We actually don't have models that solve this part well. Models don't even attempt this with reliability. And this is a massive percentage of what makes management and leadership genuinely hard. It frankly makes being a solid senior individual contributor hard because there is no escaping this kind of emotional intelligence problem the farther you get into business.
