Praise the Lord! Aren't you glad to be in church on Tuesday night? Yes! Tuesday night is such a different format from our Sunday, but it's the same God. You can be seated. Why don't you be seated for a few moments? I want to say how grateful I am to, um, have our guests in the house of the Lord with us. We have several guests here tonight and, um, that's right. Good. Give our guests a hand. We also have our youth next door. Uh, our youth are next door having their own service and, um, I, I want to pray for our youth right now. Brother, um, Dylan Kraft, the youth pastor, spent a lot of time today getting ready and, uh, I, I believe they're going to have some, some miraculous things happen over there. Would you join with me in prayer for them? Jesus, dear Lord, I'm asking You to anoint and speak to our young people. Make a difference in their hearts and their lives, God. Let miracles take place next door. In the precious name of Jesus, we praise You. We give You glory. We ask for Your miraculous power. Hallelujah! In Jesus' name. In the precious name of Jesus. I'm so glad to have, um, uh, our evangelist wife with us tonight. Full-time evangelist wife, Sister, uh, Chelsea Fedick is with us tonight. Her husband is preaching. She's here with us. And then glad to have, uh, Missy Gatlin with us. Sister, uh, Ethan Moral, or Brother Ethan Morales, sorry. This is Sister Missy Gatlin, Brother Ethan Morales's, uh, sister. Olivia Gatlin's mom. Uh, I, I don't know whether to say mother-in-law, mother-in-love, or I, I don't know what, what he calls her, but I'm glad to have her with us tonight. Brother Matt Davidson, won't you bring a mic over there and just let both [Music] of.

I sure do love my pastor. He knows how to put you on the spot. He always has a trick up his sleeve. I came tonight because I wanted to be here. I love this church and these people. There is truly no place that I'd rather be than the house of God tonight. I came expecting great things, miracles, signs, and wonders, 'cause I know, I know that we serve a great God and there is nothing that He cannot do. Thank you. I love you all.

Well, I'll just say he could have added one more because Chelsea's my cousin as well, so you, I could have had one more title. So, but it's so good to be here and I want to say, uh, thank you to everyone here that has opened their hearts, their everything to Olivia and Ethan, um, moving here. You know, as a mom, being in Missouri is super, super hard, but you guys have loved and loved and loved my girl and I really appreciate it. I love what I feel on the house of the Lord tonight and I'm expecting great things. Lord bless you.

[Applause]

Hallelujah! Didn't Brother Matt Davidson do a good job leading this service tonight? All right. Let's go to the word of the Lord. If you'd stand together, we're going to go to Jonah, the Book of Jonah, chapter 2 and verse 8. Jonah, chapter 2 and verse 8. I don't know exactly how all this is going to go tonight, but I want to link up with just exactly what Sister Chelsea Fedick said. I believe we're going to see miracles, signs, and wonders in the house of God tonight. Hallelujah! Jonah, chapter 2 and verse 8 said, "They that observe lying vanities forsake their own mercy." They that observe lying vanities forsake their own mercy. You can be seated.

Would you lift your hands and ask the Holy Ghost to speak to your heart tonight? Come on. Would you ask the Holy Ghost to speak? Jesus, dear Lord, I'm asking You in the name of Jesus and through the power of the Holy Ghost to work in this place tonight. Speak to someone's heart. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

About a week and a half ago, the Holy Ghost began to talk to me about miracles. Miracles. The Holy Ghost began to speak to my heart and I began to understand the necessity of the miraculous in the church. We're not Apostolic if we're not seeing miracles. But what are miracles? What are, what are miracles about? Is miracles a narrow category or a broad category? What all is considered in the realm of the miraculous? Or is, is miracles just healings? Or does miracles encompass a broader spectrum of what takes place in the church? What are gifts of the Spirit? Are they just limited or are they multifunctional in the church? And as I began to study on all this and prepare to talk about it, what I came up with is the fact that there's a plethora of reasons why that we as the church misunderstand what signs and wonders and miracles are. And they're happening all around us and we don't know how to identify them. More need to take place and we don't even understand what we're doing to thwart them. And so I decided it was time not just to preach about it, but to teach about it. And so it actually started last Tuesday night when I preached to you and talked to you about the fact that there's a danger in misplacing our faith. Our faith has got to be in God, not in the miracles alone. If you focus too much on the miracles, then your faith is in the delivery instead of the deliverer. And he, prayers don't go unanswered. Every prayer that you pray is answered. That's what I was talking about Tuesday night. Every prayer that you pray is answered because sometimes, many times, He just simply says no because we're praying amiss. Sometimes He says, "You're ahead of me, not right now." I can't do that right now. The timing is off. And sometimes He says, "Yes." So we only think He answers a third of the time because we're only looking for a green light. We don't believe in red lights or yellow lights. We only believe in green lights. Y'all with me tonight? Hallelujah!

