Obviously, I I love coming here. The reason why again, not that I don't like the Equinox Hotel and and the spa and everything, but the fact that the Bhare community is very very very hungry. And when there's a big appetite, there's a joy in giving. If there's no appetite, there's no joy in giving. So, whenever there's an appetite, it's a win-win for both of us.
So, he was calling me in Oman, and I'm like, "Listen, I'm burnt out. Let me see what happens." and we just it just happened. So, it's not really my sake. It's really in honor of you guys. I want to thank you for all your support. I want to thank you for whoever bought the book Surrender. The book Surrender is officially out from Hashem on Amazon. If you're married, you need to surrender. If you're single, you need to surrender. Life is a big surrender project.
So we have an incredible incredible energy coming on Yamipur. We know that on Roshashana we we committed to God on we're marrying God. It's a marriage. We're going into a marriage is the seven is the braot. So this is really really a time of intimacy. This is not a time of religion of fear. This is a time of love. It's very very important how you connect with your creator. It shouldn't be just fear. It has to have fear. But most importantly is the love. The rel God wants a relationship out of you. It's so so important.
So in yum kipur it's really you have to think of it like you're going to a wedding. like you're going to a wedding. Not like I can't eat, I can't wear leather shoes, I can't do this. You have to think of it like you're going to a wedding. And what happens is when you unite with the creator, that's when life changes. So think about that concept. This is why we wear white. This is why we really, really want to not think about ourselves. We want to starve the ego and feed the soul. This is a wedding. It's not about you. It's about God. You know, one of the things said, you know, I'm tired and I just came back from Oman, 18-hour borders. It's not about me. It's about God. This is about God. If you make things about God more and less about you, you're going to get the most results in your life.
The biggest tshoua that we can make today, and really the word tshoua means to recalibrate. A good example of tashula would be you go on a date with confidence instead of going on a date lacking. Going into business with trust, not going into business with I'm worried about what am I going to lose. Tshua means to recalibrate in a higher consciousness. It's to come back like the real you. That's the real you. So when we're thinking about the word tshou, although it sounds heavy, think about the word recalibrating. Recalibrating. That's what I want you to figure. Recalibrating.
When I got to um the first night of of being in in Rabbi and the first thing that came to me is I couldn't even ask for anything. My mouth was all I all I heard in my head was partner, partner, partner, partner. I I couldn't even think of the word. I I tried to pray. All I all I was thinking about is God you have to become gdal. You have to become a better partner. So what is the word? If you look at the word 5786, it's the word the same thing as the word partner.
Prayers for the creator cuz remember we understand that God wants to give. It's never a a it's never a an ability of lack of light or lack of blessings. It's always up to the receiver. The issue is always with below. So, what we need to pray is we need to pray for heaven's sake. Hashem, get me into my masculine energy for your sake so I can be a provider and have kids. If you only pray for yourself, I want a soulmate so I can not be alone anymore. That's not for this heaven's sake. The real thing you need to think about Kipur is heaven. We need to That's why we want to really really get away from ourselves. We want to think about heaven as much heaven as possible. We want to get out of ourselves because if you look at the root of most issues in our life is all self-centerness. I got hurt. I got offended. Look what they're talking about me. Look what they're saying about me. Look what they did to me. Look what they this one did to me. Me me me me me me me me me me me me me me me me me me me me me. So that's where the root of the problems are.
So I want you to completely shift. You're going to the you're going to a wedding and the reason why we have to be careful with with extra sinning it because it it blocks it blocks the connection of receiving. It blocks the connection. We want a clear connection. We want to be aligned. So if we're too busy doing ego stuff for our ego, we lose we lose the connection and God can't give. Versus, see, if you understand this concept a little bit better, you're like, "That's not me. I don't want to do that." Versus if I tell you not to do it. If I tell you not to do it, you're going to like, listen, I don't have a willpower not to do this. But if I tell you, listen, that's not the real you. It's blocking your energy. That you're going to think completely different. The old approach is stop doing something. That's a behavior approach. Stop doing this. The new approach means my identity is completely different. I don't need I don't do this. If for example men which you guys need to get married if you say listen I don't date for fun I date for marriage versus telling you stop going on with this kind of girl and fooling around you understand that's a behavior that's a very low low energy that's behavior is very hard to fix behaviors between you and me only when you change your identity to say this is not This is not me. I don't do this. For example, when some of us got started eating better, it started becoming more healthier. We started saying, "I don't eat this kind of food anymore. I don't need this." It's not I don't eat this. It's not, "Oh, stop eating it. It's in your pantry. How you going to stop eating it?" So, I want you to focus on identity versus behavior. When you create a new identity, you're creating a new person. When you're just changing behavior, I don't know if you're going to have the willpower to change it. That's why if you look at most statistics, most people failed their diets, failed at resolutions, but they did when they had a new identity. So that's what I want you to think about. New identity, new shea.
