No, I, no, I've got, I've got plenty of them. Uh, no, Rand. I had all kind of like, Dan Muller, I have tabbed out and everything, put together and all that. And Ran was going through it, and he ended up stealing it. So, uh, I wanted.
So, good morning. How's everybody doing? How, how many people got stretched by, uh, by this weekend? You know, in your faith, in your, in your, what about in your belief system? In like, general belief dynamic, right? What part? What part of it? Jose, the image, the image of Christ. Okay. That's fair enough. That's a, thank you. Is this yours? Oh, okay. Uh, like that we are, we walk according to His Image part. That's what stressed you. Okay, cool. That, that, that's, that's good. What, what you just, the concept of being a Christian? The concept of being a Christian actually means like, to live like Christ. Not, yeah, yeah, try to. He actually lives through you. So, so for me, this is good. God, what God gave me to teach on this morning is identity. Just to reaffirm that, like, everything you're saying, like, like what you're talking about is the image of Christ. So for me, uh, the way that, like, my revelation, uh, of, of our, my, of what I say I believe is this. Is, uh, whenever all things were restored, the lie, the lie, the way this is the way the enemy lies to me. He'll give me a 99% truth. And I'll get, I'm gonna simplify it. It's like this. Who is she talking to? She's talking to somebody. 99% true, but then there's the accusation. I'm not saying I go through this all the time. I'm just trying to get an example that probably all of us can relate to. He, it's not she is that way. Everybody fits in. Uh, but do you understand what I'm saying? It's that. So, so the whole thing in the garden, like, if you beat this, you'll be just like him, right? And then he becomes aware of good and evil, which God was aware of good and evil, right? Except God is all good. And so he operates in absolute love. And so whenever Christ comes and fulfills the righteous requirement of the law, the way he does that is then he gives us the ability to love. Not only to receive the absolute love of God, but then pour out the absolute love of God. And so it makes us this image, right? It's a, it's the Father. And you have this image of the Triune God. That's what we say we believe in our system of beliefs. And I'm not going to go down any theological roads because I really don't understand all of them. I don't even understand how people are sensationalists because I didn't even know that they were until like a handful of months ago, right? I didn't know that people believe that the gifting had stopped, that the miracles had ceased. I didn't know people even believe that, uh, because I came to know Christ in a, in a way where it was, I, I'm in the word and I'm, I'm just believing what's in the word, right? And so there was no, uh, underlying doctrinal, uh, thing that was taught to me. And so it says that, uh, it says, not only do we have the image of Christ, it's Christ in us, the hope of glory, right? He explained glory really well. I've tried to explain it. Glory is manifest, manifested representation of, of God, right? So every encounter you have with me, you encounter Christ, just like every encounter with Christ, you, the Father. But then there's the added extra bonus, right? He left us with his Holy Spirit. And it says that God is jealous for his Spirit. He gave us his very own Holy Spirit to complete us in the action that we did to separate ourselves from him, making us not gods. That's not what I'm saying. Don't misinterpret. Making us Triune as well, but like him, selfless. If we step into that, and that the fullness of the image and likeness of God, does that make sense? Every time somebody encounters you, they have a chance to encounter Christ. They have a chance to encounter the Holy Spirit. And this is what I'll say is God did pick and design you from before the foundations of the earth for that specific purpose. So he did pick Jose to marry his spirit and his son in a holy Triune union, so that you could go forth and do what only he's designed you to do. And it makes us very particular. It makes us very special. It makes our identity very, very, very special to him. And then our identity as a whole in him, very, very complete. I believe in all the gifting, right? I believe that. I believe that, uh, we don't see as much of you for two reasons. I, I believe we don't see as much of the miracles in the western church as doing other church for a couple reasons. I think that you go to like, uh, the Amazon, or you go to Brazil, you go to Africa, you go to even parts of Europe. They're already on the opposite side of Christianity. They have massive spiritual beliefs, right? And in Germany, and you have Kel, the Celtic, and, uh, up in, uh, Ireland, and, and that was all, and the, and the Vikings, there was a very spiritual, miraculous component to the belief system already. And so now you get, you get to a revelation of Christ himself. And so it's very easy for you already to take that next step because you already believed in the supernatural. And so I think that belief is a little bit easier for other countries. Stand up if you're sleepy. I'm just saying, if you close your eyes and you start to nod off, it means you're sleepy, right? Can everybody agree? Yes, sir. And so