Now, I didn't intend to be that kind of Grandpa, but I am anyway. So y'all got to excuse me just a minute. Copeland is here in church tonight and he's wearing my little red suit and my little walking shoes. That little red suit and those walking shoes are, well, I know they're at least 57 years old 'cause that's how old I am. I wore that little suit when I was about a year old and that's the shoes I learned how to walk in. Hallelujah! Ain't that something? I had, I just had to take a [Applause] minute. All right, I can get back on what I was preaching again. Now, now we, we don't want to observe God's red lights and God's yellow lights only as green lights. And that's a trick of the enemy because that hurts faith. If you only think God's answering you a third of the time, it's hard to have faith. But when you can admit that sometimes you ask amiss and so God has to tell you no because He's not a magician, He's a Father. See, if He, if you hire a magician, he has to do every trick you, you ask him for because you're the boss, he's on your payroll. And so everything you ask him to do, he has to do it, even if it's not what's best. But a Father's altoe different. A Father has to say, "No, son, you don't even realize what you're asking for." Yeah. See, I can quickly go to a story in the Bible that Jesus answered, He just said no. There was a woman that said, "Lord, two of my sons are Your disciples and I want to ask You that when we get to the glory world, that one of them would sit on Your right hand and one would sit on Your left." All right. And the Lord had to tell her no because the deal was, "Little lady, you don't even realize what you're asking for. If they're going to sit on My left hand and My right hand, are they going to, are you going to want them to be crucified with Me? Are you going to want to be the on one on the left and one on the right side of Me when I, when I, when I get beat, beaten, whipped, when they lash Me with a cat of nine tails? Are you going to want each one of them to have a whipping post?" Well, it sure is quiet. She did not, not get her prayer answered. She just got a different answer than she was expecting. You see, every prayer you pray gets an answer. Yeah. God hears every request that you make. But you only want to acknowledge Him when He gives you the answer that you want. And when you're only willing to acknowledge a third of His answers, it hurts your faith and you run around saying, "Well, I've been praying for things and God's not answering." No, you've put yourself in God's [Applause] position. You're the boss and you only acknowledge when He answers what you request instead of making Him the Father. You see, it's all about approach. Are you walking in demanding things of God, or are you on your knees entreating a Father? Which is your approach to God? If you're in the right position, then you can, He has answered every prayer I've prayed. It's not always been what I've wanted, but He's always answered. Oh, Hallelujah!

