not mentioning Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Palunteer, uh, and all these others, requires about 10% of all the allocated water in the region. That's huge. In South Carolina, just a Google center, midsize, draws onetenth of their daily center. Same thing with Charleston. Now, water is one of the collateral effects of these data centers and it's a mega collateral effect. In the next five years, it's going to be crisis, huge crisis of water. And this is not an accident. This is all part of the plan that has been publicly released by the World Economic Forum with a 2030 agenda.

Another collateral effect of these data centers is electricity, utility, energy. Well, about a week and a half ago, the Bloomberg report stated that due to data centers, residents electricity bills have soared as much as 267% in the last few years. Control your electricity bills. Look at your electricity bills last year, even six months ago, and look at them now. If they've soared in the last year with respect to the last 10 years or the last 20 years, you know why? There's a data center in your area and you're paying for it. So you, the taxpayers, are subsidizing all of these multibillion dollar corporations to create these data centers. And these centers pay zero to almost no property tax. While your property taxes are constantly increasing, you ever wonder why? Now you know. If your water bill is going up, your electric bill is going up, your property taxes are going up. 99% is through these data centers. Now, of course, there are other things, you know, that require management in the local town, but they shouldn't be spiking as much as 267% as the Bloomberg report has stated.

Now, many of you are aware of the 10th amendment of the constitution that states that, and I'm going to quote it, "the powers not delegated to the US by the constitution nor prohibited by it to the US are reserved to the states respectively." Let me repeat that. The powers not delegated to the US by the constitution and this includes data centers. This is not the forefathers did not see this AI technology and data centers or even computers. So that states the powers not delegated to the US by the constitution which includes data centers nor prohibited by it which includes data centers are reserved to the states respectively. That means the state decides what each data center can do. Meaning make the taxpayers pay for the electricity bill, the utility bill, the water bill, the property tax increase. The state decides and it adds or to the people. So let's read the sentence and hold. "The powers not delegated to the US by the constitution nor prohibited by it to the US are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people." The people decide along with the state and the state supposed to be the voice of the people.

Now, in the last week, President Trump, thank God, he's fighting abortion and doing a lot of good things for the country, vetting immigrants, which is a good thing. Keeping violence down, and removing a lot of these um what do you call them? Dangerous traffickers of chemical substances or murderers or rapists and child traffickers, etc. Thanks be to God for the good work he's doing. I mention that because on the other hand, nobody's perfect. Now, why do I say that? He made a tweet this past week and I don't like going into politics because as a priest, I respect each individual conscience on how to vote. All I preach is the morals upon which to base your voting decision, namely life and things that eliminate immoral conduct that include, euthanasia, tri sex trafficking of children, um abortion, um harvesting of organs, and the list goes on and on. And it's up to the individual voter to choose which candidate to to vote for. Okay? So I'm not going into politics here. The reason why I'm quoting the president and also complimenting him for the work he's doing in many areas is because he speaks about this very topic and he spoke about it this week and he tweeted as follows. And I'm again I'm addressing this because it rolls into morality which is the field of the church not ethics which is the field of the state. Ethics is right and wrong. Morals is good and bad. Okay. So he states, "There must be only one rule book if we are going to continue to lead AI." Now, why did he say this? Because of course he's been saying several months now that there's a race for AI between US and China. Now he states, "Therefore, there must be only one rule book if we are going to continue to lead AI. We are beating all countries at this point in the race but that won't last long. If we are going to have 50 states, see where I'm going with the constitution, the 10th amendment, if we are going to have 50 states, many of them bad actors, involved in rules and the approval process, there can be no doubt about this. AI will be destroyed in its infancy. I will be doing a one rule executive order this week. You can't expect a company to get 50 approvals every time they want to do something. That will not work."

Okay. Now, I'm not saying this quote's good or bad. I'm just saying that the 10th Amendment allows the people in the state to do what? To decide on things that are neither prohibited nor delegated to the Constitution. So data centers fall under the 10th amendment. And Trump's concerned though that if the the the federal government has to appeal to all 50 states, not all 50 will comply and therefore it won't give the US the lead in AI. That's his position. Some people have complained saying this is a usurpation of the 10th amendment, etc., etc. Again, I'm not here to play the referee on which is right and which is wrong or who's got the good or bad intention. I'm simply stating that considering what I just shared with you on data centers with the water crisis and the electricity bill soaring and the property taxes soaring and the cost of energy soaring. What happens to the consu the resident who's subsidizing all these multi-million big tech corporations that are building these data centers faster than they're producing Skittles? I think what happens to them if a data center moves into their nice urban quiet environment, starts consuming their water bed and they're running out of water and their tax bills are going up, their water bills going up, their property tax is going up. The state can no longer speak on their behalf because now it's out of their hands. Now, I'm not saying that the state is going to make the right decision on behalf of the individuals because it hasn't proven to do so in many states in the US anyway. But that's not the issue here. The issue is what do we do in this crisis that we're now entering into? And that is completely man-made by the powers to be these oligarchs, these totalitarians, these globalists.