listen, in this circle, we're trying to introduce everybody into grown man business, sir. And grown man, man business is this: if I'm sleepy, all I got to do is stand up because I'm no longer a child. Everybody understand, sir? All right. He still ain't standing. No, but you had your hand out. You think they believe? No, I think that, I think their culture and their custom before Christ was conducive to supernatural beliefs. I think that what they believed in before they believed in Jesus was supernatural. Does that make sense? And so, so now the distractions probably may have a role to play in their own intimacy. I don't know. But I think that's part of it. I also think there's been a unique attack against, uh, against us, against our country, not because we're Americans, that's not what I mean. I think just geographically and generationally, uh, God, God is a God of generations. And so I think that, uh, one generation after the next having these massive revivals and revelation produces a generation that does two things. One, uh, we have an inheritance now of beliefs in this country as a majority, not all, but as a majority. And then, uh, and then, uh, and then there was a prophecy, right? So, uh, in the time of Moses, uh, there was a prophecy that said there would be someone that came to deliver the Jews after 400 years from Egypt, right? So what happens? What happens when Moses is born? Anybody? How do you end up in Pharaoh's house? Go for it. Kill all, kill all the male children three years and below, right? So what I would say is prophecy is real. And the enemy knows prophecy better than we do. But he doesn't know who. Only God knows identity, right? God is the one that formed you. So he doesn't know that. But he knows that a male child in this time frame will be born and it will deliver. And so this decree comes out. Now, I'm not saying Pharaoh knew that a deliverer was coming. I'm saying the enemy does. And so how does the enemy work? Huh? But what does he do? How does he get you to do what you do? I, I can't hear. Raise hands and speak louder. There you go. A suggestion in your own lust, right? Like, uh, like what, what you want, your own agenda, whatever it is. Like, we, we put sex with lust all the time. But lust is what I want, when I want it, now how I want it, without any authority. And exactly the measure and, and, and amount that I want. Yeah. So he pricks him. That, so, okay. So that happens, right? So he kills, but he misses him. He misses him. All things work together for good. Moses ends up in Pharaoh's house. Pharaoh raises him as a king, so that he knows how to rule, so that when he's 80 years old and he's leading millions of people out of Egypt, he's able to, uh, adequately reign, right? Uh, now, flash forward, uh, I can't remember how long, but there's a prophecy of a Messiah. There's a prophecy of a coming, uh, King. There's a prophecy of a deliverer, Emmanuel, right? And, uh, and what happens? Anybody? Anybody know where I'm going? There's a trend. There's a trend beginning. So Pharaoh, deliver male children three and under. Jesus, Herod, decree to kill off all the male children for three years to get this child, right? It, how Herod was pricked in his pride and his, because this coming King, and he was King, you get it? See the trend? Now, check it out. Jesus said this. Jesus said, there's a generation coming that will do greater things than these. He didn't say a male. He didn't say a female. He said a generation, which means both. Both. There's a generation coming that will do greater things than these. And then, just so you know, this is where my crazy kicks in. This is my own revelation, right? So, yeah, you know, crucify me if you need to. 1974, all of a sudden started in Abilene, Texas, by the way. For those of you that don't know and wonder if you're special, uh, a girl graduates, uh, McMurray University, Methodist University. Her father's a Methodist pastor. A girl gets pregnant at the, that works at the fair and hires an attorney from Abilene, Texas to defend her. And they call her Jane Roe. And then for, and then out of Abilene, Texas. And then for 50 years, 50 years, there's infinite side. No, it doesn't have a race to it. It doesn't have a religion to it. It doesn't have a sex to it. It is an entire generation for 50 years. And then all of a sudden, just goes away. There's still people fighting about it, but in reality, kind of just quit, right? Y'all know that, right? Abortion is illegal again, all of a sudden, after 50 years. A generation. So, so I question why is it that there's been such an attack on the belief system? We get 99% here. Oh, yeah, have Jesus, Sundays, Wednesdays, pay your tithes. But then when it comes to real supernatural systems of belief, the real, what all is possible in here, what all we were bought and paid for, it's just been watered down. He didn't try to kill it because there's been too many revivals. There's been too many moves of God, crazy moves of God. Most of the moves of God in the world have come out here. There's a few in, one happened in Brazil, another one happened in Colombia, but most of these things that went around the world came from the US in the last 200 years, preparing for what? A generation who is who in this room is born after 1974? Raise your hand. So who's that generation? Now, you add imagination to it. Look