And then Sunday was the second installment. You see, the, the, the first installment on this message that I'm preaching about miracles and signs and wonders was, "It's all got to be within the confines of His will because He's a Father, not a genie. He's the boss, not me." So I'm treat, entreating Him, not demanding of Him. And I get 100% of my prayers answered the way I want them answered when I pray within the confines of His will. So I need discernment worse than I need a miracle. The second installment is this, and that it's all got to be done within the confines of love. It's all got to be done within the borders and the parameters of love. You've got to be praying and requesting within the confines of love. I'm praying this because I love. If not, you're going to be praying things like, "God, kill them. God, bring judgment on them. God, destroy my enemy." So the greatest of these things is love. Yes. You see, it's, it's, it's a lot bigger scope and a lot bigger picture than just, "I'm running out and praying for God to heal this and work this and change this and work that miracle and work that miracle." You, you, you're very shallow in God if you think God is just supposed to do everything you ask Him to do. Am I making sense to y'all tonight? So number one, God, give me the discer to pray within the confines of Your will. And then number two, God, let every motivation that I have be within the confines of love. In fact, I can't even expect You to answer if I haven't forgiven. I want us to look at that just a second. I'm, I'm getting ahead of myself, but I still, I still want us to, to, to look at that just a minute. Let's look at James chapter 5 and verse 16. James chapter 5 and verse 16 is a very important portion of scripture. "Confess your faults one to another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed." You know, it's an amazing thing that we run around using this last line and no one ever quotes the first one. You see, there's a lot of things you got to put off before you can put on. I think our biggest block in Pentecost to miracles is division. Somebody said, "Why aren't we having, why aren't we having miracles?" And the standard answer is, "We just don't have faith." I don't believe that. I believe it's faith that keeps people coming to church for 30 years. I believe it's faith that keeps people faithful. I think it's faith that keeps people paying their tithes. I don't believe we lack faith. I think we lack forgiveness. I think we have a hard time confessing the fact that we have faults. Am, am I, I feel like I'm kind of high-centering. I wasn't raised in, in a neighborhood. I was raised kind of, kind of in, kind of in the country. It wasn't nothing like this, I'll tell you that right now. But we were, we were out in the country enough that we had stumps in the yard. Yeah. And I remember when I, we first started using a ride-on lawnmower. We didn't have one for years. I got to push one for a long, long time. My, probably my first battle with jealousy and envy was when one of our neighbors got a ride-on lawnmower and I still out there pushing one. That was a real struggle. But when I was, uh, about 15 or 16, we got our first ride-on lawnmower and I, I learned what being high-centered was the first time I ran it up on a stump. You can't go anywhere unless you get up and get off and rock it off the stump. I feel like that's where I am in this message right now. There, there is a, there is a, a direct link between forgiveness and healing. You, you cannot heal if you don't forgive. He, he, he says, "Confess your faults to one another and and pray for one another." Now, now hang on. You, you got to really dissect this verse. Not that they might be healed. It literally says, "You got to confess that you have a fault and then pray for that other person." And when you confess that you got a problem and then bring yourself to the point that you can honestly pray for for them, not against them. Exactly. Exactly right. But when you can pray for them, in other words, it's that you might be healed, not them. You're not praying that they can be healed. You recognize that you need a healing. See, this is the instruction. I need a healing. I'm sick in my body. I need a healing. God said, "You don't start with asking God to heal you. You start by confessing your faults." There is a link between the fact that I'm not being healed and I have a problem. I need a miracle. All right. I need God to work in the miraculous in my life. I need something to happen. Yes. But, but my problem is not that I just need God to work. I need to go to work. And the first thing I got to do is confess the fact that I've got a fault. So somebody has done something to me and I'm holding it on. Yes. You know, somebody owes me money and I, I, you know, if they're not going to pay, then I need to forgive them. And I need to go to them and say, "Look, me holding all against you obviously isn't fixing you 'cause you owe, you've owed me for a good while now and it's obvious you're, you're not going to pay. But guess what? Holding all that obviously isn't hurting you. It must be hurting me." Am I, I've, I've obviously done fine without the money 'cause I haven't starved to death. My electricity is still on. So you must have needed it worse than I did. So the best thing I can do is release this situation. Is this okay? Yeah. I feel like I'm getting high-centered again. I'm not acting like this is the answer in every situation. I'm using this as for as a for instance, okay? But somewhere, if I'm going to be healed, and there just comes a time that you know, if they hadn't paid in a year and you, you've been holding all it, obviously holding all hadn't made them pay. If it didn't make them pay this year, it probably ain't going to make them pay next year. So you probably have a better chance of getting paid by releasing them than holding it. And so you got to go confess your fault. "Hey, look, man, I've been holding all against you and I, I need you to ask me to forgive you. I, I need, I need to ask you to forgive me. I've been mad at you over that money you owed me, but you know what? As far as I'm concerned, from now on, it's on you. All right. If you can live with it, I can live without it. But I need to get this out of my spirit because I want to be saved and I want you to be saved. So I'm releasing you of that. Whatever you do with it, that's you. But I'm confessing to you that I've had a fault. I've been holding this in my heart, but as of tonight, I forgive you. I'm dropping this deal. I'm letting it go. I love you. I need some healing in my world and it's obvious I'm not going to get it holding all." Confess your faults to one another, man. And then pray for one another. You just can't pray for someone, yeah, that you've got ought against. That's right. And, and I'm going to tell you something, in this day of so much division, this, this even involves spouses. Why is it that we think that spouses are exempt? You know, when, when the Bible talks about holding a grudge and having jealousy and envy and hate and all that, we always want to put it on somebody outside our house. We, we never want to feel like that that God's talking about us and our husband or us and our wife. Y'all ever notice that? I'm telling you, just because you're married to them doesn't mean that God exempts them. If you're angry, why did it just get so quiet? You know, we want to act like it's never talking about that person that we lay down beside every night in the bed, but you can hold, hold out against them and sleep right beside them every night. And the, when the preacher preaches about holding a grudge and having difficulties and problems, we never think, "Well, we always think the person we work with, our mother-in-law, the person