Even if you don't want to create an identity and you don't want to change, don't worry. Heaven will send you to change. What's one of the famous stories that we read on Yam Kipur? It's it's a it's one of the ma yonam. Some people spend in Miami $200,000 for it. In synagogues, it's probably the most highest highest paid aliyah in synagogues. Why are people spending this kind of money? It's not a paddic. It's not You can't put diamonds on it. Bulkarian style. You can't put diamonds. >> Can't you can't ice it out. Well, what what is with ya that is so valuable? What's going to happen in life when you decide not to do your mission? you have a guardian angel that what's going to happen is you're going to have a complete total breakdown in life. When you have a total breakdown in life, this is a good thing. This is not to be medicated. This is not to be resisted. This is God telling you you are not in your mission.
When Noah was supposed to do his mission and he didn't do his mission, he got thrown off the ship. And why did he do his mission? cuz he says they're not going to listen to me anyway. He rationalized when you're supposed to be married and you're not going after marriage. When you're supposed to be going into responsibility, when you're supposed to be going into growth and you don't go into growth, you will get swallowed by a whale. You will get swallowed by a whale in life. The problem is when we get swallowed by the whale, we make this a new home. We ask for a Wi-Fi password. A whale means scream the hell out. Whale means a whale means the word whale in the fish means da dog. Dag means to worry. When life sends you a mission, a crisis, it's nothing more but a blessing in disguise. That's what Yogip is telling us. All of these crisis missions, these failed engagements, these drug addictions, losing money in business, divorces. This is the modern whale version. This is the modern. What are you going to do with it? You have a capital T trauma. What are you going to do with it? Are you going to scream out or you going to say, you know what? My mom's fault that this is what I'm getting. >> It's my mother's fault. It's my wife's fault. It's uh the left's fault. Charlie Carl, it's Candace Owen's fault. Nick Fo's fault. So just think about this concept. The young people are also about screaming out for your mission. What is your mission? And what are you running away from? Think about that concept. What are you running away from in life?
This is why we spend $50,000 on this on this on this. It's because when you don't have your mission, who cares what religion you have? Who cares? What's the difference? You're not even in your mission. That is the problem. The problem is is you have to do everything you can in life to go towards your mission. And the way to get to your mission usually in life is you're going to have all kinds of things breaking your life to get you to your mission. So think about this concept of of the importance of God throw throwing you over in life. This is not a bad thing. This is actually a good thing. But you have to scream to get out. And if you don't go towards that mission, the God, the universe will do everything possible to get you there. So either you can do it through the front door or you're going to do it through the back door. That's up to you. Why I'm so aggressive in life is because it's either you're going to come back through inspiration or life is going to kick the you know what out of you and you're going to come back through desperation. Why? Because growth and missions are non-negotiable. And what happens if you don't do this mission? Guess what? You come back again and do the same thing over and over again. So when you start noticing that growth is non-negotiable, you start having a different attitude. It's a different attitude versus this this lack of faith, this lack of desire, etc.
