The absolute easiest way to make money online right now is TikTok Shop Affiliate, but the era of ordering products and filming yourself is officially dead. I found a literal cheat code using C Dance 2.0 to generate viral high converting ads out of thin [music] air.
In the next 10 minutes, I'm giving you my entire A-to-Z faceless strategy to scale to $10,000 a month without ever touching a single physical product. But before we generate the ads, you need to actually get approved to get paid. Let's do it in 30 seconds.
Go to seller.us.tiktok.com and sign up. First, select your country. I'm in the US, so I'll click United States. When it asks for your account type, do not overthink this. Choose affiliate marketer. This tells TikTok you are just collecting commissions, zero inventory, zero shipping. Next, click individual. Have your ID and the last four digits of your social security number ready. Listen to me carefully here. Every single letter must match your ID perfectly, or the TikTok bot will auto reject you. Don't worry about follower counts right now. Build the content and the access follows. Once you're approved, your shop is ready to print.
Now the real question, what are we actually going to sell? I am not going to tell you to follow your passion. That is not how this works. You follow demand. So I go straight to TikTok Creative Center, click inspiration, then top products, and set the country to United States. Now, keep this simple. You only care about two things, price and CVR. Price should be under $30. That is the impulse zone. People see it and buy fast. CVR means conversion rate. You want this above 5%. What that means is out of every 100 people who saw that video, at least five bought immediately.
Now I am in the beauty niche. So I look at lipstick and lip gloss. Price is around $17. That is good. Conversion is strong. That tells me people are buying. So this is a solid category. Now, scroll down to related videos. These are not random videos. These are the exact videos driving those sales. This is your shortcut. I can see one here, a girl promoting a lipstick bundle, talking straight to camera, really natural energy. Nothing fancy. Just her and the product, and it's performing. So I'm going to copy the link to that video. And just to be clear, we are not copying the creator. We are copying the structure. The way the video starts, the pacing, how the product is shown. That's what's working, and that's what we're going to use. I'll show you exactly what I mean in a second.
Okay, now open TikTok, go to the shop tab, and search the category. I'm typing in lipstick set. When the results come up, don't just grab the one with 50,000 sales. Look for products with around 1,000 to 5,000 sales. This is the sweet spot. It proves there is enough demand, but the market isn't too saturated yet. I found one. Perfect. Now normally, you would order the product, wait for shipping, film it, edit it, and then post. But by the time you do all that, the trend is already gone and someone else took the sales. So I'm not doing that. I just right click the main product photo and save it.
There is an insane AI platform I've been using. What it does is take exactly what we just grabbed, that viral video and that product photo, and it builds a complete ready-to-post UGC video out of it using C Dance 2.0. Now, if you haven't heard of C Dance 2.0, this is the model that actually makes AI video look like a real human filmed it. Which means when someone watches it, they aren't thinking it's AI. They're just thinking, I need that product. I actually put the link to this tool down in the description, so you can follow along and test it yourself. But instead of just explaining it, let me jump into the dashboard and show you exactly what it does to this photo.
Once you click the link and sign in, you'll be on this dashboard. We are going straight to the recreate video tool. What this does is literally clone the vibe, the pacing, and the format of our viral reference video, but swaps in our affiliate product. Remember that viral video we found of the girl reviewing the lipstick? I just copy that TikTok link and paste it right here under reference video. Next, under product image, I upload that single photo of the lipstick set we saved from the TikTok Shop. Now, for the video description, you can just copy and paste the product details straight from the TikTok Shop page. But right above it, I give the AI a very specific command. If you want it to look authentic, you have to tell the AI exactly what to do. I type, create a fast-paced TikTok UGC ad. Start with a quick unboxing, then show a close-up demonstration of her testing the lipstick on camera. Use different dynamic camera angles, and mention this is the ultimate Mother's Day gift. This prompts the AI to actually interact with the product instead of just standing there. For the avatar section, I leave it as is. This lets the AI automatically choose the best character for the video. Language is set to English. Now for the AI model, make sure you select C Dance 2.0. Do not skip this. This is the exact model that processes those dynamic angles and gives us that hyperrealistic human movement. Finally, set the size to 916 for TikTok format. For the length, I'm changing it to 15 seconds. 15 seconds is the absolute sweet spot for TikTok affiliate conversions. Not too long, not too short. Everything is locked in. I hit generate. It takes a few minutes to process, so we'll skip ahead.
All right, the video is done. Let's look at the result.