next door neighbor." What about that person that we're laying down beside every night in that bed? What are you holding in your heart against them? What are you angry at them about? What have you been angry at them about for a long, long time? Our number one, I, I, I fully believe in the Holy Ghost after studying this for the last two or three days, that our number one problem with miracles, if we have one, now, let me stop and say here, let me just shoehorn this in, that what I also discovered is there's miracles going on all around us that we ignore because we don't think it's a miracle unless it's somebody leaping out of a wheelchair. We don't think it's a miracle unless someone's deaf ears are unstopped. What about all the miracles that take place day in and day out? Such as I've pastored this church for 26 years and drove down these country roads and never had an accident with my wife and kids in the car, never once in over 26 years. If you know how I drive, have I not, I've not just drove cars in and out of this, this property and drove all over the United States of America and other countries since I've been pastoring here. I've drove in Canada, I've drove in Mexico, I've drove in Honduras, Belize, Brazil. I've pulled travel trailers in and out of this property. I've drove motor homes and buses. And well, just sit there and look at me if you want to. Don't just think it's a miracle if somebody says, "I can see and I used to not be able to see." It is a miracle of God's protection. It is the hand of God. What about you? Do you see any miracles in your life and in your world? Yes. Yes, sir. Every time someone gets filled with the Holy Ghost in these altars, it is a [Applause] miracle. You see, one of, one of the tricks to having faith is you've got to acknowledge the miracles you've already had. One of the tricks of the devil to keep you from having faith is to act like we don't ever see any. One of the first steps to having faith to see miracles is to look around and acknowledge and examine the ones that you've already had to build your faith. That's his big trick is to tell you, "You've never seen a miracle." Well, it depends on how small the category of miracles that you have. Widen your category of what a miracle [Applause] is. We live with miracles all around us. When you look at the people that, and the window of people that receive the baptism of the Holy Ghost and understand that the baptism of the, the, the, the window of the likelihood that people receive the baptism of the Holy Ghost opens when someone is about six or seven years old and it slowly starts narrowing until it becomes 30 to 20% around the 50s and the 60s and it gets in the teens and the 70s and it's almost non-existent in the 80s. The 70s and 80s. And so one of the greatest miracles that I've ever seen in my life, I mentioned the other night, was walking in a hospital room and seeing Elby Davidson. How old was he when he received the baptism of the Holy Ghost? 80 years old. 80 years old. Look at it. It's a 1 to 3% chance that someone in their 80s will receive the baptism of the Holy Ghost. And he received it in a hospital bed, so weak that he couldn't even hardly turn over. That was a modern-day miracle. You see, we have miracles all around us. There's miracles that happen on a consistent basis. I'm going to, I'm going to, uh, throw an obvious one out here that's not talked about because of the day that we live in, but I'm rejoicing about it. And I had one of my friends who is a, who is a, a black evangelist text me this week talking about the miracle. He said, "Brother Copeland, I'm weeping as I text you. He said, but when I look at your live stream and I look at your posts, and he said, I see all the integration, the black people sitting on the pews, worshiping with you. He said, I can't tell you what that means to me as a black evangelist to see that going on in the state of Mississippi." But the deal is, it's not just that they're worshiping with us, is that we have become brothers and we have become sisters and we become one. Don't narrow the miraculous down so small. There are miracles happening all around us. You've got to identify the miracles. You, you can't let the devil scale it down under where it's just the opening of blind eyes and unstopping of deaf ears. And you haven't seen anybody jump out of a casket, then you haven't seen a miracle. And I do want to see those kind of miracles and I want to see more of those kind of miracles. And you know what I'm doing right now? I'm, I'm, I'm cutting a path. I, I, I'm taking the, the grubbing hoe of, of, and cutting the Lucifer's weeds out of the way. I'm cutting us a path to greater miracles. And the way you do it is you understand there's a to get there. And if you let him scope the miracles down so small that you can't identify any, then you struggle with your faith. But if you can ever start looking around you and saying, "That's a miracle, and that's a miracle," you start feeling a flutter, a flutter in your spirit as you realize, "You know what? The devil's a liar. I'm surrounded by miracles." And if he can do that, he can unstop deaf ears. If he can do that, he can open blinded eyes. Yes. Yes, sir. But our main obstacle is forgiveness. Unity is the path to the miraculous. We've got to unify. His biggest tool against us today is division. You're right. Come on. Dividing people on all kinds of lines. I've never seen Pentecost so splintered. I've never seen the church so splintered. I've never seen such a problem with division and drawing of lines and camps and, and I'm in this camp and I'm in that camp. And somebody, somebody said, "Well, it is this a modern-day problem?" No, it's as old as the New Testament. That's right. They were doing it in the New Testament. Well, I, I was baptized under John's baptism. Well, I'm, I'm a disciple of Paul. Well, I'm a disciple of Peter. Until finally Paul said, "Well, the, it looks like the gospel's being, uh, what, what word did he use here? Looks like the gospel is being preached in contention." He said, "But at least it's being preached." It's being preached in contention because Paul thought, Paul's disciples thought they were above Peter's disciples, and Peter thought disciples felt like they had a revelation that Paul's didn't have. And now we've got conservative camps and we've got liberal camps and we've got camps of those that believe in miracles and those that don't believe in miracles. And the camps, those, those believe in the word and the camp of those that believe that the spirit should move more. And the camp of those that set people are sit and teach. And we got more initials in Pentecost than the World Wide Wrestling Federation. Sometimes I think we're doing more wrestling than they are. When you read that Bible, you'll find out that He says, "I can't forgive you unless you forgive them." And "I can't heal someone that won't confess their faults." He said, "There, there are, there's many sick among you and many, many are dying untimely deaths." And, and, and He said, "The, the reason why is because you're, you're, you're grieving the Spirit." Good. The, the blood of Jesus is not being treated properly. It's not being recognized. What does that mean? I'm going to tell you, after being in Pentecost all my life, if there's one problem with the blood, it's the fact that it's being reached under too often, right? You go, you're not respecting the blood. He said, "If you respect My blood, you won't reach under it and drag somebody's sins out." Yes. You won't reach under it and find fault with somebody. You can't disrespect that blood by reaching out under it and pulling people's sins out and then turning around expecting that same blood to heal you if you're going to respect it on one side. [Applause]