This is what yumkipur is about. It's a cleansing, but it's it's also about invoking new desires. You we're getting an energy from the name keter, which is the highest highest energy the majority of people. I was just in Oman and I I met I didn't even know I had 2,000 Pacific followers. I can't I couldn't recognize half of them. You understand? And one there's a common problem with some of the speech and some of the speech was maybe this is not my mazal. Maybe this is not meant to be. Maybe this I'm supposed to suffer here. Okay, so we This is a big problem here. And I hear this a lot when people tell you maybe it's not meant to be. Maybe it's not meant to be. No, no, no. Okay, you can't go to the 30 yard line and say it's not meant to be. You have to go to the one yard line and try everything possible, then you could say the timing is off. But when you say this is not meant to be when you tried something for 20 minutes, that's not the answer. That's not a time to surrender, my friends. So you have to ask yourself, is this not meant to be in God's name? By the way, everybody says in God's name, obviously, like they they say God God should tell you to stop in the one yard line, go to first base. It's not meant to be. You should go to second base. If you ran your if you ran your businesses like this, you'd be bankrupt, all of you guys. What do you mean it's not meant to be? That's not You didn't push enough to say it's not meant to be. You didn't push enough. When people go out on one, two dates, three dates, it's not meant to be. What? Three dates. Who says you don't have to go on 13 days, 15 days, 20 days? When are you deciding when it's not meant to be? And this is exactly what I heard. I said, "Where did where did godless of Hashem go to cotton of people?" How in the world did did did God infinite get trapped in small minds? Where who's selling this? Where are we selling this to people? Who's selling this small mindsets? So this is one of the same concepts I heard. It's not meant to be. It's not meant to be. This is my mazal. Everybody now is a cabalist. No, no, no, no. It's not meant to be when you're on the one yard line and you screamed, you kicked and you did everything and then you surrender. But most of us haven't gotten to the yard like we're putting up the white flag after 20 minutes. It's not meant to be. So you have to be honest with yourself.
That means when you're trying to find good points in people cuz remember the evil inclination does when he tries when you're going in one direction and he sees that you're actually making an attempt to fix something, what do you think he's going to do to you? He's going to smack you 10 times harder. So when you go apologize to somebody and as soon as you apologize they go Moroccan on you. It's not meant to be. No, it's not true. You should say, "I'm so excited by the amount of of of of energy that I can release." That means the more difficult thing it is for you to do, you cannot say it's not meant to be. Because guys, it's easy to send a text to say, "Do you forgive me? See you later." We can send a mask email better. Send a mass email. We're not understanding. Our sages tell us one thing that's very, very important. Our sages tell us that when you when you're giving charity away, the poor person is doing you a much bigger favor than you giving than you're doing the poor person a favor. Rabbi Nap tells us that if we would know the power of charity, you know what we would do? We wouldn't be running after people to give them charity. What do we do today? We run away from that. So the same thing when somebody's coming to you asking you for forgiveness, they're doing you a favor. You're not doing them a favor. You're doing them a favor. It's the opposite. It's the opposite. Why? Ra says when a person needs mercy, I mean who who doesn't what does mercy mean today? Mercy means a good way a good good relationships, wealth, health, wisdom, strength. What is what does she mean? It's whatever you need in life. When you need mercy, you know what heaven does? They send you somebody so you can give them mercy. This is why we're This is why we're supposed to feed our animals before we eat. I have that mitzvah downpacked. I didn't even know how I got there. But you're supposed to feed the animal before you eat. You You yourself eat. Tell me how that makes sense. I have to feed an animal for a human because you need mercy. You need to give it out. So I want you to think of problematic people as mercy. I don't want you to think of problematic people as debits, liabilities. This is an asset. It's not easy to do. But just like our sages tell us, the reason why you have that problematic person, the reason why you have that situation, you know how many people I've told, I've told many women, please forgive your mothers, let it go. They got married afterwards. Please forgive your business partner. Healing came. You understand? Things are stuck in heaven. Things are stuck. So we need a day to yipur like yonipur to shuffle the deck. Does it have to make sense? No. But just like charity is not a you're not doing anybody a favor. They're doing you a favor. They are doing you a favor. Very important to understand that.
You see the problem is we're not packaging things correctly today. We're not packaging things. It's not being sold correctly today. So we think, "Oh, I have to forgive." Okay, big deal. If you would have told me, listen, this is going to equal mercy even though we're going to receive. Because how do we know humility connect is connected to to forgiveness? Very simple. Mosher Rabenu was the most humble person in the world. Why? Because he forgave easily. He was not self-centered. So forgiveness means humility. Humility means closer to God. That's what you want in Yamipur. You want that energy.
