Hello again standers. This prayer is for wives who are standing in prayer for their prodigal husbands, their beloved husbands who have either emotionally, mentally, or physically walked away from the marriage. And I would invite you to stand in agreement with this prayer. Stand in agreement with God's word that says that a man will leave his father and mother and be joined with his wife and that what God has joined together, let no man put asunder. And so, since that's God's will, let's go to our Father in prayer with that in mind, asking Him for the salvation, the restoration, the rejuvenation of the beloved husband who is currently being persuaded and tempted and quite frankly captured by Satan. Let's go to our Father in prayer.
Lord, I come before Your court in the authority of Jesus Christ, along with all the standing wives who are praying for their beloved husbands. We're here to thank You for all that You've done for our families. We want to thank You for all of Your mercy, Your constant protection and provision. And without the hope of being with You, God, we would be done. So we want to thank You for never taking Your presence from us, despite our own sin and our shortcomings. We want to thank You, Father, for Your kindness, for Your favor, Your gentleness, and all of the grace that You've shown to our families.
And You know, Father, right now, we want to bring before You this prodigal husband that we're praying for. I ask that You would show us our position of authority in the third heaven, where we are seated with Christ, according to Ephesians 2:6. So it's in the presence of Your heavenly court, Lord, that we want to renounce the iniquity, the sin, and the darkness which the enemy has used to seek a legal right to kill, steal, and destroy this marriage. We renounce all of these things over ourselves, the husbands we are praying for, and love, the marriage that You have sanctified, and our entire families. It's in the mighty name of Jesus that we ask for forgiveness for how we have caused pain and hurt in the heart of the beloved. We ask for forgiveness, Father, for our sins that we've done, for the things that we failed to do that we knew we should have acted upon. We admit that our wrongs did not cause love, hope, and faith, respect, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. It didn't cause goodness or for any of these things to grow. So, Father, please cleanse us of this and place us fully in Your Spirit so that we may align ourselves with You.
We're coming before Your court, Father, to renounce the wickedness the enemy has brought into the marriage and into the life of this husband. We ask that You alone, Lord, would open Your books and expose every place where the enemy has taken a foothold, built a stronghold, and established territory in our lives, in the life of the husband, and in the entire family. So, Lord, in the name of Jesus, I renounce over this husband, marriage, and family all witchcraft, sorcery, divination, dark arts, spiritism, idol worship, rituals, covenants, and contracts with the enemy, all secret societies, and occult involvement. Lord, I renounce it in the mighty name of Jesus. We're coming before You to ask that You would nullify all of it with the blood of Jesus. Cleanse this marriage, cleanse the family bloodline, cleanse the bloodline of the descendants in Jesus' mighty name.
And Lord, I renounce for this husband, the marriage, the family, all the resentment, anger, hatred, revenge, retaliation, unforgiveness, bitterness, discord, disunity, arguments, competition, pride, arrogance, contempt, brutality, violence, rage, wicked words, wicked thoughts, wicked attitudes, wicked intentions, wicked imaginations, evil thoughts, attitudes of the heart. It's in the mighty name of Jesus that I ask You to open the books with all of these things recorded and grant Your forgiveness for them. Lord, please, Lord, blot out all of these transgressions with the cleansing blood of Jesus. I ask that You would anoint this marriage and this family, the husband, the wife, all extended family members, anoint the emotions, the speech, the thoughts, the actions. Anoint it all with the oil of gladness from Your throne room, just like You say in Hebrews 1:9, that You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness, therefore God, Your God, has anointed You with the oil of gladness beyond Your companions.
And Father, we renounce all lust over this spouse in the marriage, in the family, with the blood of Jesus. I ask that You would cancel the perversion, sexual immorality, sexual impurity, uncleanness, and sexual sin. Jesus, we renounce it all in the mighty name of Jesus. I align my allegiance to You, King Jesus, and ask that You would enshroud this husband with Your purity, Your cleanness, and Your righteousness. Enshroud every praying wife as well, Lord God, with these things. I ask that You would sever the soul ties, the heart ties, the strongholds, footholds, and bind the strong men in the heart, mind, soul, and spirit, as well as the body of this husband that has been created through sexual agreements, openings, gateways, and portals outside of the marriage covenant. Lord, close up every opening in the spiritual realm that has been caused by sexual impurity to the enemy's camp.
And Lord, please send Your mighty warrior angels into the digital realms to cut off this husband's access to internet pornography, internet flirting, internet temptation, even emotional adultery online, and any other form in which the internet has been used by the enemy to capture him. Set him free, Jesus, in Your mighty name. And I thank You in advance for signing off on this request with the eternal blood of Jesus, because we know that Your will is for a man to be joined to his wife, for him to be pure and holy in Your sight, to be a priest over his home, to be a leader, a protector, provider, to partner with You in Your work, Your kingdom work here on the earth. So we are asking that You would remove the dark cloud impurity has caused in this husband's spirit and to uproot its very roots. Lord, we're asking that You would decree in the heavens that this husband is set free from the enslavement and the roots from his earliest days of impurity and sexual sin. We rejoice in the heavenly assembly where You're seated and where we are with You, Jesus, because we know You have a different calling on the life of this husband. You call him pure, You call him free, You call him redeemed, You call him a new creation. And so we see it and we agree with what You say. Lord, we are in full agreement with Your word, and we know that Your will is Your word, and Your word is Your will. And since You've spoken this over Your son, this husband, we believe that it's already done in Jesus' mighty name.