Oh, you know what? It's 8:23 and so I, I, I'm going to come back with those notes right there. I'm going to come back and I'm, I'm going to follow up. I, I want to, I want to go into this. If we're going to have miracles, we got to unify. There, there is a direct link between the miraculous, healings, signs, and wonders, and forgiveness. That's right. You, you, you, you, you got to, you got to heal your spirit before you can heal your body. Your spirit. You got to let God heal the inner man before He's interested in healing the outer man. What, he, he wants to, you want Him to heal your legs so you can run faster to hell? You, you, you want Him to heal your heart so you can take a good heart to hell? Why would He be interested in your outer man if you won't let Him heal your inner man? You see, He's interested in eternity and you're interested in this life. "Heal me, heal me, heal me so I'll feel better." So you'll feel better to miss more church. So you'll feel better to go on more vacations and miss the house of God. You, you, so you'll feel better to get involved in worldly sports and destroy your life and your family and your marriage and your home. You see, He's interested in healing your inner man. He wants to heal your inner man first. He wants to heal your soul. He may be interested in your body later, but all the healing is about salvation. That's what I was trying to talk to you about last Tuesday night. He, he, he centered on saving you, not healing you. He may heal you, but He didn't, the Bible didn't say He was mighty to heal. The Bible says He was mighty to [Music] save. His might is connected to His salvation. The healing is a byproduct. [Applause]