at what we see. Listen, television. Who here has seen a Marvel movie? Has it ever made you wonder, man, there's got to be somebody, somebody that has some kind of superpower? Honestly, anybody? Nobody's ever wondered that? I'm the only crazy one. So what if it's preparing us? All things work together for the good. What if those things are preparing us to buy into everything God said he could do? Because the, the, the supernatural kind of got neutered in the country. God allowed all things to work together. This thing that becomes this mighty distraction now allows guys that grew up in our generation to believe that something supernatural can occur. Because even though we had watered down religion, we had these Marvel comics and these Marvel movies and these, see what I'm saying? Because I'm bought in, I'm going to teleport. Philip did it. You get it. And why not? Why not? I carried a 650 lb cast iron wood burning stove like 18 blocks in my addiction on the back of a bicycle. The police saw me and didn't even stop me because I was torturing myself. I was working so hard. Tires were flat on the dolly. It was so heavy. I'm just trying to get it, bro. This is antique. Got it. Yeah, maybe I, bro, if y'all ever take a second look at a stamp or something or try to hunt y'all some coins. I question the depth of your addiction. Meth guys, heroin guys, they're way too chill to go digging for coins. But you know what I'm saying? So it's like, why am I going to be embarrassed because I believe in this amount of supernatural amazingness? What would make me more embarrassed than the stuff I already did to myself? How am I going to be afraid of it now? Now that I found freedom, like I'm really free. I get to come and talk about all of these things that I get to read and learn about to a bunch of men that are trying to find the same freedom I did. And then there's fruit in my life. I got a wife, dude. My wife is amazing. Amazing. We were in our addiction together. We didn't get married till after our addiction. I got so many stories about how amazing my wife is. And the only reason that I'm in position to do that is because all of the freedom that I have that Christ has given me. The fact that I have my children come seek me out to be a part of my daughter and her soon to be husband were sitting in the row in front of me yesterday. Frank is my son-in-law. Nicole is my oldest daughter. And look how good God is. You know what? I meet up with him once a week now and pour into him. Yeah, he's doing a lot better. But you see what I'm saying? Like, why not believe in it? Why not believe in the supernatural? Why not believe in the healing gift? And look, even if it doesn't look, I'm okay with it not happening. I don't, I'm not going to choose to try to understand why. I know God's will is that it does. I'm not going to understand why it doesn't. I know his character is for us to be healed. But I don't understand his mind. I'm a goldfish. He's God. You get it? He's God. I'm not. No, uh-uh. You're God. Listen, I don't know. So we were talking about this yesterday at lunch. You know what puts me in awe of God? Whenever God, guys don't stand up when they're nodding off, it just makes me absolutely in awe, man. I just can appreciate you so much. Thank you, man of God. Thank you for respecting me and standing up. Makes me feel special. Uh, I've grown so much, haven't I? That's a miracle in itself, in and of itself. Uh, uh, lost my, oh, natural disasters put me in awe of God. Well, have y'all ever seen, like, have y'all ever drone through the records of a tornado or a hurricane or a wildfire? It's like, ununderstandable, truly. I've been to war, and Katrina was worse. I'm just telling you, I've been, I've been in the war zone, and Katrina was worse. Because war, war zones tend to have a progression of destruction. Katrina was, everybody was in place when it happened. It was crazy. I'm talking F4, F50s flattened this big, this big. You can see the license plate and you see the emblem. Sailboats four miles from water, sitting inside a house. Crazy. And that's just a, that's a small tip of it. Get back to where I was going. Who else had, who else was stretched and how? So identity. The good thing is, I picked this is my identity card. This is what that's what I want. I felt like we're going to go over this one. I'm like, God, just tell me what you want to go over. And that was what he wanted me to reinforce. And it ties in with both what both y'all said. What I was just, yeah, yeah. Well, we do. So look, look, the beautiful. So you do is just presented in a different way. One, the one reason why I'm a fan is everything he says, there's four or five other people saying this is what I can tell you. There's a relation, direct relation between what C.S. Lewis teaches and what I hear from Dan Muller, what I hear in the 12 steps. And what Dan Muller teaches, literally, the 12 steps teach that the root of our disease is selfish self-centeredness. And what he's teaching is the root of what's wrong with you is selfishness. See what I'm saying? It's the same thing. He's just kind of crazy. And so it feels better, you know, say it's like a fire hose instead of like a trickle. Who? What? It's, uh, I got me the image of God, you know, because growing up, always had that image of God as some long-haired white dude that, that, that. And