If you look at the word tikun, right? You see the word tikun. Tikun means to repair. If you look at the word, which means to repair, it's the same words as the word, a child. You have to be like a little child. The inner the inner child. Kids forgive each other. Kids let go. Spirituality. If kids fall down, they get they don't blame anybody. They don't call their therapist. They got it and they brush it off. Part of making a tikun is going back to the tino, the inner child who the inner child. Anytime that somebody hurts you, anytime that somebody puts an offense, it's not an adult. It's an inner child. It's an inner child. That's all you're doing. You're healing. You're you're basically operating from the lens of the creator and you're viewing everybody as a child and then if they're children of course you can forgive them. So the word is you can't be one of the things that Rabman completely forbids is one thing is you're not allowed to be old. If I could tell you there was 90 year old men in Oman getting up at 4:00 in the morning like and they were running 90 year olds all 90 year olds. I had to stop and get blessings from them. 90 year olds. You're not allowed to be old. Thinking old. Getting stuck at being old. You're not allowed to be old. That's the one rule of Rab. You can't be old because if you start becoming old, you're going to start becoming you're going to start judging and you're going to stop renewing your life.
Another word that's very important to understand the word which is joy which is happiness has the word sim like mi you know what that means erase your ability to have joy is your ability to let go in the word in the word is a is in the word in the way why is why is erasing and joy so related it's very simple when you erase for other people heaven erases for you it's s simple what life is nothing much more mirror we have the ability to deal with problematic people and raw says any house that has more than two people is a dysfunctional house already. If there's more than two people, if there's only one person, it's in the head. Rabb says there's no way peace is 100% going to happen to you all the time. You'll have moments of peace. Rab tells us you have the whole UN in your head. That you have 70 a 70 nations and they're operating at all times. One day you feel inspired, the next day you don't want to have anything to do with anybody. One day you feel great within the even within the day, within the hour. Rabbi Akman says we have 70 nations inside of us and they're all opposing each other. So sometimes you caught somebody at the wrong nation. You got him on a free Palestine hour. You got them protesting one hour. You got a bad hour. So the basically is is once you understand this concepts, you judge less and you understand more. That's the whole point. The whole point is to stop being a little child and hold everything in and say, "I'm not talking to you anymore." And say, "Heaven, please, I need parasa. I need wealth. I need this." I mean, we're with little children. I'm not talking to you anymore. Not only you, I'm not talking to you. tell you tell your husband, you're not talking to her either. This is little Trumpet and we expect uh consciousness, wealth, you you got to get out of the third grade if you want to get into higher consciousness. You got to get out of the third grade. I'm not talking to you. Are you serious? It's called emotional blackmail. I'm not telling you to be best friends with everybody. I'm not telling you that. But what I'm telling you is it's not about you. It's not about you. If it's not about me, then I can forgive. But the fact that I'm holding a grudge, it's teaching me I'm in a very I'm in a judgment state. I'm not in a mercy state. And that means when I want to go ask heaven for all kinds of blessings, they're going to check. Well, you're you're in, you know, you're in judgment stage. So what I'm trying to explain to you is if it's out of your if you if you can't understand it, let it go. Judge favorably because the way you treat others is the way heaven gives you.
There's many stories like Rabbi Baptist tell you. There's many stories in the Gamarra that they tell you why did one rabbi get answered and why one rabbi didn't get answered. They prayed for the exact same thing. Rabbi Eleazdar and Rabbi Aka. Rabbi Elazzar prayed and he prayed for for the rains to come down. He was not answered. Rabba came two minutes he gave a short prayer. Please let it rain. You know what happened? The rains came down. It was not the length of the prayer. It was the consciousness of the prey that created the answer. Very important. So now you understand that the word tino means to be a child to me like a little inner child. You fall, you get out. You make a mistake, you say, "I'm sorry." Little children, that's that's that's spirituality 101. We don't hold things, we let it go. We're little children. Our marriages, we let it go. We go to the ocean on Roshashana. What did we do? We threw everything into the ocean. Right. Correct. Everybody threw everything into the ocean. So, you can't bring it back. You can't you can't remind those you can't remind people of what they did to you before. You can't if you throw it into the ocean, you throw it into the ocean. So, that's I want you to understand the word erasing an inner child. It's the key to mental health today. And this is why the word if you look at the root word of the word a which means sin. You know what the word you know what the the root word of that of the word a which means sin? Avar. You know what avar means? The past. The past. There you go. I don't