Sexual Shadow Work: Why It Changes Everything (Jungian Psychology)

Hey everyone, welcome back. Today we are doing a deep dive on sexual shadow work. We're going to talk all about how to do it, what to expect, what happens when you do it, what happens when you don't do it. This is kind of a bread and butter episode for me. I have probably said all of these things and little snippets here and there in many different videos, but today's video I'm going to bring it all in.

So, if you've been on a self-development journey, you've been doing the therapy, you've been doing the breath work, you've been doing the meditations, and if you feel like you keep hitting a ceiling, like you're hitting the same blocks again, either in your creativity or in your relationships or in your career, there might be something that you haven't addressed yet, and that is your sexuality. So, that's what we're going to be talking about today, and not the surface level like how to spice up your sex life. like this is not going to be tips like that. We're going to be talking about the sexual psyche and that unconscious architecture that is driving things like your desires, your fantasies, and your shame. So, in this episode, we're going all the way in. [laughter]

Now, we're going to be talking about what sexual shadow work is from a Young and Psychology lens. I'm going to walk you through some ways you can start doing sexual shadow work yourself. I'm going to be honest with you about what happens when you do this work and perhaps some pitfalls and consequences if you ignore this part of the work and not in a fear-mongering way at all. Just being real.

Because one of the things that I teach and that is key to this work is that sexuality is not just about sex. It's the seat of your creative energy, your passion, your fire. It's your soul nectar. It's your authenticity. So in Yungian psychology terms, sexuality and our libido is actually psychic energy. It's the energy that animates everything. It is your aliveness.

Now our sexual organs and our sexual energy is really associated with what's called the sacral center. It's that lower abdomen area. It's that womb area. It is the area where we carry our intuition. We don't call it gut instincts for nothing. It's the part of your body that just knows things. So when this part is like shut down or riddled with shame, it seriously affects your ability to be intuitive and creative. This is also connected to how we generate abundance and money. It's our receiving center essentially. It's our magnetic point. It's that inward yin energy.

And I always like to give a little anecdote just so that you know a little bit more of my story. I think it's really easy to come on here and just, you know, teach philosophy or teach the ideas behind this stuff, but I have lived this very much so. And I think a lot about when I used to work my corporate job, I was always grinding. I was always working so hard to prove myself and to be really successful. I was always performing to be some version of acceptable for the freaking matrix, okay? And even though everything was fine on paper, I felt like I had to fight for everything. And I could never like hang on to money. And when I started doing this work, this shadow work around my own sexuality, which started with my career as a dominatrix, suddenly energy started shifting. And I remember the next like corporate job I got after my dominatrix stint, I was able to negotiate like 1.5x what they had originally offered me with like no problem, which the prior version of me would have happily taken the first offer that they gave me. And that's what you start learning is like when you do this work your energy and your magnet point kind of shifts and suddenly you will find that different people are attracted to you different opportunities are attracted to you and it's a really powerful example of how this work works and I'm not going to say that you know I had that experience and then I was just so good forever. I feel like this is continuous work.

Shadow work uh is a spiral maze as they say is we are going deeper and deeper into the truth of who we are and and taking off layers and layers of conditioning. And our sexuality has some of the deepest deepest layers of social conditioning because the structures that be put a lot of shame around it, a lot of propaganda around it. It's the way in a hierarchal structure that people can be controlled to be quite honest. Because if you think about your sexual energy being your creative life force, like your god energy basically, right? If you can be cut off from that life force, you are much easier to control. Somebody that feels bad about their sexuality or someone that feels shame about their sexuality is extremely malleable.

I mean, I'm thinking right now is all this stuff is coming out about the Jeffrey Epstein stuff and like all of the guys that he was friends with were basically the ones that were setting the trends when I was in high school and the trends were be really really really tiny, really really skinny, really really hairless, really really childlike. Right? Looking back, there was some really questionable um things we were wearing as pre-teens, like the little sweatpants with Juicy on the back. Almost every girl I knew in junior high or high school had like an eating disorder of some sorts. It was really bad. But truly, at different stages in our human evolution, there's always going to be something that the society at the time says that is sexy. that makes you sexually desirable and here is something that makes you not sexually desirable. And so it's always this constant feedback from society that's telling us what is okay and what we should be absolutely ashamed over.