And Father God, I renounce all unforgiveness in my own heart against anyone who has ever hurt me, disappointed me, abandoned me, rejected, or mistreated me in the name of Jesus. We want to include this husband in this aspect of renouncing unforgiveness and ask that You, Jesus, would walk with me, walk with the wives that are praying, and any and all forms of lingering pain. Walk with us, heal, cleanse. Lord, use the pure waters of the river of life that flows in heaven, use the anointing oil that comes straight from You, and use the blood of Jesus that has more power than anything in all creation.
Father, in this marriage, if there's been any drugs, alcohol, illicit substances, or any legal or illegal use of medications and substances, we renounce and divorce ourselves, our husbands, and our families from all the ties, the open doors, the open windows, the open gateways, and all the manifestations that have come from that in Jesus' mighty name. I renounce all addictions over this husband that we're praying for. And Father, in the name of Jesus, I renounce all fear, unbelief, doubt, timidity, insecurity, every false word, every sense of false identity, every false belief in Jesus. Lord, we ask that You would blot out all of our evil words, our doubtful and fearful words that have been written in text messages, direct messages, letters, paperwork, documents, emails, notes, anything in the marriage that has been spoken or written that is not full of faith. Lord, we ask that You would destroy the cursed words of doubt, fear, unbelief spoken over this marriage. Cleanse it all with the pure blood of Jesus.
Lord, I ask that You Yourself would sing over this marriage, sing over the husband, sing over the wife, sing over the children, sing over the family. Father, I ask that You would give a new word, Lord, a word of faith to be spoken over this marriage and over everyone who knows the husband and the wife, everyone who has been impacted by them. May only words of faith be spoken, may only words of vision, only words from Your will, Lord God, in Jesus' mighty name. We renounce all ungodly covenants, oaths, vows, contracts, bonds, agreements, alliances, partnerships, and sworn statements made by the husband and wife in this marriage, and specifically for this husband, Lord, that we're praying for. Father, we're gonna ask that You would use Your sword to cut all ties to the vows, bonds, contracts, and covenants he has made with extramarital partners, family members, friends, business colleagues, strangers, or anyone else, anything that goes against the husband's covenant with his wife. Lord, we're gonna ask specifically that You would use Your own righteous right hand, Your mighty sword, to cut it all, sever it permanently, Lord, in the mighty name of Jesus. And we ask You to soak it all, drench it, and completely cover it in the blood of Jesus. We ask You to cancel, nullify, void, delete, and revoke it all in Jesus' mighty name.
Father, I renounce the haughtiness, the pride, the arrogance, the vanity, ego, disobedience, rebellion, narcissism, self-righteousness, selfishness, inconsideration, disregard, contempt, disrespect, self-will, self-pity, self-rejection, self-hatred, conceit, self-promotion, and all other forms of self-idolatry that have been present in the marriage with the husband, the beloved that we're praying for, and with the wife. Father, we ask that You would turn the prodigal husband away from these things, that You would cleanse the husband of these characteristics, even as You cleanse the wife, the praying wife who is standing. Bring the husband back into Your glory, Father, where there is surrender, there's humility, there's grace, there's mercy, and where there's service to Jesus Christ alone.
Father, in the name of Jesus, we thank You for sealing this prayer in the blood of Jesus. We thank You in advance, Lord, for allowing us into Your court to ask for anything in Your name, anything in Your will, anything in Your word. And we ask You to continue working on the heart of this beloved husband. Soften his heart to You, Jesus. We ask that You would send godly men, godly people into his life to speak over him, to pray with him, to encourage him in the Lord, that he may surrender to Jesus, and that he would be encouraged not to be afraid, not to be drenched in shame, not to feel so guilty or so doubtful that he could ever return. But give him courage, Lord, through Your Holy Spirit. Encourage him, strengthen this prodigal husband now, Jesus, so that he could drop his pride, drop his shame, drop his guilt, drop his hurt, his anger, his bitterness, and turn to the lever of his soul, and turn to his lifelong partner, his one flesh spouse, turn back to his family, and ultimately, Lord, to turn back to his calling as priest over his home, as the leader of his family, as the head of his wife, as the protector and provider that You've called him to be, just as Adam was called to subdue the earth, to populate it with children that knew God, to have dominion. May this prodigal husband step into that calling, that calling that has never changed for a man, that calling that was redeemed through the blood of Jesus Christ.
So, Lord, please bless this husband. We trust, Lord, that as he surrenders to Jesus, his heart will grow in forgiveness to his wife and dedication to loving his wife and his family. We trust that the love will return, and that he will honor his covenant to God and his wife, and that, Lord, You'll do whatever must be done to bring him to the end of himself so that he might return to You and never desire to leave Your presence again. And so we pray, Father, now for this standing wife to trust You, to grow where You're calling her to grow, to repent where You're calling her to repent, to forgive, to embody the likeness of Jesus Christ, to walk in step with Your Spirit, and to be strengthened by Your holy fire, by Your power, by Your word, by Your ability to restore all things, to renew all things, and to make dead things live. So it's in the mighty name of Jesus that we believe these things have come to pass and we receive them from You, Lord, knowing that You have the power to do it all. We know that You said to ask when we're praying, we must ask in the present tense, believing we've already received it, and it will be done. So we receive it now, believing that it's already come to pass in the name of Jesus. And it's in His name that I pray and I stand in agreement with all the praying wives. Jesus' name. Amen. Continue to stand and continue to pray for your beloved one flesh husband, and may God bless you. Take care. Bye.