Today's three-letter big tech companies are putting in place a total totalitarian state through AI. Whether we like it or not, whether the president or the people around him or even we the citizens or the governors or the mayors or the people in the US are aware of this is less important than those who are entrusted with control over the big tech companies like Black Rockck, Palanteeria, Oracle, Met, Cisco, Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Tesla, Samsung, IBM Intel, Amazon, and the list goes on. These people have control over every aspect, behavior, conduct, thought through a a AI technology and they may be used to obliterate dissent through social media control. You see, the AI mechanisms are being put in place today as I speak where none of us can run and none of us can hide. So to those people who say we have a safe haven, nobody knows we're here. We're hidden, to this I say in five years we're going to see 415,000 low orbit satellites. Bill Gates says his 65,000 satellites alone will be able to look at every square inch of the planet 24 hours a day. Let me repeat that. Just the 65,000 satellites alone that Bill Gates has will be able to look at every square inch of the planet 24 hours a day. Not to mention the additional 415,000 low orbit satellites are that are being put into place as I speak. So there won't be any safe haven. You won't be able to hide. None of us will be able to.

These big tech corporations are putting in 5G. And this week, President Trump had an audience where he discussed the development and deployment of 6G wireless technology as a matter of so-called national security and economical leadership. Now 5G and 6G will be used most likely, many argue, to harvest our data, and they can be used to control our behavior, to impose a digital currency that will allow them to punish us from a um uh lack of conformity and cut off our food supply. There's something else coming out. This is not a theory. This is a document that has been released. All right? There is a vaccine passport that is now being pushed today. We have the liberty, for example, all of us, all of you have the liberty to go to any public place you want, to go to church, to sporting event, to the cinema, to get on a bus over an airplane and travel, to attend a university, get classes of education. The minute they hand you the vaccine passport, every right that you have today will be transformed into a privilege contingent upon your obedience to arbitrary government dictates. It will make you a slave.

Now, can you avoid it? So, these are tough questions and a tough position that we're in. Because we are now being forced to be dependent upon AI technology and we didn't consent to it and there's strength in numbers that's the greatest respon of course prayer is the number one response conversion is a great response conversion prayer fasting this is the number one answer that the blessed mother has been begging of us since Lord to this very day in magoria here. And how many are listening? Because of our deafness, we have this government takeover. I'm not saying the US government's doing this. I'm saying it's a globalist movement, especially of those nations under NATO, the Western Allied nations. They're working together. Not some of them are resisting, but others are complicit. Most of them are complicit. And these data centers do not create jobs as some people say. They are temporary constructed related jobs. And some of them most of them are being built in rural areas where people really want to escape the noise and pollution of the big cities. And the noise of these centers that these centers create are invading these rural areas while consuming the water tables. Another state know I mentioned Arizona, Texas and Memphis too. Memphis and it was an environmental disaster. There are data centers being built there without any permits or pollution controls with methane fumes, chemicals being released, and there's a protest on the part of the residents in Memphis to stop it. But they're losing the battle. And uh many of these data centers require soil boring deep past the water tables. And the more the deeper you drill as you know the more it's going to cost. Cost who? The residents who are subsidizing every single penny of these mega tech multi-million data centers. This is a threat. Every third data center on the planet is in the US.

So what do we do in the face of this turmoil spiritually, morally? Since the majority, the vast majority of the world population does not listen to or care the message of the blessed mother. Today we are all paying the price. But there is hope in this jubilee year of hope. Jesus reminds us through through Louisa's writings and through the writings of other church approved prophets that one holy god person one holy god-fearing person can offset the bad of many others. Jesus told Louisa that on account of the blessed virgin Mary and her the entire earth was spared of destruction. So if we live our lives as they did in God's divine will, we can act like they are intermediaries, mediators between God and the human race. I think it was day uh 10 in the blessed virgin Mary book and the kingdom of the divine. Well, or is it day 11? I think it's day 11 where Jesus tells well Mary tells Louisa "God made me the peace maker between humanity and God." Yeah, I think it's day 11. So we are living in this time of an snowball effect where the toothpaste is out of the tube. AI is here to stay and we are all being surveiled. Every text message, email, photo, conversation. So there's no square inch of the planet that you can escape from. There's no physical place where you can say no one can find me. Not anymore.