it's like, oh yeah, you're supposed to, you're supposed to emulate God. How can I emulate God when I'm not hair are white? Yeah. For you say, like Alex, they all made, formed in the image of God, the image and likeness. So, so for me, like the emulation of the character of Christ, right? The character of God is revealed in the character of Christ. That the image of the, who Christ is, that character is who God is. And it's who you can be. Amen. And it's a choice today. You know, every time he leaves, because he stays with me at my house. And so we, we're talking to like midnight, 1:00. And, uh, every time he leaves for like four days, my prayer will be in his voice. So weird. I don't know if y'all experienced something like that. But like, I'll go to pray in my head and I'll hear it in his, his voice, you know? And so it always kind of freaks me out a little bit. But if I'm around anybody like that where we're just, you know, for that intense amount of time, I'll do weird stuff. But, you know, it is what it is. Uh, all right, let's pray real quick. Father God, I just thank you, Lord God. I thank you for for these men. I thank you for, uh, Dan coming and pouring in, Lord God. I thank you for, uh, for, uh, a new revelation of identity and what's possible, who you created us to be, who you are, and how you reflected in His image, Lord God. Let us become intimately familiar with Jesus, so that then we can reflect him to everyone we come in contact with. It's through knowing him that everyone's changed, and the world's changed. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen. Amen. All right, I'm going to hand out some scriptures. Uh, go ahead and give me, Isaac, give me, uh, Acts. This, Isaac 19, uh, verse 14-16. Uh, Thomas, give me 1 Peter 2:9. Uh, Chris, give me Philippians 4:11-13. Zach, give me Colossians 1:27. Uh, Jose, give me 1 John 4:13. Uh, Philippians 4:1-13. And then I gave Jose 1 John 4:13. And then, uh, Stephen, give me, you, I need you to stay handy with this verse. All right, give me 1 Corinthians 13:4-10. And just stay handy. I'm gonna call on you randomly to say it. All right, four. Yeah, 13:4 through, 4 through 8 or 10 or whatever is when it says, "Love never fails." Just stop there. So, check it out. One of the things like the, the, that character, that reflected image is found in that scripture. That's just a, a big, that's a, a tall order, man, to just jump in and say, this is my new identity. First Corinthians, uh, 13:4 through, through 8 or 10, you know what I mean? It's just so, so we try to break it out and simplify it, right? But the simplest form of all of it is this: His character was love. Absolute, uncompromising, laying down everything, always, in all ways, never taking account of anything against him, ever. Not never. That's who you're called to be in every situation. And they're like, well, you know, it's supposed to be a pushover. Yes, you are. It says, "Pick up your cross and follow me." Where do you think you're carrying the cross to? No, to be your crucifixion. You think you're just lugging it around to throw him another one? Build up a power and set him on fire? No, you're following him to the crucifixion. Why? So that as we're given over to death, you're given over to life. We have freedom until so death no longer touches us, man. One of the conversations he didn't teach on this, but, uh, Rand and me, him and Rand had a conversation about this. And he said, and I've always taught the part. I'm like, he was marred beyond any man. That's what it says in scripture. It says that he was beaten to a place where he was a piece of meat that had a mouth and eyeholes hanging on a cross. And still was so coherent. It literally, the scripture says, "marred beyond any man." And it doesn't mean any man up to that point. It means any man ever throughout all time, in all history. If you've ever seen the Hiroshima victims, you would realize how much that means. If we really believe what we say we believe, it means unrecognizable other than it was a piece of flesh with eyeholes and mouth hole. A garrison, a garrison of men. A garrison of men took turns beating him. If I, if you started from here and y'all all took 20 seconds beating on me, you wouldn't recognize me by the time you got to him. See what I'm saying? So now, a garrison of men. I want to say a garrison is like 450 or something like that. 450 men took turns beating him. And I say that because of this: "If you eat the tree, you will surely die." It made them have sin in them, but death could never come against innocence. He put this in perspective because of his righteousness, he had to give up his life. It says, "At that moment, he, this your mother, this is your son." And then boom. And then he gave up his spirit. They could not kill him because of righteousness. Now he rules with a scepter of righteousness. Man, that's profound. Because guess what? You now made in his blood and in His image, righteous. So why would we ever think crucifixion? It, we're going to be crucified, but not to our death. We've been given everlasting life from the moment we believe. We're sitting in heavenly places. That's what the word says. Now, we still got to walk out the skin suit, but we become eternal. We're there in heavenly places. That's just what it says. So because of the righteousness, now we've overcome death. Cuz