I don't know. After doing this work, I stopped shaving my armpits. I don't care. I was like, wait a second. Why as women were we kind of told that was gross? Why do I have an aversion when I see women with armpit hair? Like I was even like, "Oh my god, that's kind of gross." Right? And then when I looked into it, the reason why women started shaving their underarms is because Gillette razors wanted to like expand their market. And they were like, "Hey, there's only so many men with faces. Why don't we shame the women into feeling disgusting about their hair so that they'll shave and then we can sell more razors, right?" So anyways, I'm going off on a little tangent here, but I want to like make this point is that cultural conditioning, it's so embedded. It's so deep that the ego will really really identify with it because all the ego cares about is like not dying, right? It cares about your survival. So all shame for the most part, it's to keep us in congruence with the group, okay? because our little caveman minds, it's we're separated from the group, then we have to go hunt on our own. Then we're going to die, right? Like literally, that is what your reptile brain or whatever is doing when you feel like, oh, I'm doing something that like society doesn't approve of. Okay? So, it takes a lot of work and a lot of shadow work to be able to like see where these conditions are and be able to say, "Wait a second. Do I actually believe that? Hm. There's a shameful narrative in my head. Where could this be coming from? Is it legitimate or did Gillette just need to expand their market?"

Right? Because here's the thing. When you're sexually disconnected, another thing that happens is we're operating from this wound that we've never really looked at and then it just kind of seeps into everything. And people can sense it about you even if they can't name it. Okay? And this is something that as humans we can do. We are all actually really intuitive. We can all read each other's nervous systems. And if your nervous system is disregulated and you're kind of wallflowering and you don't feel good about yourself and things like that, other people feel that about you too. You feel disconnected from yourself. Your partner starts mirroring that disconnection as well. You see, maybe like your creative output flattens. Money stops showing up the way that it should. And so I want to say this is doing this work. It is the direct line into a lot of these other things that you want to improve about your life. This isn't like a peripheral thing that you do. It is it should be part of the main journey for you.

Okay, let's just kind of back up a little bit. All right. What is sexual shadow work? A lot of Carl Young's work was based in this concept of the shadow. These are parts of you that have been repressed, rejected, or denied because your ego mind found them not acceptable to be in order for you to be acceptable or survive in that society that you were in or that family or that situation or that organization, right? The ego is constantly doing this going, "Okay, how can I fit in here? How can I fit in here? that oh I can't be that gotta put gota gotta repress that back in the unconscious mind right that quality is not safe to be that'll get me kicked out of the tribe for sure right like this is how it happens so yeah it's like culture it's family it's religion it's all the things the thing is is when it gets put down into the unconscious it's right there in the word it becomes unconscious to you and really shame is the engine of shadow formation and I do want to say there's different ways to look at shame Like shame can be useful in certain aspects, right? Like you operate it outside of your value system and then you're kind of feeling shameful about it or you're feeling a little guilt over it, but it's something that passes by. You're able to change your behavior because of it. That's not what I'm talking about. What I'm talking about is the shame that hits you at the identity level that you make it mean something about you. And the problem is is when shame gets pushed into the unconscious, you it'll still pop out in these wild ways. And again, it's that famous quote, until you make the unconscious conscious, it'll direct your life and you will call it fate.

And I'm going to use like really basic before we get into like the sexual examples. I'm going to use really basic examples of like major shadows that are happening right now, especially in like the masculine or feminine collective or whatever you want to call it. I have been seeing so much and I I know I said it the last video but I want to keep talking about it because it's something that's been on my mind but there are these conditions that like men and women have had about what it means to be a man and a woman and that creates because of the binary social structures that say women need to fulfill this role and men need to fulfill this role. What naturally happens is is people are pushing down real natural parts of themselves into the unconscious. So for women, I see this generally show up as like not wanting to be a [ __ ] or it's usually stuff around like boundaries and assertion. And then what happens is is that they end up with a bunch of people in their life that walk all over them. They will do anything to not come across looking like a [ __ ] In fact, they're gonna judge other people for being a [ __ ] right? Like this is kind of how it shows up. I'm giving one one little example, right? There's tons of them. Same thing with men. There's a ton of them. But like one of the big ones is is men are in this society really meant to repress their vulnerability, right? Like vulnerability is like too feminine. So therefore, it needs to be repressed. And this is where you see a lot of anger, a lot of um this machismo kind of macho stuff. It's the ego's reaction to really, really, really repress natural vulnerability that men have that they know that they're not allowed to have in society.