I'm not going to give you a coalistic class of common sense. you you're staying in the past. That's the biggest sin. Why is it such a big sin to stay in the past? Is because some of the falls that you're going to go through in life are divinely ordained. That means God purposely is making you fall on purpose and he's going to take away your your intelligence so you should fall because our sages tell us we have to fall in order to get up. King David fell. >> The Jews fell with the golden calf. The Gomorrah tells you these were divinely ordained. So if you God's already putting in the system even touva came before the world. You understand? Tshua was created before the world. So there was already before the world there was created a mechanism to realize how many times you're going to fall and how many times you're going to screw up. But the only thing you have to do is get back up like a little child and forget about it and start over. That's it. It's not it's not meant to be so complicated. The complications come from our own heads, our rationalizations. We replay over and over. Rabbi Nakmi used to fall 10 times a day. 10 times a day. You would fall all the time. Get up and let it go. Once you live like this, you're not holding on to 5 years of trauma that god forbid a tennis ball is going to start popping up as a tumor. God forbid. What do you think happens to your lyic system, your nervous system when you have chronic stress? What do you think happens? What do you think happens? You get sick. How many illnesses do you think are stress related? >> All of them. How many illnesses do you think were things that happened to people and they exiled him, they forgot about it and they repressed him and next thing you know something was cooking for 10 years. How many times do you think that happens? How many times? So you need to understand this approach. Let it go. Let it go. The past is the biggest sin because the past itself has it's nothing to do with this is why if you if you go if you talk about anidic mindset if you went to aidic therapist and you started talking about the past they' be like you know we don't we don't do we don't do the past we only do the future you'd be out they'd be out of business because the past was for the sake of a new rise all faults that we went through in life. My gambling addiction, my nonsense that I went through in my life, my faults, they were all for me to come to a different height. They had nothing to There's no reason to be stuck in Egypt. And this is another reason why you're not allowed to go back to Egypt. You know that you're not allowed to go back to Egypt. Why not? It's because there's nothing left to do. That's it. The mission is over. There's no more sparks left in Egypt. You have nothing left to do there. You have nothing left to do with your ex-boyfriend, your ex, your ex-wife, your ex-husband. That's your Egypt. What are you doing there? You win, you learn, and you move on. That's it. Staying in the past is what's causing causing you to be sad and depressed. That's the sin. That is the sin. That's more of a sin than anything because you're not even present. You can't receive if you're stuck in the past. You can't receive. You can't receive a new soulmate if you're still if you're still stuck in the past. You can't open your heart if you're stuck in the past. You understand the problem? That's the problem. The problem is not so much if when I'm when I'm sad and depressed, I'm have 5% desire to do anything. How am I going to treat people when I'm sad and depressed? The way I feel about myself, I'm going to try to crash them down. So, this is why the the importance of of atoning is more for being stuck being too hard on yourselves in the past. You're too hard on yourselves. You're perfectly You're perfectly imperfect. You're too hard on yourself. And not only are you too hard on yourself when you're showing up to marriages and dates, you're judging like crazy. You're judging, judging. No good. This is no good. That's no good. And what happens? The relationship goes nowhere. Cuz your heart is judging. That's the problem. This is why the if you look at the hit that we're taking today, the hits in the relationships. Anybody can make money cash advance watches. Okay, let's see the quality of your relationships. That's is going to give you that's going to bring you the happiness in life is your quality of relationships. You can have all the money in the world and have no relationships. It's going to be nothing to you. It's going to be nothing to you. So you need to you need to really focus that the biggest if you could just focus on one thing tonight and not living in the past that's a that's the sin because all falls are for the sake of rises and this is why our sages tell us that when you come back to God when you come back to God with love you know what happens the debt debt becomes equity. How you like that one? Your debts becomes equity because you remember what in Cabala there's a concept in life called sparks. We are here to gather sparks. There's sparks in karma mates. There's sparks in everything. Everything there's a spark to be retrieved. You met somebody, there's a spark to be retrieved. There's Rabman says there's very dirty dirty places that you have to go to in order to retrieve sparks. It's like a big sc we're we're in a big scavenger hunt. So even things that you think that made you lose your self-esteem such as a drug addiction, such as a failure, all of these things you were went to an experience to gather a spark and make a tikun. You were there on a mission. Why are you taking it so