Google Gemini can do so much more than you think. Google's AI has developed incredibly, and very few people are utilizing the possibilities that Google Gemini offers. You can now save an extreme amount of time with it and also make the AI your personal assistant. Therefore, today I will show you with very concrete examples how to use Google Gemini correctly and give you tips and tricks for even better results. As always, everything explained simply, that's the plan. Let's go. So, a new round. It's Monday again. Nice that you're here, and this is the second part of my little series on Google's AI tools, and especially Google Gemini. In this video, I made a basic course on Google Gemini and presented many different functions. And today we want to look at some very concrete use cases. This is how you easily save a lot of time with Google Gemini, and the AI helps you keep an overview of your emails. To do this, simply enter @gmail here and then add the prompt: "Summarize all emails of today for me and prioritize the results." Then Google Gemini connects with Workspace, and the result is truly impressive. This way, you easily get a quick overview of your emails and can use it just as well when you're looking for something in your inbox. Sometimes you might be looking for an invoice document or information from an email, and Google Gemini finds it super quickly and easily for you this way. The prerequisites for this are that you are logged in with your Google account and that you connect Google Workspace with Gemini. And you can easily set this up here in the settings under connected apps. There you need to activate Google Workspace once, and then the AI can access Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Notes, and Google Tasks. And with this function and the connection of Google Gemini to Workspace, you can do so, so much more. This is how easily AI automatically creates to-do lists for you. Let's start with a very simple everyday example and use this prompt. Create a recipe for a vegan chocolate cake for me. And now you get a complete recipe here with all the ingredients and preparation. And then you select "Add Tasks" here and choose Google Tasks and then add this prompt. Save the shopping list for this recipe as tasks for me. And now Google Gemini connects with Google Tasks. Here you see all the ingredients you need to buy, and above it is the question: "All clear, do you want to create these new tasks?" And then you enter "yes" once, and if you click on Google Tasks here, you land in Google Tasks and have a shopping list here and can easily check things off when you have bought the products. And if you download the Google Tasks app to your smartphone, you will also see this complete shopping list there. You can go shopping with it and easily check everything off on your smartphone. And you can use this for many other tasks as well. Let's do a second example and use this prompt for it. I want to produce and post 20 Instagram Reels. Create a detailed plan for me to achieve this goal. And now you see all the individual steps to implement this plan here. And then you select @d Google Tasks again here at the bottom and add the prompt. Convert the plan into a to-do list and save the individual tasks. And here you also have a to-do list again and just have to say "yes, create" and then everything lands in Google Tasks again, and you can check off the individual to-dos. If you want new content ideas for Instagram Stories every morning, just enter this prompt in Google Gemini. Act as an expert for Instagram Stories. I share simple AI tips on my channel. Please send me five content ideas for Instagram Stories every morning at 8 AM. This is the answer, and you first see the five tips, and below that the recurring task appears, and that's how Google Gemini sends you content ideas punctually every morning. You can, of course, do this with many other things just as easily. You can have news compiled for you, you can have fitness exercises sent to you, or simply a short message to start the day. You can also have a report on important topics created for you once a week. And if you have installed the app and notifications are active, you will always receive a direct notification on your smartphone when the action is executed, and then you will find the settings and scheduled actions on the side here. And here you see all the actions and can activate or deactivate them here. If you click on one of the scheduled actions, you will land in the corresponding chat and can adjust it further there. And if you delete the chat, the task also disappears completely from the list. This is, of course, super helpful for your work, but you can also use it just as easily for private matters, for example, for shopping lists that you have created regularly or for ideas for cooking recipes. And with that, we'll move on directly. I bet once you discover this feature in Google Gemini, you will use it again and again, and it solves an incredible number of problems. With Google Gemini, you practically have your personal assistant directly on your smartphone, and this feature is dormant in the app here at this point, and with that, this window opens. Here you can now converse with the AI. I use this, for example, to brainstorm with the AI on the go, to develop new ideas, but there's much, much more to it. You can also share your screen here and talk to the AI about the content on your screen. To do this, simply select "Share screen" here and then "Start transmission." And now you switch, for example, to Instagram and can talk to the AI about your content or about the insights, or if you have a problem or can't find a setting, Gemini will also help you with that. Please give me feedback on the first slide of this carousel post. How can I improve the hook? Sure, the headline: "Which AI creates the best images" is a great hook. To improve the hook, you could, for example, tease a direct comparison. And the AI also helps you with shopping. If you have a question about a product, you start screen sharing, open the product in your browser, and ask your question, and it looks like this. Can I use the microphone immediately via USB, or do I need extra accessories and an amplifier? You see on the screen that the MV7 has an integrated audio interface. That means you can connect it directly via USB and start right away. And by the way, this works not only with screen sharing but also via the camera. You can select it here and show things to the AI that you can then discuss together. So try it out when you're traveling and looking at sights with the AI, for example, or if you have a new camera and want to know where a certain button is or how the settings work, just point your smartphone at it, and Gemini will help you. And you can also use this feature very versatilely. For example, you can film your refrigerator and ask what you can still cook with it. And we'll move on directly to the next tip. Google Gemini is now much more than an AI chat, and this AI trick makes Instagram coaches unemployed. If you are dissatisfied with the reach of your Reels and finally want to know how to create better content, then take your Reel, drag it into the chat here, and then enter this prompt. Act as an expert for Instagram Reels. I want to increase my reach on social media. Please analyze this Reel and give me concrete recommendations on what I can do better. The goal is to increase watch time and thus extremely increase the number of views. And now you get concrete recommendations, and Gemini shows you exactly what you can do better. And there's even more to it. Google Gemini can transcribe audio tracks and videos for you. To do this, simply drag the video into the chat here and add the prompt: "Please transcribe this file." And the AI converts spoken words into written text for you. This is super helpful if you create video content or have your own podcast. Google Gemini helps you get smarter, and you can also use this feature to create content. If you select "Create" here and then enter your prompt, for example, "Please explain generative AI to me," you will land in this view, and here you can have the result converted into flashcards via "Create." Then Gemini converts the answer into flashcards for you, and you can click through the individual cards here, and when you click on a card, more information appears on the back. Or you select "Create Quiz" at the top and have Gemini create a quiz on your topic, and it looks like this, and you are asked various questions. And precisely in these functions lie many ideas for new content. You can, for example, create a carousel post for Instagram from the quiz questions, or answer the questions in your content, for example, in a story, or simply educate yourself further. So this Canvas function is really great, especially if you create texts with AI and then want to edit them further. And with this Canvas function, you can first have information generated, collect ideas, and then convert exciting parts into content scripts. I'll mark this part here now, and then an input field appears, and I enter "Create a script for an Instagram Reel for me," and the result looks like this. So with Google Gemini, you can research content super well, for example, with Canvas, or the Deep Research function is also very, very helpful, and then take individual sections from it and convert them directly into scripts. And if you start playing with the possibilities like this, you will get an extreme amount out of Gemini.