But basically, whatever we've been conditioned to believe about what it means to be an acceptable person, what it means to be an acceptable woman, what it means to be an acceptable man, what it means to fulfill the role that society, your family, your religion, whatever organizations you belong to decided you should be. And the problem with this is that when we are at the whims of everybody else's conditioning, we can truly chop off parts of our true self, of our soul. And this is why I talk about shadow work as kind of a soul retrieval process. Essentially, we're going into the depths of your unconscious mind and we're plucking out some of the things, the true things about you that you were told you were never allowed to be.

This also shows up in people's careers, right? Like how many people became a lawyer because their parents told them that they should when really they wanted to become an artist. Well, guess what? Those people usually have midlife crisises, right? Or once they hit 50, they're like, "What the [ __ ] was I doing my whole life?" So, this is why we want to do shadow work early so that we don't have these massive crisises later in life. And the same goes for our sexuality. There are so many people out there, and I was one of them, that had so much confusion, so much shame, so much stuff wrapped up in my sexual energy that it was showing up everywhere. It was showing up in my relationships. It was showing up in the relationship to myself. It was showing up in the relationship to my creative output, to my authenticity. Right? And this is I keeps using the same words because I want to kind of like get it in to your head that your the sexual piece is so connected to your life force and why doing shadow work here will ripple out in so many other places. To me, it's almost like a shadow work shortcut.

I talked about this a couple episodes ago about what your sexual fantasies are actually trying to tell you, but really a lot of our desires and our fantasies have roots in the unconscious mind. And I will say sometimes you like something just because you like it. Like not everything has to be, you know, dug into to death. But I want to say like 80 90% of the time the sexual fantasies that come up do have some deeper psychological roots. And you can actually work with this. You can actually work with your sexual desires and fantasy content to do shadow work and to understand the deeper layers of what you might be desiring at an unconscious level. I like to say your sexual fantasies are just like dreams, right? It speaks to us in symbolism.

And I know I said it before, but I also really want to drill this home, is that our sexuality has been one of the most socially controlled aspects of human life across virtually every culture and historical period. There's [ __ ] shaming, there's purity culture, there's machismo, there's heteronormativity, so many religious sin narratives. And these systems of shame exist for many reasons. you can dig in and figure out why is why does this shame exist? What was the purpose of this shame? Because there usually is some reason, right? But for the most part, it's a tool of controlling a population. If you make people feel bad or disempowered when it comes to their creative generative energy, it keeps them small. It keeps them disempowered. Let's take the most divine thing about them and make them super insecure about it so then we can control them easier.

And honestly, I'm almost seeing the propaganda go like way through the roof on this, you guys. I'm seeing like on like the misandry side, this sprinkle sprinkle [ __ ] I'm seeing on the other side this like red pill where like men just all they're focused on is like hypergamy and like not saying that like these cultural forces don't exist but something is going on lately and I'm feeling it in the collective where it's like these narratives are somehow getting like lifted up higher and higher and it's making men and women more angry at each other and uh more disconnected sexually and I don't know like this is me putting my tinfoil hat on, but it feels kind of deliberate. So, this is why your sexual awakening, it's a political act, right? It's rebellious.

But yeah, how I know that these are more like um what I would call social propaganda narratives is that everybody's like saying the same thing. Like everybody's got the same um pitch about why men have it bad or why women have it bad in the modern dating culture and blah blah blah blah blah. And honestly, like I got sucked into that [ __ ] too back in I think it was 2020 when I did my dominatrix work. I actually became a dominatrix at first because I was so angry at like men being men and that they were all incapable of love and they were all monsters and they were all abusers and they were all um emotionally vacant and all they wanted to do was harm women. Literally, this content was being fed to I felt like it was like being injected into my psyche by like social media and things like that. So, all I'll say is guys, when you're coming across these like cultural narratives that make you feel this kind of like resentment and um you get a little rise, that's how you know it's propaganda. [laughter] like the emot the emotions that it makes you feel. If you don't feel neutral about it and you get really [ __ ] hijacked, that's propaganda.