>> Okay, wait. ColourPop just dropped this and I'm not okay. 10 lippy sticks, 10. Look at these shades. It smells so good. Like why does a lipstick smell this good? My gosh, I wasn't even expecting that. Okay, the pigment, one swipe, one. And it's so creamy, it doesn't dry out your lips at all. Wow! Okay, yeah, I'm obsessed. Honestly the most perfect Mother's Day gift. She will love every single shade. >> Guys, are you seeing this quality? It followed the exact pacing we described. Look at the realism of the character. Even the product packaging is absolutely flawless. Usually, AI messes up the text on boxes, but the text here appears perfectly. The voice matches the unhurried vibe for every single scene. Honestly, this is insane.
But I want to show you one more thing, just to give you an idea of how much leverage you actually have here. That was the recreate video tool. Now, let me show you what we can do with this exact same lipstick photo using the product showcase feature. Like before, I upload the product image. For the video idea, I want an aesthetic girl demonstrating the product, but this time I want zero voice-over, just a muted minimal soft background. I want her unboxing it and a close-up of the lipstick on her lip. Pure aesthetic B-roll. So for the audio style, I disable the voice-over completely because I don't need it. I do enable the background music once again. I make sure the model is set to C Dance 2.0, and I set the duration to 15 seconds. Let's hit generate.
All right, the showcase video is finished. Let's look at it.
>> [music] [music] >> Guys, do you even believe this is AI? How many of you actually thought this was real? I want your honest answer down in the comments right now. Because to me, she looks 100% real. The micro-expressions, the facial reactions, even the way the lipstick actually applies to her lip. It is honestly insane.
Now, I know the next question you guys are going to ask. Okay, this is cool, but how do I create a consistent character for my page? Or what if I want to use my own face, but I don't want to film? It is so easy. Let me show you. We go to the AI avatar video tool. Let's switch up the niche. Let's say I want to promote a tennis racket. First, I add the picture of the tennis racket to the product image box. For the video description, I paste my exact script. I'll tell the AI exactly how I want the scene to look. A casual outdoor tennis court vibe with bright natural daylight. I'll describe the shots I want, like a front camera selfie showing the racket, a macro close-up of the strings, and some quick action shots of her hitting a clean groundstroke, all while keeping that natural handheld feel. And also, I give it the exact casual dialogue I want her to say. For the video model, you already know. We choose C Dance 2.0. But here's the main event. For the avatar section, you can use their presets, but if you click the upload tab, you can just drop in a picture of yourself or literally any character you want for the video. So here, I just upload a picture of this girl to be our creator. And I hit generate.
All right, let's look at this.
>> Okay, this just arrived and I am obsessed with the color. It feels really balanced, not too heavy. It feels so good. Yeah, this is the one. Guys, look at this video. Everything is perfect. It cloned her face, the way she talks, and it even simulated the camera switching from a selfie to a propped-up shot on the court. It is ridiculously realistic.
And by the way, here is a massive pro tip. If you get any error or a weird glitch, you can go to edit and describe the part you want to change, and edit with the AI agent, and it will fix that part. You have total control. So once it's done, you can download your generated videos straight from the dashboard. Think about the unfair advantage you have right now. People are already making crazy money on TikTok doing this with their own face. But imagine how much you can scale when you can pump out high-quality videos for any product, easily, with zero face and zero effort.
Now, how do we actually make money from this? It depends on where your account is at. If you are a beginner and TikTok hasn't unlocked the shop affiliate feature for you yet, don't panic. You just need to upload these videos consistently to build your account. While you wait to get approved, just put an Amazon affiliate link for the product right in your bio. If you guys want a step-by-step video on how to do that, just comment the word Amazon below and I'll know to make it.
If you are advanced and already have TikTok Shop unlocked, simply upload the video and attach the exact product link right before you post. And here is a quick tip to get traction. You want to upload these videos between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Eastern time. That's when TikTok's feed is most active and the algorithm pushes new content the hardest. Stick to that window every single day. But I always tell you guys this, you have to be consistent. Affiliate marketing is a volume game. The more videos you upload, the more traction you get. You keep posting, and the second just one of these videos goes viral, a massive wave of views and sales will come in. TikTok traffic converts like crazy because it's purely impulse buying. And honestly, one viral video can change your whole month, or even your year.
My question for you is, are you brand new to TikTok Shop Affiliate or have you been at it but struggling to stay consistent? Drop it in the comments. I read all of them. God bless and I'll see you in the next one.