Be seated. And our biggest problem is disunity. Disunity is causing family members not to come to church. I, I, I have been amazed by people. I'm going to talk about this because it's all, it's all under the umbrella of the miraculous. You want miraculous things to go on, you got to get your inner man right. On, I, I've been amazed by people that will pray and talk to me and cry, "I want my mama to be saved, Brother Copeland. I'm just, I got such a burden for my mother. I want my mother to get right with God. I want my mother to get in the church." And then they get in a squabble with somebody at this church. And then they come into my office and they're talking about this squabble. And they say, "I'm just telling you, I was talking to my mother about this fight that I'm having with." And I'm like, "You, you, you talked it over with who?" My mother being. And my mother talked. I said, "She's done. You'll, you'll never get her in the church." I mean, that's like sending a submarine under a boat and just blow, you have sabotaged any chance you have. You got so focused on your argument, you got so focused on your dissension that you, you, the devil used that to destroy your witness. If I got problems in, in this church, the last person I'm going to talk to some, to about somebody is somebody I'm trying to [Applause] win. Well, my mother's the only person I got to talk to. Oh, really? Have you, have you ever heard about prayer? Has anybody ever talked to you about the Lord? Who's closer than a brother? Good prayer. You can't talk to people outside this church about problems inside this church and then expect the miraculous to [Applause] happen. Man, I, I, our problem is a lack of unity. Our problem is our divisions. He said, "I'm going to tell you, if you, if you want to be healed, the first thing you got to do." And listen, I got more scripture than you have time, okay? So I'm going to be real graceful to you, man. You don't know it, but I'm doing you a favor right now by not going back up there and getting in those notes. We'll be here till 9:30. Unity is the key. I'm going to, I'm going to remind you of something that we, we talked about earlier. Uh, uh, the, the Bible says that when the Holy Ghost fell in the upper room, the Bible says that they were gathered together. It uses two different words that really have the same English meaning: gathered together. You see, you, you would think that the Bible could have just said they were gathered, or it could have just said they were together. But the problem is, is He's identifying the fact that the gathering had the component of togetherness. Exactly. Right. 'Cause I, I, I went to, to, I went to one of Sister Jennifer Branning's, I was invited to, to, to pray over one of Sister Jennifer Branning's Senate gatherings. But brother, let me tell you, they were together. They were gathered, but they weren't together. There was a lot of division there that day. I'm sorry, Sister Brandy, that was just the best illustration I could think of right at that moment. You know, you, we used to, uh, play football when I was in high school. We were together out there on that field, on that football field, but we weren't together. 'Cause before it was over, the half was going to be real happy and the other half was going to be real sad. I've been hearing about gatherings that's happening out in our gym out there. They're gathered, but I've been getting reports, they ain't very together. They're probably not going to have any miracles out there. All right. No signs and wonders. They probably ain't going to be winning anybody to God out there either. We sure wouldn't want any guests that show up to see a display that didn't seem much like the Holy [Music] Ghost. You know, a lack of unity and love and a lack of unity and love and forgiveness and all that, boy, it sure stops the working of the Holy Ghost. It stops outreach. It, it stops the spread of the gospel. It stops healing. Doctors are, doctor are now declaring. I'm not, I'm not just talking about the spiritual field. We've known this for years. I'm not just, man, I'm, I'm fitting all kind of stuff in here tonight. Y'all just, boy, the Lord's really helping me. The, the, the medical field is now admitting a strong relationship between cancer and hatred. Go ahead. Between heart disease and spite. They are now admitting. The medical field is now admitting that we can treat you. We give you all these, all these pills and meds. We can do all that, but, but your real deal is you need to find out who you have a problem with and fix it. Because there's an underlying current to medical conditions. I don't, I don't have time to go there. I'm not even going to fool with that. I'm, I'm, I'm going to, I'm going to go on. I, I want to, I want to go back up there and really drag this thing out, but I'm not going to. I got other nights to deal with it. But He said, "Let me tell you how the, let me tell you how unity works." He said, "Unity works like anointing oil." In other words, you don't have any anointing oil if you don't have unity. So He said, "Let me tell you what you do when, when you need healing, call for the elders of the church and have them anoint you with oil." You don't have any if you don't have unity, because unity is like anointing oil. [Applause] You need a miracle in your life. Start searching for who you need to forgive. You need miracles in this church. Ask yourself, is there division? You need God to work in miraculous ways. Ask yourself, are we unified? Yes, we're to, yes, we've gathered, but are we together? Are we all on the same page? Have we all got the same goal? Have we all got the same motives? God, give us unity, sir. I know I've already told this, but it bears telling again. But I, I, I believe I did. I believe I told this other night. I at least had it in my notes. I don't know if I got to it or not, but that was a great revival in the late 70s and the early 80s in Ethiopia. In fact, I mentioned Sunday about the Wiles that, that in love, left the United States of America, pastoring churches, doing a great job, working for God here, and went to Ethiopia. And where God gave them to start their great revival was in the leper colonies. Right. And of course, Sister Wendell, uh, being a very dignified lady and fearful of, of leprosy, didn't want to, she, she didn't want to have church in the leper colony. She didn't want those lepers touching her. She didn't want to to go near them. And she tells of the, of how God changed all that. She went into the church where the lepers came. None of them had shoes. Leprosy works on the extremities. And so she said they would come to church on that old wooden floor and their, their feet would be and bloody. She said, "I'm talking about 30 and 40 and 50 Ethiopians with bloody feet, toes rotted off, half their foot rotted off from leprosy, and they would come in and walk on those floors and they would leave blood and pus smeared all over the floor." So she said, "The next day when I'd went to pray, I'd bring a prayer. I used it as an excuse that it was my prayer shawl." And she said, "I'd lay that shawl down and I'd get on that shawl and I'd pray." And she said, "I was praying, God, help me. Help us win these lepers. Help us see them receive the Holy Ghost." And God said, "Remove the shawl. Remove the shawl and I'll give you revival." She said, "I argued with God. I said, God, I, I, I can't do a work if I die of leprosy. I can't do it." He said, "Do you have any faith in Me? How much of the miraculous do you believe in? Do you believe I can just heal, or do you believe I can protect?" "If you love them," He said, "the connection in the miraculous is housed in love." That's why I was preaching Sunday, "The greatest of these, the more excellent way is love." Do you have love? You, you, you can't see a revival among them if you don't love them. You see, you're still viewing yourself as separate from them. You got to view yourself as one with them. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You got to unify with these people. You got to, my God, have mercy. They're not from your continent. They're not your color. They have a different culture. And they're lepers. So can you remove all those barriers? And the way you show Me that you're one with them and you're unified and you love them is you move that shawl that you think is protecting you. And she said, "I'm finally, after two or three days of fasting and praying and not being able to sleep, I moved that shawl." She said, "I got my skirt and I put it over my knees." And He said, "Oh, no, on your face." He said, "She said it took me hours." But finally, before God was done, I was stretched out on my hands, on, on my, my full body on that floor with my face where those people, those lepers had walked. And God said, "Now, now." Yes, sir. "I can give you revival." And if you're Apostolic, you've heard this name, but one of the first people to get the Holy Ghost was a guy named Tech Clarian. And Tech Lamarian, under Sister Wendell's leadership, started a revival in Ethiopia where hundreds of thousands received the Holy Ghost. Yes, sir. They've now reported 30 years later that millions have received the Holy Ghost. And it all started in that leper colony with a little lady that He said, "If you love him, remove the shawl. If you believe in miracles, the miraculous, you got to be want, you, you got to become one with these people." Sister Wendell worked in that leper colony for years. And guess what? She's still alive. She's still preaching the gospel. She's in her 90s, I believe, late 80s, early 90s. Never received, never contracted leprosy. But she hugged them and she loved them and she prayed them through and she became one with them. Because every miracle is not God just healing leprosy. Sometimes the miracle is He.