And you know what? Sometimes when we're hurting, it feels good to feel seen. It feels like this must be what's going on. And my relationship problems and my sexual problems aren't for me to look at. It's because of everything that's going on out there. And this is what this work does is it gives you your power back. I'm not saying these systems don't exist. I'm saying that we co-create with them and if we are unwilling to do the inner work, we're giving all of our power away. I feel really fired up today. I guess I have so much to say about this, but I mean it's it's almost like the sacred like rage I feel, but also I have a lot of compassion for this. But it's just like we can do better, guys. We can do better on this topic. We can come home to ourselves. We can have a better relationship to our sexuality. we can have a better relationship to our life force energy. I know it sounds cliche to say that like the changes you want to see in the world, it starts with you. But it really does, right? If we're just looking around saying everybody else should change and we're not doing our own work, nothing's actually going to change for us.

Cuz here's another thing. You know how I said that like other people's nervous systems can kind of pick up your what's going on underneath the surface? Even if even with you not having to say anything on the flip side is true is when you do do this work, you energettically inspire other people with your embodiment, with your confidence, with your authenticity. Okay, now I'm stepping off my soap box. Let's get practical. So what are some ways? I'm going to give you five ways to kind of start this work.

So first thing you're going to do is identify your root programming. actually sit down and do inventory over all of the messages that you got about sex and sexuality. What did you get from your parents? What did you get from your friend group or your social circles? What did you get from school or from church? You want to get it all on paper. I have a totally free guide for this, by the way, if you want to just do this inventory work. You also want to think about your early experiences with sexuality. um what was the experience around that? But really, you want to sit down and do some serious thought work on this. Here's another thing. When we go to do shadow work, the ego by nature doesn't want us to do it, right? It's like that shit's in the unconscious for a reason. Like, stay away. Okay? So, you'll know if your ego is at play if you feel defensive when you start doing this work. If you start shutting down, if you start feeling um any kind of resentment or like I don't need to do this or like h it was fine. I didn't really have anything happen like generally that's totally a reason to look a little deeper. Again, I have a free erotic shadow workbook. I will put that in the show notes where you can go and start your journey on this work.

Okay. The second thing that you're going to want to do is you're going to want to identify recurring patterns. So, you want to see what keeps showing up in your sex or relationships. Not one bad experience. I'm talking patterns. Maybe it's the type of person you're always drawn to. Maybe it's the dynamic you're always drawn to. I did an episode last week on ghosting. That's one example. There's going to be a story that somehow keeps replaying in a different way over and over and over again. And again, the ego will love to say, well, this is because of the system or this is because of, well, clearly this is happening. No, if it's a pattern, it's because you are co-creating it. If your experience with many different kinds of people are all giving you the same result, the common denominator is you. Sucks to say, but it's true. Because the reason why patterns keep happening is because your psyche is bringing them to you because they are part of your unconscious patterning. Basically, your unconscious mind will continue to give you these outer circumstances until you become conscious of it. That's why the patterns keep happening. And the real question is cuz again, like I said, shadows form because of your ego and your ego is trying to protect you from something. You really want to ask what is this pattern perhaps protecting me from? So, for example, if you keep any up with emotionally unavailable partners, it might protect you from being vulnerable. If you're consistently suppressing your own desires to please your partner, it's worth asking like, hm, where did I pick this up from? And sometimes it could be something from childhood. It could be something that you absorb from your parents. But this is actually how we bring the unconscious conscious is by doing this brave work that feels very uncomfortable and getting really honest with ourselves and looking at these patterns and going hm is is this familiar in any way? Is this protecting me from something? I sometimes like to associate the ego with like a dog, right? it it gets conditioned to act in certain ways or [snorts] get triggered in certain in certain scenarios or protect you based on certain environments that it's been in before where it felt like you weren't safe. So, you want to figure out when did I not feel safe having this thing that I actually know that I want? Because when your conscious desires are not matching what's happening in your life, this is gold. And I want to also be clear when we're doing this work, we want to be very compassionate with ourselves. We don't want to go in blaming ourselves being like, I'm such a failure. Oh my god, like here I go again. I [ __ ] up again. Why do I keep doing this? Why do I stop? The judgments keep you in a loop.