by the blood, we're now sinless. Like he had to give up his life, marred beyond any men, but still coherent. That means he felt every single bit of it. It's powerful in and of itself. But there's just the revelation that I never understood. They couldn't kill him. I knew that he let them capture him. I knew that he let them crucify him. But it never crossed my mind that they literally could not snatch his life from him. Had they stabbed him, had they, they couldn't take his life because he was sinless. That's for me, that was, I was like, man, righteousness can't die. So now our eternal life is because we're made righteous through the blood. That brings on new meaning for me. That's a deep, deep thing. Maybe, maybe a little too deep. Give me Acts 19:14-16. Seven sons of the leading priests were doing this, but one time when they tried it, the evil spirit replied, "I know Jesus, and I know Paul, but who are you?" Then the man with the evil spirit leaped on them, overpowered them, and attacked them with such violence that they fled from the house naked and batter. Back up just a little bit. So it's been a while since I taught from this card. You never know, you never know when I write these, where my mental state is. So what are you reading out of? What version? Okay, Paul. So start at 13. One. Yeah, that, yeah. I must have not marked 13. This is an important part, right? Because we're coming out of a miraculous weekend. Go ahead. A group of Jews was traveling from town to town casting out evil spirits. They tried to use the name of the Lord Jesus in their incantation, saying, "I command you in the name of Jesus whom Paul preaches to come out." Seven sons of Sceva, a leading priest, were doing this. But one time when they tried it, the evil spirit replied, "I know Jesus, and I know Paul, but who are you?" Then the man with the evil spirit leaped on them, overpowered them, and attacked them with such violence that they fled from the house naked and battered. So check this out. For me, understanding my identity in Christ removes all comparison. I'm not trying to do what Dan did this weekend. One, because I believe he is an evangelist, and I don't. I'm not an evangelist. He is an evangelist. He comes in like an artillery strike. And right now, listen, he softened everything. And right now, we got fertile soil right here. We got real fertile soil because because that's the calling, that's the grace given to him and the gift according to the gift that Christ gave to him as an evangelist. And so in weekends like this, whenever we come out of here, we'll catch ourselves sometimes trying to be like Dan instead of being like Jesus. See what I'm saying? So we're going to go out and we're going to try to do this thing. And really, we're believing in what it was that Dan was believing in, but not what it is that we know and who we know and who we are with all authority and all power. Now, this is what I'll tell you. Authority. Everyone in here, if you know Jesus, if you've accepted him, if you made that verbal confession that said, you are my Lord, you are my King. It says, "Believe in your heart, confess with your mouth." That's it, right? If I've taken that step to welcome him, him to me, to reign and rule, then you have authority. Why? How do you have authority? Come on. I see you smiling. Give it to me. Avery. No, no, no. Well, he did, but what, what did he give? No, what, no. So listen, if Christ is King of Kings, and it's Christ in me, the hope of glory, and I step into him, how many times in scripture do you see "in him"? Therefore, or "into"? See what I'm saying? In him. So we have authority because the image of Christ in us rules and reigns. That's the authority. So all of us, we have authority. If you've chose to believe, you've made the confession, you've accepted, you put on Christ. When you put on Christ, you have the authority of Christ, which is different than power. There's authority and then there's power. You understand? So how, where does the power come from? Andreas. Holy Spirit. The power. It says that you have the same spirit that raised Christ. The power. The spirit has power. Christ has authority. Spirit has power. Okay. How do I will this? The power of the Holy Spirit, then? No. Well, I mean, yeah, that's part of it. You know, that's great. That one, save that one for Sunday school. How would I wield the power of the Holy Spirit if I have the authority of the image of Christ in me? What? Huh? No, that's pretty much the same thing. No, no. If we have, yeah, Sunday school answer. Uh, if we have the Holy Spirit, we have power. But how do I wield that power? What? Huh? Yeah, that is. So this is what I'm, I'm, I'm going to throw it out there since nobody's picking up what I'm putting down yet. So if the character of Christ is found in, read Stephen's spots. This is the perfect opportunity. Patient, not, not or rude, not insist on own way, is not, it does not rejoice with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all, never ends. That's, that's it. That's it in there. Love never ends. So check this out. The way I begin to operate or wield the power of the Holy Spirit is to be fully surrendered to the image of Christ, which is found in the description of what love is. So everybody that never believed before, throw away your definition of love. Dan went over that over and over