personally? Everybody you meet, every failure you've had, every situation is to gather sparks. And when you repair problematic relationships, you gather the spark. That's all we're here to do. We're here to make a tikun. It's not is not about food. It's about you should be hungry for tikunim. Tikun. Tikun is to make peace with a problematic person. Tikun is to work on your masculine energy. The difficult areas where you're suffering so much. You know why you're not successful in those areas? Because you're not looking at it the right way. You're not looking at it the right way. You're looking with a victim consciousness. Look what I'm going through. I can't believe this. Look at my failures. You're not realizing, wow, what a spark. There's a there has to be a spark here. There has to be a spark here. And the sparks are in the are in the darkest places. The darker the sparks, the more light there is in those areas. So when we start becoming too hard on ourselves, we lose our self-esteem. We we obviously when you lose your self-esteem, what do you think is going to happen? You want to take everybody down with you. Everybody's going to go down with you. Everybody. Now, what are you going to do now? Hate, hate, jealousy. You think somebody's in a in a good mindset, he cares if you're successful or not. Opposite. So when we're not forgiving and we're not and this is why if you look at the word baseless hatred is hating the messenger is it's b that's baseless hatred and what happens when we're not when we're not united when you don't forgive you know what happens you create yentas Candace Owen is created Nick Fuentes all these yentas are coming out because is we're not united. See, today it's not like before where I don't know if I'm going to forgive this year. You can't afford not to forgive anymore. It's non-negotiable because the more lack of unity you have, the greater people hate you. That's it. It's not an option anymore. We can't make fun of the left anymore. We have to pray for them. All of this division or even just promoting anti-semitism without fixing the unity is a waste of time. Waste of time. The problem is within oursel and it starts with you loving yourself. When you love yourself, you will forgive each other. You will treat each other well. You will want you will understand people. When you don't love yourself, hate, division, jealousy, evil eye. I mean the fact that we're even having we even mentioned the evil eye it's a very sad thing if you ask me it's a very sad thing to even say I'm worried about the evil eye the fact that you have your brothers worried that want to cause harm to you. What kind of person would want to cause harm to you? somebody that's not in a mentally good place and they're hating. That even that concept is is a crazy concept. Why would you want to wish go give go give these Palestinians an evil eye? What are you giving your brothers and sisters an evil eye for? Just think about how think about how ridiculous that is.
So in Yam Kipur, we are getting to a place of cleansing. We want to be like the creator. The creator forgives. The creator is patient. The creator throws sins into the ocean. The creator understands us. The creator is merciful with us. The creator's it's it's we want to be like the creator. We want to emulate God. If you look at we're going to you're going to say this. We're going to say one song over and over again. We're going to talk about the 13 attributes of mercy a 100 times. You're going to say, you know what that is? The 13 attributes of mercy. These 13 attributes are giving us instructions on how to emulate our creator. So we need to really really really get we really really need to get a grip on stop being in the past. I can tell you the difference when I have clients that they go from using to a spiritual awakening. While they're using, they're complaining about every single client. While they're in a spiritual awakening, they love every single client. What happens? What's the difference? You treat others the way you treat feel about yourself. And if you don't get rid of your own judgments towards your fault and towards your this, you'll never get out of it. I'm telling you, that's the biggest difference. on yum kipur we're just getting this energy on steroids you're getting a day where it just flushes it flushes everything another amazing thing about tshoua recalibrating is that when you fix something it fixes the past also you understand that means I could make I could start becoming a better person right now and this my move can fix 5 years of damage. There's a famous that says that a person wants to get married on account that he's a righteous person. Is he allowed to get married if he says I'm a righteous person? Yes. Yes. He decided in 5 minutes that he's a righteous person. He's allowed to get married. That's the power of intention. That's the power of intentions. So this is why we want to the reason why we also we spend a lot of time confessing is because every single time we do make a mistake and every single time we do hate and every single time we cuz remember it doesn't just start with if if it only just started with one problem. What do people do when they get into a bad streak? They go for the one problem became two problems became three problems. The anger problem became an alcohol addiction and the alcohol addiction became a car accident and the car accident became I stopped putting on. It doesn't just stop with one thing. By the way, this is another reason why when you're in a bad streak, don't don't roll with the mud. Just do one positive thing change the pattern. So