And speaking of judgments, here is another way that we track shadow is we look at who are we judging. And this is the sneakiest one. This is and this one, if you can get this one down, this is all you have to know. Okay, but actually I'm going to sum summarize. Um, a really powerful, easy way to do shadow work is you want to sit with everybody that you judge, everybody that you hate, qualities you don't like in people, and ooh, you sit with that [ __ ] because your emotional dials when they go up around something, that is a sign that the ego has been activated and wants to shut something down. So, for example, if you're judging someone for being too promiscuous, you might want to ask yourself, what's so bad about being promiscuous, right? What would open up for me if I didn't fear coming across promiscuous? And I'm using one word, but like go ahead and write down all of your charged words. And I also want to say this too is that it goes both ways, right? Um, so a lot of things that our ego will reject, it's not always like stuff like bad things that like we weren't allowed to be. Sometimes it's really positive things. So, for example, if you really admire somebody, that's also usually shadow content. So, if you're like, "Oh my gosh, this person, they're so sexually liberated and they're so free and that's like, oh my god, I could never." It's because you have a sexually liberated, free version of you that has been repressed in the shadow. You will never have an emotional charge to something unless it lives inside of you. So, just remember that.

And this is also really interesting just in social situations because you can tell a lot by somebody by how they um present themselves and how they I call it persona pitching. Like what people say, want you to know about them. They will usually come off and say, "I'm this. I'm this. this is who I am. Um, and usually the opposite of those qualities is what they are deeply trying to hide for the most part. But the same thing's true is when someone's really judging someone else, they're almost telling on themselves. It's kind of like when you see these like Republican politicians being all anti-gay and then you find out that they have a little boyfriend on the side, right? You also find that a lot of people's like kinks and fetishes will um be direct mirrored opposite to their public persona. So for people that are tend to be more on the more conservative side, they will have more cuckolding fantasies, okay? Because the sanctity of marriage is so important. Okay? And then on the liberal side, and this is really interesting, you you'll tend to find more fantasies around things like imprisonment, like kind of like this fascist dictator in the bedroom, right? Okay. So, it's like even people's political ideologies, there is usually this opposite thing that shows up in the bedroom, especially when they're very um stern on their public persona, right? The more hardcore your persona is that your ego wants to project forward, the deeper the shadow is usually. So when you start looking at these things, the things we don't like about other people and those little like like or you have the ick, right? What they call the ick where you're just like h. Okay, key shadow content. Start there. Judgments are a map.

Okay, the other thing that you're going to do is just like I said, I kind of gave a little example, but you want to identify what your sexual persona is. So in Young terms, the persona, it's an extension of the ego. It's the mask that we, you know, put out into society that we want other people to see us as. So, your ego is like the voice that's talking to you that tells you who you are. But then you have the mask that you're telling other people who you are. Okay? And it's normal. Everybody has a persona. Everybody has an ego. Okay? It's just part of being a human being. So, I kind of use that example of like how people's public personas might reflect very different things in the bedroom, especially if their public persona is very rigid, I guess I would say. But you can also look at that we have a mask that we put on when we are intimate with other people. So for example, you could sit down and be like, what are the things that I want to be perceived as in bed? So you know it might be sexy, it might be skilled, it might be loving, it might be sensual, right? And then you're going to ask yourself, okay, well, what am I rejecting by curating this persona? So, I'll use the example of I want to be perceived as sexy, right? [snorts] Well, in the shadow of sexy is ugly. So, then you want to ask yourself, if I didn't fear coming across ugly or looking ugly, what would open up for me? You might make that sound. You might try that position that feels really good but might not make you look so good. Right? It's saying that when we really overidentify with one thing, we are pushing something else away in the sense that we won't have the full experience that we could be having in our expression. And I think I did an episode a while ago on sexual masking, but the goal here is is that you can be in intimacy with somebody and not feel like you have to mask. That you can take the mask off. But, you know, also I will say sometimes it's fun to have the mask on, too. Especially if you're role playing, right? Or you're having some fun in the bedroom. Yeah, wear the persona mask, whatever. But what I'm saying is is like know what mask you have on, wear it consciously, and don't let it run your life. Because this is another thing that the ego likes to do. It likes to create a persona, and then however people respond to that persona, it will either double down on or it'll adjust. So, if there's a persona that's been like working for you, it's either gotten you lots of jobs or lots of partners or uh whatever, right? This identity that you've been putting out there, the ego like, "Yeah, yeah, that's me. That's me. Let's let's keep doing that. Double down on that persona because it gets me things." But it might not actually be true to who you are. And whenever we have too fixed of a persona, it will eventually cause suffering.