and over. This is the definition. If you say you believe, that's our definition. Nothing more, nothing less. That's so all those things, doesn't keep any account of wrongs, never seeks its own. See what I'm saying? And then to do that means, if I feel an unction or an urge or a, a drive to pray healing, the reason why it's going to work is because it's going to come out of love, not ego. I'm not going to be like, oh, let me go play magician. I'm going to pray for Chris's moles, watch them fall off. You get what I'm saying? Because I'm listening. I'm in that place. And if I ever want to know who my, what my real identity, what Christ's desire for my identity is, if anybody wants to know that, read John chapter 17. Anybody know what that is? Found in John chapter 17. Anybody know? It's the prayer. It's the prayer of Christ for us before he died. So that's his, if that's what he prayed to God for us to have, that's his desire for our lives, right? Can we agree on that? Amen. So if I'm operating in love, if I have full authority because the image of Christ in me, I'm fully surrendered to that image and love, and I've received the Holy Spirit, then I'm listening for instruction from God. And then if God says deliver, I deliver. If God says miracles, follow them that believe, right? So when we're talking about that part, especially in this part of scripture, it didn't work because they're not surrendered to what that image of Christ was. They're doing it believing that he did it, not believing that they have him in them. Our identity, all of us will have different calls and different gifts, some similar, some absolutely different. And in that, it's for one purpose and one reason. And I believe that's found in 2 Timothy 2:3 and 4. It said, "It is good, it is pleasing to God that all should be saved and come to a knowledge of the truth." It's all. It's everyone. It doesn't leave room. It doesn't leave anyone out. Not one person, not one description, not one sin, not one, one anything. It doesn't leave one person out of that. It says, "All, all be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth." And the truth is this: the truth is that by his blood, we are sinless and blameless, bought at a price, fully reconciled to God, and now filled with the Holy Ghost, meant to reconcile the rest of the world through the Son to the Father. Where does the Son live and dwell? In us. So what is my identity? Jesus. My identity is Jesus. How good is that? It doesn't get any better than that. Look for people like us. Look, and I'm saying it like that for people like us. This should not be hard to grasp. It should be so easy to fully surrender and step over it once we get past our own lustful desires, right? Because we are that group that gave ourselves over to our lustful desires. Once we can set aside those to jump on the crazy train with this, this should be pretty easy. Cuz we were drug addicts. We were off, you know what I mean? Like, come on, for real. Yeah, I, I'm just saying, like, if anybody could buy in and look a little weird, it's this guy. Cuz that was because I was an actor my whole life. This time it's real. Amen. Give me 1 Peter 2:9. Who had it? Yep. Thomas. That's beautiful. That's it. That's it. First Peter 2:9. Have you ever had him pray for you, though? Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Y'all know what I'm talking about. Then y'all know what a royal priest looks like. Because you've had him pray, but he's weird, right? Got some weird stuff going. That's what peculiar means. He's got a callus where he Tic Tacs at. But if you ever have him pray for you, you'll know that he's got something different. Who here ever didn't fit in? If you're being honest. We, I dumbed down to fit in with people. That sounds arrogant, but it's my reality. Like, I would go and I would want to have these conversations about these different things, and it wasn't nobody having the conversations I wanted to have. And so I'd have to get down to their level and have conversations that they were having. And then I become pretend, start to pretend to be something I'm not, which is way less than I was designed and created to be. Because I needed connection, I needed community, I needed people, I needed brothers. And then I, and then of course, then I'm like, oh, I don't need nobody. But the root of it was I did. But then because I have no real identity, I can't maintain those relationships. Because all lies are exhausting. Lies. It's exhausting to keep up a lie. Read it one more time for me. The whole thing. So we're talking about identity. Says, look, look, this is what it is. It says, "You better know who you are." This first one we read is like, make sure it's Christ, and that's who you're pursuing. And from that place, everything else is going to flow. The miraculous, the deliverance, the all of the crazy, right? The teleportation. All. I haven't got there yet. I'm gonna get there. I'm gonna tell, listen, this is really why I believe I haven't. I, and I think it's only a PP. So for me, it's all faith-based, right? The teleportation is faith-based. I believe for leaving. But I think it's like the speaking in tongues. You know how I said I started speaking in tongues and then I was trying to Google Translate and then I lost it? I think I'm going to teleport to China and then get stuck on. You see what