Protecting you from leprosy. Yeah, it. How wide is the scope of your miraculous file? Be seated. I'm almost done.

So, Tech Laran came to the United States. A guy from Bont, Texas wrote a track. You see, that's how Tech Laran ended up with them. There's a guy from the bo- from Bont, Texas wrote a track. Have I already told this story? Y'all hadn't heard this. He wrote a track about the Oneness of God and the necessity of Jesus' name baptism, the infilling of the Holy Ghost. And it ended up in Africa on a transit train, on the floor. And he picked that track up from Bont, Texas. And Tech Laryan read that track, and the stamp on it took him, took him to the Wendle Mission. And he received the baptism of the Holy Ghost, accepted the Oneness of God and Jesus' name baptism, became one of the greatest missionaries, yes, of the African continent.

But he wanted to come to Bont and find out, meet the person that Wrote that track. And was in church, and brother, the Treadway's church in Beaumont. And he was in that prayer room praying and and and and and he started laughing and doing like that and laughing. Brother Treway finally pulled him to the side and said, "Why are you, why are you? I feel like you're making fun of us in this prayer room." And he said, "Because I hear all you Americans praying, 'Give us revival, give us revival, give us revival.'" He said, "We, we've had the biggest revival of a decade in Ethiopia." And he said, "I've never heard one person pray for revival." He said, "Because we pray for un- he said, "Because unity, out of unity always comes revival." He said, "Two people can't even have a baby if they can't get together, right?" And he said, "The reason y'all ain't having spiritual babies is you're not together." Oh, he said, "The natural outcropping of unity is an outpouring of the Holy Ghost, but it can never happen in a place that's fractured." You got to forgive. You got to get together. You can't just gather, you got to be in one mind and in one accord.

Stand together and lift your hands, everybody all across the building. I need people crying out right now. Come on. I need people searching their hearts right now. Come on. I'm talking to you about a move of the Holy Ghost. I'm talking to you about miracles. I'm talking to you about God opening blinded eyes and unstopping deaf ears. Come on, come on somebody. I'm talking about unity that brings the work of the Spirit, the miraculous work of the Holy Ghost. Come on, come on, come on, come on somebody. Search your heart. Somebody look in your spirit. Come on, come on somebody. Say, "God, walk the aisles of my heart. Walk the aisles of my heart. God, walk every avenue of my spirit. If there's anything in me that's not like you, God, I want you to dig it out. Get it out." Musicians, come, come, come on, come on, come on, come on. I, I need somebody to get in the Holy Ghost right now. Come on, come on, come on, come on, come on, come on. Sh- go ahead. Ahead, son. Go ahead, son. You're getting into something there, buddy. Go ahead, go ahead. Get in the spirit. Go ahead. Get in the Holy Ghost. Get in the Holy Ghost. That's it. Get in the Holy Ghost, man. Come.