when we confess what happens why we have to confess which is a daily breast thing if you're if you practice his bod yam kipur is every day feel now but what why confessing is so important why confessing because when you confess the sin is no longer on your bones when you say I made a mistake I did this the bones don't feel the pain anymore When you do something negative on the spiritual world, it goes straight into your balance. It makes you feel heavy. It makes you feel lethargic. So when we confess, what happens? It releases the spark from the bones. And this is one of the steps that we do every single day in it. Breast lovers will used to be called voodoo nakers cuz all day long they're confessing. It's because most of the problems that we that happened in our lives because we didn't confess we fell into fears and we created these phobias and these these crazy paranoia things. So when you confess right away you remove the scar from that thing. So yum kipur is not about this lower energy. Oh, I'm hungry. I want to be forgiven. No, it's about a wedding. It's about it's about an identity change. It's about stop becoming old. Stop telling your husband every single time he did he did this. Stop doing this all the time. Stop being so predictable. Stop complaining all the time. That mean everything in the suck. Just think about the past means a sin. The past is a sin. Think about and remember any negative thought that you're getting today practically where is that negative thought coming from the past. How do you get if you're present? You can't be in you can't have a negative thought. Any negative thought that you get is coming from the past. By the way, any judgment is coming from the past. Everything you're getting that's negative, it's in the past. If you live in the past, you become that becomes your personality. That becomes your life and that becomes your but that is the biggest sin because like I said before, if God wants to give you and you're in the past, you cannot receive. You can't receive. If I am in the past and I lost money on a business deal and I go into a new business deal nervous and and and anxious that it's going to happen again, why would I I can't receive. I'll sabotage it. So if you think about the past, it's not even about you. It's about your creator cannot give you. That's why we're really only supposed to pray for the sake of the for the sake of God because God is not allowing me to receive. If I can't get over that relationship in the past, if I don't forgive my mother, if I don't forgive my father, if I don't forgive, I'm stuck in the past. If I'm stuck in the past, I can't receive. If I can't receive, God can't give. If God can't give, where does the shea go? The wrong place for this. So if you look to understand the the cosmic effects of every single day you're spending in the past, if you understood what's happening in the upper worlds, what was h what's happening in the upper worlds, you would cry. You would cry. You would see all this blessing that was left in the past is a sin. That's it. You have to forgive yourself. You have to forgive others. And you have to stop living in 2024 or 2019 or 2017 whenever the trauma happened. And you know how you do this? You don't have to you don't have to rationalize it. It's co amuna amuna. Amuna means I will first trust. I will believe birth and then I'll understand. Rabbi Aman tells you you first have to believe then you'll understand why something happened to you. You have to first surrender. This should be your main focus on yamipur. Anytime you're thinking about negatively about somebody, anytime you have resentment towards somebody, anytime you're judging, where is this coming from? It's coming from the past. It's time to let it go. And once you start once you start becoming more careful with your energy, you'll realize I can't live in the past. I have bills to pay. I have mercy. What am I stuck in the past for? And that's why if you look at most modalities, the healing happens back in the inner child. So this is why when the rabbi says, "Love everybody. Love everybody. You have to love everybody because they're all little children and we're all in a big we're all in a big kindergarten class." But the difference is children would rather be happy. They forgive cuz they'd rather be happy than be right. Adults would rather be right than be happy. And that's the difference between 2-year-olds and 32 year olds. So you need to make a decision tonight. You need to make a decision. The mercy's out there. The energy is there. But most importantly, even if you show how many times people they show up to date, they show up to job interviews. People are showing up like what what you know back to the future. Where are we at here? Anytime you're walking around with no energy, you're stuck in the past. You're stuck in the past. Your energy is the past. Your ability to f let go. So what do we do? We need prayer. And the way we feel about ourselves is the way we treat others. So So God bless all of you. But we should all forgive ourselves and most importantly live in the present moments. When you go on a date, pretend it's your first date, not it's your 55th date and you're walking like a corpse. >> When it's a business deal, pretend it's your first business deal. You know what Rab Akbar says? Every single time you pray, we should have in mind that we came back for one day just to make a prayer. Don't live with no energy. We're supposed to be the light amongst the nations. And when we fix this, the nations will fear. Otherwise, we become subject to our own hate. God bless everybody.