I'm saying? Because I'll get there and it'll be such a shocker that I'll be like, oh, you know what I mean? And trying like, okay, Lord, like, no, how do I get home? You know what I mean? So I got to get past that. Because I don't know. You know, I know it's his will to do it. But it is what it is. It is what it is. Read it for me. Are priesthood. People called you out of the darkness into marvelous. So look, check it out. I know that all your wants aren't met here. Everything you want isn't meant. Just is what it is. Like, we don't know the difference between wants and needs. Mostly all of our needs are met here. But man, man, this may not feel like everywhere you want to be. When's the last time you really just looked at your laundry? When was the last time you really look? You know, they fight with me over wanting to add stuff to the menu because y'all got guys that love y'all in that kitchen. Yeah. Oh, tell yeah. It's Rick. It's Rick. Hold on. It'll just take a second. I get done at 11:00. Yeah, I teach 9:00 to 11:00. I thought I sent in a text. So as soon as I get done, I'll give you calls. I get done. I got like an hour and 15 minutes. I thought I did. Okay, okay. You mean because I'm, oh man, okay. I'm sorry. I apologize. All right. And then, so I'd rather, so don't take the rig with you. I'll just have you do it over here because I know it doesn't take that long. Is that right? All right. All right. So my bad. That was a guy that did the mud work. And, uh, I got to pull money out to pay. Uh, where we at? Where are we at? Oh, they did. So, so, so to call you out of it, the darkness into his wonderful light is my point. Like, God takes care of this place, man. We don't have, we don't have a bunch of money. I'm just telling you, we don't. But all of our needs, and we've sweat it. Like, we'll come right up to payroll in two days before payroll, we don't have enough. And then all of a sudden, we have enough. And he does it because this is a place where he loves you more than he loves us. That's my realization. He will love you guys more than I ever can. And because he loves you and he's called you out of that dark place into his wonderful light, he will take care of this place. He'll give us the funds where we can get everybody hoodies, right? And look, check it out. We didn't have enough money to get, get any. I put on them. The guy that we ordered them through said, "Hey, I want to bless y'all for Christmas. Can I get y'all's logo? I want to put y'all's logo on all these." See what I'm saying? So maybe not everything we want. I wanted the bomber jackets. I mean, they're way cleaner in my opinion, you know what I'm saying? And you got the, yeah, they just look, they're, they're cool. But we couldn't get them. But the reality is, I see more graduates wearing the hoodies than I ever see wearing those jackets, you know what I'm saying? That's good. Yeah, you got to buy them. 50 bucks upstairs. Go ahead and get you one. Yeah, yeah. [Laughter] Uh, I step, I continue to step into His glorious light. Dan said something, and Ran said something, I think John even said something. That place of gratitude to know that right now, even though the uncomfortability of the place may not be exactly what I want, that he, he has called me out and presented me and placed me in somewhere safe in His light. There's healing. You listen, you may, your past may, your request may not have been answered yet, but I promise it's going to be. You're going to get to the doctor, you're going to get to the dentist, you're going to get whatever crap y'all are trying to get, right? Because our, our goal as a staff, because God called us out and to claim that his goodness is to serve you men, you understand? And you're meant to go and replicate this. You're meant to go and do this all over again. God gave me a vision for 256 of these places. And I believe that this is a training ground for the prophets. That cities are raising up kings with the vision of helping men, but they'll need a prophet for every king. And that's you. You learn how to do it. You learn humility in the workplace. You'll find out if you can really be His disciple when you go and enter into the workforce. Because you're either going to keep ministering, you're going to keep being the light, or you're going to get real dim and then start following behind them again and go right back into bondage. Because at least there was meat in Egypt. And then for a season, you'll have to get, I had to do that. I left me in my Dallas. I walked 750 miles in the worst Arctic storm in 20 years. Came back, and I didn't want a management job. I didn't go get a consulting job. I wanted a job where I could learn how to minister. So I took a cheap job running a machine shop, and I served that place. I was anointed. My boss hated me. Hated me because it was God. Look, I would anoint all the CNC machines with oil. I kid you not. I'd be there worshiping. And he'd like, in the max, he's like, "This is the most parts these machines can produce per day." Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And I'm like, "Lord, I'm annoying them. Annoying them." And I'm going, boom, boom, boom. You know, my, I don't know if you know about machining, but machining is like, you gotta mic parts, you gotta. And I'm, and they're producing more than they've ever produced. And he's mad. He's coming down there. He's checking every part. I'm like, "Bro, it's all Jesus down here. It's like fishes and loaves. He's multiplying." You know? And I was, I was crazy for Jesus. But it was causing, it was causing conflict in his own system of beliefs because he was a believer, but he wasn't representing. So it just, it makes him question like, why that can't be real? Because I'm falling short. It doesn't mean he was supposed to look exactly like I looked, but man, we're supposed to represent him. All of us priests, royal. That identity, we have the identity of the King, Christ Jesus himself, married with the Holy Spirit and our own DNA. Year is spe, just as special because if not, it wouldn't make such a point to talk about him created, designing you before the foundation of the earth. That God knits your very DNA to create exactly you to marry with His Son and with His Spirit for an exact purpose. That means you, you all by yourself have been so uniquely designed that when coupled with that, there's extreme purpose that's supposed to flow out of you. He created you for His good pleasure to act out His will on Earth, and He's equipped and empowered you to do it completely. I don't believe everybody's chosen. I don't. If not, if they were, there wouldn't be a need for shepherds. The only reason you need a shepherd is if there's some sheeple, right? Some people are meant to just be hands, feet, supporters. So they have a great ministry within their home and raise up their children. And you know what I'm saying? But I believe us, I believe the men in this room have extreme purpose. I believe the men in this room are specifically His favorites. He only chases His favorites. He runs them down over and over and over and over and over again, which makes everybody His favorite. But us, we're His really favorites. You know what I'm saying? Unless y'all were just good your whole life. You may have stumbled accidentally. Touched your business once. Oh my God, that is not my story. I could, one of the things about Christianity, I never saw is I'm like, there, I don't know how to be good. Yeah, I just don't. I see a stack of money and I want it. You know what I'm saying? Like, I don't even need it. But I'm like, you know what I mean? Just inherited badness. Give me the next one. And then we're going to take, we'll take a break. Uh, Philippians. I do not speak because I have. I have bur. I know C. Every all things I have learned secret and to be. And I can do all things. Strengths. That's it. Listen, check this out. If we're talking about identity and then we're talking about how to, there's got to be a place where it says, okay, that's, I'm a royal priest. I've been pulled out. I've been left out, accepted. Now I got to declare this thing the rest of my life. But in that place of not it not making sense to me, I have to realize the only thing I'm going to find contentment is is in him. Because I said, "Here I am." And then he wants to use me, but I don't get to say so in how. Does that make sense? Amen. I don't get to say so in the how. It says, "For those he foreknew, he predestined." So I think he knew the moment you guys that God baptized, raise your hand. So he knew that real moment and then went back, chose you. And then now this becomes a testimony. And what you're going to realize is the healing that is going to begin of all your childhood wounds. Because now throughout time, when you said, "Here I am, God, I'm yours," so did that little boy. The little boy you were said it. And Jesus has always been in the room. And so he now always steps in. And then because it's the testimony, it's bigger than I think we can fully comprehend. Amen. But I think it's the answer he gave me whenever I was like, "God, how does this kind of stuff happen?" And he said, "You're trying to put me in a specific place and time. I'm waiting for them to cry out to me so that I can minister to all those places." He says, "There's no more tears or crying or pain." Listen, all the trauma that happened to me in my life, my first memory was molestation. My first memory. No innocence about me. My entire life. And there's no pain associated with that anymore. There's no trauma. There's no false identity. Because whenever I cried out at 38 and said, "Okay, you're real, do something." He said, "Okay." And for 38 years, stepped into place and ministered to not only me, but the other person. I'm not chasing after being Dan. I'm chasing after being Jesus. And if I spend enough time with Jesus, we're going to have some similarities in how we look because we're all going to look like him. That's what he said. We're going to be able to, we're going to have that time where we're like, man, hey, listen, I just want you to know that whenever that thing happened, whenever that car hit your uncle and, and, and, and, and you had to take care of him in his wheelchair all those years, like, I want you to know like God was with you that whole time and he's going to bless you for doing that. And they're like, like, and it's a word of, you know, listen, peanut butter was my craziest word of knowledge I ever got. I'm like, really, God? And he's like, "Do it." Okay. And we'll start looking similar to him. And then all of us kind of look the same. And we should. If you're wanting to stand out amongst believers, you might want to check your motive.