[Music]

[Music]

On. I want you to listen to me. The Holy Ghost just spoke to me. Nobody looking around. I'm, I'm, I'm asking that every eye closed. Come on. Every, every head bowed, hands raised. Come on. The Holy Ghost just spoke to me. Here's what the Holy Ghost said. The Holy Ghost said, "I would like to start tonight with the miraculous moving through this house, but it's only going to be if they'll obey this message on forgiveness and togetherness." Come on, come on. There's somebody here right now. God wants to start with you. You've been wanting a miracle in your world. Search your heart. Come on. Walk into this thing. Come on. Walk into this thing. My God, it can start right now. Nobody looking around. I got to talk to you just a minute with nobody looking around. I want to ask you with the raising of your hands, how many of you remember Sister Wendell coming and giving the testimony that I, I talked about in this church? There's just a few hands being raised. You know, we got to get over this deal. "I can't teach a Sunday school class with her. I can't be on a serving team with her. I can't be on a men's team with him." Well, I just tell you, Brother Copeland, I don't mind you praying for me, but I don't want so-and-so laying hands on me. I want to ask you this: Would you do it for your miracle? Come on. If you really thought God would heal your heart disease, if you really- oh, you, you're not hearing me. If you really thought God would heal that cancer, if you really thought God would heal your mother or heal your daddy, I'm going to tell you, it wouldn't matter to you who laid hands on you. It wouldn't matter to you who prayed for you. When would be, when did we get to the point that we don't want this one to pray for us? We don't want that one. We don't want that one to lay- well, I can't worship with them. Well, I can't go to church with him. Explain that to Sister Wendell. Explain that to Sister Wendell. You know what God's saying the same thing to you tonight that God said to her? It's a different application, but he's saying, "Remove the shawl. Reach the point that it don't matter who lays hands on you. Reach the point it don't matter who's praying in that altar beside you. Reach the point that you, you're more worried about those kids getting the Holy Ghost than who's teaching that class with you. Get to the point that it means more to you that the work of God's going forward than who's on your team." Come on, lift your hands right now.

[Music]

Come on. I'm telling you in the Holy Ghost, God wants to heal cancer tonight. I didn't just pull a word out there. God wants to heal cancer in this house tonight. Come on. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Come on. God wants to operate in the gifts of the Spirit tonight. You know what? I'm at the point, I don't, he, I don't care who gives the tongue and I don't care who interprets it. It's long as God wants to use them, I'm not going to say a word about it. I want unity worse than I care who gives the tongue.

[Applause]

Interpretation. I want unity, and I want the gifts of the Spirit, and I want an outpouring of the Holy Ghost. I don't care who God uses. Use anybody, God. I want unity worse than anything, and I don't care who lays hands on me. I don't care who prays for me. Just reign in this house. Just work. Oh, come on somebody.

[Applause]

Come on somebody. We've already got miracles happening among these young people. Come.

[Applause]

[Music]

Come on. Reach out. These altars are open if you want to come, but I want you to be sensitive to the Spirit. Come on, come on. These altars are open. Come on, come on, come on, come on, come on.

[Music]

Come on.

[Music]

You know, I don't understand what's going on right now, cuz I'm telling you, the Holy Ghost has already showed me that tongues and interpretation, healing, deliverance, and the miraculous is already in this house. Man, it seemed like you'd be running out those people to get it. It seems like you'd be running toward this altar to receive it. God wants to work in this house before we go home. I'm going to ask you, who will let [Music] him? Together, Lord. Lord, bind us together with cords. Come on somebody. Can't be broken. Woo. Bind us, my God, my God. Together, Lord. Find us. Come on somebody. Reach out. Let the Holy Ghost work. Find us together in love. Oh, woah. Holy Ghost. Oh, bind [Music] us together, Lord. Wrap us together with cords that can't be broken. Come on, everybody, everybody, everybody reaching out. Bind us together, Lord. Come on. Can you let the Holy Ghost move in this place?

[Music]

Together. Together. My God, my God, my God, my God. We need you to find us together. Bind us together, Lord, with cords that can't be broke. Oh, bind us together, Lord. Oh, bind us together, Jesus. Bind us together in love.