But there is a refuge that no technological advancement or human being can usurp, can invade. And now those are the two hearts of Jesus and Mary from which emerge the gift of living in the divine will. Yes, it comes from the third fiat, the Holy Spirit of sanctification, but not without Christ. There would be no Holy Spirit without Christ, right? There could be no sending forth of the Holy Spirit or without Christ. So the Holy Spirit in John 16:12 is sent by Christ to do what? To remind us of what he said and to reveal to us all the truth. Now to remind you of the importance of the two hearts, Jesus tells us many times in church approved prophetic literature that the only refuge we have are the two lamps. Revelation 11, the sacred heart and the immaculate heart. These are the two voices of prophecy now being given to us through the apparitions of Jesus and Mary.

Jesus also tells Louisa in volume 11 May 18th 1915, "The divine will imposes chastisements but neither these nor God's enemies get close to the souls who live in the divine will. Know that I will have regard for the souls who live in my will and for the places where these souls reside. They may be likened to the kings of the earth who have their own court and quarters in which they are kept safe amid dangers and amidst the fiercest enemies. Since their power is so imposing, their enemies while destroying other places dare not even look at their location for fear of being defeated. In the same way I too, the King of Kings, King of Heaven, have my court in quarters on earth. These are the souls who live in my will and in whom I live. The heavenly court crowds around them. The strength of my will keeps them safe, rendering their enemies bullets ineffective, driving back the fiercest enemies. I place the souls who live completely in my will on earth in the same condition as the blessed in heaven. Therefore live in my will and fear nothing."

Okay. So what is the safe refuge? Jesus tells Louisa the divine will within the soul who lives in it. God's court and quarters are the souls who live in his will. So if you live in your divine will, how? By doing your morning offering every day. By doing your divine acts every day, consecrating everything throughout the day at the beginning of the day to the two hearts both of whom lived in the divine will, then that's a good start. Of course, this this is predicated upon living in God's grace. You have to, of course, be in the grace of God to live in his will. So, make it a good habit to go to confession twice a month. This is the recommendation of Pad Peio. It's the council of the can church of code of can of law. It's a church's code of canon law. It was also recommended by Pope Francis confession twice a month. Go to communion at least every Sunday, which is an obligation, but spend some time before the blessed sacrament and get that spiritual radiation therapy in the hour of power at the 3pm hour if possible and if not at any time of the day offering him reparation whom Jesus whom Louisa referred to as the prisoner of love. She refers to about Jesus as the prisoner in the tabernacle and even the prisoner in the womb of Mary during the Christmas novena. Who willingly put himself in darkness for love of us.

Another way to avoid being exposed to evil in these end times and finding your refuge is to meditate on the hours of the passion. Jesus tells Louisa in a without a date, just a month, without a day, just a month, October 1914, he tells her, "These hours are the most precious of all because they are precisely the reenactment of what I did in the course of my mortal life and what I continue to do in the most blessed sacrament. When I hear these hours of my passion, I hear my own voice, my own prayers. And that soul in it, I see my will that is wanting the good of all and making reparation for all. And I feel drawn to dwell in that soul, to be able to do with it what itself does in its interior. Oh, how I would love that even one single soul for each town did these hours of my passion. I would then hear myself in each town, and my justice, greatly indignant during these times, would be placated in part." And St. Hannibal states in his letter of October 29, 1926, "If on account of only one soul doing these hours, Jesus would spare a city of chastisements and would give grace to as many souls as there are words of these sorrowful hours one meditates." How many graces might a community or any group of individuals expect to receive?

Okay. And I also recall that the blessed virgin Mary told St. Catherine Leber at Rudibbach that she mediates great graces of protection to those who ask for them. Graces of protection. So we may conclude that while there are no physical refues, in a day and age of AI where every square inch 24 hours a day is being surveiled, there are refues that no human means of technology can identify. And that is the sacred and immaculate hearts of Jesus and Mary who give us the great grace and gift of living in God's divine will that protects us from the enemy's fiercest bullets and weapons and the hours of the passion that ensure protection of a place wherever these hours are recited.

So as we enter this advent season toward Christmas, let us not fear anything but doing our own will. And let us ask God every day and the blessed virgin Mary, the co-redemptrics of all grace, the mediatrix of all grace, the advocate of all grace, whose power comes from the father, whose wisdom comes from the Son, whose clemency comes from the Holy Spirit, to guard us from doing our own will so that we may only do and always do God's divine will. So may God bless you and keep you safe and sound in this Christmas season and your loved ones too.