Okay, the last one is about decoding your kink codes. And this goes back to kind of what I was describing before is that whatever our everyday persona is. Um, whatever is in the shadow of that is probably going to be really fun to play in bed, right? So, I was kind of giving the extreme examples with like the political ideologies, but like think about um oh, my everyday persona is I'm independent. I'm confident, I'm helpful. Okay, so the opposite of that would be like I'm worthless and I'm useless and submissive. Okay. So, that could be a very potent kink code for somebody that every day walks through life, expressing the those opposite qualities of like independent, helpful, etc. And if you want to go deeper on this, I'm going to be hosting a little workshop. It'll be like a little erotic shadow 101 workshop. Um, it's going to be next month on April 17th. I haven't put it up live yet, but again, if you get on my email list, you will get emails about it. just go ahead and get one of the free guides in the show notes and you will get information on that.

Okay, so what can you expect after you do this work? Okay, let me paint a picture here. All right, when you're spending a lot of energy repressing stuff, like it's a lot of energy. Okay, think about you're pushing a beach ball underwater and you're holding it there. And the moment you integrate that shadow and you let it go, you have all of this extra energy that goes into your life force, that goes into your creative projects, it goes into your ideas, it goes into your work, it goes into your authentic expression, the creation and erotic energy, they're one and the same. So when we're opening this this channel up, you start to see a big change in this area of your life. Also, there's this new layer of like selfrespect that you have, too. I must say you feel a lot less performative, less likely to feel like you need a mask all the time. There's this quiet authority that you have and also like I said before, your intuition sharpens and that's one of I'll say one of the best benefits is like you have a lot more psychic energy. You just you're so much clearer on your path and you're trusting in where you're going. And also there's this relationship to pleasure that changes when we start experiencing pleasure. And I mean true pleasure, not dopamine induced pleasure where uh you've got the vibrator at a thousand or consuming a bunch of porn for example like that's kind of more dopamine induced orgasms and pleasure. But I'm talking about that deep connected pleasure. And this is another thing too. I think if you would have asked me maybe 5 years ago about this I would have been like what the [ __ ] are you talking about? And there is a actual difference and this was something that it's hard to explain unless you have had the felt experience of it but there are different forms of pleasure that move through your body. Um and one feels very localized and yeah like I said dopamine producing and one feels very spiritual. It's all body. It's your heart's connected into it. I don't know how else to explain it.

If you're interested in going deeper in this work, I am launching my program, Reborn, next month. It's going to be a 12week live group program. It's going to be very comprehensive. It's going to go over all the things we talked about today, but it's going to go much deeper. And to give you kind of a picture of how it works is there's education modules I will be live teaching. There are prompts that I take you through that you do on your own. you can bring them into the group and share live. You don't have to though. I also have active imagination visualizations for every module and at home homework for you. This is definitely for people that have already started inner work. Um I wouldn't say that it's totally beginner friendly. If you're just starting your self-development journey, it's definitely for people that this topic resonates with and you are like fully aware that this part of your life is major in either your purpose or your unfolding or your healing and that you need to do more work around it. You'll know it's like an intuitive hit. But I just want to read a couple testimonials from folks that joined last year at the program. Um, this was the missing link for me all along. I can't say enough good things about this work. She creates a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can safely express and release what's got in your way. The program asks thoughtprovoking questions and contain exercises I had never experienced before, allowing me to tap into a new part of my psyche that's been previously hidden. I joined Reborn expecting be educated on the basics of sexual shadow work and I wasn't disappointed though it was kind of intense. I do feel like I stepped out of this program change with a greater understanding of myself, sex, and intimacy. It's like a set of tools I can return to time and time again. I feel the most me I have ever been. This was the missing link for me all along. Uh here's another one. I am now in a place where I am completely aware of my sexuality with no shame or regret. I'm now integrating this erotic shadow work into my creativity. So just a couple examples of what people got from this program. I'll put the link in the show notes. Early bird pricing is officially open and that will be ending on March 31st.

So this program we go through the whole arc basically of sexual individuation. We go through um the body, the somatic piece, the dark feminine. We work with the sacral. We work with our solar plexus, our power centers. We talk about kink and BDSM as like a lens of doing shadow work in your fantasy life. We talk about heart stuff, relationships, um our connection to our third eye and to spirit. So, there is a psychosspiritual component to this work as well. So, again, there's a mix of teaching. There's nine modules, there's three integration sessions, and you get one-on-one time with me to help you integrate the content. And guys, if you've been following this channel or you've been listening to the podcast and you know that this work is key, this will be a really good container for you. If you have any questions about the program, feel free to reach out, leave a comment, shoot me a note. I'd love to hear from you. Other than that guys, thank you so much for being here and I'll see you next
